I told them I wasn’t going to pay that much amount for what I got I ended up still having to pay! then they have me wait another 30-40min so someone else can fixed smh ! Don’t come here

My nails came out so bad there was still so much stuff under my nails, they didn’t do the ombré right, it looked so bad and I had to go somewhere else to get them fixed and had to pay another $60 for a whole new set this experience was so bad I will not be going back I was so embarrassed when I left and didn’t want no to see my nails! Had my nails “dipped” for the first time! Even though I have been coming here for years I never had this technique. Long did an amazing job on my hands, he really knows his craft. I also got my pedicure done at the same time. I am a loyal customer to Van! She does the best pedicures, but don’t let that fool you she can do it all! I highly recomend LA Nails

I wont go anywhere else.Great service. Nice employees. Competitive pricing.Everytime I need nails done I just walk in. Long has been doing my nails forever! Even before coming to the mall.Nails ALWAYS look good & never lift or break.They need to be larger but its always nice there with music or even the super bowl.Customers need to make sure to leave their children at home though. Its a spa & its very rude to bring little ones who scream & run around to a spa.

The people is nice so is the place, but definitely not a 5 star nail place. The lady who did my nails did not clean my nails at all, she did not asked me for the length I wanted my nails but instead cut them short. The price is high for the low level service is offer. Not recommended 👎🏼

L.A. Nails and Spa is honestly the only place I go to get my nails done! They are amazing! I’ve never walked out of this place unhappy! They are super friendly and and always creating GREAT quality work!! 10/10 would recommend!!

I went in to get a gel manicure. When I got started on my thumbs nails started to get bubbly with the gel as if it was an old gel paint. I wasn’t really happy with my results because three days later they started to chip so I went back to ask for a refund and they said no so I asked if they would fix it at the very least. They fixed the chips and then a day later the same thing happened. I do not recommend coming to this place for any type of manicure or pedicure. I’m very disappointed with the $28 dollars spent.

The service is phenomenal. The techs did an amazing job with both mani and pedi. This is a place that offers a unique product that fully exfoliates the skin. They have a huge variety of services and products to choose from, and it is obvious that the techs are all experienced and strive to provide the best service. They definitely go above and beyond for the customer!

Tonight went to L.A. Nails for a simple manicure and pedicure. I received a pleasant greeting from the manager and it was downhill from there.Halfway through removing the gel polish from a previous pedicure and confirming for the 5th or 6th time that I didnt want gel nails again. I was told that it was an additional $5 for removing the gel polish. I agreed and continued. The nail tech asked several assistants to help with my manicure and they all refused, in addition to being visibly disturbed that I was just getting a simple manicure and pedicure.The first an straw was a group of white women came in for services and the second manager extended high level customer service to them. This included offering them drinks and smiles. I was shocked and offended that it was obvious that our patronage was not regarded as the same.I didnt even complete my services paid for what had been done and excited. I was extremely insulted.

The workers were nice and so was the lady who did my nails but she did my nails so sloppy. I asked for a full set, long and she made them super short and she painted my nails super sloppy. she didn’t fill it in all the way and didn’t even bother cleaning up the nail polish around my nails. I feel so disappointed and I sadly but honestly regret getting my nails done here.

I went in to get a set (not acrylic my own natural nails just gel) once I said I wanted short nails she recommended I use something else which I said fine. I ended up paying $45 for the simplest job ever which shoulda been less or around $25 just so she can have fun and paint my nails with some powder. The job isn’t any different than regular gel nor did it take any less time. The lady just robbed me $20 for the job isn’t any different. There went your tip. Such a STEAL. Walked out feeling ROBBED .

I first came to this salon on July 5th for a full set and pedicure for my wedding July 6th. The job was done well, but was not 100% impressed with the work the original gal did. Two weeks later, I came back for a fill, and was completely blown away by the work that Long did on my fill. It is common for someone doing your nails to leave that “bubble” shape to your nails, but Long made sure to reshape my acrylic so that it was more natural to my nail bed shape.He was incredibly fast! Typically a quick fill is going to result in errors and lopsided shapes.. my coffin shape came out perfect, compared to the original shape I got on my first set.Long impressed me, and I’ll continue to come back!

Went in for a pedicure with my girlfriend for the first time not expecting it to be so great. Probably one of the best pedicures Ive ever gotten. All the employees were very friendly as well. Good job guys, I will definitely go here again.

