Dropped in for a pedicure at about 3 on a Monday. I was able to get right to a chair. My pedicure was really good (I did the basic pedicure). They took the time to get in there. I was happy with the experience and would definitely go back.

I went in earlier this week to get a gel manicure. It wasn’t busy at all and I just wanted to check out a place close to my work for a simple gel manicure. I didn’t want anything extravagant, just a plain color. For 55 dollars, the quality is just not there. The gel doesn’t reach the end of my nails and there was polish on my fingertips that the manicurist didn’t bother to clean. It’s been three days since I got my manicure and the polish is also chipping off of one of my nails. For the price, go to a nicer salon. I went here because I thought it would be less expensive and a decent manicure- it was neither of those. Definitely will go somewhere else next time.

I have gone to Snappy Nails for years. They are wonderful. Such friendly staff, quality products, beautiful shop, and they honestly love and care for their clients. Po and Mia are incredible. I highly suggest you give them a try! You won’t be sorry! The prices are great too!

I had an amazing afternoon with Mia. She fixed my nails from a previous nail salon that was giving me trouble, her AMAZING energy led for me to ask for a facial and eyelash extension! I am visiting from Austin and felt RIGHT AT HOME! I actually hope to visit Nashville again to get to see her again! My Nails, Skin, and Lashes are looking SO NICE!!

My mom and I went to Snappy Nails for the first time 2 days ago and left very happy with the results. I got gel nails and the color was #93 (yellow). Miss Thuy did both of our nails and it was a great job.

Paid $39 for the basic pedicure but got charged an extra $20 for gel nail polish!!! Really??? Then asked to have my acrylic nails on my fingers taken off ... and yes an additional $20!!!!!!! Didnt even get a manicure with that!!! For real???

They were able to get us in as a walk-in but the service was rushed, over priced and unprofessional. We got manicures and pedicures. We were charged $45 just for them to cut cuticles on the manicures, we didn’t even get polish of any kind. It was rushed and they didn’t even finish getting all of the cuticles. Some of my fingers bled afterwards. The pedicure service was not horrible but it was rushed.

Got a basic pedicure, place is clean, staff is friendly and professional. They did a great job. I would definitely recommend.

I came in on Friday to get my eyebrows arched and also made appointment for me and my husband the next day . The lady came up and made the appointment after that I received a text confirming my appointment!! At 6 am the day of the appointment I received another text reminding me of my appointment today!!!! So we leave to go to the appointment and we were 4 minutes late, We get to the salon and She ask me what I needed I told her we have an appointment she looks at her appointment book and says no appointment for you.... so I show her my confirmation texts!!! She was like oh can I take a picture I said sure and she ask me to pick a color so I did but the chairs were all full and our making an appointment in advanced was out the window!!!! We got in the chair at 9:33 and one lady was working on my husband about 9:45 and I’m still waiting for someone to help me!!! I finally got helped at 10:00! The biggest problem was that we had another engagement at 10:30 so now we want make it but if we would have seen at 9 we would have made it!! We came in for 2 pedicures with 1 manicure and a dip but it all changed to 2 pedicures and I nail polish!!! The ladies that did our nails were very nice and made up for the time... hope next time we come it will be a better experience and they did a good job on our toes and feet!!! Thanks!!! These guys are incredible. Ive been here three times now and I wont be going anywhere else. Theyre very diligent, very clean, and take care to make sure we get what we are wanting. Theyre so sweet and they really take care of us. Plus the atmosphere is super relaxing!

Ive had my nails done here by several of the technicians. They are friendly and answer any questions you have about their products. I am very satisfied with how my nails look and that they shape them they way I ask. They also massage your hands, fingers and wrists/forearms. Its feels great and is very relaxing.

Week 1 update : its been 8 days and all of my nails are still in great condition. No lifting, chipping, or issues. My nails are really pretty I just think they were over priced considering I didnt get tips. 65 bucks for dip on natural nails is pretty pricy. I guess its my fault for not confirming the price, but Ive been to othe replaces in Nashville for sns and expected comparable prices.

