I always go to daisy. She does amazing on my nails. I’m a hairstylist and have my hands in chemicals all the time they’ve never chipped and always kept their shape and it’s always exactly what I want. She’s also as kind as she can be.

Nail Time & Spa is a Great place place. I had my first visit today and it was everything I expectedc and more. Very professional and clean. If you have never been here, you have got to go,Tina is Great. This is my new salon.

This has been my go to place for a long time. I usually only get a pedicure (which even the basic pedi includes paraffin wax… my favorite part! Well this last week I decided to get a dip manicure as well and I am so disappointed. She didn’t attempt a manicure at all, just used the drill on my cuticles which cut them to pieces. They were swollen and red for days and eventually scabbed over. The dip also was put on too high up so all of the edges were lifting within 3 days or so and my hair keeps getting caught between the dip and my nail. I don’t think I can ever do dip there again but still love the pedicures which is the reason for still 3 stars.

They were great and the people were nice but Im almost positive I was way overcharged my husband agreed to pay $120 which he did.. and then I was charged 65 also for a grand total of $195 thats plus 10 tip... Me and my two daughters got a pedicure theirs was $30 each mine was 35 they both got their nails painted for $10 each and I got the dip nails which Im almost positive he said was $55 you do the math does not come to 185 dollars...its a nice place to go and the people are nice but when it comes time to pay make sure you know what youre paying for. ...

Sat me down, put my nails in polish remover to remove tips . 30 mins later nobody . Another 30 mins people are leaving. I waited and was told I will be there in a minute, your next. Finaly started on my nails . Worst dip I have ever had.Update called the salon, told them I was nothappy and they told me come back and they would fix them. Went back asked me why I waited a week . I told them because of work. She said she would file them, but not fix the poor quality. So I left. Went to another Salon terrible customer service.

Was told it would be roughly 10 mins. 40 mins later they finally come and start. Toe nails are completely butchered and the nail polish looked like a child painted my nails. I even asked them to come back and fix where it was messed up and somehow they made it worse. It wasn’t until I was outside in the daylight and saw the condition of my nails. The polish was so thick and all over my toes. I was completely embarrassed and had to immediately take off the polish and file my own nails down minutes after leaving. I HIGHLY do not recommend this place.

I felt like I was an inconvenience. Rushed, tech spent more time looking around and talking to anyone else. Nails cut sporadically and messy. So disappointed.

I have only gotten my nails done there twice first i got acrylics and they were crooked and not filed right i payed 85$ for them. Just a week ago i got gel nails and its only been a week and they are all peeling and chipping and i payed 45$ for them, also the pedicures are okay but the painting isnt very good.

My husband and I went and had the Lemon Drop pedicures we enjoyed them alot. We will certainly be back again for another one!

My first ever review of a nail salon. I recommended this particular salon because years ago I came here and had a great experience. We drove in from out of town for appointments that we had called ahead and scheduled. I would like to say it was a good visit, but my daughter and I both experienced INJURIES on account of this salon. My daughter was nicked with the dremel to the point of bleeding on 4 fingers of her left hand, was offered NO cuticle oil to even soothe them, and the gentleman that waited on her was too busy RUDELY ASKING FOR MONEY to care. I had to speak quite loudly and angrily to even get her some cuticle oil. I had a pedicure, and while the massage was good, the lady cut my toes up with the clippers to the point I was bleeding. After all of this and the rudeness of their workers, not to mention the high price we were charged for the subpar services, we will never ever go back there. You would think bringing in 4 women to spend hundreds of dollars would merit at least a little care, but I left feeling awful and just a bit accused that I was not going to pay, even though we told them 4 times my friend was paying for us both. It goes without saying that the rushed job on my daughters acrylics was terrible and the acrylic was warped and uneven. My daughter and I are currently treating our wounds with peroxide, neosporin, and bandaids. These were not superficial cuts and while I am not normally a complainer, I felt I should warn the next customers as to the SHADY dealings going on there. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE

The first time I went I had a great experience . The last two times the quality of the service was really bad. They did it as fast as possible and didn’t check to make sure their work was clean. The design was messed up. The paint has bubbles in it. Not a good experience at all.

Perfect Mani/Pedi both times. Once with regular gel and this time powder dip. Thanks to Nancy for a great experience. Will be back for sure!

