I’m giving this company a three star review based on two separate interactions. The first one, was nothing but pleasant. I had a very unique situation to where I needed a tow truck to retrieve my vehicle from a crooked mechanic. Their driver drove all the way to Ashland city and once there, the mechanic refused to release my vehicle. Even though the driver made the long trip, and had his time wasted, they only charged me for half, even when I offered to pay in full. Very nice. The second encounter, not so pleasant. I called this company back once I had a court order to retrieve my vehicle. I called them at 7 A.M. and scheduled for a tow truck to be available at the mechanic’s home at 10 A.M. I explained how this time I would be able to retrieve my vehicle due to the fact that I had a court order from a judge to retrieve my vehicle with a sheriff’s deputy on site. So it was confirmed that there would be a tow truck there at 10 to meet the deputy and I to get my vehicle. Once 10 o’clock came, there was no tow truck at the address, so I called to see what was going on and I was told that there wasn’t even a truck on the way. Even though it was confirmed 3 hours before that there would be one there to meet us. On the phone, I was met with a ton of questions about the arrangement as if we didn’t have the discussion 3 hours before. I was then told that they weren’t able to help me out. So understandably, the officer was annoyed that his time had been wasted, as was I. I called a different tow company after and they arrived in 10 minutes and towed my vehicle with no issues whatsoever. I’m hoping this was just a very isolated, unprofessional moment because they were very accommodating before this.

Best tow business in Nashville and surrounding areas. The owner and his cousin are courteous and friendly. My insurance company was about to have me waiting in the heat for 90 min to get a tow, & these guys got to me in 35. I know who to call if ever in a jam again.

Called and within five mins they were there to get my Audi. Very cautious with the vehicle taking extra care of it. Friendly service and towed my car a very very long distance to my mechanic for a very cheap price. Tried to tip the driver and he refused to take it. These are stand up people. I’ll never let anyone else tow my cars.

Nick helped me out of an embarrassing situation when my truck was stuck in my own backyard.🙄Why should you call Nick?1. He answers his phone quickly (no computerized voice for me) and texts when hes on his way.2. Brings what is necessary to get the job done (Granted mine was a weird situation so I explained the situation on the phone first).3. Short version: Perfect!!I cancelled my appointment with another company whod given me a 60 minute wait time and hadnt shown up (or even followed up) after two hours. Nick from All Out Towing said he could show up in 10 to 15 minutes. And he did!My car had failed to start after trying to jump it off of two other vehicles, but he managed to start it off of a jump box. He charged their cheaper price for a jump rather than a tow, and I managed to make it to the nearest auto parts store where I replaced the battery and went on my way. So All Out saved me money with them AND saved me a trip to the mechanic.My experience with All Out Towing was perfect and could not have been better. Highly recommended!

I broke down in the middle of a busy area right around the end of rush hour and close to the company’s closing time. The team had excellent communication and gave me an accurate estimate on time of arrival given the circumstances. The team was friendly and very helpful in getting me towed to my dealership. Even though I was so desperate that I didn’t care about the cost, the end result was a very fair price and way lower than expected. While I hope I don’t need to be towed any time soon, I would definitely call them again for assistance!

I had a flat tire at 7:30 this morning. (Its Monday.) A friend of mine recommended All Out Towing, so I gave him a call and he was at my house (in BFE, mind you) in less than half an hour. Mr. Formosa was professional and courteous throughout the whole experience. He handled my car with care and was nice to my dog, which was awesome. He towed my car to Crest Honda and I wasnt even 30 minutes late to work. I cant say Im HAPPY I had a flat, but Im very happy to have done business with such an honest and hard working businessman. I will continue to do business with Mr. Formosa and will recommend him to my friends, family and customers.

We had a tire blow out on the interstate about 15 minutes out of Nashville. We called All out Towing with no clue on where we actually were. The driver talked me through how to send him our location from my smart phone. He arrived within 20 minutes. There was not enough room to transport 5 people in the tow truck so the driver made a phone call and arranged for another vehicle come out to pick up the other passengers. He was very professional, polite and did everything he could to get us to the repair shop.

I used him 3 times already. He tried his best to be as quick as possible and his rate is very reasonable. He also keeps thing neat.

Stop scrolling and start calling All Out Towing! My son had a blow out at the I-40, 440, I-24 junction while traveling from up I-24 to merge toI-40 E. At 5pm on a Tuesday. If your from Nashville you know how heavily congested that area is at that time of day. My son managed to get into that median area out of traffic. Long story short... my son called me. I called All Out Towing. He was on the way to my son’s location before I even got off the phone trying to explain where my son was and in which direction. It could not have even been 10 minutes and All Out was on the scene. I don’t even know how, but he did. Scooped up my son’s truck and delivered it to tire shop in Hermitage all before I could make it home from my office downtown. Now THAT is service. Thank you so very much! 👍👍

Theres a lot that can go wrong in the service industry. But when it does what you do about it shows the type of company you are. We had an unfortunate situation while I was being towed and without a blink the problem was reimbursed and he went out of his way to accommodate me to get me home. I have a large truck and he kept the one vehical he had capable of hauling it from leaving dedicating it to me until we got the situation figured out. If ever in a bind this are the ones to trust.