First and last time service was terrible..the wait time was forever..my nails were uneven the lady who done my nails done a very sloppy job the polish looked like it was done by a little kid. I was told I was ok to leave my polish smeared.I called to the shop spoke with the owner.I couldnt go back I had a Graduation Party to attend had already been there for about two hours a sloppy job for $50..full set and it wasnt Gel polish it was regular..$50 Never again..But the Shop is very nice and clean and everything is kept sanitized

I’ve been here 3 times now & EVERY TIME it’s something! I went today (paid Uber) and got there 15 minutes before opening. I only wanted my nails painted. She said she didn’t have time and to make appointment. I told her I’d just come some other time. After that (while still standing there) 2 girls walked up with no appointment and she took them?! That’s a big punch in the face!!! I just walked off. HORRIBLY TREATED!

Nails snapped after one week of me going there. Also the protective layer start peeling off after 3 days. Only put two dips and then rushed them. Defined not worth the money tbh.

Terrible service . Terrible communication. I paid for a pedicure and they had a man rub my feet for about 1 hr and 15 minutes. He did nothing to my toes I said can someone please start my nails because I was there before the last 6 people that walked in . I paid for two services and never received them because they said I should come back wheel theyre less busy and they will do it for free, but is not free I paid for it. Left with no polish. I was late for work (im an actress I was filming that day) and had to get my nails done after filming so it didnt conflict with the shots

Came in for a manicure, and these ladies really took care of my mom and me. They were so polite and efficient! They were super busy, but they stayed positive. Offering refreshments and pulling out our chairs. They were timely, yet patient. Great conversation, so thoughtful and WONDERFUL quality nails! I will be making this my regular salon! Mai Vo really cares about her customers, and it shows!

I had such a great experience having tips and dip powder done today! The salon is clean, peaceful, and the staff were both very kind and helpful! My nails look EXACTLY how I imagined them and I can’t wait to return for my next visit! Great pricing as well.

I have been going here to get my nails done for over a year. They always do an incredible job and everyone there is so sweet and talented. Just look at these gorgeous mysterious Halloween nails!

My daughter + I tried this place for the first time. Everyone was pretty nice and the place was clean and not very busy.I had a basic manicure and it was fine.. but paid $25 which is $10 more than what I pay at my usual salon where I live.. paid $48 for my daughters acrylic. SO MESSY. Not worth it.

Pricey but good at what they do

I never write reviews, but I have been to a ton of nail salons in the past and this was undoubtedly the worst experience Ive ever had. The staff were fighting amongst each other when I arrived which made it very uncomfortable to begin with. I asked to have my acrylics removed and for a manicure afterwards. The removal was very painful and left my nails very sore and made me bleed. The manicure was okay, but typically a manicure involves painting your nails but it was never offered. And they charged me $45 for that, which does not match the prices advertised. These pictures were taken right afterwards. Still have acrylic all over my nails. Called to ask for my money back and they refused.

My wife and I have been going to Snappy Nails for about three years. We love the staff and the owners. They are very skilled and attentive to details. We have never been disappointed. If someone writes a negative review about this business, it was not Snappy Nails fault. If they do anything you don’t like, just let them know.

I broke a nail while on vacation and gave this place a call to see if they could squeeze me in. They said yes and I was in their salon within 5 minutes of hanging up. They quoted me $10 and said it would be a 5 minute wait. It was over an hour before I got in the chair! Then the lady said she cant do acrylics and I would have to wait for a different lady. Another half hour went by before I was helped. My poor husband was stuck waiting in the car for almost two hours before I was finally done. On top of all that, they ended up charging me $30 and said the original $10 quote was a misunderstanding... um what?? $30 and two hours to replace a single broken nail?? Awful service, zero communication, and completely unprofessional. Would NOT recommend this place to anyone!

Amazing service super gentle and my toes look amazing! She was extra careful as I had recently broken a pinky toe! Nails are great too!

