Best experience possible at the dentist!! All around 10/10 experience. Taylor was so wonderful making sure I was good to go upon arrival with my insurance and paperwork, she’s so kind! My experience at 12 South Dental Studio has been absolutely amazing. Usually, I am a nervous wreck with other dentists. I mentioned my anxiety regarding dental work one time and the office staff ensured I had the best experience ever. Im so happy I found Dr. Baese and his staff! Ive gone through several bad experiences at different dentists in Nashville, and this one is definitely the best one in town. I have severe acid reflux and laying on my back for a long period of time is difficult for me. But Dr. Baese and his staff go out of their way to make sure Im comfortable. Theyre very accomodating and super patient! They also make sure I understand everything thats going on and always ask if I have any questions. Theyre also being very careful with COVID precautions. If I ever move away from Nashville I will buy a plane ticket just to go to the dentist now haha.

Was introduced to this office through a coworker. Love them so much! Everyone was so nice, and the paraffin wax hand treatment during cleanings (a pre covid experience, but an example of the type of office it is) was something I always looked forward to. I have an exposed sensitive root in my mouth from a past dentist and these guys always took care of me. And taylor is the scheduling queen! She is so sweet and always went out of her way to help me get the most convenient appointment times. I only left because I moved out of state!

Ive been going to 12 South since I moved to Nashville just about four years ago. The staff is thorough, polite and fun! I am never waiting past my appointment time and always in & out as efficiently as possible. I had an issue after my last cleaning and the staff took me in day-of me calling once they re-opened from the weekend, spent enough time to make sure I was happy with the outcome and explained everything to me along the way. Cannot say enough good things about them!

Ive gotten to know Dr. Baese and his team over the past several years and look forward to my visits and the high quality of care offered here. They are kind, courteous, professional and efficient. I’ve been a patient since they opened the studio, and I’m a forever patient. I feel important when I call, and I feel important when I’m in the chair..and that’s important. Besides great customer service, the care I have received has been very high quality- I had a couple old fillings replaced, cleanings, crown replaced, and the most noticeable, a cracked front tooth fixed, which turned out better than I thought it could. They pay attention to your experience and deliver quality care. My experience is that they sweat the details, and that goes along way with me

After spending an hour at 12 South Dental, I knew I was in a fantastic place and decided to make it my dental home.I’ve never had to wait more than five minutes for my appointments, and have always been under the care of friendly and knowledgeable hygienists who took the time to explain to me what they were doing and how healthy my teeth were. Dr. Baese takes a conservative approach to dentistry and doesn’t recommend more work on your teeth than what you actually need. The work is thorough and painless. The staff is awesome, I never waited long, they knew me by my first name the first day I walked in, they all had great teeth...Dr. Baese is a beast, and a magician. Think Pen and Teller, with a dose of Tim the tool man Taylor, and a splash of Liberace, and hes into vintage Porsches, works on them himself. Bonus, they let you pick out your music and watch whatever channel you want. I found Saved by the bell and Primus to be a perfect distraction for all the much needed scraping and adjusting. My teeth have never looked this good, and Im kinda a geezer so...give them a try, just watch out for all the pretty white people taking selfies in front of the I Believe mural, gag me. Cheerio.

Dr. Baese and his staff are the best! Ive been a patient for 4 years and actually look forward to going to the dentist because I know Ill be taken care of and nothing will be overlooked. Dr. Baese is very experienced and up to date on the most current and effective dental care. All of the hygienists are very skilled and friendly too! My husband is now a loyal patient since he had two previous root canals on his tooth before going to 12 South Dental and when he switched over to Dr. Baese he finally got a recommendation to an oral surgeon whos techniques could finally stop the infection and has stabilized. Additionally, last year I had a sudden onset of severe jaw pain. It hurt to eat, talk, and the pain would wake me up in the middle of the night. Dr. Baese was able to problem solve and use the most up to date technology to figure out the cause of my problem. Long story short, it turned out I needed orthodontic care and not a mouth guard. Two months into invisalign treatment ... JAW PAIN GONE! We will be lifetime patients! Thank you 12 South Dental!
