I am not one for reviews so when I give them it’s for a GREAT reason. I just moved to this side of town and it’s so hard to find a nail place, along with other things. However from the online appointment options, to the personal call confirm, the notes were read and the service was beautiful. LeAnn the owner was like meeting an old friend. I am glad to find this salon! They are current on the newest trends, and host a massive color palette. Best of all the staff always makes me feel comfortable and safe especially with COVID-19 safety practices. Their easy listening music soundtrack deserves honorable mention!

I did not have a great experience at Nailvana Nail Bar. The technician rushed through the appointment and did not take the time to properly clean my nails before applying the gel polish. I do not believe my nails look good enough to justify spending $35.

The customer service here is great! The environment is very clean and spa-like. The manager is really friendly and always checks to make sure youre happy with your service - he actually did my acrylics, and theyre gorgeous! Ill be returning for a fill as soon as they grow out.

This was my first time visiting Nail Bar for pedicure services and from the moment I called to book the appointment to me getting my pedicure, it was very professional and timely. The place is cleaned and staff are friendly. I would recommend this Nail Bar to my friends.

I went in to get a gel manicure taken off. I had a really hard time understanding the tech (when he did talk to me.) He tried to convince me my polish was not gel. I asked him to be very careful to keep the integrity of my nails. He had to soak them three times, filed them with a used nail file and then picked the polish off with his fingers. $20. Two days later two of my nails were swollen and red, and later scabbed with infection. I had to cut them all down. Would not recommend.

Would not recommend this place! Technician did not speak to me and worst of all didnt have his mask up and COUGHED on my hand, yes COUGHED on my hand!!!! I stormed to the sink after that and left. Wouldnt put his phone down either. NEVER going back!!!

In October I went to get my nails done for my sons wedding. The technician recommended dipping. Since I do not frequent nail salons, I trusted her recommendation. At the beginning of the procedure, she started roughing up the surface of the little finger on the left hand. I specifically said wait, will that look roughed up after the polish is removed? The technician assured me no, the product we use will strengthen your nails and it will be stronger than before the polish is on. Fast forward to two and a half weeks later. I remove the polish using the recommended technique. Polish came off just fine; however, the damage to the nails from the roughing procedure was evident. Since the groves carved are parallel to the end of the nail, one by one nails started breaking off. When the first thumb nail broke it bled so much, I had to wear a bandaid for three days. I called to speak to the manager and explain the concern, but instead of listening he spoke over me on the phone not allowing me to explain the problem and that my nails are damaged and will take months to recover. I decided a couple of days after an attempt to speak to the manager over the phone to go in to show him the damage first hand. When I walked in I first saw the technician who had recommended the procedure and caused the damage. I reminded her of me asking about residual damage early in the process. The manager came over and spoke. He basically told me that if I were to have my nails done again at any salon, not to have that procedure done and that I should purchase a nail strengthener. I showed him where the latest nail broke, but was still attached. He said he could glue it for me, but then never made an effort to get necessary material to do so. There was no effort trying to right the wrong that was done. So for the next month or so, I will have to keep my nails trimmed extremely short. As the grooves continue to grow toward the tip of the nail, I have to trim it before it breaks. I had three more nails break this week (over a month after the procedure) even after strengthener and polish on them trying to mask the damage they inflicted. If you have your nails polished all the time you may like having this process done, but if you dont, I would avoid at all costs. Also, if you have any damage to your nails from a procedure done at this establishment, dont expect them to take any responsibility to making it right. I am disappointed that having nice looking nails for 2 weeks will require more than two-three months to outgrow the damage caused.I find it laughable that the owner said he looked at my nails and saw I wasnt a candidate for dipping. He didnt look at my nails until over three weeks after the procedure. If he knew I wasnt a candidate for it, so should his technician who suggested the technique. Of course my nails are thin and brittle since the technician removed a layer by roughing up the surface. You can see the depth of nail difference where new nail had grown at the base of the nail compare to the damage inflicted from the technique. He said he did not signs of bleeding because I had worn bandages on the finger for several days prior to him seeing the damage, the skin had healed. CONSUMERS BEWARE. I have nothing to gain or lose by providing an honest review of my experience, but I may be able to provide honest feedback to other consumers. SHAME ON THE OWNER FOR BLAMING THE CONSUMER!

Nail tech was very friendly and nice. I got the dip powder but i was charged an extra 5$ for the coffin nail shape... which turned out terrible. I had to file my nails once i got home to fix the shape. After about a week and a half, one of them fell off? Within 2 weeks, 3 nails had fallen off. Not what i expect for next gen. especially at such a high price. Ended up being 60$ before tip.

First time in was 3 weeks ago for dip nails and pedi- the tech did a great job and I went back Thursday with my mother I. Law to have our nails done and pedi- her nails are perfect and we couldn’t be happier- my nails in the other hand not so much- we got home and I picked up the laundry basket and 3 nails chipped- this shouldn’t happen with the dip powder- they have continued to chip- my nails look awful- I want to come back and have them fixed, however I’m at work when they are open and my day off is Thursday- I can’t wait a week to get my nails fixed- so I have to pay another salon to fix them

I love this place! I almost never got mani/pedis because I can never find a salon I like, but Nailvana has changed that. The staff is friendly, the shop is beautiful, the nail bar is pretty cool, and the service is A-1. I got a paraffin wax mani/pedi and it was amazing, and reasonably priced. I also like that they know how to care for natural nails...I dont feel pressured to get tips or any harsh services that will damage my nails. The major plus is that its close to my house...it is definitely my new nail home!

Ive been to this place twice and they are very nice, its clean, and you definitely can get any type of nails you want. However, they are priced extremely high. The basic pedi doesnt include callus removal (since when does ANY place do that?) its an extra $4 on top of the $28 so a basic pedi is $32 before tip. You can get a basic pedi w/hot stones + callus removal for less than that across the street, tip included. My nails cost over $50 for just a fill-in both times and they insisted I soak off my nails every time (its not a fill if youre soaking off so they can charge ya more). They seem very money hungry to me. I dont like that. This is Bellevue, not downtown - for these prices they need to relocate to Green Hills or Brentwood.

I spent 4 hours here in New Years Eve and was late to my event. I ended up having to come back and have them fix my nails. The place was dirty and sanitation rules were not followed. I will not be back.

First time here getting dip powder, and I don’t think I’ll be back. I got my dip done Thursday afternoon. I requested black. What I ended up with is more of a very dark grey with transparency in some spots, not the black I’ve gotten at other salons. On my way home, I realized the technician left dip powder all around my nail beds and finger tips (that I had to try to remove with acetone when I got home). Later that same day, one of my nails had already chipped, so I had to file it to make it look even. Lastly, they left white powder on my nails after buffing them and didn’t dust them off before applying the final coat, so now some of my nails have residual white powder over the “black”. Overall, not worth the money.Pros: $45 for dip, ease of making an appointment online, decent color selection, seen prior to my appointment timeCons: felt rushed, messy, color not what was shown on display, extra service fee for using a credit card
