The staff at Highland Avenue nails are very professional and kind. They are welcoming and remember their customers. There is a good selection of colors and COVID19 safety protocols are in place. I’ve been going there for years for my manicures and pedicures. I have recommended this place to several friends and family members.

I have been a customer here and have even recommended this place for years. But after today never again! I asked to have someone else work on both my toes and hands after noticing I was not getting the level of satisfaction I usually receive to just be be ignored all three times. My nails are sloppy,crooked and thick. I paid $77 and was ignored when I tried raising attention to my concerns in store. After 2.5 hours this whole situation was absolutely ridiculous. I really hope the owner tiffany I believe atleast tries to reach out. I am so beyond disappointed.

They seem like they do a good job under normal circumstances but when I went it was a little over crowded for covid crisis to still be high. I paid too much money for the rushed job I received. I needed a fill in a few days on $45 set of nails I got done

Wonderful, relaxing experience! The ladies made me feel like a queen! I went there after my previous nail shop had me waiting for an hour. I got all the services I used to get at my previous nail shop for a slightly cheaper price, minus the wait and excellent service. I will definitely be coming back.

I brought my daughter to get her eyebrows done and I was so pleased with the service. Tiffany did such an amazing job and you cant beat the price. Hands down my favorite nail salon in both San Diego and the Coachella Valley. Tiffany and all of the employees here work efficiently and pay attention to details. The prices are amazing and since it is so affordable I am able to give a tip for the excellent service.