I just started going here a couple months ago. I had Michael do my nails which I got dip which are a type of fake nail.They are 50 dollars but last almost 3 weeks. They do a really good job at filing them down to make them natural. I got a pedicure which they are 28 for normal, 35 for middle one, and 45 dollars for the luxury if you want to get fancy. My pedicurec was relaxing and almost knodded off. The place is new and very clean. There is a sprouts and restaurants around the shop to if you like.

This place was insanely clean. My husband surprised me for my birthday with a lemon drop pedicure and a manicure. I got the gel coat and they did amazing.Very impressed with the cleanliness, but very pleased with the quality of my pedicure for the price.Excited to go back and let my 3yo test out the Ana chairs!

I have been searching for a nail salon in Bellevue that I like for quite some time, and I have had two great experiences here so far. I have gotten dip both times with Tina, and she did an exceptional job! She has very kind, helpful, and thorough. I will definitely continue to get my nails done here and ask for Tina!

Considering calling the health department, it was that gross!They gave me a cold bowl of water to put my hands in and the lady kept cleaning her dead skin/under nail gunk tools in the bowl my hands were sitting in. It was SO disgusting. Then she just kept rubbing in all the clipped skin back into my fingertips. It was gag-worthy and I couldn’t wait to get out of there!It was the most expensive manicure I’ve had and also THE WORST. $20 for a paint job. Everything else was so subpar. It took almost an hour for the lackluster paint job, awful 2 second massage. I will never return.Please do yourself a favor and go to the Luxury Nail Bar around the corner. I do not know why I decided to give this place a try. Yuck!

About 3 weeks ago, I decided to go to Bellevue instead of Dickson for what I figured was going to be a better quality manicure for less than $100. Daisy did my nails and she took her time and painted 3 coats which I really appreciated, but the coffin shaped nails I received all came out crooked. I was disappointed upon leaving but decided Id try to get over it. As the weeks have went by and I got to stare at my crooked, misshapen nails, I have just become angry at the quality. I paid $70 for nails that were cut clearly pointing to the left. I appreciated the kindness of the technician, but I will not be returning. I cant and dont even want to have them filled in somewhere else because they look so bad. $70 wasted. Lesson learned. Bigger city does NOT mean better quality.

I called to make an appointment, was told I could come right in and hung up. Two minutes later I received a call from the salon just to be sure I knew of the location. Which I thought was extremely thoughtful. I arrived and was welcomed as if I was a long time friend they hadnt seen in ages. I was treated like royalty receiving the lemon drop pedicure. Which I might add was incredible. Paid extra special attention to detail. I was then escorted to a very sweet girl who did the best set of pink and whites that Ive EVER received.All in all I was very impressed with this salon from beginning to end and the price was fantastic, especially for the service I received. It was also cheaper than I thought to remove my previous dip and get a new set of dip with tips. Love this salon and Michael!!

I had a manipedi by Tina today and my feet and hands were in bad shape. First visit since the safer at home order. Everything was spotless with plexiglass shields in place. Tina did an outstanding job! Made my next appointment while I was there. Very highly recommended!

I have been going to Nail Time & Spa (formerly named Hollywood Nails) for about 14 years. Everyone that works there does a great job. Michael and Tina are the owners and they care about their customers being happy with the service they receive. Over time, after going in a few times, you may find that you have a certain person that you like doing your manicure and/or pedicure. Daisy has been doing my pedicures for as long as I can remember. She is awesome! I do recommend making an appointment bc they are very busy. Nail Time & Spa has a very relaxed atmosphere, friendly employees and they do great work. I highly recommend them.

Have been going to these amazing folks for 15 years. Michael, Tina, Lena & Daisy are amazing! The new salon is beautiful, spacious and relaxing. Autoclave is used to keep all tools sanitary. The new massage chairs are fantastic. I have occasionally gone to other salons closer to home (I live 20 minutes away), but I am never as happy with the quality of my acrylics & pedicures as I am at Nail Time. Highly recommended!

I rarely get my nails done, but needed to for a wedding I’m going to be in. Tina suggested doing a dip manicure and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome! Thank you, Tina!

I came in and asked how long the wait time was, explaining I only had about a hour and a half to spend. I came in for the lemon drop pedi and I was quickly seated in a chair, feet placed in water where I then proceeded to wait an hour before my polish was even removed. Shortly after having my polish removed my nail tech stepped away to handle another customer and was gone another fifteen minutes. My water went cold three times. I will never be back, terrible service.

