I got a pedicure from Lee (idk if that’s how she spells it) and for the first time EVER I had someone take their time to remove my ingrown nails. My nails grow extremely bad and it’s complicated to get them out, but Lee was patient and didn’t hurt me while removing them. I will definitely be coming back! Everything was extremely clean and sanitary and the environment was professional 🙂

If you are in a hurry do not come here.. I LOVE this place they are all good!! Please be nice..

I agree with another post of them just rushing and trying to get clients in and out. It was busy when we went in and were just working to take as many people. I asked for gel nails and she didn’t even cure them. Resulting in getting air bubbles and wrinkles.

I love how my nails came out! I will for sure keep coming to this place and if you want the person who did my nails ask for Hellen!!

My mom and I come here every 2 weeks. She always sees Tina and this was my first time with Emy! Let me just say, Emy is amazing! I appreciate her attention to detail and meticulousness in her craft! She takes extra effort to make sure the edges of my gel nail polish was perfect and trimmed back my cuticles so gently! Very satisfied with Emys work!

I love getting my feet done from here! I love across the street and down the street from other nail salons, but so come here. The workers here are individually awesome and great at thier jobs. You get more for what you pay for here.

It was indeed a busy morning for this place but we were told the wait would be no less than 30min. Here we are 1 hour and half later still waiting. No buisness should ever lie about the wait time just to try and keep customers. Also, they never have the AC turned on, It is easily 10 degrees hotter in the salon compared to outside. Do not recommend this place!

Went in for a pedicure and a full set of nails. Pedicure was amazing. But I wish I could say the same for my full set. Kathy was rude and was in such a hurry that she didnt let my nails dry up completely. Came home with my nail polish looking really messy. Good thing that I brought in my own nail polish. Had to remove the old nail polish and do it again. Will be back for a pedi but forget the nails. Ill go elsewhere.

I would put a 5 but even if you have an appt you wait a long time to be helped. But everyone is really friendly.

Tina is very good. My feet were looking rough due to not getting a pedicure in a while and now my feet look amazing. She was very sweet. Would definitly recomend.

The guy who made my nails was very rough on handling my hands. He was like doing some carpentry on my fragile hands. He was in a hurry because they were almost closing. He painted my nails with a different color. I told him it was different but he insisted it has the same number. The colors have the same number but with different shades. He kept insisting, finally maybe realized he was wrong and told me he will put on a lighter color over the first layer. I told him to forget it and go ahead with the first wrong color. I gave him an attitude, i grabbed my change and left without giving him a tip. I am tired of these vietnamese talking loudly while doing their nail jobs.

All the employees are super rude especially Tony no respect for his customers he made me feel like I was wasting his time while deciding what nail color I wanted. He is super rough while doing my nails and didnt listen to the nail shape I wanted. The place is nasty and dirty. The wait time was super long they told me 15mins and it was more like 35mins. I will never go there ever again. Another thing I hate when you as customer tell them to give you an another coat of nail polish and then they started speaking in their language about you. I gave this place a thumb down!!.

My wife and daughter have visited this location a handful of times within the last couple months. Today my wife decided to go 1hr before closing. She is asked to wait which is fine and people after her are asked to come back again since they were full. 40mins later two young woman arrive and were told the same however they claimed they were waiting in the car. The person in charge then goes to tell my wife after waiting 40mins that theyre sorry and she needs to come back tomorrow. W.T.F? This is not not good business practice. If you forgot that you over booked you take the hit and deliver great service. You fulfill you clients needs even though it might cost you 30mins/1hr overtime. Now she has to locate a different nail salon when she could have just easily done so 40mins prior. At the very least provide a discount voucher for the inconvenience. They lost two customers today.

I had the privilege today to go to Tinas nails. I had a appointment at 3:30. I had to wait abt 15 mins due to how busy the place is.. When it came to my turn. I had the lovely experience to have Kathy do my nails. The young lady beside me beganto tell my how Great Kathy is with doing nails. I wish i asked her.. Her name to thank her. KATHY was awesome!-!!!!!.. My nails are amazing.. !!!!! Then i made my way to get my pedicure.. LISA was like heaven sent for my feet!.. She made sure my feet were in tip top ...and smooth to the layer... WOW!!!!!!-! .. I can say this place is affordable, professional, Great vibes.. And even the HairStylist had the place full of smiles and laughter... !!!!

I do not recommended this nail shop !! I have used there service many times before, Rose does my pedicure and shes excellent!! But about a week ago I was there and had a full set of nails applied by Lisa, the very next day one of my nail broke off and the day after that another. I went in to have them fixed and I treated very rudely by male manager, he basically said that it was my fault that my nails were breaking and for me to be careful. I have been wearing nails for over twenty years, very long nails at that, I know how to handle my nails. But anyway, Lisa fixed my two broken nails and I was told by the male manager that they usually charge $5 for broken nails but beacaus its Christmas time, he wont charge. Really ! I wasnt paying for the poor quality and service !! I really feel that they owe me a complete refund. I do not recommended this nail shop.

Friendly staff...I highly recommend making an appointment with your favorite technician for a manicure or pedicure. This will save you time and frustration.

Been coming here on and off for three years... I always request for Tony or Kim. Tony is my #1 go-to. Sometimes wait time even with an appointment can be frustrating but it isnt too often.
