My favorite nail salon! Such fair prices and quality service.

I been going there for years there clean and polite ...they have good prices.

I mean I get why people come here. The prices are cheap, but the quality of work is not good. There is no reason my my nails should be hurting after getting a service done. They try to get you in and out quickly just to get more people through the door. You get what you pay for.

The employes are very profesional

Its always worth the wait at the end no matter wat they take care of u!!

I went to get a full set I was charged 60 dollars for something I usually pay 45 everywhere else! Because of length the woman who did my nails i told her I didnt like the coffin shape she was doing that i wanted pointier she she she couldnt do it which is weird everywhere else has done it and actually might have to go some where else so they can fix this because am not happy!! Dont recommend this place also when I was there one of the Nail techs was yelling at a lady who was trying to get a fill telling her she didnt needed it the lady ended up leaving but seemed disappointed!

I paid $15 for a Gel Manicure on my natural nails. I like the price, but the nail tech was a little fast. Before I got a chance to say no, she started to trim my nails. I wish my nails werent as short, but theyll grow back .They only accept CASH, but they have an ATM that charges $2 of your entire withdrawal. They have limited parking behind Hair Ballers, the store right next to them.The color I have is Great Smoky Mountain.

First time going here, love the way this lady did my eybrows ! but it’s a LONG wait, i set up an appointment for 4:30pm to get 1 eyebrow wax, 1 pedicure and 2 full sets done for my friend and I. my eyebrows and toes were done right when i got there but they didn’t start doing the full sets till around 7:30pm or 8pm i left at 9pm from the salon. if they were so busy and they had so many people before me they should’ve told me they weren’t available at that time but they didn’t. love the service but it’s just too long of a wait.

I came back to this nail salon after 3 years of not coming. I was so happy to see that Thuy May still works there, she always does my manicure, pedicure, and eyebrows. I love how the place looks now. Now that I live close by I will be coming more often.

Great prices they do what ever you ask for and theyll play with colors. Its always busy! But hey its good.. And they always say 15 minutes! Keep an eye on who you after!

Great place for economically friendly grooming, a simple mani/pedi to clean up your nails is $14 w/a regular color, I usually do that and the eyebrows for $7, plus they have chill parking in the back if you dont mind the tight squeeze to get in

Very unprofessional, long wait, poor grade of nail products. And salon isnt clean!!!They need to work on improving services.A complete overhaul of the services that they provide. One 🌟 is the lowest, but they had 1/2 🌟 thats what my rating would be....

The Wait Was So Long And Once They Began Doing My Nails The Lady Was All Over The Place! She Kept Getting Up And Walking Away During My Session And The Whole Time She Kept Arguing With Her Coworkers And Screaming At Then While Right In Front Of Me! Very Very Unprofessional! My Nails Came Out Horrible. I Asked For Almond, She Made Them Round. I Asked For Green And She Began Painting Them Gray. You Can See How Uneven The Coats Are And Theres Even Dents In My Nails Because Of How Hard She Filed Them. Nope, Never Again.

Really bad service!!!! Waited an hr to be next in line. Brought a co-worker along with me. We clearly stated she wanted a pedicure and someone else walked in and gave her a pedicure rite away we questioned the nail tech and she pretended like she didnt hear us. Today is my last time here.

This place has good customer service. Th quality of there work is comparable. I give them four stars, and recommended them.

I went there with my mom and one of the lady was so close to me like 2 feat and she touched me and all of them hade no mask please dont come for your safety

This place is terrible, i asked them for 4 different designs and they didnt know how to do either one i asked for a heart something very simple and still told me they couldnt, very sloppy work. Left my nails with lots of clumps, lady filed my nails when doing my refill and did my nail so crooked... Very rude and got my attitude towards them and the owner came up to me trying to calm me down to get me out of the shop as i was walking she was pushing me i will not go back to that rachet place.... 😡😡💩💩

Manicure was advertised as $10.00, gel Manicure was advertised as 17.99. I got a gel Manicure, and they charged me 27.00. They said I needed to understand, the Manicure was $10.00, the gel polish was 17.99. I will never go back. Complete Rip off.

Wish there was an option to rate it a 0. They do a horrible job, do your nails on the WAITING CHAIRS.. come on if there is no desk available I couldve waited instead of getting my nails done in the most uncomfortable condition!!Never will I ever go back.

I love this place. I been coming here for 17 yrs. They have recently added new spa chairs which is a plus. This place is worth it, especially because of the price. And to top it off great work . Spa pedi is $13 and full set betweeen $20-$25 with gel. I never leave paying more then $40 with tip for full set and pedi. Today I went for a fill on hands and color change, white tip on toes. The total was $27. Can’t beat the price, and work is great . Yes there is only one nail tech but Julie is fast, efficient and friendly !

Poor service! One nail tech on duty and other people working there are just doing pedicures. No hand soap to wash your hands.

Waxing is great! I get my upper lip($3) waxed here and the woman is so sweet and gentle when doing it. Theres a specific lady who is there just for waxing so do it with her because not gonna lie, I once went when she wasnt there and it wasnt good lol lets just say that.

They are the worst people ever, I came all the way from Coronado and then they are so greedy for the money and the old lady thats kinda like the boss was yelling at the workers and thats so disrespectful and to me thats not customer service to me thats being too greedy for a dollar. So its the worst place to go to if you want good lookin nails and she rushes when working on the nails coz lots of people were complaining coz she wants to work on everyone and she wants the money to me I considered quality. So its a no go zone . Dont waste your time .

Very small facility but they do awesome work

It’s bad the service is okay but the nails are horrible I asked for a deign they didn’t doIt. My nails aren’t even with the other ones and they are all bumpy and uneven. No wonder they are so cheap.

I came to get my nails done, first I called to make sure they were open. They said sure have a Seattle and I waited for 30 minutes then I went to go pull out money next door and I got back they said were closed. Horrible place dont go here
