I got a set of acrylic nails here and she was very detailed to make them look good, and they do, but I paid $80 and now my nails are in horrid shape. The acrylic still looks fine, but she absolutely destroyed my natural nails. I have the ring of fire on my nails, she drilled WAAAY to far down. It’s awful. I’m very very angry about this. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE IF YOU CARE ABOUT NAIL HEALTH. In the picture you can see the redness, and near my cuticle is the natural nail growing back.

Super clean and friendly staff best full set I’ve had in a while . Can’t wait to go back for fill. You may have too wait even if you have an appointment but it will be worth it.

During my visit I had a pedicure and manicure and it was HORRIBLE. My nails were so miss shaped. I ended up telling her 3 times one nail was so crooked the manager came over and had to take over and fix it. Then my pedicure, idk it was dirty and not amazing for the price. with tip it was $130!!! ridiculous. If you go here do not have your nails done by the loud manicurist who thinks shes hilarious.

I just got dip powder removal and a manicure at this salon. The drill was used extensively when removing the dip, it was painful, and my nails are now extremely thin. When cutting my cuticles 2 began to bleed, and a community bottle of solution was used to stop the bleeding in addition to super glue. There is dip powder remaining all over my fingers. This was a bad experience, I would not recommend this place.

Absolutely horrible customer service. I had an appt at 5:15 and they sat me in a chair where I waited patiently for 25 minutes no one asked me if I wanted anything to drink and no one checked on me. I had to get up and ask how much longer when they said maybe 20 more minutes. I had to get a babysitter so I had to leave. No one apologized and they didn’t care. Don’t ever go here!!!

Absolutely awesome neighborhood nail salon. The staff does great work and the owners treat their customers like old friends. Prices are super reasonable especially compared with other options in the area!

First off the lady that did my manicure and pedicure wasn’t listening to anything that I was telling her. I asked for gray shimmer and I got brown shimmer. I told her look this isn’t gray, she stated all it will turn gray and I was like nope this isn’t it. So she Proceeded to paint them brown. Didn’t do a good job on my pedi at all. It was just horrible. Then the next thing was my nail same issue, nails painted brown shimmer and one hand was has rounded nails and the other hand has square shape nails. I will never go back there again. They charged for removing the color, everything has a price to it. Didn’t get a true mani or pedi. A whole hot mess. And for me and my daughter $192, and for what. Don’t get your nails done there

Sadly a little disappointed in our visit today. They seemed rushed and did a sloppy job on both of us. There wasn’t anyone waiting either. Both of us had to file and clean up once we got home.

My first time here and I got mike. It started off good but than he started rushing and chipped my nail and the nail polish is coming off and he didn’t even want to fix it so now I have nails with parts that have plain spots. I’m really disappointed in this I went here with my mom for her birthday and they messed up hers too. They didn’t get both of our shapes right.

Sunny did an awesome job. I had dip on my nail and it was a process to remove, but she did a great job with patience. Very sweet lady who can hold a nice conversation. Plus, she also does HAIR!

I love going to champagne nails! By far it is one of my favorite nail place in nashville!! Ethan did an amazing job with my acrylics, he was so attentive and they look so natural! I voiced concerns about one nail that I had gotten done that looked a little off and he was so helpful and helped fix it that it looks like it matches all of them! The acrylics are so light and not blocky which makes them stand longer I can go three weeks without a fill and they won’t just break! Ti did my polish and Nail art!! my nails dried so quick and look amazing and beautiful, she helped me add a little glitter and decide what would make them more seasonal and stylish! I cannot wait to go back in a few weeks!!

Pedicure was terrible, unfortunately. I witnessed the nail tech adding a dropper bottle of water to the polish just before painting my toenails, and sure enough, it looks awful and so many smudges. Disappointed in that. Decent experience with the mani.

