HOLY HORRIBLE. Don’t waste your time or money. I’ll let my photos do the talking for how TERRIBLE this place is … I asked for the photo with orange tips, I received the blue tip picture (that is the color I asked for). I hated it so I went back and was told they would fix it (that time I just got white to keep it simple, and that was the result)!! They were actually mad at ME when I said that I didn’t like them and tried to blame me for having short nails (underneath the acrylics? Because that effects how well you can paint…) I’m now at Luminous nail Bar where I’m confident they will fix my nails.

This place is beautiful and everyone that works there are perfectionists which is why Im giving 5 stars. Everyone seems to have such a positive energy. They are all so nice, professional, & attentive.

This was such a great experience. I hadn’t even seen the finished product and the gentleman doing my nails went out of his way to correct them. (They would have been the smallest imperfection, I probably wouldn’t even noticed, and he still fixed it). I got dip nails which was $45 and I added a 20% tip as a price reference. Thank you so much for the great nails.

They did my daughter nails and they look amazing!!! So kind to her and myself!!! Will be back for sure!!

The salon was clean. The atmosphere is calming. I was told there was a 20 minute wait and I only had to wait for 10 minutes. The technician was efficient. The pedicure could have been a little bit more thorough. At the end of it all I still had dead skin on my feet. I was never offered a beverage of any kind but for the people who came after me (about 35 minutes later) were asked if they wanted water, wine or soda. This was never offered to me the entire time I was there.

They are the best! Super friendly and accommodating. Prices are very reasonable! I always have an excellent experience here! The nail techs take their time and are always busy. Try to make an appointment!

The owner does an amazing job making sure the nail salon is very clean as well as making sure clients are all happy! Lots of attention to detail in salon! They are very sweet too!

The ambiance is hip, cute and relaxing. My tech is absolutely wonderful, cannot rave more about it. If you need a good pedicure and a custom mani but do not want to hit up 2 places to compromise one over the other - this is it. Im so happy I found it!

It was clean and calm, but they rushed through a manicure and pedicure and did a poor job. I never saw the technician again to correct it.

They take their covid protocols very seriously. I felt very safe. The staff was very welcoming. I got my pedicure and my manicure. I was very relaxed and enjoyed every minute. I totally recommend 100%!

My manicurist is very kind and sweet and very experienced at what she does. My nails came out very pretty and she is very detailed and professional. The salon is very well kept and peaceful and I will definitely be coming back! :)

Very unprofessional. They were not honest. Said it would be a 30 min wait at an hour seated us. We left after another 10 min wait. During this time took in a client who had an appointment but clearly stated to us they took no appointments on Sunday only walk ins. Continued to tell walks it would be a 30 min wait. I will wait but need to know how long the wait is pease.

Everyone at here was so pleasant and nice to chat with. The also did a great job with my regular many pedi. And the place in general is a vibe!

They took all the COVID precautions without it feeling awkward or impersonal which has happened at a couple salons I recently visited. 10/10 recommend to anyone!!

Ive been here 3 times to get a dip manicure done and every time I love how it turns out. Ive never had issues. I have found my new favorite nail salon!

We drove 20+ miles to get our daily pedicure/manicure care at here. Mainly because the staff and the quality of service are phenomenal! I got my pedicure.

Hands down BEST nail salon. I couldnt even think of going elsewhere. My manicurist - she is always so happy, pleasant and helpful. She is amazing! My nails always look amazing and they have the biggest gel polish selection Ive ever seen. They have a great new line of pedicures now! All natural products. Love them!!!!

I came in a few weeks ago and loved my experience at nail story! They were so busy but I still felt like the priority. My manicurist was wonderful and did a fantastic job. No rushing at all and I felt so much better and relaxed after she finished my pedicure. Highly recommend this place for any manicure or pedicure needs. I will definitely be looking into the other services they have as well!

Worth the wait!!! Best nail salon I’ve been to. Many different gel colors to choose from. Customer service is awesome!! I like that they have a nail shape guide to help you decide what shape you like. My nails are perfect. Shape is spot on! Color is amazing. Definitely found my place. Prices are very reasonable also. If your new to town or looking for a nail salon check this place out.

I dont really live close but Ive had such a great experience here that I make the drive every two weeks to get my fill and pedicure. The staff is great! The conversation is funny, the shop is clean, you feel so welcome and the work they do is great. Plus the prices are reasonable. I have no complaints and will keep coming here to get my nails done.

My search manicure led me to discover this salon. My manicurist shaped and cleaned my nails perfectly. Even my dry and raggedy cuticles are transformed and the natural polish has lasted and lasted. The staff were welcoming, attentive, and helpful and the quiet, calm ambience further distinguished this salon from many others. I will definitely return.