I arrived at the Salon and immediately given a ring with FOUR attachments of colors. According to the lady, this is ALL the gel polish they have. I chose a color and she was so rough with my hands, I continued to remind her that she is filing my skin not my nails. She had two of my fingers bleeding and terribly sore today. She painted a snowflake that is silver lines. Its a mess! Do not use this Salon. Wasted $65.00! Go to a Salon where you can relax and enjoy. Posting pictures. I would like to give a ZERO!

Must have been my ladies first day on the job. $45.00 for just a pedicure (the upgraded one), which is what I normally pay for a manicure and pedicure together they wanted $90.00 for both. I can usually fill the towel with dried skin and cuticles she cute one tiny piece off of one toe. I asked again three times. Wanted to grab that cuticle tool and do it myself. It has to be really bad for me to write a review while I am sitting in the chair. Going to skip out on the manicure my cuticles need more attention. The massage about a 3. I might give the place another try with a different person. The massage chairs were some of the best worked really well. The 20% tip I usually leave will go towards the manicure-pedicure I will be getting on Monday. PS I did tip but not 20%

Had a pedicure. Excellent service, detailed work, neck and shoulder rub was very nice touch. My feet and legs muscles were sore.They feel soo much better. Massage chairs are wonderful too! Great place to come!

Loan did an excellent job on my toes. As a man I sometimes receive a subpar pedicure- maybe they think I wont notice? - but Loan was incredibly careful and fastidious. Also their covid protections are legit, with sanitizer freely available & screens for manicurists. Was able to walk in for a pedicure, no scheduling needed. Also their massage chairs are phenomenal 👌 thanks Snappy Nails!

Every single person I’ve had is awesome. They’re kind, reasonably priced, and I always get amazing compliments after I get my nails done.Not understanding the 1-star reviews for having to wait. They ARE a busy salon. They have a lot of loyal customers, so if you don’t make an appointment, you’ll likely have a wait. Keep that in mind. But that’s pretty much any nail salon ever. Frankly, the wait is a good sign for quality nails.

Very nice shop and everyone is very friendly. Comfortable setting and reasonable prices. I live in East Nashville but drive 5 miles as this shop is the best!

Not sure if they were having a bad day, but no greeting when I came in and no one asked what I needed. So I just sat there. After 45 mins I left. I hope they arent racist because i seemed to be the only African American there at that time and everyone else was getting greeted and asked what they wanted. Pretty place excellent location. Sad staff. Will never go back

All the staff there are so nice! They dont talk among themselves in front of customers which makes it comfortable and relax. Henna did a great job! Very pleasant and friendly. I would definitely be back again.

I have gone to Snappy Nails for years and the service seems to be declining.. in a weeks time, 3 of my nails popped off completely. After going back to get them repaired, I sit here 4 days later to find 3 of my nails lifting from the nail bed. I will not be returning.

My nail tech did a great job. Really took her time to make sure my nails looked amazing even though I was in a rush to leave. Definitely going back, recommend this place to anyone looking for a good nail salon in Nashville!

I love this nail salon! I’m new to the area & the employees at Snappy Nails were the nicest/most professional of Any salons I’ve been to since moving from Memphis. They gave me a great manicure/pedicure & were very courteous. Heads up - extremely busy around 5:00 on Fridays - as with most salons.

Had my prom nails done here and they were AMAZING and lasted a long time. Today I went for a pedicure and they took me back almost as soon as I walked in. Very happy with my experiences at snappy nails.

Was visiting Nashville on business for 2 days so while I was here I decided to get a set of nails. This place charges the most Ive EVER paid for a set of nails. On the 2nd day, (on my way home)1 of my nails just popped off! 3 days after I got them 3 of my nails were already peeling or had bubbles around the edges. The staff wasnt friendly and almost looked discouraged when I walked in.

Very nice staff :) i was in the area and needed to pop in for a fill in. They were really friendly and was able to get me in and out in an efficient time. The nice lady who did my nails was gentle with her filing and made sure i was happy with the shape and look of my nails. They turned out beautiful, I’ll definitely be going back!

I love the fact that Mai is a detailed oriented perfectionist. She has babied my brittle nails back to health.My pedicurist, Hannah, is so sweet. She too is detailed oriented which can be a challenge with my little stubby toes.I want to thank them for taking such good care of me!

