Ive had a great experience at this salon! Emily is now my go-to stylist. She is amazing at blond color and incredibly warm and welcoming. Ive moved and Im still driving over an hour to her because she is THAT good. I was going to a different salon previously and was never truly happy with my hair and now I leave LOVING it.

Gretchen colored my hair along with a Brazilian blowout. This was truly the best service I have had. Gretchen Is so professional. She is honest and listens. I love my hair and would definitely recommend her. You won’t be sorry. Gretchen takes her time and is meticulous about her work. This was my first time with her and I’m so glad I found her through my cousin.

If you are looking for a new place to get your hair done, I would 100 % recommend Jesamondo. I once got my hair done and wasnt pleased with the initial results so I called back to get it fixed up and they were SO understanding, accommodating, and friendly. They immediately re-booked me for the next appointment I was available for (emphasis on the fact they worked with my schedule and carved out time for what worked for me) and fixed my hair free of charge. They truly care about their customers and prioritize customer satisfaction over profit. Emily did my hair (a beautiful balayage) and CRUSHED IT. She is so talented and clearly passionate about her work. I didnt know how much a new hairstyle would effect my confidence, but never underestimate the power of a new do... Worth the investment and experience.

There is such an amazing atmosphere at Jesamondo Salon & Spa! Upon arriving for my appointment I felt extremely comfortable and welcomed, considering all of the on going regulations due to the pandemic. I absolutely love this salon! The staff are nice and I love all the hair products they have available! Billy did an amazing job on my hair (as always) with both the coloring and styling of my hair and all of the other staff were very friendly and helpful as well. I loved the experience! As soon as I walked in, I was greeted and offered to get my coat hung. They then assisted me to my chair and at the shampoo bowl I had an amazing warm towel on my neck! It was so relaxing and it professional! Very clean and nice

One of the cleanest and most organized salons I have been to in a while! On my first ever visit, the owner personally introduced himself to me and explained the measures they are taking to keep the salon clean and safe during this time. Jesamondo Salon & Spa is legit my HAVEN! If you just need a blowout just to brighten your day, or a major change they are the place to go! From the moment you walk through the door they know who you are and greet you with such warmth. The stylists really do such a wonderful job of listening to your needs and wants. My girls Marissa and Emily always make me feel like a billion dollars the moment I hop out of the chair. The hair was not what I requested and when I asked to blow-dry my hair, they charged me 35$, way too expensive! They do not know how to cut male hair and gave me my least favorite hair cut This place was poor Quality and took them 7 minutes to do a hair style that should take at least 15. They were very open and could except me early, the solan was very clean and smelled nice. Overall a 2 star.

My daughters (5 & 7) also love getting the salon experience with Marissa. The owner Matt is always walking around visiting with the customers, offering mimosas on the weekends and making sure clients are well taken care of. Its a Newbury Street experience in Natick!

This is a great salon! It’s beautiful, the staff is wonderful (especially Emily) and the prices competitive. I was most impressed by their reopen protocol during the pandemic. They communicated with their clients before they reopened giving us instructions. Wait outside, temp check, no contact payment and masks on all. They replaced their air filtration with state of the art air cleaners. I felt safe and happy to get back to them.

Donna has been doing my manicures/pedicures for years. She is great. The salon has gone above and beyond to make sure that you feel safe and that your health is a priority. Matt has done a wonderful job elevating this salon to the next level. I really appreciate his and the staffs commitment to providing a professional experience every time.

I love the atmosphere at Jesamondo. I had a great experience seeing Whitney for the first time. She listened to me and spent a long time trying to achieve what I wanted. When I felt it was a little too light she immediately remedied the situation with no attitude or annoyance and the outcome was great. Morgan.... I heart you!I have been going to the same hairdresser in Lexington for 5 years and in the spring I went in to see if she could to balayage on my hair. I had high hopes because I have regular thin highlights every 4 to 5 months and they looked good but I wanted a more natural highlight look. Sadly, the end result was not what I wanted and I ended up coloring over all the highlights.I have been searching high and low for an expert- someone to give me the balayage of my dreams. I came across this salon and the multiple posts with images of work done by Morgan and I decided to give it a shot.So, on Tuesday, I walked into the salon (that was buzzing) on the edge of Natick and Wellesley and soon enough I was greeted by Morgan. A young, beautiful stylist that was very nice tempered and very much open to listening to what I wanted. What I liked about Morgan is she also had an opinion and shared it and in the end we did a balayage and a toner and the end result of my hair was nothing short of perfection!I am picky (and a bit of a pain in the a$$) but Morgan blew me away. My hair is just gorgeous and I am now sun kissed sexy! I dont know how I will be able to ever return to my other hairdresser following this experience.The cost is just shy of $300 without a cut so if you want this then you will be paying. The upsides are it looks incredible and you dont have to do it again for another 4 months. The down side is it may be a small hit in price if you need a cut as well.Regardless of the price, Im in. I love my hair and I really like Morgan. She delivered 10 out of 10! Ill be back for sure!