These ladies are great! I came in today with a small wound from a hang nail on my thumb, so I told them to skip that finger. Instead she put some medicine on it, worked around it, and my thumb feels great!

My girlfriend has recently had her nails done with Serenity Nail Spa in Belle Meade and less than two weeks later has had 4 nails chip and when she approached them about it stated to come back later without any apologies... was extremely rude. Prior to that made an appointment and when she made the appointment on time made her wait over 45 minutes before seeing her and this was the result.... customer service is way below.... too many options for quality work and she will no longer be going after many years of going on a regular bases.... disappointing...

I have been a client of Serenity Nail Spa for over a year. I have always found staff to be very attentive. The shop is very busy but it is always clean. I would highly recommend!

To pricey my daughter left out with dirt still on her feet sweet people but I will spend elsewhere.

I received a fill-in and a gel manicure. The woman that did my nails did a terrible job, she constantly injured my cuticles so much so that they were bleeding and burning. The paint job she did looks like she just left nail tech school. My nails are bumpy and the paint looks blotchy. Do not go here, I went on Friday and I had to make an appointment for another place on Monday. Save your time, money, and cuticles.

They did a great job on the pedicure but they charged an extra $25 for gel instead of regular polish bringing the basic pedicure to $56 plus tip. I was shocked. Most I’ve ever paid for a basic pedicure :/

BEWARE! Terrible experience! Pedicure was fine. During my manicure the manicurist severely cut my finger. It bled the entire rest of the manicure. I was given $7 off, which is honestly ridiculous! Accidents happen, but this was a bad cut, quite painful, and my manicure did not turn out well. DO NOT recommend!

The service was pretty good, the store was clean and they moved pretty quickly. As far as my nails were concerned, a few hours after I got them done one of them fell off and I barely even felt it. They charged me to get it changed and shortly afterwards, another fell off.

Do not waste your money or time. All I wanted was gel nails. The color never made it on my entire nail. I apologized to her for pointing it out and asked if she could fix it. Instead of adding color to the areas that needed it she just started filing my nails all the way down to my skin. I now have raw skin around my nails and it hurts. I could have done this at home and saved myself the $45 and not worried about my nails looking so bad right now. I still have spots on my nails are NOT painted. Will never go back there.

DO NOT SPEND MONEY HERE OR TRUST THIS NAIL SALON!My college aged daughter went here on a Sunday and asked for a gel polish change. A young girl did her nails and instead of soaking off the gel-yanked it off with a nail clipper. She also cut my daughters finger and then asked if the polish next to them was the one she had chosen. She was rude and aggravated when my daughter said no. She then went in the back and got a polish which was hot pink when my daughter chose light pink. To top it all off, my daughter was charged $40.00 and tipped, as well. I called to speak to someone about it and spoke with Ken who said he was the manager and said to have my daughter come back so he could look up her credit card and credit her because a gel polish change is $25.00 with no soak off and $30.00 with a soak off. She went back the next day and was told that Ken no longer works here. She was also told that, They could tell she had a manicure and not a polish change and that the soak off was $10.00 which explained the cost. She DID NOT have a soak off and the whole horrible experience took 30 minutes total. She was also told that the colors in the front of the salon can look different from the ones they have in the back, which is why the hot pink was the same color she had chosen. I cannot imagine anyone having the nerve to tell someone they had a soak off when they didnt, a manicure instead of the painful polish change she had, and justifying putting a color on her that she didnt want!!! She was offered a $10.00 gift card rather than the credit for the incorrect charges. We are from out of town and would NEVER go here again, so she refused the gift card. I never write reviews but this is so wrong that I had to share in hopes that other people will not have to learn about the shadiness of this place the hard way, like we did!!!

I have been coming here for years for manicures, pedicures and brow/lip waxing. I couldn’t be more please with the powder dip manicure that I get that consistently lasts 3-4 weeks when I go back in and get them redone because my nails have gotten so long.I love this place!

Fantastic experience. Very clean. Elegant+classic ambiance. I had an appointment at 1:30 for a dip mani and was done and out of there in 40 min. Hanna did an incredible job with my nude, natural mani look. I’ll be requesting her for all of my future appts!

The guy that did my nails filed off half of my nail and into my skin. I left with every nail filed down and jagged. I also had a ton of glue and white powder still left on my hands. I immediately had to leave and get my own nail file to fix all the mistakes. He told me it was because my nails were so short... I have been to plenty of salons where my nails come out looking perfect even though I keep them short. Overall I’d give it 0 stars if that was an option.

