Unfortunate, place was my favorite. I was charged $20 for regular fill and $2 each nail design. (For at least 4 or 5 visits). Then recently charged $6 more out of the blue!Charging me $25 for a regular fill and $5 for 2 nail designs. No explanation. They change the price visit to visit.Getting nails done was very painful, almost tears. Nails were done very fast due to line out the door.If you don’t mind pain, no customer service and a price jump without warning, come here.

Charged extra for the pedicure. They CHANGE prices visit to visit. It says $20 but was charged $37🤡 do not trust. Come. This. Area. They. Charge me. To much twice 2 visit everytime only. 1 pedicure sucks. Lies ladys how u can get. Costumer again. To much. Charge hate this place. Never. Come there again. Not good. Costumers.

Staff isn’t pleasant,no nail dryers for regular nail polish when they still offer it! If your nails aren’t dry,they kick u out and say they have to go home. I’m Never coming back!Why ppl like them always come to the US to make money,but NEVER LEARN EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Peter and Tina did a wonderful job on mine and my sisters nails, very nice definitely recommend this place out of most we’ve been to so far in national city!

Kathy is the best, she has been doing my nails for over 13 years. She helped me grow my real nails and to keep them nice and healthy. I always say that a womens hands can say a lot, and she makes mine look awsome!

2 different staff on 2 different occasions Took me as a customer but didnt give the coffin shape that I asked for. Stale conversation to me but loud & fast conversation to co workers in their native tongue. They service black people, but I dont think they want the business the way some staff neglect attention to detail when it comes to the nails.

Wife was looking for a place to get her nails done and decided to give this place a try and gotta say they really did a great job.

I’ve gotten my nails done there four or five times and they have always turned out great 👍 but the other day I took my aunt there and she said she wanted her acrylics round, so the person doing her nails did one finger and showed it to my aunt😊 my aunt liked it but when she started doing the other fingers she started making them square 🤔 so then I told her if she is going to fix them and she started yelling at me “YES, ILL DO IT RIGHT NOW.” So then I waited a little longer and when she finished filing them they were still square so then I said this isn’t what she wanted😡she wanted them to be round not square. So then the girl started yelling at me and I got so mad that I told her to take them off and that we were not going to pay them😡 so if you go make sure you make an appointment and make sure you make it with lily because she has the best and cleanest work.

Ive been going to this for 4yrs Peter usually does my nails and my daughter. This peculiar time my daughter asked if they accept Google pay. So when she gets almost finished they asked her the pay. Guess what what they have no clue how to use the Apple pay app. And she doesnt have her debit card. So Im at work and I try to them who I am and Ill come by in the morning and pay them cause I couldnt leave work and fix it right then. They commence to hold my daughter hostage in the shop until she found a way to pay when they told her they use Apple pay app. I finally had to give them my credit card over the phone. I hate the way they handle this situation. I tried to reason with them to let them know It was no problem that I would absolutely take of them ...THEY WILL NEVER GET ANOTHER QUARTER FROM ME I PROMISE!!!

45$ for a gel pedicure, first andast time going there.

I just got my nails done here. Im never going there again. You tell them how you want your nails and they dont listen. They get mad when you ask them to fix it. Save your money not worth it. I still tipped and still received rude customer service.

Love the ladies me and my daughter carmen have a more the customer relationship with them,I would recommend this, but it would be to crowed for us!! Lol

THEY ARE VERY RUDE!!! Kathy did my nails which were nice and she was suppose to to my toes, but she had some other chick do them, she didnt speak and she half did my feet and act like she was finish i said I am not leaving with my feet like this, she didnt offer the callous remover. and I told her i didnt think I had to ask she should of ask. she just got her stool and pushed away and Kathy came over and finish them. very unprofessional.

Wendy did my pedicure and manicure, she did an excellent job.

Friendly staff however I feel like the quality of the work was poor, I got acrylics and I think they sanded my nails down too far and the tips seemed too big, thick, and sharp. I ended up filing them down myself. Also there was acrylic gel/glue outside the nail bed. Too sloppy to be worth 30 bucks.

The lady who did my nails did a horrible job! I would never recommend this place again.

It was my first time in this place my cousin recommended it I got my nails and my toes done my nails were very nice I was very happy with my nails by Kathy... OK so I got my toes done by somebody else she was really rude... she soaked my feet into hot water, never put any sort of liquid ., soap nothing just hot water... I like to put gel on my toes so I had gel on my toes, When it was time for me to pay they tell me that my total was $73 and $38 for my nails and $35 for my toes I paid right but my cousin asked how much were my nails so she tells me that she charge me $15 just to take off my on my toes gel five dollars for a callous remover (which was very half assed)and 15 for my pedicure... I dont mind paying that amount of money when youre actually going to do an actual pedicure and youre actually going to take off my calluses and youre actually going to do a good job this person. Did a half assed job I never had gotten charge so much to take off my gel in to put new gel on my toes and the worst thing is that she didnt even actually do a pedicure... I never go back to this place just because the way that everything was made I feel sorry for Cathy who did my nails because that was the only friendly person in that shop and I actually did her job...

Highly reccomend it best service ever and quality, cindy is amazing and mimi is really good for pedicure..love this place

Too much pay for my pedicure $48 they said with sponge my feet and the color how comes $48 for the pedicure gel, she want to refund my $5 and always lying . Employees bad attitude.
