Told me it would be 3-4 hours, took over 6 and my car got STOLEN in the meantime. Called because I already gave them my card info and they told me they wouldn’t run my card til I got picked up... lo and behold almost a week later and there’s still a pending $150 charge on my account that I can’t get back because they lied, too. Absolutely do not use this service.

Had a driver with truck problems during Grand Prix weekend. Luckily we called Tow Pro. The truck operator, Matt, came out and went above and beyond to not only tow my truck and loaded trailer, but he also made sure my guy had a place to stay on a busy weekend before he headed out. The price for the tow was absolutely fair but the other help he provided a driver from out of town was above and beyond. I keep a short list of tow companies and mechanics that have treated us fairly and a longer list of companies that see an opportunity to completely take advantage of a bad situation for a small company. Tow Pro will always get my business whenever we are in the area. We are frequently. Whoever is running that company must be a person of integrity. Nice to see for a change. This is not a fake review the other companies pay for to get their ratings pushed up. Much appreciated, to say the least, Tow Pro.

He did an excellent job in a timely matter and I didnt have to wait like other tow companies forever. This was also done during rush hour time so that tells you a lot. Friendly down to earth guy who kept good conversation on the way to designation.

After we got into an accident in the middle of the night, I called every tow company in Nashville but could only get though to Tow Pro. I spoke with an actual human immediately, instead of waiting on the line, and they were able to process the request quickly. Very thankful to Tow Pro for providing great service during a very stressful time!

Broke down in a dangerous area and Geico dispatched Tow Pro. ETA was an hour. I was moved off the road with assistance & it took me a 1/2 hour to get someone on the phone to tell them I was across the street. At ETA time it said they arrived and they were no where in site. I got a text with a new ETA time of over another hour. I had to cancel & get help somewhere else. Awful experience.

I didnt catch my guys name .. I think its maybe Kevin? He has long locks brown/blonde. He was great! It was raining and gloomy outside. He didnt complain or have an unpleasant attitude. He was professional and lightened my mood. Parked my car correctly, gave me a few possibilities of whats wrong .. he came when he said. Overall, he was great. Thank you sir!

We had a scary tire blowout on I65 hundreds of miles away from home. Roadside assistance told us it would be 2 hours before a tow truck would be able to arrive. James from truck # 66 called us and arrived well before schedule. James was very kind and professional and went above and beyond in helping our two young children feel safe and comfortable. He was very knowledgeable and took great care of our family and car in an emergency situation. Getting a flat tire isn’t fun, but James did his best to make it a good memory. If you’re in trouble we recommend James truck #66!

I called at 8:30 A.M. on September 8th. I was told it would be 2 hours before my car was picked up. No problem. 3 hours later I call and was told my car was taken to their lot because the business I was having it towed to was not open. (Not true. They opened at 7:00). I waited a couple of hours and called back. I was told the driver would drop it within an hour at my mechanic. Called my mechanic. No car. I called again around 3:00 P.M. I was on hold for 40 minutes and they disconnected. I called back and the rude guy FINALLY told me they hadnt towed the car yet. Communication is KEY!!!! NEVER leave anyone to wonder. No one could tell me that the car hadnt been towed yet?? REALLY? I canceled the tow and called someone honest and reputable. I will never recommend this place to anyone!! I will refer all friends and family use Donelson Towing!

After waiting almost 4 hours for a tow that was quoted 90 minutes on two separate calls to dispatch after my final call I was met by the driver after about 35 minutes. The driver immediately wanted to share how he worked for tips. I’ve waited almost 4 hours for a tow that my insurance company set up due to a hit and run and you want to ask me for a tip. I’ve shared with my insurance provider that they may want to seek out other vendors. They text you updates but don’t worry they aren’t very accurate, if they were accurate it would have been a useful.

Very nice guy. Had me hooked up and on my way in no time.