The person in charge, a male, is rude and impolite. I went there a Saturday around 2 pm. The place was full but there were seats to wait available. This male asked me what I needed and when I told him he said there’s a waiting time I asked for permission to sit and he said no it’s going to be a long time go hang around we’ll call you. I left my information and waited around more than 2 hours. They never called. I went a week later this time a Friday (this past Friday) around 3 pm. I went in and he was there again and asked me the same question. He said there was a waiting time of 10 min and this time invited me to take a seat. The place was not even full. I waited 30 min and nothing, a lady came in and she was rapidly sent to somebody for a manicure. I was going to say “hey I was first” but then I remembered there was a “waiting time” and she probably went hang around waiting for her turn. I waited another 20 min and another lady came in. She was again rapidly sent to someone for a manicure. I went to this man and I asked him what was going on. He said oh “I’m sorry I forgot about you, what do you needed?” when I was sitting right in front of him waiting for my turn! I wasted 50 min of my time. That was very rude from him. I felt discriminated. I was sent to a lady immediately to do my nails, he did not apologize or give me a discount. He went to hide when it was time for me to pay and send somebody else to charge me $52 for acrylic/gel nails. What a coward!! My respect to the ladies they do a really good job but the owner or manager I don’t know who he is has a horrible customer service. I won’t be back for sure. They might have a lot of people but I’m one of those who visits a spa every two weeks.. they willNever have my business again and of course I will share this bad experience with all the females that I know like to get her nails done.

I have been coming to this nail salon since I was 15 so it’s been about 9 years & I love every single person that works here they have become family! Savina & her husband are my go to ppl savina does my lashes and her husband is my nail tech and when he’s not there or available ask for Nina she’s amazing to! For pedicures I go to Tiffany she is the absolute best so much love goes into this business I plan on coming here till I can no longer 💕

First time coming here, nails look good but the lady who did them cut me so much...4 of my fingers have cuts around the cuticle and Im not one to complain but I had to tell her that she was hurting me a couple of times.

It has been literally 5 days since I got my nails done and the acrylics are already coming off. Definitely not getting them done here again.

My manicure went fairly well, my friends however did not.The man sitting in front was rude, and her manicurist cut three of her fingers to the point that they were bleeding. She wasnt apologetic, she didnt even stop to clean the blood off her fingernails.

I think their services are overpriced. The manicurist showed me a price list and the service included and I picked what I wanted. When it was time to pay, I was charged double. Ive never paid $84. For a mani/pedi before plus I tipped $10. It is ridiculous 👿👎.

I walked in for an acrylic fill with gel polish. Worst idea Ive ever had! I asked for my nails a little shorter, they are almond shaped, and she cut them to nubs with a square shape. I told her that I wanted to keep the almond, so she filed them down even shorter with a nail file. They were crooked and still flat on the end from where she just chopped them off, so then she tried the tool. I understand that nicks and cuts happen, but she made FIVE of my fingers bleed. She ground the acrylic down so thin that one nail has already chipped, and its been two hours since my visit with non-strenuous activity. My nails are still crooked, not even close to a uniform shape, and you can see the space in between the old acrylic and her thin layer or new acrylic under the polish. I am at home right now trying to file them myself because they look so awful! I said that I was not satisfied and asked for another nail tech and they refused to make it right. I dont look for perfection, as I am aware that this is a human providing the service, but this is just a waste of my time! I dont even want to go back and ask to get it fixed, but I might if other employees are working. I will return to my usual Diva Nails in two weeks and hope that they can fix this failure of a nail job. Until then Im stuck with a blood nail bed and hideous almond shaped acrylic nubs.

I came in for a mani and pedi, my pedi went well, really good massage, i got a french tip, i loved the lady who took care of me. But for me the mani, she cut my finger 2 times !!! She put three coats of the nail polish, i dried them, she checked them, and they were dry . I got some sandals the ones the provided, and i wanted to put my shoes back on. I asked the lady that made me my mani and she checked my toes and said yes they are dry. I get home 3 hrs later, i take a shower and my nails were wrinkley . I took off my socks and all the paint was smudged ! I PAID 80$ FOR THIS?!?

I took my daughter there sloppy work over priced and for the price they are rushed to get you out my daughter got an infection lousy work
