I love that the team knows their products and can help educate you on daily upkeep and care with products that actually work for your skin! In Nashville for a family trip and was in dire need of a nail salon. Lucky me, I was able to get booked the same day I called. Definitely, call before you book and book ahead of schedule! This crew takes their time and ensures the highest quality manicure.I got the hard gel, Presence color, for my nails. It was amazing!! No drills, no hard chemicals and no cuts or slashes into my cuticles!! 🙌🏽🙌🏽Would highly recommend for the nail connoisseur that doesn’t do fake nails.Atmosphere: cute, laid back, and sultry glammy. 💕

I was booked for a multi flex appointment. I got to my appointment only to find out they couldn’t complete the service I had booked because they needed to soak off and then maybe they could have time for a manicure and polish. My confusion comes from the appointment was booked and accepted. It was my first time there so if the appointment was accepted then they should of reached out prior to the appointment to verify things were booked appropriately. I work in a customer service oriented business so I have in depth knowledge of dealing with difficult situations. I was told that if I did choose to stay that there was no guarantee of any service being completed after the soak off and that I would be taking other people’s time. I obviously would not want to interfere with other appointment times but definitely unnecessary to put that on me. I will not be recommending this place to anyone. I will find somewhere that is willing to take care of me and accept my money.Karen-can you tell me where it says that? My appointment email did not mention anything regarding blocking time for a soak off. Also, it’s always good to reach to unhappy people directly and not leave response other than to say sorry and private message to reach out directly. It’s not ideal to “plead your case” over the internet.

This is the only place in Nashville I’ve found where the pedicure experience is an actually relaxing experience!

Beautiful setting, super knowledgeable staff who are not only friendly + good at what they do, they’re also great at educating on skin care and nail health. My nails have become so much healthier bc of the specific services recommended. The front area has such a beautiful variety of products, you really do feel like it’s a relaxing oasis. So lovely 😎

Took my daughter for her birthday. We had been trying to go for sometime; but very hesitant due to COVID. As this was our first time seeking nail services during the pandemic, P&M was the best choice. It’s clean, socially distant where you were comfortable; but, still in the mix. Calming environment and the ladies were professional and efficient. I recommend the Dazzle Drizzle. Absolutely worth it. Lastly, the owner was so gracious. We will be back.

I got my first P&M manicure last week. Not only does this place have impeccable Covid protocol, but their service is FLAWLESS. My manicurist, Angelina, was an absolute gem. Not only was her attention to detail unparalleled but we had a really genuine conversation. I got a regular manicure with white polish and noticed a few days later the color had morphed after having an adverse reaction to a soap I used. Karen, the owner, was beyond gracious and offered for me to come back in and have my polish changed even though they were not at fault. Angelina redid my mani with the same amount of detail in the Dazzle Dry collection white and its still FLAWLESS. P&M has a customer for life. And get the Dazzle Dry - you wont regret it!

I have been going to Poppy and Monroe since they reopened after the shut in. Their protocol for safety for both employees and clients is stellar. It is the only salon I feel safe in as a result of their diligence. I love the dazzle dry system as it dries in minutes and lasts for weeks. I highly recommend.

Got my nails done for the first time in years the other day here and they did amazing! The team is SO friendly and the atmosphere is just incredible (smells amazing). My nail tech was so kind and took such good care of my natural nails. I got gel and they look gorgeous and feel so strong and smooth. Honestly can’t recommend this place enough as it is just such a fantastic “treat yourself” experience.

Not only did Angelina and Devin provide excellent Luxe pedicures, but they were also personable and respectful of COVID protocols.Our experience was delightful and very relaxing!Cant wait to come back!

This was such a fabulous experience! I was greeted as I entered, offered refreshments, and directed on where exactly I needed to go. The staff is extremely helpful, and considerate of your time. Nice enough place with nice people, but they dramatically over charge for stuff that isnt that great. $40+ for a classic manicure with nothing special polish that will last, optimistically, less than a week is a bit absurd. I feel like you can get that for around $20 elsewhere. Pedicure was nice, but not anything special. They also add on for everything, $15 for gel removal. You can definitely find a better price.

I had Savanna for a classic manicure with gel and she did a fantastic job. My nails are perfect and she was so much fun to talk to. Also I love that this place gives you rose to drink during your appointment! I would be back if I lived closer.

The best nail salon you could go to!!!! They purely focus on what is BEST for YOUR body. They will not use products with terrible chemicals or unknown ingredients, and they will not use techniques that are not good for you. I love this nail place and they’re SO worth booking in advance for. Some of their techniques are different than what you find at a normal nail place, so just get them to explain the “why” behind everything! They do wonderful, clean work and make sure you’re relaxed and at ease the whole time! I love that they encourage no cell phone use too.Only thing I gave them 4 stars for is the price but you get what you pay for so when you save your money to indulge - indulge here!