***Update not even a day later my nail started chipping ***I really wanted to like this place however my experience was dreadful.Main Con was she asked to put her TIP on my Receipt and then stood over me why I was signing my receipt that made me feel very uncomfortable.The lady that seems to own the place has a dry personality to own a business. I ended up feeling like just another customer to me if I’m spending close to $100.00 I should at least get a smile.The man who did my Pedicure seemed really nice however he was very slow and lacked skill. He also cut himself with the cheese grater 👀.. well At least he put on gloves after he was bleeding everywhere... Then he put the towel from hell on my legs which felt like it was 100° 🤬.After that.. the nail tech Made me feel comfortable because I was only getting my real nails done and when she started to file my real nail she started to file skin I told her that it hurting and that I don’t have enough nail for her to file and she told me it wouldn’t hurt if I relaxed👎🏼.Overall I could of had a V8.

Mani-pedi done by DJ. Very happy with his service. Very nice and kind, explained everything he was doing before he did it, sweet and kind of funny. Exceptional service! Didnt feel rushed or anything. Payed 50 for mani-pedi + 5$ a nail for acrylic take off. Will definitely be returning and will make sure to request DJ!

This place is absolutely amazing! It is chill and relaxing. Everyone here is so professional and quick. She took her time to make my nails perfect. I really appreciate how careful she was and how they didnt rush the experience. Overall, super happy how it turned out! Would definitely go back again.

The guy who did my toes didnt get my ingrown toenail out all the way and he didnt do a good job on my cuticles. He didnt smooth my toenails either. They added $5 to each service for a covid charge. Even though its a beautiful salon, I wont be going back.

These nail spa use to pop all the time. The nail tech has endless possibilities. Now the environment is ok on the pricey side. But if pedicures are your thing then go. Tony is the best at doing both manicures and pedicures.

Champagne Nails is amazing!! I switched from my old nail salon to them after seeing the time and effort they put into your nails. Each time I’ve come in there with a picture of what I want, my nails come out 100 times better. Can not recommend more! They are truly artists.

Have been a loyal customer for as long as I’ve been getting my nails done (2 years) but will not be back after my most recent experience. Have not had this nail tech before but the experience was terrible. Had him remove dip and was going to have him do dipped nails but after seeing his work within the first 10 minutes I changed my mind because of the poor workmanship and asked to just have the manicure. He didn’t even remove my last dip completely before painting my nails with clear coat. My nails look like garbage. He also had his mask pulled down the entire time he was working with me. Will never return.

I have been struggling to find a good salon in Nashville and this one is definitely the best! I was very hesitant because of all the nasty reviews that were posted, however, this is my new spot. When I called yesterday to make the appointment, I was very pleased with my customer service over the phone. The manager (Ms. T) helped me set up an appointment, and made note of the services that I was looking for. I had to reschedule my appointment for later that same dayand they were very accommodating. My nail tech did cut me a little on one of my fingers, but overall i LOVE my nails. Very clean environment and very nice nail techs. They eve stayed 30 minutes after closing and did not rush me! I was so pleased with the way my nails came out as well.

I LOVED my visit here! The only bad thing about this place is its in Nashville and I live in San Diego! My bestie and I were visiting Nashville and wanted some pampering after a crazy day of travel. We stumbled across this place on Yelp and decided it sounded like a must-try. I had an amazing pedicure and am so glad I tried the jelly - so fun and cool! My bestie got a mani and pedi. They did them separately, which was fine with us. We both loved that we got to pick out our own scented lotion. We wish we couldve bought some of that awesome lotion - it felt divine! Prices were reasonable considering the quality if the products and services. And the staff was beyond nice. If Im ever back in Nashville, Ill definitely be stopping by again.

Worst place they don’t care about your nails being neat at all!

Got busy with life and didn’t have any time to do nails. This shellac done by Sculpture Nails looks as it did on the day it was done, after 4-weeks. No nicks, chips, or flakes. If my nails didn’t grow out so long I could wear it even longer.

Not impressed. Took two hours to do a full set and the quality wasnt even the best. Ive had much better quality and been done within an hour. Didnt do basic things like cutting cuticles and didnt clean off the extra polish around my nails. I had to ask and when I did the guy seemed irritated. On top of that, two of my nails were crooked but didnt want to go through the extra hassle of asking to get it fixed because I dont have the time. This place might be okay for basic manicures but I would not recommend for full sets.

