Marie is the best in her field of dips and acrylics.. I have seen some of her works on acrylics and they are so beautiful. I cant have my nails too long. So I cant do acrylics plus Dipping is my favorite.

Everyone is always so nice. My nails always come out great. The facility is always clean. Elena is the bomb dot com never does my nails wrong.

I have been getting my lashes done by Mariah for a few months. She is a great lash artist who is very personable and who takes her time. I definitely recommend going to her! The prices are very reasonable!

Let me try this again...Even though this place was highly recommended by my previous nail tech, I was not a fan. The salon has a chop shop feel to it, and (to me) I felt like I was on top of the clients on either side of me because the tables are so close together. Also, 2 days after my appointment I noticed my nails were sticky. I used rubbing alcohol to try and take it off, and the polish came completely off like it did not cure completely in the dryer.***The previous comment was under my maiden name which is why you could not find me in your appointments. I have fixed that issue on my end so... YES I was just there for a service recently. And NO I do not have the wrong salon.***

My Daughter and I went and had a Spa pedicure! It was so awesome! My Daughter had Alexis Nicole, and I had Teresa, and they both did an amazing job! We got the gel polish too, we already scheduled our next appointment! Highly recommended!!

I went in the day before my wedding to get my nails done I was in such a hurry to get home because I had family coming in. So I sat there showed her the pic I wanted and when she was done i told her it looked nothing like the picture and she said I was over thinking it that they looked great! Multiple missed calls I just paid and went home and then realized the French part was painted uneven, my nails had bumps in them, the polish job was horrid, some of my nails were uneven and bumpy. They were closed by this time! I had 0 time on my wedding day the next day because I had hair and makeup and family over!!! I literally told my photographer please try not to get my nails in the picture or photoshop!!! I contacted the owner Priscilla and she said she would look at the schedule and make it right and get back to me that day! Was 9:30pm hadn’t heard from her so I told her just forget it and refund my money! She said she had gotten busy with her family and was sorry so I understood and she gave me the appointment time of 9am Saturday with another nail tech. So I go in and I sit down and the girls in there couldn’t believe what a horrible job I had on my nails it had been a week and they looked like I had them on forMonths and they just popped right off!!! So the new nail tech does an amazing job on my nails and i love them!!! Then I was charged again for my new set of nails that the owner was supposed to be correcting the horrible job that I had gotten before! I can’t believe the customer service and that I was charged again to fix there nail techs mistake and this was making it right?!?? I will never be back here again!!!!

Alexia & Elena never do me wrong! Every set I get I am in love with! They are so talented & friendly. I recommend Nailed it to everyone. They are the only two that I have gone to but I’ve seen the other artist’s work and they are all amazing. The entire staff is super sweet & helpful!

I took my daughter today to get a fill on her first set from a different salon. I didn’t realize how bad the other nail salon did until watching our nail tech Marie in action. She was AMAZING! Her attention to detail was incredible. She took her time and was very patient. She was also informative and you could tell she takes pride in the work she does.

Ive heard great reviews about this salon so I called and made an appointment. I went to my appointment and was SO DISAPPOINTED! My nail tech didnt even tell me her name and did an absolute horrible job on my powder dipped nail set. The very few words she did tell me was that she hasnt done powder dipped in a long time and she forgot how. She did ask another nail tech for help who stepped in a few times to help with my nails but the end result was BAD! I left the nail salon with uneven nails full of bumps! They were horrible looking nails! I wasnt even asked to wash my hands after she finished.... she literally told me that I was done and that was it! I left with white powder on my fingers. The photo doesnt do it justice... it looks bad! I had to leave to go grab my kids from school but I did complain at the front before I left and nothing was said. I will not be going back to this nail salon!! Very unprofessional!

I got a full set of dipped nails with tips and couldnt possibly be happier with how they turned out!! I barely had to describe to Marie what I wanted and she totally got it right!! She is awesome!

I love going to Nailed It Salon for my shellac manis and pedicures. Priscilla does a great job every time and her new salon is so beautiful-the pedicure chairs are amazing and so comfortable, the best in New Braunfels. You will leave feeling pampered and your nails will look awesome! As someone said in a previous review everyone in the salon speaks English fluently so you can carry a conversation and they understand how you want your nails done. My sister-in-law was visiting from out of town a few weeks ago and was able to get an appointment with Marie for a pedicure. She said Maries pedicure was the best she had every experienced and the foot massage was the best.

I love this place. I went in wanting unusual nails. Of course none of the ones who do detailed art where not there. Lol. But the ladies here Definitly still tried to give me what I wanted. It was pretty wwll some but some of my polish did end up coming off. The owner was there everytime I went in, she gabe me a free paint and a complimentary fill when I needed one. I love it here. Even took my daughter in for a princess treatmemt nail paint. She was so happy.(If you want nail art call ahead for apoinment with Elena, Stacie, Marie) lol. I will go back here for a new fill as long as I live here in new braunfels.