I have been to this shop about four times and today was the last time. I got there around 9:15 am and I just wanted a soak off and gel manicure. The lady LENA started to help me and then here comes a white customer and she said oh I had an appointment I forgot so someone else will do your nails. So she literally leaves me sitting there. I proceed to leave after ten minutes and this lady said oh I will do them after she had been there. So this lady who was at the counter proceeds to rush and yank on my nails with a clipper and then had the audacity to attend to another customer because she said she was on a break from work. I just paid for the soak off and left. They literally will break their legs to appease their white customers so if you are white then they will treat you like gold. Never will I go back there.

Got my first pedicure done with my mother by Nancy and Tina. They did great! We love it.

My mother-in-law and I received beautiful gel manicures and pedicures our first time there. They were busy on a Sunday but still provided excellent service. I managed to chip A couple nails a few days later and when I went back in Michael fixed me up in no time. This place is the best!

I have used Nail Time and Spa for large events and they have been so attentive and timely. I come for myself and am so pleased with the service! I recommend them for gel nails, pedicures, mania cures, as well as dip nails!!

I travel past many nail salons to come here since I moved further way from them. Tina and Micheal are the best with their clients. They treat everyone like best friends and really care for them.

I went here because of the great reviews but was HIGHLY disappointed. I’m not a person to take the time to write bad reviews, but I felt like this was necessary. My nails came out pretty, but I did have to ask the lady take a few seconds to change the color on 2 of them because it was not what I wanted. As soon as I did this, so got very rude and started laughing at me with others around her. Then, out of spite, she charged me money for “added length”- on an acrylic full set which serves the purpose of adding length!! They will rip you off and provide horrible customer service- there are plenty of nicer salons in the area.

I have been going here for years. I love Michael doing my nails. He is very sweet and friendly. Today I went and he was out. David did my nails . He is great ..I dont think they have any techs who arent good. I have also had Kathy do my nails and she is good too. Tina and Michael are good people.

This is my new favorite place to get my nails done and the prices are good! You can get the hot wax pedicure for less than most other places. I always ask for Michael to do my acrylics because he makes sure your nails look GOOD.

Lena and Candy did pedicures for me and my daughter. They were awesome! Great pricing, as well. Michael was so sweet to offer us something to drink as soon as we walked in. I can’t say enough about our pleasant experience!

I loved this place- the environment is great, I had Daisy do my pedicure (gel nails) and had my nails done with the dipping powder- calm, relaxing, friendly. She is great. I was very pleased with the service and the results.

I walked in for a pedicure, got the Nail Time pedicure. It was very relaxing and they did a great job with the polish. They had about 10 people working that I could see, massage chair worked, soft piano music, a few quiet tv screens, and they never tried to sell me on gel or anything else.

My wife went to get her nails done with her sister (she bought her a gift card for christmas to do their nails together). They arrived for their 4pm appointment and the nail spa saw her sister right away and my wife waited for half an hour before asking to be seen. When she asked, they had her soak her hands in a nail polish remover and left her for 25 minutes before someone came back to speak with her. At this moment my wife decided to leave.This appointment was booked at the same time because it was supposed to be an activity my wife and her sister did together, very disappointed with the experience.

I just moved to Bellevue and had a hard time finding a new salon. Very friendly, locally owned business. They do a wonderful job whether its your first visit or have been visiting for years! New to area and have found a home for my nail care!

I came in on a Thursday to get a pedicure and within two days my toes were chipping. I can normally go at least two weeks sometimes over a month without my toes chipping. I went back to ask them about fixing it and they were not accommodating. Their open sign was on and door unlocked and when I came in they offered to help me until they realized I wanted something fixed and then told me to come back at 9 when it was five minutes to 9. I had two of my children with me and to take them all the way back out to the hot car for five minuets seemed very rude to me, especially since the open sign was already on and they had already offered to help me. I will not be coming back and do not recommend their services. I was excited about trying this place when it opened but they have lost a customer.

Horrible service and not worth the time or money. We had to sit and wait over 20 minutes before they even started working on me and my mom had to sit even longer. She was going to have her acrylic nails filled in and they ended up taking them off, because they has been done somewhere else. After almost 2 hours, they had only taken her nails off. Needless to say we left without her getting a new set of nails put on. And my manicure was so so at best. If you plan on coming here dont waste your time.

