I need walked in to get a fill in pedicure and eyebrow wax. The lady told me it would be a 45 min wait. Then I asked about pricing. She told me that a fill was $32WOW! Then I asked about the full set and she said it was $34 then she changed it $32 so I asked “the full set and fill are the same price she said yes. SMH! Then insisted that she didn’t have anymore time right now to answer questions. One more nail shop put on my NO LIST

Worse experience EVER! waited almost 2 hours to get my nail Fills done, 5hrs later the Gel already pealing off my nails, Nail polish got Bubbly. The nail tech look like she didn’t know what she was doing $45 for fill rip off very disappointed

So disapointed in this place,have been coming here for years!After not getting my toes and nails done for over a year due to COVID-19 this was the only place i would entrust with the health of my feet and hands. Last time i was here after 2 hours of being done my feet started itching and painful blisters began to form in clusters. After review with my doctor theyve confirmed it is a type of athletes foot fungus.Topical treatment does little to no improvement, so i had to get harsh meds from the doctors to get rid of this monster 🤢🤮Needless to say, definitely NOT coming back.

They lie about having shellac. Its all gel. They do a good job tho.

I went on vacation in SD..and needed my nails done..I found Plaza nails on Google..Sandy is the Best nail tech!!

They did a great job. I brought in a picture of an idea of what i wanted and Sandy added unique beautiful details! I will definately return!

It was wonderful being able to get my nails done on Mothers day. I had not planned to, and I was wearing a skirt. The covering given was not sufficient to cover me; good that I had my shawl. However, the gentleman who I presume to be the owner, helped me to be comfortable, telling me my long skirt was about to get wet, which I do appreciate. The woman who served me did not give me her name, and i dont remember giving my name, which set the tone for this encounter. I am looking for a new shop to go to, and so far, they were doing ok. Though not memorable, i was prepared to give them 5 stars. But after my feet were done, she began on my hands. She began to speak to other employees in her native tongue. This is tantamount to whispering, which is considered rude in public. This let me know that they are not interested in making me a permanent customer. They are close to where I live and also offer other amenities. What I want most in a business like this is for those working to practice the golden rule. They almost made it.

Sandy is amazing at what she does. I’ve live in San Diego a while now and have been to a different nail salon every two weeks. But today I came in waited 10 minutes and I’m so in love with my nails. They are perfect and everything I asked for. I think I’ve found my place.

I Usually go to this nail salon and ever since today it has been very good but today I I went to get a fill, and Andy the man that was doing my nails was very rude, and I had told him twice that he miss spots on my nail too fill, and the older lady that was there told me to leave and have my nails done somewhere else, no one should be treated like that, very disappointed

Been coming here since since May 10, 2000. For a Male getting a pedicure that’s a long time. I only have 2 persons that I go to at this location. You have to find the one you like & stick with them for the long run even if prices go up.

Tina did a great job on my gel pedicure. She was very nice and paid attention to detail.

Kim was very nice an all. But the only reason I give 2 stars is because she totally messed up 2 nails and completely ignored all my requests to fix. Not even worth for what I paid.

Dont recommend this place..they water down their nail polishes, had a gel mani & pedi and before a week later the paint started chipping. Whats worse is that my entire fam has been going there for a few years now. So disappointed.😑

My pedi was rushed and wasn’t even full painted all the way, there was still some spot that were not evenly distributed with nail polish! it was just a very messy job. my nail were all shaped differently they were so thick and crooked. never going back to this place.
