This was my first visit. I had a dip manicure and express pedicure. I am more than pleased with my experience. They were friendly and professional and my nails looked great. Even though I only had the express pedicure, it was better than most regular pedicures Ive had at other salons. They have a great selection of colors in everything from dip to gel to Dazzle. I definitely recommend this salon!

This is my go to nail salon. The salon is always clean and the staff is always so friendly. Lily is the best! Her gel manicures last for at least 3 weeks..sometimes longer before the begin to chip. The pedicures are amazing. Basic pedicure includes a hot stone massage which isn’t common around here. Their pedicure chairs are also top notch.

I visited this salon in early March 2020 and was impressed by its cleanliness. I had a pedicure and it was fair. I decided to try again in early June 2021 and was very disappointed. I made the appt. online and chose someone who had great reviews. When I got there I was given whoever was available. The pedicure was mediocre. I was looking forward to the hot stone leg massage which lasted about 20 seconds.The owner gave me my gel manicure. The next day one nail chipped and several more have chipped. I was mostly perturbed by the client before me who wanted a nail fill. The owner kept trying to talk her into a dip or gel manicure and the client said she didnt want either of those. The owner persisted to keep asking her. I wish I had loved this place but I cannot recommend it. I am wondering if the reviews were real reviews.

Unfortunately this was the worst pedicure/nail salon experience of my life. Came here the night before my baby shower (I’m 8.5 months pregnant) because I knew I wouldn’t be able to do a pedicure myself, and it was all downhill from there.Not only was the actual pedicure subpar (nails unevenly cut/filed, polish haphazard - pictures attached), the nail technician cut one of my toes mid-pedicure. She didn’t say anything about it either until I stopped and looked as it was bleeding a lot. Like, didn’t stop bleeding the whole time I was there and they kept wiping it with pads until I asked for a band aid. I also asked repeatedly for it to be cleaned with soap and water but they ignored me and kept trying to just put skin bonding serum on it. Needless to say I stopped it there but the tech insisted on finishing the polish, which unfortunately wasn’t done well.At the end, I thought surely they wouldn’t charge for this experience, but the owner herself asked me to pay full price without even thinking twice. She said “accidents happen” and was hurtful and rude and had zero remorse for the situation, trying to make *me* feel bad. She finally went down to offering 40% off but this was after I explicitly (and repeatedly) said I wouldn’t pay full price. It took so much back and forth and her berating me for not wanting to pay full price before I agreed just so I could get out of there.I’m sad to have to leave this review as I had such high hopes, but thought others should know of this experience.

Been here twice and will not be going back again. First time was a few months ago and the nail tech seemed like she didn’t have any manicure experience..quick, sloppy, and not quality manicure. 2nd time was last week, I figured I would give it a 2nd chance, and gel manicure is already almost completely off and the nails started fading 2 days after it was done. The tech had no idea what she was doing, didn’t file my nails evenly, didn’t do enough coats, and didn’t take all of my previous nail color off. She was so bad that another tech came over and said something to her and then they switched places and different lady finished my nails. To say the least, this place is not good. A waste of money and time. Will not be back again ever.

The place is clean but the service is rushed. The technician cut my nails short without even asked me, my color faded the next day, very disappointing, not going back.

Super impressed with this nails salon, best place in town by far! I’ve gone here a couple times and always gotten great experiences. The shop is clean, nice, and everyone who works here is professional, very attentive, meticulous but Tina is my girl! Also their services are reasonable with the prices you’re paying for.Highly recommend!!

I tried CenDeluxe for the first time and was very impressed. It is very clean and I love that you can make an appointment online. I booked one on a last minute whim and everyone was very friendly. Great ambiance, too!

Loved my experience! They have all the latest and greatest for polish options and the place is so clean. The layout enables you to be distanced from others and they have Plexi dividers between you and the technician for manicures and rolling Plexi dividers for between pedicure chairs. And the massage chairs are amazing! The foot massage you get during the pedicure is even better though. Hot towel, hot stone and their prices are very reasonable! The owner is super sweet as are the techs I got to meet. I will definitely be back and very highly recommend!!

Searching for a high quality nail salon in an unfamiliar town can be daunting- but look no further. I moved to Natick a few months ago, 30 miles from my previous town and the nail lady I had been going to for 7 years. I get gel manicures biweekly and pedicures monthly, so I have high expectations for the salon I choose. I found just want I needed at Cendeluxe. The manicures and pedicures are high quality, the salon is brand new and clean, and every salon member treats me warmly. The atmosphere is quiet and relaxing, unlike some other salons. Cendeluxe has my highest recommendation.

I went here for the first time after moving to Natick, it was recommended by a neighbor. I got a pedicure and it was wonderful! Everything is new and clean. The massage chairs are fancy with lots of different massage options. So many dips and nail polishes to choose from. The pedicure included a hot stone massage for no additional cost. I went early, it was not crowded and there were 3 people working. Plexiglass and hand sanitizer at every station and everyone was wearing a mask. I would definitely go back and I definitely recommend!

Very clean and beautiful place. I love the online appointment option and also had a choice to explain about my autistic daughter. They did not make her wait and it was wonderful experience. Will definitely go back

The minimal setting in all white is gorgeous. That compounded with the excellent, friendly, and professional service will have me coming back.

I had a great experiance here. Everyone was friendly and kind, the place was spotless, they had every conceivable color, and I got a wonderful manicure and pedicure. Yay!
