I’ve been coming to Amy for almost 7 years. She does a perfect job on my eyebrows. I am very picky about them staying as thick as possible and she takes her time the entire way through.I get regular pedicures and she is the best price around, is quick, very sweet and friendly.I keep polish off my finger nails because I like them natural. I have her clean my cuticles and buff my nails regularly.It’s great.

I did a full set plus foot massage. She carefully removed all the dead skin and performed a nice massage on my hands and feet. Also helped me pick the color. Really nice experience!

Worst place ever! I had gels placed and they chipped by the next day and they all peeled off within 3 days. I kept telling the woman that my nails needed to be under the dryer longer than 30 seconds but she kept telling me that they will dry within seconds and there is no need.

My wife jokeinly bad me go for a pedicure in Natick at Best Nail what a mistake i loved it. Mai was so attentive and took her time with the pedicure and then massaged my feet and calfs i didnt want her to stop. Been back many times and will be back many more. Thank You Mai . See You Soon.

The absolute worst experience ever. The owner did not know what she was doing. I called ahead of time to make sure they used the powder polish the owner assured me she could do my nails with the powder polish. She lied. I should have gotten up and left the minute she asked me how long did my previous nail tech wait in between coats. To make a long story short my nails looked so terrible she told me not to worry about paying for my nails just my pedicure. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE SHE SUCKS!!!!!!

DOESNT EVEN DESERVE A STAR! Went with my friend to get eyelash extensions today. I literally have no words to how awful the service was. My advice, do not go here! The place isnt nice at all and the woman was extremely unprofessional. She used a fake eyelashes set you can buy at walgreens or cvs and used eyelash extension glue and put them on. Literally butchered eyelashes now. I went to the Ulta salon right after this happened and they said that they were shocked that she put eyelashes on that way and you are not supposed to use eyelash extension glue on fake eyelashes, rather individual eyelashes that arent sold at convenient stores. This process took about an hour, Ulta said the usual eyelash extension time is around three hours. Told her more than once to be more careful around my eyes because they were sensitive and she goes everyones eyes are sensitive not just you and continued to be aggressive with putting them on. Then when I looked in the mirror and told her I did not like them and asked her to fix them she told me she will not do service to me anymore and to pay and get out of her salon. DO NOT GO HERE! WARNING YOU, WORST MONEY I HAVE EVER SPENT!!!!
