My Hairstylist is Kathryn Maleficent Guillot, she is the very best. I been her customer for over 3 Years and my colors and cuts are always on point. Love her artist talent and her great spirit attitude. My hole family been beautified by her😀

Absolutely appalled by their customer service. I have been going to this salon for over a year, and absolutely loved it. However this last attempt was awful.I normally work with a girl named Tristan who is a doll. Great girl, better stylist. However this week I needed a last minute style for an event I had going on later that evening. I called, and was informed while Tristan was unavailable, another stylist (Travis I believe?) could fit me in @ 2:00 PM.Perfect!! So I planned my entire day around this appointment, and drove the thirty minutes over, planning to head to my event directly after..However when I showed up 15 minutes early and received the worst news imaginable... The stylist had a regular, walk in with damaged hair, and cancelled my appointment to take them instead.Appalled, but nice, I asked who would take my appointment - and the receptionist informed me that nobody could, the only person who may have been able to I was 5 minutes too late for.So basically dont bother making an appointment - because you could easily be dropped if somebody else walks in.Absolutely unacceptable treatment of a loyal customer, I will not be back.

Great salon! Everyone is really friendly and professional. My stylist there is Lily and she uses ammonia free products that smells amazing. She does balayage highlights that look natural and beautiful. Highly recommend her services!

Brianna is a really great. She does a fantastic job of cutting my naturally curly and fine hair. I always have a positive experience there.

Mari is awesome. Ive always been particular about my hair and my stylist and Mari just gets it. Ive been to Allen B. 3 times now and my blonde turns out awesome. Referred several people to her as well!

My wife and I have both attempted to use their services. Coincidentally enough, and on separate occasions, we were told our appointments had been delayed after arriving. Im not talking 5 minutes, more like half hour to an hour. When you are paying a babysitter it is a big deal. I was sitting in the salon (10 minutes past my appt time) before I was notified that the girl would not be there. After expressing my frustration, I was simply given a weak apology. Usually, businesses give you some incentive to come back after horrible service. Not here though.
