I hate to do this but my nails look horrible this will be my first and last time here. They also did a terrible job on my daughters pedicure only good thing about this place the staff was friendly

If I could leave no stars, I would. This is the worst nail salon anyone could ever go to. Please save your money and go somewhere else. I got gel nails done as I usually do at the other places I go to. They did such a horrible job. At this point I believe my two year old niece could have done a much better job. They are extremely rude and rough with their customers. I would not recommend this place at all!

Went for the first time today. Great service very friendly. Amazing acrylic work, they fixed the messy acrylic a different salon did and overall great experience. Will definitely be back!

Customer service was great, great job with the massage and whatnot. However, my nail polish didn’t even last a week before it start chipping and I NEVER had this happen to me before and I get my toes down at multiple nail salons.

I paid for a deluxe pedicure. Which was $45.00. T e r rible! So awful. All he did was rub lotion on my foot. No massage.My service was less than ten minutes. He kept looking at the door, while clipping my cuticles. Dangerous. If you go there just get a polish. No stars!

I had so much fun here on my birthday. I got a pedicure from Lin and she even offer me complimentary wine to sip on while I relaxed. Very great salon! Services here are top notch. Very safe against communicable diseases such as Covid19. They use liners in all of the foot baths and nail counters, each client much sanitize before touching and polishes; which were also sanitized after use. There is a bit of a Plexiglas material between you and the technician. Everyone wore masks and gloves.An average full set here is about $25 - $30.00Pedicure ranges from about $30.00 - $60.00

Didn’t clean my toes good, didn’t ask if I wanted something to drink, they also left a lot of nail polish on my toe and on my hands. 0/10 experience. Do not recommend:/

I just went to this location for a chin wax and eyebrow wax. The lady was rude she forcefully slapped on wax and the wax strips. She forcefully pushed my face from one side to another to do the other brow. I wanted a brow fill in and she barely wanted to do that. I paid for services said Thankyou and no response! They are rude people she acted like I inconvenienced her for coming. Never will go there again for any service!

This is the worst nail salon, if you want my advice don’t go to them, all the staff tried to get my nail the design what I what but they couldn’t, their service was bad and it was expensive.

The lady is too rough and makes a lot of mistakes and keeps having to redo nails after it was done and the other nails still have a lot of mistakes a lot a lotOf small air bubbles in nails, nail paint is messy, I do no recommend going here for acrylics.

This place is overpriced! The only one that does nails well is Mandy and if you’re not spending 40 to 50 dollars they all treat you unprofessionally and rude.

I understand when you are short on staff but please do let people know how long it will take. The lady told me 5 minutes twice. She went back and forth it took almost an hour for me to get my pedicure done. My son almost finish watching minions. My cousins nail (picture) didnt last and wasnt painted right. Also they dont clean the little tub where you put your feet right!!! They just wash it with water 🤢

I went to go get dip nail polish removed and to get a clear polish on my nails in place of the dip. The nail technician who was taking the polish off was so aggressive with taking the dip off that he ripped my nail and also filed down to the nail bed in one spot, which was extremely painful! Thankfully they switched technicians for me so someone else finished doing my nails after that, but I didnt get an apology from any of the staff there and they still made me pay full price for the service even though they hurt me and really damaged my nail. I obviously will NOT be returning to get anything done there again.

My wife has been here several times. They are not professional, they are rude and want to get you out asap and on top of that they OVERPRICED.Not coming back ever again.

As soon as I walked in I was seated right away! The place is beautiful and the staff is wonderful!! Customer service was out of this world AMAZING!!!. the nail tech that did my nails did an awesome job I would highly recommend this nail salon because the work that they do I just love and the prices cant be beat!!!!

The overall product was good. My nails look great. But it was the little things that didnt work out very well. My pedicure had a cold water in it. And the woman doing my gel manicure kept looking at her phone.

Hey, ladies and gentlemen. I go here very often but today and two weeks ago was very unprofessional and disrespectful services received. The manager is a women that still makes you pay for nails that were done over three times. The new hire would not admit that she did not know how to do ombré pink and white nails with acrylic. They did dip because after three tries is what work for them. My toes gel and the same lady told me that it was $20. I got to the front to checkout they charged me $25. They also did not apologize I was in here for 1-5pm. To receive service that did not require drying of the nails or toes. The manager seems so busy and only cares if she get paid not if regular paying customers are happy. I have had my lip half waxed, I have had new people experiment on me and I have been gave incorrect prices.I recommend not going here on a slow day, rainy day or a last minute walk in because you will be disappointed.

Best nails Ive had in a long time! The ombré is evenly distributed. Perfect coffin shape. Ken was thorough and made sure my gel was lain nice and thin.Sincere and friendly staff, they made me feel at home right away. Great sense of humor. Clean establishment.