I have been going here for years. The staff is amazing and you typically do not have a long wait if you are a walk-in. They do a wonderful job and prices are not bad. Good at eyebrows, and do a wonderful job on your nails. I cannot brag enough on this place.

Hollywood Nails was my go to nail salon when I resided in Nashville. Even when I moved out of the Bellevue neighborhood, I still made it a point to go there and get my nails done. Tina and her staff were always great. I never had a long wait time and I could get in and out quickly. Prices are very reasonable and they do a wonderful job.

Second and last visit here. First time was extremely slow. Decided to give them another chance because it was convenient. Ironically I ended up with the same SLOW lady. I had 2.5 hrs to get nails and toes done. Barely got out of there in time and that’s after I rushed her up after spending 1.5 hr on toes. I was pleased with my toes other than the time it took. Lady then rushed through my nails because I now only had 55 minutes. I left with hard crusty stuff (hardened SNS powder?) on all 10 of my fingers. I had recently done some painting but had cleaned most paint off myself. When I left, I still had bright turquoise paint showing through my nails with sheer SNS on them. She finished me 15 minutes early so could have taken time to clean up her messy job.

Tina, from my understanding, did my nails. She took her time to clarify what kind of nails I wanted. I wanted a particular style, and she delivered on the result. She made sure everything was ok, in terms of the nail design, in each stage of the process. If you live or work in Bellevue, I highly suggest getting your nails done here.

I received a gift card for here. I went in for a pedicure. The staff was nice and friendly. I loved the massage chair. My technician cut my toe while trimming my cuticle. She was not apologetic at all. She just put some type of solution on it and proceeded with the pedi. The polish job was okay at best. I dont think I will be returning.

In town and needed a quick pedicure. Hands down the best one I have ever had! Can’t recommend this place enough!

I got an SNS manicure done by Daisy and it lasted about 4 weeks. The only reason I took the powder off was because my nails had grown out so much! I cannot wait to go back. Highly recommend. Worth the drive if youre not in the Bellevue area!!

The first time I went to this salon it was great. Today, I went for a second time and will never go again. My cuticles are current on fire, six hours after my manicure. The ONLY tools used on me was an electric file and a nail file. The lady was so aggressive with me. She broke skin multiple times on almost all my cuticles. I was crying during my visit. Fearing infection, I had to come home and clean them with peroxide and treat the burning with Neosporin. My SNS manicure looks terribly sloppy. The best waste of $50 ever. I am sure there are good techs here but I’m not chancing it. The salon was dirty for as new as it is. The customer service was terrible and the ladies just sat around gossiping while doing my nails. Go at your own risk. I hope your experience is better than mine. I never write negative reviews but felt compelled to share my experience.

I have gone here several times, and they have been ok. They dont shape my nails the way I want them to despite me telling them specifically how I want them. They also dont listen when you tell them what color you want. I told the tech what color I wanted, and she chose an entirely, different color I didnt even ask for nor was close to the color I wanted.As soon as I got in my car after getting my nails done, one of my nails chipped! And only a couple days after, another one chipped, and it hasnt been one week yet, and theyve started peeling around the edges. They look awful.Some of the techs are nice, but there is one tech there that simply doesnt care. She has hurt my fingers several times and rushes through getting done, which has resulted in my nails chipping and peeling. She is also the one that doesnt listen when you tell her what color you want.Getting nails done costs a lot of money and time. Go somewhere else worth both of those things. Dont give this place your business.

The salon was dirty. The manicure tools were not cleaned in between clients. I stopped the staff member once I asked about the cleanliness of the tools and he showed me the packet they were in which was dirty and filled with nail shavings. I paid and imm6left the salon. How did they pass an inspection?

Went in for acrylic tips and SNS powder. The lady did SUCH a bad job. My nails looked like platypus nails:(So I went back in a few days later and the manager reshaped them (which I am grateful for)Normally SNS nails last me a long time before they start to grow out, but the initial application was so bad that they are already ready to be taken off 2 weeks later. Very disappointed. SNS dip is not cheap and I expected better. Will not go back.

The person I had was very rough and she didnt deal with gel very well. She also hurt me a lot and scrapped off the gel which hurt. She didnt really know what she was doing.

If you are partial to regular polish on your nails, dont go. Skight selection and poor technique. Prices are cheap however, so if you need something for an emergency, they will do. I hate my nails. And will likely take the polish off when I get home. Still tipped well, they have to make a living. Dont recommend.