Really impressive. So relaxing and calming here. Extremely professional and kind staff. My nail polish lasted nearly 4 weeks. And they were Not gel coated. Ill definitely be return.

Pedicure was fine however they charge 2.5% fee even for debit card and that is not obvious until you are at drying station. Total BS - their way to scam paying taxes since mostly cash - I wont go back, we all have to pay appropriate taxes

Gave exactly what I wanted and at first I was anxious with the guy Jeremy doing but he really had some skills and this first visit made me want this shop to be my permanent place to be. Absolutely amazing! The service here is amazing and the people are so nice. I got the sns dip nails, and I’m blown away. I previously went to another nail salon and got dip nails as well, but they were cracked and bent. Alyssa is absolutely the best! She helped me pick out my colors and explained what she was doing and why while she worked. I realized that the previous salon left out two major steps. The price is great for dip nails and I can’t tell you again how amazing the staff is. I highly recommend Alyssa! Can’t wait to go in for my next set.

People were friendly and the pedicure was fine. The guy performing the pedicure was nice and did an okay job. What turned me off from coming back to this place were a few things. They had the music turned all the way up, and it was hyper 90s club style music. It made it impossible for me to truly relax, which is the vibe I was seeking. Also, I didnt like that I was asked what I wanted to tip before my card was run. I responded $8 on my $40 service. The non-itemized receipt I signed said $49.20. This unexplained $1.20 wasnt worth my time to argue, but it did built distrust and give me the sense something dishonest was happening. For me, there are just too many other places to go where Ive had better experiences.

Don’t let the horrible reviews scare u...I almost didn’t go here due to the horrible reviews but it’s across the street from my house. Mike did my gel nails I got salt pink. A lot of people have talked so bad about him on here & I was a little nervous when I saw I had him, but I think they turned out great. Joseph did my feet which were extremely horrible when I arrived he got me right. I know they talked bad about my feet, but I will be returning for sure!!! Everyone was friendly. Nice place. Give it a chance! 💕

This place is ran by a family of absolute boss babes and the atmosphere in the salon is great, so youll spend most of your appointment laughing and come out with awesome looking nails for a really good price. Would definitely recommend.

Went to get my eyebrows waxed, eyebrows looked the same When I first walked in. He waxed underneath the brow but not the top. Then did top and bottom on my other brow. Waxed my lip perfect.! Waste of money and time for it to be $25. Never again.

I have been going to Champagne nails for probably about a year and a half. Never really had a problem but for the past few months I have been constantly questioned about my nails. My nails are real and they are long. They never believe me and tell me that they are tips...why would I lie about my nails?? Thats the first problem.The second problem is their prices are NEVER consistent. I usually pay around 70ish for dip there. Yesterday I went in and got gel and paid $65. I left the salon and then called up pretending to be another person and I asked them what they charged for my nail length and gel and 1) she tried to persuade me into dip (duh its more expensive) 2) she said it was $55. When i asked why in the world did i just pay $65 for gel she could not give me an answer. She started running around the prices and throwing excuse after excuse. Besides the price issue and them literally questioning my truth on my nails every time I walk in, the techs are good and the service is good. I just cannot stand when a place is not consistent on their prices.I have been getting my nails done every 2-3 weeks for almost 4 years now. I know what I am talking about. I know if my nails are real or not. And I know what the pricing should and should not be.

Got my nails done as part of a bridal party in late June and opted for gel on hands and toes. unfortunately, my manicurist had no idea what he was doing. soaked my nails in acetone for way too long (my fingers went numb at one point), shredded my fingernails with the file, nail polish (hands) was applied in glops (and stayed that way), and didnt know to use 90%< alcohol on my toes, so they kept clouding over. total waste of $100+ dollars. would have refused full payment, but we were on a schedule and it was my sis wedding, so I stayed quiet. would NEVER go back... and am still upset about it two months later.

Still my go to place for manis and pedis! I love how I go in there and just let the artist take the wheel-leaving me with a clean cute design that I get so many compliments on! The nail techs are friendly and sweet, plus the whole ambiance is a vibe...shout outs to whoever creates the playlists !