LOVE my nails. Its been 2.5 yrs since Ive found someone or even a place I like and the woman that did my nails was patient with me and nice, the shape, length, application, everything is perfect, and they even went to extra mile for me to make sure I was happy. It’s really hit or miss with this place. I’ve had excellent, quality service on some visits, and others were just not worth the money or my time. Two weeks ago I went for a dip service, the techs were nice and listened to what I wanted, my nails were perfect. I went again yesterday and the technician barely spoke to me, only spoke about if I wanted to add tips, what color, shape, and the price. Even after being told the shape she did her own thing lol my nails don’t look bad, but they’re not the way they are normally done. I wanted them short and natural looking, I left with more of a ballerina medium length nail. Normally when I go I’m in and out within an hour and a half, today I was there about an hour longer and was charged $10 more than normal..I also overheard another conversation where the lady was previously charged $40 and today was being charged $50 like I was and the tech told her “oh last time she said she gave you the wrong price, she was supposed to charge you $50” but that same tech was the one who charged me $40 two weeks ago 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️ I’ll most likely go back, again my nails don’t look bad.

I absolutely love Fancy Nails! It is beautifully decorated with a friendly and extremely professional staff. It is a perfect way to spend an elegant ladies day out without breaking your budget. My nails are so beautiful. They put some extra sunshine in my day.

I went here today for a full set and pedicure. My service was mediocre. My nails look like my toddler painted them. No attention to detail what so ever. I should have made Lynn redo them but I was in a rush to get to my husband. Best part of my experience was the massage chair and hot towels on my legs with pedicure. Good price but not worth it to me

The first time I came here (about 3 weeks ago) was fantastic. I had been so looking forward to going back. However, today was a different story! I originally wanted a gel manicure and pedicure but after the mess she made of my feet I canceled the manicure and left. Ugh disappointing! My feet look worse then before i came and my left toe hurts on the side where ahe cut the cuticle way too far back. She sloshed polish on my foot and ignored it. I had to ask her to take it off before I left. It looks like my 9 year old gave me a pedicure. I have never written a bad review for anything before but this was just such a let down in comparison to the initial visit. I would have given 1 star but to be fair the first visit was great. I will not be back nor will I recommend anyone.

Was a HORRIBLE experience. First I was asked if Id ever been there before that day. I said NO I dont live here. (we were on vacation) For some reason She insisted I had been there. Then the horrible 30 mins began... They yelled across room How come you dont want GEL, its better for you, it last longer. I replied with NO THANK YOU. They replied; Why? Why you dont want GEL, your daughter get it but not you. WHY NOT? She kept on insisting I get GEL and when I said NO THANK YOU she became annoyed, pulled skin off my finger, my daughters skin also bled from skin being pinched. Then my daughter nails dried faster, and I was still drying she shut the fans off told me I was done. Not only was their polish on my skin she didnt want to clean, but My nails were still wet and she said as long as I dont touch anything they wont smudge. Ive never been to a nail salon that asked you to move from drying your nails before theyre dried. But before she asked me to get off her table she cleaned her lamp light and the dust blew in my face, in my eyes. I felt attacked after declining GEL polish. Perhaps another type of person would have retaliated because of her disgusting actions/customer service. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND P. May Mai. She was so rude.

Went last week with my sister and for $75 let me tell you I’ll never be going back! The experience wasn’t good at all! The person who did my manicure didn’t even do the shape I wanted and ignored when I kept telling her I didn’t want my nails thick. And my pedi was horrible! the man who did my pedicure made me feel so uncomfortable with his facial expression and huffs and puffs....you could totally tell he didn’t want to be there.

I loved it. Mandy was great!!

You never know what experience youll walk into. There are about only 2-3 people that can get your nails right for you. I walked in yesterday to get a gel manicure and the lady did a horrible job! She didnt paint my whole nail, she left them matte in some part of my nails, she kept talking about me every time I asked her to make a correction and also 5 hours later one nail already chipped. Ill take my service somewhere else that always gives me what I want rather than not knowing what Ill expect for my visit.

Been there before and I was satisfied. But this last visit got a mani & pedi. Water was cold and when I let the tech know she said it was fine. The whole time the lady kept complaining, and overheard another nail tech being rude to a customer for no reason. Was over charged $10 and still asked for tip ( I always leave tip but she asked ahead of time) I was also pressured into getting gel nails. They kept asking and when I would say no another tech would ask why not. I just felt overwhelmed at the end

As soon as we walked no one came to us. We waited for at least 10 minutes before someone actual greeded us.. the lady who greeded us made us feel like we were being rushed out of there .. when having our nails done they filed our nails to short and did not listen to how we wanted out nails done

Extremely disappointed in the service I received on 3 days ago while getting a rushed gel manicure. The lady also yelled at me for looking at my nails before putting them in the dryer. I was not satisfied with her attitude or her work so I decided to go back today for a polish fix and to show her what she did wrong. the nail tech yelled and argued with me. She was very rude and unprofessional. I will not be back to Fancy Nails after 2 years of being a customer.

I have been going to Fancy nails for almost a year now and the ladies and gentlemen who work there are exceptionally sweet and customer service oriented. Mandy is absolutely fabulous and quickly does a perfect manicure everytime! I think I have received a different service from almost everyone who works there and I have never had an issue or complaint. And even if I did, the staff is quick to apologize and fix the issue right away. Sometimes it gets busy and hectic (especially on the wkends) and you may have to wait but the wait is well worth it!

Made nails thick and hard to take off and I asked to change shape and she got mad and burned my finger with the drill when changing the shape and had an attitude with me the whole time and snatched the money from my hands when I gave it to her!! Never coming here again!!
