I wish I had remembered to ask my techs name. I havent had my nails done since May and I also had sliced my pointer finger open three weeks ago. But, my nail tech not only did a great job, exactly how I imagined, but was so careful and aware of my damaged finger. I am looking forward to my next visit.

I paid to have my Sisters nails done for her graduation. The lady did not cut them to matching lengths. Now they are coming off because they were left to long. I think the lady was worried about her baby being there. I had dip. I went light and ask the guy to put another coat on to make them darker. He said dark enough, it will make it too thick. ugh and I loved this place. Now on the look out for another place.

Switched from another nail salon in the area after my nails kept breaking/lifting and they couldnt get my nail shape right.This nail salon is amazing! I had a wonderful experience, have had no issues with my nails at all, and the shape is perfect. Price is affordable and salon is clean.

I had an appointment for a pedi at 5:30. Due to I265 traffic I arrived at 5:37. I was seated in a chair to soak. At 6:00 I asked if someone was going to get me me. I was told I was late so they put someone in front of me. NO-ONE in the room had just been seated when I got there. At 6:05 I lefty’s no one was starting on my services and wasn’t near finishing. RUDE!!! NOTE: three ladies working and 7 people waiting. Overbooked themselves and or took other patrons regardless of appointmentsSame thing happens when I brought my granddaughter to get a set of acrylics. They had her sit for a full 30 minutes before they started working on her even though (Again) we made an appointmentThey have ZERO customer service skills and obviously don’t care about their customers!

My wife used this place. The staff was very friendly, professional, and informative. The work done was superb, and the pricing was great for all she received. Would definitely recommend trying this place. Also in a nice part of town, easy access, and good parking.

Love, love, love. No other words for this place. It is absolutely gorgeous in the interior. The nail techs that work there are so friendly and never rush. A little pricey but worth it since they can do any design or print you want.

First, the curtains are beautiful... Now my experience; short staffed, long wait then I was rushed & overcharged. At this point I’m just going with the flow. Until I step out to my car for more cash only to go back in and the tech assumed I left! Really sir?! This was beyond offensive! I wait, can’t get what I want, and overcharged! Message received, I will not be returning.

I take my home health clients to the nail salon often and have not always had good experiences. But we love this place! Thank you for your patience with the senior citizens I serve and bring to your salon. You also do an excellent job on my nails as well.

The staff is very friendly. I go in to get the dip on my fingernails, they have hundreds of different colors. I always leave a very happy camper. 😊😊

Normally love this place- always clean and professional... but was disappointed when I went yesterday and Fancy Nails were SUPPOSED to be open, and they were not. They usually open at 9:30 a.m. and I tried to enter (pulling BOTH doors) at 9:40 a.m. and they were not open yet. So I can witness what another reviewer said about them being locked- they truly were! You could SEE the lock from the outside. Maybe they thought someone else got the lock and turned on the open signs- but they werent done. There was even another regular lady waiting outside who left too. They lost a lot of business in just 10 minutes.

I really like this place! My latest experience was unfortunately getting the wrong dip color (the colors looked similar but were different) but the workers treat you with care and patience and do a great job.

The quality of the nails and the way they make you feel like family. Love it we will keep coming back. So glad we found this gem!!

I was in a hurry so I tried this place out. Never been more disappointed. She rushed the entire thing. The color I picked out was blue and they put purple on me. When I told them it was wrong they just said sorry and that was it. Nails are uneven and shape looks different on every nail. Not nearly as good and $10 more expensive than every decent place in town.

I was very impressed with this nail place. Everything is clean and sanitized. The staff was very pleasant. Didn’t seem like i was there as long as i am at other places. Definitely becoming one of their regulars
