As a critical care nurse, I’m accustomed to a high stress environment, but the pandemic brought stress like never before. I thought I was managing stress okay until I realized I was grinding my teeth at night. After a year of grinding and clinching my teeth night after night throughout the pandemic, I realized I had ground my teeth to nearly half their original size. The yellow dentin was easy to see and my teeth were super sensitive. I went to see Dr. Trembley at SmileOn Nashville. He was able to completely restore my teeth! His careful attention to detail made all the difference. He took extra time, listened and was very thoughtful about the design. He is definitely the expert in tooth restoration! Dr Trembley and his team are outstanding. I went to Smile On Nashville seeking help with my front teeth that were badly eroded in the back from night time grinding. He was the third dentist I consulted with and the only one that discussed addressing the underlying cause of the damage and not just the structure and appearance. Not only did Dr Trembley address the damage but also improved the appearance of those teeth and the teeth to either side. He corrected my bite so the teeth no longer contact and re-create the damage. I’ve now spent hours in his chair and his level of professionalism and skill is exceptional. I highly recommend Smile On.

Dr. Trembley is the BEST dentist in Nashville! I have cosmetic vampire fangs that were done by a dentist out of state. When one of them broke, I needed a dentist who could not only repair the fang, but also make it LOOK GOOD! When I found Dr. Trembley on Instagram, I saw his amazing work and knew he could help me. Scheduling an appointment with Dr. Trembley was easy. The office staff were all very nice! Dr. Trembley fixed my fang and made it look better than it did before. I cannot think of ever having a better experience anywhere, let alone a dentist! I live in South Mississippi and in 2007 was in a boating accident, resulting in broken teeth and veneers on my 4 front top teeth. Over the years, my natural teeth have whitened and my veneers appeared much more yellow which made me very self conscious. I am getting married in September 2021 so I finally decided to schedule an appointment for mid-May 2021 with my home dentist (who also originally did the veneers in 2007) to redo my veneers in a whiter shade. As the procedure was about to start, my home dentist refused to do the procedure, stating he was not confident enough in his skills to make me happy. Of course I was devastated. At the time, I knew of no other dentist I trusted. I scoured the internet for a skilled cosmetic dentist and found Dr. Trembleys Instagram filled with photos of amazing, jaw dropping work. I submitted an online application with my information in hopes of a virtual consultation. Later that day, I called the office with a pricing question and Lee answered the phone. Lee knew my name and my entire story without me going into much detail and let me know they put my submission to the top of the pile for Dr. Trembleys review since my wedding was approaching quickly. The genuine kindness Lee expressed actually made me cry! It still makes me tear up thinking about the sense of relief I immediately felt after talking to Lee and realizing I may still be able to achieve my goal. Jordan worked with me to get my appointments scheduled ASAP, paying close attention to the fact I was traveling quite a distance from South Mississippi. My mom and I drove 7 hours overnight for an 8AM appointment. From the moment I first walked in the door, Lee immediately greeted me with my name! Dr. Trembley met with me and explained the entire process and made me feel so comfortable. Dr. Trembley, Sheila and Antonio made a scary/nervous process surprisingly enjoyable - something I did not think was possible for major dental work. Dr. Trembley is a true artist and approaches his work with patience and more attention to detail than I have ever seen in any field. I now will be able to feel confident with my smile on my wedding day and for the rest of my life, all thanks to the entire team at Smile On Nashville. Not only are they the very best at what they do, each person cares about every individual patient and does everything in their power to help. Dentist of the Decade Award!!! It should be a thing!I was in a bike accident at age 7 and wore a retainer for 10 years! At 17 years old I had a bridge put in. It was not the best dental work but it did the trick. I was happy to not have to wear a retainer...fast forward 10 more years and I met Dr. Jeff while he was out doing some marketing. He has this way with people that you instantly feel cared about. I knew he was the guy who was going to change my life. Fast forward 3 months....some excellent planning and design by he and his team.....removable of the disgusting bridge I had.....some excellent dental work by Smile on Nashville.....and......BAM! The worst pain and overall experience I have ever had at the dentist and will not return. I was accidentally stabbed twice on my lower lip while trying to remove a temporary filling that was done 2 weeks prior(no anesthesia btw so crazy painful) Walked out with a fat bloody lip. On top of that, fillings were accidentally dropped in my throat twice. Luckily, I did not choke on the medal piece either time (literally had to rush to pull the piece of medal out my throat before I choked on it).After this experience, I was given a discount for my next visit. I should have been given a refund to try and keep my business long-term.I do not recommend Smile on Nashville to anyone.

I will never go to another dentist after coming to Smile On Nashville. Natalie was so thorough when taking pictures/xrays of my teeth, discussing what the items in the photos meant in laymen’s terms, and cleaning my teeth.