Small parking in the back. I arrived an hr before closing and they were rushing me out the door the first 5 mins. I dont know if Im the only one but when they speak vietnamese I cant helped it but feel like they are making fun of everything Im saying.

Terrible customer service. I walked in with no one in front of me, and waited for 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. I spent the time choosing my color and reading the extremely negative signs posted in the entry alerting patrons to you break it, you buy it etc. I understand business is business but there are better ways to get your message across. A woman looked up once and kept doing what she was doing without even acknowledging me. I was searching on my phone for another place to go when she finally walked up so I stayed. The pedicure was good, but I will not go back because of the apparent lack of customer service.

One star because there isn’t an option for no star,I got a dip full set even though I wanted gel but the lady said that dip last longer so fine it would be $60 then she took me to some bald guy with glasses who got mad at the woman (who btw was sweet)and told her he charged $70 for that job so the lady told me she apologize and the price was wrong I still said okay fine no problem then the guy ask me how long I told him and it wasn’t long and he said that’s 15 more dollars at this knowing that I can get that same length done for 45$ at bar nails but me trying to try a new place decided to go here any ways I said oh no just cut them as to where you don’t have to charge me more cause I can get them done for 45 at another nail shop and he flipped out and I mean really flipped out he refused to continue doing my nails just because of what I said so the sweet woman apologized and she did it.-and yes when I was paying I was asked if I would like to apply my tip as well .so i was told they would last a month and it lasted 1 week.....when I told the guy I would write a review he said he don’t care and it don’t scare him I really felt shooked after he started screaming acting crazy but oh well just thought I would give my two cents.

Even though everyone was friendly, the product/service was bad. my feet are more rough than when I arrived, the polish on toes is fine.Nail experience was bad. I asked for coffin shape. Got square. Asked for coffin again. Got a new technician. She rounded them. Took two hours to do what should have taken 1. Cuticles got zero attention. 110 dollars...not returning and wouldn’t recommend

I have had a few friends go here and was really excited to try it. To my dismay, I had the WORST experience I have ever had at a nail salon (and Ive been to many across the country throughout entire life.) I got to the salon at 3pm and was not finished until 6:05pm. They were fairly busy but that is unacceptable. I got a dip manicure and pedicure and both were awful. My feet were pruned and the water was cold by the time they started my pedicure. They offer special lotion where you get to smell each and pick which you want--sounds great, right? It would have been if they had actually used lotion during my pedicure. They also did not wrap hot towels on my legs. I had to tell her to cut and file my cuticles and toenails. My dip manicure is atrocious. Every single nail is lumpy and you can see the brush lines. She had to redo my right index nail 4 times. They then proceeded to try to charge me full price and I immediately requested a discount. Initially, she offered me 10% off and I insisted that was a ridiculous offer. Finally, we settled on $10 off but I do not think it was worth more than $50. Overall, I would not recommend this salon unless you want a mediocre 3-hour experience for less than subpar results.

Wonderful service! I got the ace of spades manicure and my hands are sooooo soft!! I got a small design, which the lady who was doing my nails didnt know how to do. She took the time to go to her coworkers to find someone who would and they did a phenomal job! I will definitely revisit!

I got the dip color on my nails because its supposedly lasts longer than gel polish. After a couple of weeks one of my nails began to crack. For as pricey as this place is none of my nails should have cracked, chipped or done anything but stay perfectly on my nails until I went back to get a fill-in or change the color. The owners treatment of the employees made me uncomfortable too. She stalked around and was fussing at the lady that did my nails. All my poor nail lady could say was Yes and Okay the whole time.

I came in with a full set from a different place not knowing if they could be fixed at all...and Champagne Nails fully redid the job and gave me exactly what I wanted! :) I am soo happy with how I was treated and the end result. Thankyou for fixing that mess!!!