Rude staff, bad work. And more expensive than surrounding salons in the area. I walked in because I live near by. It appeared that the regulars- the customers whom knew the memebers of the staff by name got great service. I sat right next to one of these regulars and watched her get far better service. The pedicure consisted of water. And a nail file. Barley touched my nail or cuticle at all. And it already looks grown out. My manicure is bumpy and looks unfinished and my cuticles are so dry.Then the nail tech charged my card incorrectly, so then they had to run my card twice- and made it out like it was my fault that they under charged me initially, as if I had any control over how much the woman charged me?Overall- a terrible experience and a waste of my time and money. I will not return and I urge others in the area to seek a better business when looking for a nail service in the area.

Love Serenity Spa! They always do a great job, they are always cleans, and friendly. I have absolutely no complaints and my toes always look great!

I have had gel manicures and pedicures here with my favorite being with Amy Chung. She did a fabulous job of shaping my nails and applying the polish smoothly. Ill definitely be back....actually going back today!

Received a good pedicure, but don’t buy a gift card here. I tried to use one and was told that it was from an old machine and they could no longer honor the card. Disappointing!! Definitely won’t buy anyone a gift card.

Do NOT get gel polished removed here! Even though the manicurist wrapped each individual finger with remover and foil she did not wait for the gel polish to dissolve. She filed off all the gel polish along with a decent amount of my natural nail. It has been almost two weeks and I can still see the file marks in my nails and they are still sore. I am sure not all manicurist have the same hap-hazard style but I am disappointed that she did not take the time to provide the proper service.

John did a great job on my gel dip!! Im very piky about my cuticles and he did a very good job! You could tell he wanted to do a nice job I will be coming back to see him for sure!

Overpriced, they charge twice compared to other places. You will NOT get what you pay for.They charge for EVERYTHING! I am not building a house, its a set of nails.Worst of it all, cheap glue, nails started to fall of and my wife is super careful with her hands. Waste of money...

Went for a mani pedi for Easter, the man never said more than 2 words to me. Did not even ask what type of mani/pedi I wanted. He left my hands soaking in a baggy of acetone to get the old dip off my nails and it got the sticky glue all over my fingers. He proceeded to add the new color and file my nails, I was thinking he would clean off the goop. I was wrong I had to ask him, (after I tried scrubbing it in the sink,) to get acetone on a swab to scrub it off. It still did not come off completely. He then touched the surface of my new nails by mistake, didn’t fix it and just left me to dry them in front of a fan. I will not be going back. Terrible customer service as well, I had to ask to pay so I could leave.

I have been to Serenity on numerous occasions for a pedicure; however, I had been out of town and had gotten a gel manicure for a wedding. I popped into Serenity to have the gel removed (it damages my nails if I repeat the process for a long time) and had the male manicurist just put on plain polish. He never smiled; he was rough and halfway patched a broken nail that broke before I even got home. My biggest disappointment and frustration was that he charged me $20 to remove the gel and restore with regular polish and two days later when they began to chip, I realized as my regular polish remover would not take off the polish, that the manicurist had, indeed, NOT correctly removed the gel and it was partially still on my nails! Aarghh....I will not be returning to this salon.

First time here and it was not bad, I gave 4 stars as it is not the place that I have at home. The seating is rather tight, and when it is busy it can be difficult to move around the establishment.

Ive been coming here for years! Ive tried other (cheaper spots), but the quality makes all the difference at Serenity.

Was able to accommodate my wife as a walk in. She loved the work they did and even sprang for the fancy pedicure.

The service is fine, but the quality of my and my friends nails was fairly low.

It is terrible! I was charged extra for a regular fill in because it was longer than the technicians nails! They made up a price for what they wanted to do. My nails are an average length and Ive gotten them done across the country at various shops for years. This is ridiculous! Dont go unless you want to be charged an arm and both legs for a basic service!

I had the pleasure of receiving a pedicure from Holly today. Not only was it the best pedicure and massage I have ever had, but the delux pedicure package includes so much more than you get at other places, like Venetian and Venus.You get a sugar scrub and massage, a minty cucumber mud mask and massage, hot towel wrap, and hot stone massage. All for the same price that you pay at other places, where you dont get nearly as much.Everything else was great--fromt the clips and trims and loofahs and nail scrub and color.Try Serenity and make an appintment with Holly if you like a vigorous massage!

Overpriced. Staff is rude and inexperienced. They injured both my mothers and my cuticles. Mine got infected. The color was poorly done on the nails. Would not recommend and would not go back.

We called ahead and checked prices, we were quoted $55 for a pedicure and gel manicure. Once we got there they charged us $65 and wouldnt even talk about why it was different.

Paid $40 for shellac and it started pealing off later the same day.
