I have used this company multiple times and always timely and professional.

I had my bass boat trailer lose a tire on I-40. AAA was no help, waited 4hrs. Copelands not only got my boat to dale hollow but was able to connect me to someone who fixed my trailer in a few days. Great bunch of people.

My car slid off the side of the driveway in an ice storm. We called AAA and waited 12 hours all the while being given the runaround and no solid ETA. We called Copeland Towing and the Owner, Mitch, showed up in less than an hour! He was amazing and worked until car was freed from the ditch. I will be calling Copeland Towing exclusively from now on! They are the best in Nashville! Thank you, Mitch!!

After breaking down due to suspension issues, these folks answered quickly, positively, professionally, and responded within 30 minutes on site. Very professional and quick service with cool air conditioning in the cab. Best towing Ive ever used. Will call them again if I can.

Best service in all of nashville i have older cars that break down and if they dont answer the first time call again because nobody in Nashville will do a better safer tow for a great price highly recommend them to everyone that asks me of who to call for a tow in the car industry.

I had to wait a bit because hum contacted them, not me, but was quick help and man explained everything! He was very helpful! He definitely deserves a raise! He was very professional and polite! :)

I wasn’t sure about the exact address I was going to have my truck towed to. The area I was having it towed was aprox 45 miles from where it broke down he quoted me a flat rate of $175 which I agreed to. Pain arrival of truck I gave him the exact location to take my truck. It was exactly 8 miles past the town center where he quoted me the flat rate. Upon arrival to my home he informed me it was going to be an extra $100. Wouldn’t drop my truck until I paid an extra 75 for a total of $250 to tow me less than 50 miles. Bait and switch company.

Was very quick to the site of the incident. Very careless and wreckless in the job done. Repeatedly told the service guy once i was pulled out that something was damaged on my truck. He responded with take it to the car wash and spray it off, its just a lot of mud stuck under the vehicle. So i sprayed it off, and after a 2 1/2 hour drive home ended up paying $ 500 for a part that he damaged during the tow.

Never deal with these people unless absolutely necessary. They charged outrageous towing fees and there customer service is awful

I had them tow a truck of mine. I have GPS tracking on it I get alerts any time it is started. When my truck was supposed to be in their yard it was going down the road. The truck had transmission problems they had to pull over 5 times to restart it to limp it back to the shop. Then charge me more than normal for the tow. So all in all I get a tow someone gets caught taking a joy ride in my truck a bs excuse on why and a big bill. I will choose a different tow company next time and hope the shop fixing my truck does to.

Whomever you have calling body shops and answering phones is very rude and needs a little more training. There is a way that you talk to people and the way this woman handled it was not it. If you dont like dealing with the general public, you should not have a telephone job. Please treat others as you want to be treated.