I went here because my usual nail salon was closed.Pros: tech was pleasant and took his time, instruments were taken from a sterilized package.Cons: even after the long time taken, the finished manicure didnt look that great. My cuticles on 8 of 10 fingers had cuts on them and were sore for a couple of days.I am on day 10 of a dip manicure and 2 nails have come loose at the base already ( a dip manicure usually lasts me 3+ weeks).They also charge more than Im used to and they charged 2% for using a card: something not stated up front.I wont be going back there for certain.

Wife and I had the most wonderful date here. Couples mani pedi with drinks. Something for both of us! Cant wait to come back! A great way for guys to earn bonus points with our wives while getting drinks. The staff was also helpful, fun, and knowledgeable.

When they request that you pay a $10 deposit per person while making an appointment, and guarantee you will be taken at your appointment time, then youre sitting in stagnant water for 26 minutes before they actually start your pedicure, while youre watching walk-ins get service started, youre a little salty. My 2nd time here and I really like the quality of the work but if youre going to guarantee an appointment, freakin back up your word. I wont be back. They raised my expectations just to send them crashing down.

I came here with my wedding party and reserved weeks in advance as well as called to confirm prior the time and the amount of girls with each service they wanted. When we showed up they had us down for the wrong day and it was all down hill from there. The lady at the front was extremely rude and I wish we would have just left at that time. We had my wedding rehearsal that night so we made the apt. with plenty of time for all us for the services we wanted and by the time they worked us in the workers were talking bad about us, wouldnt refill our wine so we had to do it ourselves, and even lied about being out of a certain gel color that matched the girls bridesmaids dresses just to do regular polish since it wouldnt take as long and they were annoyed with us being there. None of us got all the services we wanted and had to cut it short not to mention me as the bride, my nail job was terrible and didnt have time to fix it due to the time crunch with their apt error and i had to go elsewhere the DAY OF my wedding. Then when I went to checkout I asked about the bride discount that the lady on the phone told me about and she told me she had no idea anything about a discount. We had 10 girls in there! Wow- I would not recommend, especially for bridal parties. Overpriced and there isnt one of us that was happy with our nails or pedi.

They start your nails, then leave to work on someone else for a few minutes then come back. It took 90 minutes for my pedi. The girl was very sweet however she left paint all over my toes. When I asked if they could clean up the nail polish on my skin, another girl rushed over and repainted my big toe. That wasn’t necessary and they still looked like a first grader painted them. The Manager Ti was very apologetic and offered to do my nails herself another day. I haven’t been back and don’t think I will even though it’s the closest to me.

Cool & trendy atmosphere, loved the selections of lotions and colors BUT my gel manicure started peeling in 2 days, the massage with my mani only lasted 15 seconds, my pedi looked a week old as soon as i walked out because the paint did not come close to the cuticle and the paint on my toes chipped within 4 days. Terrible quality for spending over 100 bucks on services. Met my friend there on a weekday lunch break and we were 2 of 3 customers over those 2 hours so its not like any of the 5 techs were rushed. My friend was livid with her experience, received bruises up her shins from the pedi massage and turned around to have everthing redone elsewhere only 5 days later.

Here from out of town and came in for a basic mani/pedi. Ashley took care of me and was extremely nice and made sure I was ok during the entire experience got to pick my own lotion and was a relaxing experience. Only reason not 5 stars is when you walk in there was no greet even after a few minutes in the office area noone at the desk to assist.

Had a wonderful experience with Hope. Will definitely return.

Went with some girlfriends on a Friday evening for a pedicure and gel manicure. Was offered a glass of wine with my pedicure, when I asked for my second glass as I proceeded to my gel manicure I was told No, only one per customer. My response was Yes, but even though I am receiving two services?, they still said No. This put a damper on it bc I was spending almost $100 on services but cannot have a 2nd glass of their cheap wine? THEN..by Saturday evening I had my thumb nail completely come apart. Went in to get it fixed on Sunday..which they did for free, but now (as of Sunday night) have already had two that have chipped on the edge. I am pissed. The owner there is rude (although the rest of the staff is very kind and good). I dont think this place will last long, as it is more expensive than most places for no reason and less quality. Waste of my time as a regular nail person.