I am made feel so comfortable and cozy from the time I walk into the door until I leave. It is such a calming atmosphere...it is more like a spa...the only thing missing is a water feature coming down the wall.

Beautiful space. I had damaged nails and horrible cuticles but they look lovely now. Its a natural shop so there was no chemical smell while I was there. They have a cute boutique area as well. Perfect place to treat yourself or a friend.

A group of girlfriends and I went to Poppy and Monroe over Spring Break and we were really excited about it!! I had done research and found this cute nail salon, so went in with optimistic high hopes. Im not one to leave a negative review and let most things brush off (never have before), however, I feel the need to. We walked in and felt the customer service was mediocre and judgey. I asked a couple questions & got very frank responses, almost as if I was a bother. I went in thinking $60 for just gel was a little steep but I am always willing to pay for quality services, so that wasn’t an issue for me! I ended up getting cut on two fingers & didn’t receive any sort of massage (which let’s be real, is the best part ladies!!). My nails are already peeling off and it has been 5 days. This is the part that led me to writing this review. I don’t think I was crazy for believing nails should last a little longer with paying $70 dollars after tip. We traveled and are back home now, so going back to fix these issues isn’t an option. It was a cute place, but it’s sad that the experience I hyped up to my friends was a little bit of a let down!!

I absolutely adore Poppy and Monroe! I just moved to Nashville so this is the first place I have gone to care for my nails and I was not disappointed. Everyone was so nice and extremely imformative. When I initially called and chatted with them about what I should get done to help my fragile peeling nails they actually suggested starting with a regular manicure and to slowly up the treatments from there. This really made me feel comfortable going to them because it showed that they truly cared about me as a customer and werent just going to suggest the most expensive treatment. I also called to see about changing my next appointment to a different treatment and they were happy to do so since I asked ahead of time and it didnt interfere with the timing of the next client. I go back in tomorrow and I am so excited! Its definitely the highlight of my week and I will continue to rave about Poppy and Monroe to anybody and everybody! They really are the best.

Every time I come here it’s time for me to relax and enduldge in self-care. I’ve been coming for a while and everyone I’ve encountered that works there is so sweet! I had chella this time and she was absolutely amazing! I’ll be requesting her for now on. I also love how it’s a place I can come to buy products that I can trust. Everything inside is so carefully curated and I have a fabulous time each and every time!

Hands down the best nail salon I have been to! The owner was incredibly sweet and welcoming, as well as the other staff. I had a manicure and my nail polish stayed on for several weeks before chipping and wearing off. I will be going back when I visit Nashville again.

Landed on this place looking for a nail salon without all the harsh chemicals which is hard to find & usually keeps me from going to nail salons. The customer service, color options & overall service was great. You know the staff are going to give a great manicure, but the pricing is a bit more than I personally would want to pay for such a service. Since its a more natural place, interestingly, some things like cuticle trimming is left out. It was also difficult to schedule an appointment which resulted in having to go on 2 different days, 2nd was the Pedicure which happened to be when a fire inspector was excusing himself through the tight quarters & clanking around so it detracted from attempting to get away & have a relaxing experience. Overall the place is pretty small & busy, but they have a great concept & staff.

I have been for mani-pedis, which are good, but this last time I went for the GlowGetter with Dermaplane. The facial was a relaxing and therapeutic experience, and I didnt feel pressured at the end to buy a bunch of new products, which let me feel like I could afford to schedule a follow-up service. Mackensie was so sweet and skilled at what she does. My face does have a glow now!

I think that the price of a manicure was outrageous for the quality that I received. After my friends and I looked up this place, we had hoped that this was going to be a really cool experience. We were willing to pay, going in to the nail appointment, to receive above and beyond services. After leaving Poppy and Monroe, my nail chipped and another smudged. I spent over $40 for someone to paint my nails, and there was nothing special about this appointment. The care we received was not great nor did I then want to pay for any additional services. The customer care was not exceptional either. There was one lady that was very blunt and rude to me and my friends. Overall, I was not impressed.

This place is absolute HEAVEN. The girls are so warm and welcoming. I have not had a pedicure in about 5 years. Not to mention I am almost 8 months pregnant; I was super embarrassed about my feet because I have been unable to reach them lol. Anywho, they were SO amazing to me, and the price was phenomenal. The shop is actually a very open spaced house environment, and its so relaxing and amazing. An absolute dream! Sierra (sorry if spelled wrong) was a delight and made my entire night so much better. She really took her time, and my feet look and feel amazing. I needed this so badly... I love this place!

I have two different reviews. The first was for for a sugaring appointment- amazing all around. The location and the shop is darling in all ways. Two days later, I came with some friends for mani/pedi treatment. We were not considered a group and didnt want to be. We were completely fine being there on our own and not next to each other and we made that clear to the staff multiple times. However, the entire time, we felt like we were an inconvenience to the staff. The manager kept coming over reminding the staff of how much time they had left and even one of my friends just ended up with a polish change. The actual manicure and pedicure were wonderful but the feeling we got while we were getting them was not a good one and far from relaxing. Again, the shop is incredible, we bought a few things and I would go back but I think the managers need to think about their customers experience a little more than we felt like they did.