Even though there are other nail salons closer to my house, I come to Snappy Nails every time. They do great work, and the atmosphere is relaxing.

Super clean salon that didnt pressure me to spend more $ than I wanted to. The #1 pedicure included a thorough leg and foot massage and the employee doing it noticed I had some leftover polish on my nails and offered to remove it while my hot towels were on. Super kind and professional. Highly recommend. I will be back!

By far the best nail salon I have found in the donelson area! I have lived in Nashville for nearly a year now and it took me half that time to find a nail salon that did a great job on the SNS dip powder because thats what I love to get done. So if thats what youre looking to have done I suggest you go there! The service is also great as well. Ive never had to sit there and wait over 5 min and the staff has always been very friendly!

I found and went to snappy nails and was not disappointed.... a near perfect dip nail manicure! The salon is clean and the staff is friendly and I have a beautiful manicure check it out.

Ive been going to Snappy Nails for over 3 years to get my nails dipped. Manicures last over 4 weeks and still look fresh. Service is great and techs are friendly and curtious.

Not recommended. The nail tech made my nail bed bleed, and I had to ask consistently for her to file down two specific nails. She proceeded to tend to other nails I did not ask for her to mess with. I asked for at least a discounted rate, and the lady insisted that I pay full price. Not coming back!!

I went here because a review said they had good chairs.....I now wish I traveled to TN more often! This was the best pedicure Ive had from east coast to west. Also pedi chairs really are amazing!

Terrible. I paid $45.00 ($55 with tip included) for a dip/powder manicure and had one broken nail and two cracked nails within 3 days. Very skimpy on the powder.When I returned within a week asking if they would repair my nails the owner told me not without charge. They only guarantee against chips. Powder is acrylic and does not chip, or at least in the 9 months I’ve been having it done...Stay away from this salon if powder/dip manicure is what you’re looking for. I’d recommend staying away period as they do not stand behind their work.

Women (and man) were so nice! By far the best pedicure chairs Ive sat in and not badly priced. At one point I got a shoulder massage when I got the 45 dollar package..... Mind blown! I live in the area, have come back pr the 3rd time and dont want to go anywhere else!

Best manicure Ive had since moving to TN. Atmosphere is typical nail shop, nothing fancy. Tram was my nail tech and she was meticulous at every step. Ill definitely be back when its time for another manicure.

Have been many times with satisfaction, but the last pedicure left me with a nail fungus growth on both big toes. This is an indication that proper sanitizing methods were not being followed. Not what I want from a nail salon. Im sad.

DO NOT GO HERE. The manager/owner Tyler did my nails and cut half of my toenail off, then tried to tell me that I was already missing half my toe nail when I was in fact not. It was a fresh a cut that hurt really bad. Instead of apologizing he made a scene, started screaming like a 5 year old, threw his tools down and refused to do the service. After that he started talking about me badly very loudly to other customers. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.

Walked in and the staff just looked at us, nobody greeted us or asked what service we were asking for. Very short staffed. As others walked in after us they were greeted and even told a waiting time, and told to pick out their colors. We were ignored and left as soon as we saw how they treated everyone else walking in. Very bad customer service.

When we first walked in, the employees seemed confused as to why we were there. There isnt really a desk that you could check in at, so it was a bit awkward when they all looked up at us kind of like ...what? The manicure experience wasnt unpleasant, and their prices are reasonable. However, my manicurist painted my nails very quickly with no time to let the several coats dry in between. Then, I sat with my hands under the fan to dry for about fifteen minutes. I noticed a small chip, but couldnt track down my manicurist to ask for her to fix it. Im sure I could have asked another employee to fix it, so I certainly dont blame the business for my own lack of trying. However, I came home, and it has been six hours since I got my nails down. My nails are still tacky and there are loads of small indentations and imperfects from my evening. Just frustrating that I paid to get my nails done, and I doubt it will last longer than if I had just painted them myself.

Love this nail salon and everyone who works there. Always a wonderful experience. 👍