They told me it would be 90 min before they arrived. They finally got there 8 hours later. Dispatch repeatedly knowingly lied about how long it would take. Larry the driver/tech that arrived was great, though, so thank you to Larry. Wouldn’t recommend this company.

The driver was awesome! I was not around for the pick-up or drop off, so he called to make sure he was getting the right car and taking it to the right place (as it was not a car shop or residence). His attitude was great even though Im sure he had some trouble getting it out of the parking lot it was in.

After waiting all day on another service....11 hours, we called them and they got to us efficiently. Dispatcher was helpful and friendly and Larry, our tow truck driver was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

I called for a tow 3 weeks ago after my car broke down on the interstate. I was quoted 1 hour, and it ended up taking them over 3 hours to arrive. The driver towed my vehicle to the local Firestone around 10:00pm, after it was closed. Instead of depositing the keys in the dropbox of Firestone, the driver informed me that he left the keys in car instead. Someone broke into my car during this time and, among other things, stole my car keys and my house key.I have called Tow Pro 4 times since this has occurred asking to speak to a manager regarding the situation. I was told to call back the first time. The next 2 times I was informed that a manager would call me back. Never received a response. The final time (today) an employee told me that they spoke with their manager, an individual by the name of Ashley. They relayed that Ashley stated a manager would contact us by 4:00pm. Never received a response this time either.This is by far the most unprofessional company that I have interacted with in several years, not only in terms of their standard operating procedures, but also in terms of their customer service.

My company CMV broke down on I-40 MM 148 WB on July 26, 2021, we waited till next morning to get a tow to a repair facility in Nashville, the operator who I didnt get his name was very professional even though he had only 4 months experience. Very friendly and professional.

The company was extremely helpful and efficient. They came out on time and got straight to the job. They were incredibly nice and the phone call to setup services was really easy. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Terrible experience. Would love to give a negative star if possible. I scheduled my appointment to have my car towed 4 days in advance. The morning of the tow, they were suppose to pick up the truck at 8am. I called them at 8:15 asking where the tow truck was. They said they had messed up and accidentally scheduled the truck to be there at 9. They then said they would get someone to my my in 30 minutes. At 9:15 (an HOUR later), I called them back to see what was happening. They said they couldnt find me in their system then forgot me on hold for 30 minutes. All of this to day, I am now over an hour and a half late for work and my truck has not been towed.I will never use this company again and neither should you. They say they care but clearly, they do not.

Just do AAA, they are cheaper and actually show up.Honestly horrible experience and have never seen something this bad before.I called at 3:22 PM. Told them I needed a motorcycle towed from a mentors house an hour away, they quoted me $320 for a 45 minute tow and that they would meet me there at 6:00-6:30 but would give me a 30 minute heads up.I am now at that location and called them at 6:06, they put me on hold for 10 minutes so I hung up and called again. The second time I was connected to a guy immediately who told me that it was a problem I caused and that I never called them to set up the appointment 3 hours ago.I have a photo record of my call with them.Mind you, I am 45 minutes outside of my home and cancelled my plans to make this happen because they said they would be here.The guy then said that he could get someone out here in an hour and a half for $450.So long story short if you want to waste your time for 4 and a half hours and then end up paying 400% overcharge for something you can do with AAA call these people!!!

I placed an order with tow pro when they informed me that it should only be 60-90 minutes for my tow truck to arrive. I had to be out of my hotel by 11 and they should have been there by 9:50. Well it was approaching 11:00 and they still weren’t there, so I called. They informed me that I was still in the cue and that it will most likely be longer than 45 min and would not even give me an eta. I found a towing company that would come in 15 minutes so I cancelled and booked with them. Upon cancelling they informed me that I would still be charged $40. I will NEVER use them again. This is bad business. I should not have been charged anything. My case was still not assigned to a driver at the time of cancellation.

Wonderful experience with the driver who made us laugh during a potentially stressful situation and the dispatcher, Madisyn, was so very kind. They went above and beyond to return the spare key that we accidentally left in the cab of the tow truck. Thank you so much!!

