My daughter and I chose Lush Nails because of the high reviews. We were not disappointed♥️We arrived on time and signed in and we were immediately seated. The gentlemen taking care of us were both helpful and kind. They did amazing jobs on our pedicures!! I have trouble with ingrown big toe nails and they fixed it!😊 No more pain! The massage was Heaven ! The nail color was beautiful !I brought my daughter in for two reasons, she is due to deliver her second baby in 10 days,( she needed pampering!) this was the BEST PLACE TO COME!!) and it was her birthday! We had an amazing time! We recommend this place ! If I could give 10 stars I would! This salon has high ratings for good reason! The service is spectacular !

I have gone to this salon and loved their quality of work the other times Ive had my nails done. I always get dip powder. Within a week and a half of this set, Ive had two nails crack, one on each hand, on the bed of my nail. Today, week three, I had a nail completely break. I am extremely disappointed with the quality of work. Im not rough on my hands so there is absolutely no reason why I should have cracks or breaks. The tech that did my service also did not take the powder to the edge of my nail so you are able to see my nails on both sides.

We absolutely loved this place! We called and got in with 4 pedicures and 2 full sets within an hour. Everyone was extremely nice and their work is top notch!! The picture just doesn’t do them justice

I made an appointment for a first time visit. Was very happy that someone was ready exactly at my appointment time and I did not have to wait. Had the Volcano pedicure and manicure, both were great! Very good attention to detail and they took their time with me to make sure everything was right. Thank you Rose! I will definitely be back!

I dont do long nails so the dip nails seem to really work for me. The first time I went to get the dip technique, I was not satisfied with how the technician left me. I was not happy and it only lasted 4 days. I went back and told tiger about it and he corrected the problems and now Im 100% satisfied. This has become my go-to nail salon.

The guy in there was not very welcoming, seemed like I was an annoyance rather than a paying customer once I entered. I wanted dip. They just filed my nails, no cuticle cutting, no moisturizing lotion at the end. The lady who did my nails was nice enough. The finished product was ok but had lots of residue on my finger tips, very odd never had that happen before and they didnt offer to clean it off. Wont be returning.

Kim did dipping powder on my nails and a polish change on my toes. She did an excellent, professional job. I found the salon clean, the prices are very reasonable and the service is very good quality. I’m definitely going back and I plan to use their other available services, such as a facial. I enjoyed this salon a lot! I recommend it.

Fantastic customer service. They worked me in today when they didn’t have to and it turned out to be a wonderful experience. They didn’t rush or cut corners. It was a relaxing and through pedicure and manicure. I will recommend this place to everyone

Coming in the salon was nice and clean. Customer service was great. Staff was very attentive & friendly. Came in as a walk in and was serviced immediately with no wait time. Tiger (my tech), took his time and my nails show for it; they are beautiful. Lush will be my new to go spot! I highly recommend this salon. Prices are not to complain about either. I was so excited to visit Lush because of all the positive reviews, but my experience was not so great. They cut me twice on my cuticles and made me bleed. I asked the man working there to change something on my nails because I didnt like it and he got bent out of shape. He was rude to me, not professional. I will not being giving them my business ever again. 👎

I got the volcano detox pedicure. It was absolutely amazing 10/10 recommend 100%. Will be coming back my legs and feet feel amazing the gentleman who did it was very sweet and professional.

I showed up as a walk-in and was sat immediately. Requested a pedicure and love it! Foot and leg massage was very relaxing. Lots of colors to choose from. Nice and quiet store easy to relax. Nemo took great care of my feet today. He did a fantastic job!

First time as a walk in. The gentleman Tiger was very nice and careful. I plan on returning.

He was so great! I got there 30 minutes before closing and he still took me. I work all the time and dont really have much spare time. He was willing to listen to exactly what I wanted and wanted to meet my every need!

Tiger is an amazing nail technician! He pays such close attention to detail. I can show up sometimes with some super crusty heels, but when I leave, they are so smooth!! This is my “go to” nail salon for New Braunfels!

I stopped in for a regular pedicure without an appointment and was told it would be 15 minutes. I left and returned 10 minutes later and was immediately put into a chair. I received a beautiful well executed pedicure for 28.00. The establishment was clean and individuals friendly. I will be using their services again!

The worst Pedicure I have ever experienced. We sat on the chair for 30 min with no water in the bowel or person to do our nails. My nails we not cleaned out and my gel is all over my skin. My daughters nails were not trimmed or cleaned. And they asked if we wanted something to drink half way through doing my pedicure, the lady then left to get drinks with her dirty gloves still on she was using to do my pedicure. And my daughter was told she could only have one color while my other daughter got two and it was by the same girl. I definitely will not be back

This nail salon is HORRIBLE! not only did they cut almost all of my fingers they did a horrible paint job AND the nails they did on me looked nothing like the picture. i went back in after 3 days and asked for them to be taken off and refunded. they REFUSED to re-do my nails for free and they REFUSED to take them off and refund me. Tiger is nail tech that did my nails and he is horrible. DO NOT EVER go to this salon.

Not a fan! I got my nails done with Shellac on Saturday for vacation and it is now Thursday and they have chipped 🙄 I’m going to attempt to get them fixed on Tuesday when I get back since that’s still within the two week window. The massage during my lavender pedicure was sub par. I just didn’t get that relaxing feel for $90 worth of service that I hoped for.

I’ve gone here twice now and have been very pleased with the service. I like the way you check in. Lush Nails is very clean and staff is very polite.

Horrible! I scheduled a time to come in before leaving for vacation. Showed up to the address and they’re not even open for operation! However the lady I spoke with carried on like there was actually a shop for me to go to for services. So disappointing!