I saw the post of Poppy & Monroe a year or so ago on social media and I booked right away. I’m very pleased with Owners of Poppy & Monroe: Sheri and Karen, who always have individual and customised approach to each of their clients need. I travel a lot internationally and nationally, and the experience of having manicure and pedicure done professionally I have seen only few places in European Continent and NYC, which was fully satisfying for me.The amenity is cute victorian house boutique, calm atmosphere with low noise disturbance, organic products and everything is extremely clean and sanitised, which is very matter for me. I understand their approach to manicure and pedicure is totally different than what I always got, but they’re one of the best in Nashville.

I was really looking forward to getting my nails done with my closest friends on Saturday, 8/5. Unfortunately I was told that they do not allow groups of 4 on Fridays or Saturdays because the larger groups might disturb the “regulars” that come in for services on Fridays and Saturdays. I am extremely disappointed. The four of us are responsible adults that would gladly pay the above average prices for services offered at Poppy & Monroe because from what I’ve seen, their business is all about having high standards and quality. I just moved to Nashville and when I saw that there was a place like Poppy & Monroe that existed for nails & more, I couldn’t wait to visit! I even had planned to get my wedding nails done here before I traveled back home to get married – there is nothing like Poppy where I am from. Unfortunately, since Poppy & Monroe doesn’t like to disrupt their regulars that potentially might come in on Fridays and Saturdays, my group and I will take our business elsewhere – and I will take my wedding prep business elsewhere as well.ps. I hope Poppy & Monroe is able to change this policy at some point in the future.

First visit yesterday. Cassidy, my manicurist, did a fabulous job! My nailbeds are pretty beaten up and thus required a LOT of work. Rather than rush the job, Cassidy took the time to carefully clean them up until they looked better than i’ve ever seen them look, and the manicure itself looks perfect. The shop atmosphere is calming and the staff kind and welcoming. I look forward to returning the next time I want to pamper myself.

Being in NYC for 12 years where nail shops are everywhere and you can get a mani/pedi for $30, I think P&M is over-priced for what you get. The place was pretty and the staff was nice, but $105 for two pedicures...one of which was not being painted at all with glasses of wine with 3 sips? The whole no water thing kind of hinders their abilities. You really have to get the feet wet for calluses, at least I think it works better. They claim its cleaner, but I feel like the cleanliness factor should be about the facility and tools which I assume were clean. The massage was good but after the lotion dried and I looked at my feet the next day, they were really unevenly cut and the cuticles were kind of gnarled. My friends paint job was nice which was what mattered...it was her bday. Maybe they thought, since I am a guy, I wouldnt care. I like pedicures bc they keep me from getting ingrown nails, probably bc I dont cut them right. I guess its just not knowing what youre missing if youve never been anywhere else.

Heaven, must go! Highly recommended.

Im obsessed! I recently moved to Nashville and I was very nervous to find a new set of gals to trust in keeping me looking and feeling good. Poppy & Monroe is my favorite part of living in Nashville! I have enjoyed everything from a pedicure to dermaplaning and many treatments in between.Everyone is friendly but there are three special ladies that keep me coming back. Claire is wonderful in the mani/pedi world and next time I am getting one of her awesome designs done...ask her about the article she will be in! I cannot say enough great things about Katje and Courtney. These ladies are simply nice, genuine and just care about you.The staff created my loyalty to Poppy & Monroe but I also love the location and atmosphere. I am always purchasing jewelry, candles and various products. Booking online is simple and is a true convenience for my busy schedule. Join the membership club, it is well worth it if you end up there as much as I do.

Pretty salon & concept of natural services is great BUT... Extreme Attitude, Rude and no Customer Service.I was actually refused another appointment for BTW a nail treatment costing $75 before tip.... that I was told by the owner Id need twice a month for 3 months to get my nails in shape. OK... I was willing to do that... so set my next appt for 8/5 & this morning 7/24 received a call from the owner cancelling my 8/5 appt... refusing me service because Id asked the nail tech to do a tiny touch up on 2 spots shed missed on my pedi during my drying time???!!! Really?! After just spending $45 plus a $10 tip for that pedi 3 days before. Evidently Poppy & Monroe feels like their service is worth high prices, they are above reproach & discriminating against their customers is OK.Does Poppy & Monroe understand Referrals are Major to a longstanding healthy business! Evidently you need to be someone who never asks for Any Type of Customer Service its a Prima Donna staff and heaven help you if even a fraction of their treatment isnt all that! They hold themselves above reproach and youre off their list if you expect accountability or true care. My polish was sloppy.