Great salon! Online or call in appointments, they use great products and have a skilled and likable team. I have enjoyed a couple of facials here but usually am there for my cut and color or occasional mini keratin with a Laura A. I have curly red hair and not everyone can do it right. She gets it and I won’t ever leave!

Jesamondo went above and beyond for us to make our wedding day something truly incredible. As a patron of 10+ years their service and price is nothing short of exceptional. Not only did they work with us to make an exception to do our hair and make up on a day the salon wasnt normally open, they even worked with us with our tight budgetary restraints and made exceptions for certain people. At the last minute even when we wanted to add more people they were very flexible and patient in making sure our whole bridal party was serviced. Specifically Nikki did my makeup and Michelle did my hair and I could not have been happier at the result and how amazing everyone looked. Ive been going there to get my haircuts, makeup, and waxing for years. By far they are the BEST salon in the Middlesex area if you are looking for any of these services! Everyone there is super nice, really cares about you, and always tries to work with you when things go wrong. Jesamondo gets 10000 hearts!!!!

If you have hair that is curly do not go here i asked for my hair up to my shoulders when it’s curly and they didn’t realize my hair would shrink up and now it’s up to my ears my hair used to be down my back when it was straight

This review is based on working with both Morgan and Nubia for the last 2 years. First a word on Nubia: I cant tell you how AMAZING your brows will look when Nubia does your brows. She is a PRO......you dont have to tell her what to do. She will look at your brows, your eyes and your face and know exactly how to make them look the best they can be! I do consider her a brow artist of sorts. I will NEVER have anyone else do my brows. Others have trimmed or waxed them too thin, or not aligned correctly.....just not perfectly designed to my face. I almost hate to post this review for fear she will book up too quickly....but I must. She is JUST THAT GOOD!!!!!!! Facials too!Now for Morgan.....Morgan does my color and cut and not only is she a PRO in her field, she is also one of the nicest people Ive ever met. When she is working on your hair she is focused on YOU 100%. Her color is amazing, she is gentle yet thorough and when you tell her what you want that is what you will get! She is a true professional but due to her popularity you will want to book your appointments months in advance!I live in Milford Mass and drive to Natick to work with this Professional Team of Artists!

I went to Jesamondo for the first time this past weekend for a cut and color. When I arrived at 2pm for my appointment, I waited until a little past 2 when I was told that my original stylist was running late and someone else would be taking me. Im not sure what the issue was with my stylist but I repeatedly told her that I wanted my hair to be a caramel brown all over. She kept asking me if I wanted foils, which I did not. I wanted one single color all over my head. When all was said and done, my hair was still a dark brown, not even close to the shade I explained AND showed the stylist a picture of. I also was not impressed with the cut I received. It was much shorter than i asked her to go. All in all, I wouldnt go back.

Ive always heard that the difference between a good cut and a bad one is a week. Marisol cut my hair a week ago and now it looks better than when she first cut it. Shes an amazing hairstylist and easy on the eyes too :-)

(no touching healing) Nubia can tell where your pain or stress is and relieve the underlining issues. I love the HydraFacial ....I feel like I have had a face lift and it last for a long time from Danielle. Its an amazing service! Front desk people are wonderful. I know I am in good hands.

Loved my cut & color by Anna!! Fabulous service, fun atmosphere, and love all the new product lines. I used to have to drive to Brookline to get my Oribe fix, but now Jesamondo sells it! They also just started to carry my favorite make up by celebrity make up artist, Stacey Frasca, of Studio 28. Next time Ill have to try the spa services and mani/pedi! Definitely a 5-star salon & spa, hands down.