This place is a joke called at midnight 6 phone calls later 1pm the next day and car still not towed by far worst ive dealt with ever after 1pm now they already took payments of 350 .00 at 330 am and I still dont have my car never again will I use this place call the next person on the list gotta get better service it cant get any worse than this place and what makes it even worse the owner / manger who ever

We were hooked up with them through our insurance road side assistance. The worst mistake was listening to their ETA. 2 hrs later and we are still stuck on the interstate and their snobby receptionist needs a class in customer service. Would never recomend them under any circumstance

This place is a joke! Called at 1pm and was told 60 to 90 mins had to call back multiple times just to be lied to my last call to these ppl was at 4:30 pm and was told it wasn’t even assigned to a driver yet. I would definitely not recommend this company to anyone NEVER!!

My husband and I were stuck after our alternator went out. James with Truck 66, made sure to let us know he was on the way, and made SURE we had a ride if we weren’t riding with him. He took the time to look under the hood to make sure the belts didn’t accidentally slip off. He was personable and friendly. James took care of us and made sure our car was taken care of.

Mr. James was simply awesome! Very professional and called us to let us know his time time frame and was quick and efficient!

My tow driver was extreme nice. He made my terribpe wait okay. However i did have to wait over 2 hrs when it was originally only supposed to be 1 hr. I had to call to gef updated.

Arrival time was overdue by an hour. After arrived, did not keep me waiting outside the truck. Drove safe. Followed COVID-19 precautions.

They arrived when they said they would and they performed the job quickly with no scratches or bumps. Jay was the man on the job and he did spectacular work getting me to my destination.

After 4 1/2 hrs of dealing with this company, (insurance company promised 90 mins) many hrs, and many calls, my car ended up at their tow yard because between dispatch, the collision center, and the tow driver there was ZERO communication. The agrivation of dealing with them caused me to have a spitting headache. NEVER again will I use this tow service.

Arrived earlier than projected and knowledgeable.

Took way to long. Got lied to by dispatch about estimated time multiple times. Then the driver drove my van that was overheating up my driveway.

Called they told me it would be 2 hours to get to my car and have it towed. I waited 2 hours nothing. Called back they said another hour. Waited again for a hour nothing. On top of that i told them to have the truck driver call me when he was 20 mins out. So on top of the 3 hour wait it would have been a minimum of 20 more mins on top of that. This company Definitely wasted half my day.

Appointment booked thru G ....o insurance and it took 2 hours to arrive .I specified that my truck was stuck in snow on a steep road and when the guy showed up, he plainly said I cant do it .Not trying, at least ; no sympathy.He just walked away and said No one can do it Since there was a 4x4 truck picking up a neighbor, I showed it to the towing guy and suggested that it was the kind of vehicle they/G....o insurance should have sent .His comments while walking away were the best part :well, then ask him to help you, I dont work for Geico .He just did not care .As a side note, the guy in the 4x4 truck felt sorry about such a poor treatment and assisted me .In less than a minute, I was out of the ice and up the hill.No customer service and might have been right about the truck he brought, but still bad service from his company that should have sent the right equipment.

I wish they would have just told me it would be 4.5 hours rather than saying 20 minutes over and over. Very bad service.

Driver was was great. Had to wait on TDOT to block a lane of the interstate, and the driver was great at communicating everything.

Billy was super helpful and prompt. We had to reschedule the original call because my car was located in a parking garage and he needed some extra equipment, but I was able to reschedule first thing the following morning.He was very knowledgeable about my car (Tesla) which gave me confidence that the car was in good hands. He also mentioned that after picking up a wreck last night that made the truck bed oily, he made sure to wash it before picking up my car. I really appreciate him going the extra mile!!

Front desk lady was hateful. We were hit by a semi truck 45 min earlier. Then she double charged my card for the tow. Took 10 days to get my $175 back through my bank. Tow pro denied they took payment twice.
