I was very impressed by all staff being very professional and the superb sanitation of the building. I felt that the dentist listened to my needs and desires as opposed to her telling me. I’m sure I will be pleased with the end results. It’s a more lengthier process than I wanted however I feel comfortable that I won’t be dissatisfied as with previous dentists

I am an old person, my hearing is very bad and it is very difficult for me to call. Text messages on my phone help me out a lot. Not all businesses have this kind of human service. The staff in the office is very pleasant to talk to and I am happy to come to the office where I do not feel like a disabled person.

Working in the customer service field for 15+ years I think I know a thing or two on how to treat patients/customers/clients/consumers etc, and it makes me extremely upset and highly irritated when professional establishments like ( Nashville D.C. Dental office) and Dr. Huey to be exact don’t practice basic customer service. Just to summarize my horrible experience I came in to my appointment on time waited over an hour and 30 minutes to be seen ( just to be put in a room) I then asked the Dentist (Dr. Huey) how much longer it would take I was told in a rude and Sarcastic demeanor that he was the only one there and if I wanted to reschedule my appointment then walked away 🤔 ( He had no respect for my time or even considered if I had to leave early from work just to make my appointment. My time is also valuable I just can’t reschedule when he pleases) Well when it was finally my turn he seemed rushed and then decided not to do the procedure that I was scheduled for and therefore referred me to something else that I did not need just because he was behind on patients and wanted to get me out the door. This is the third time I’ve had a bad experience with this doctor ( I had let the other two slide but like they say third times a charm I am not going back and I’m definitely not referring any more patients to this dental practice. I hate to be a Karen but enough is enough! I’ll take my money elsewhere Thanks!

Today was very good because when I left the smile was all worth it and I love how the people treat you. I was very happy thank God for that. I love how the doctor has such a great and wonderful way of talking to you to make you feel at ease I truly love having that kind of experience.

I was brought this practice because I dropped in and spoke with Stacey Cole, the Chief Operating Officer to see if they would like to do business with my company and be professionally treated with bioPURE to eradicate germs in their practice to promote a healthy environment for their employees and patients. Stacey was nice enough to give me a tour and invited me to have my next cleaning there. First of all, they care about their staff and patients. That is clear - they are treating to eradicate germs and keep a healthy environment for their staff and patients. That in itself says alot to me. I met Dr. Patricia Newberry the day of my dental cleaning appointment in March. I was very impressed. She was extremely personal, caring and spent time with me talking about my dental health. She shook my hand and was very professional and so friendly. I like friendly people so my first impression was WOW I like this dentist. The dental hygienist and staff at Nashville DC are top notch. Very friendly and explain every aspect of your cleaning, your plan of action and cost involved and what insurance will and wont cover. The location is easy to find, across from the Nashville Zoo and very easy in and out . I love their office and on both visits I saw a lobby full of people and staff taking care of children so parents could have their dental work done. Surprisingly the wait is not that long. The practice is very clean, well kept and lobby is nice with clean restrooms. (I pay attention to the restrooms in all businesses. The front desk employee was friendly . I am a pretty picky person so I have high expectations, so in my book they are well worth a 5 star rating. I would not hesitate to come back and have another appointment already . I have yet to meet Dr. Pats husband, but he is the other half of the practice. It is a husband wife team and Dr. Huey I am sure I will meet next time around. My boss met Dr. Huey Newberry and tells me he was very nice and really liked him. I cannot recommend this practice enough. You will not regret going to have dental work with Dr. Huey or Dr. Patricia Newberry. Call them today-- you wont regret it.

I had a horrible toothache and needed to be seen immediately. They squeezed me in the schedule somehow and performed a root canal. I was extremely nervous, as I have not had good experiences with dentists in the past, but Dr. Fleming was gentle, knowledgeable and quick! As long as I’m in Nashville, this will be my dental practice!

Believe me when I say that I am not the kind of person to post reviews ANYWHERE. But this experience needs to be shared.I’m a touring professional, I don’t have healthcare, and I’m 25. So my finances are important to me and I’ve been aware that I’ve needed dental work for a while. Being that I’m paying out of pocket, I wanted to to avoid the overpriced Green Hills practices and I was encouraged by the reviews for the Nashville Dental Center. And I also really respect their outreach for the diverse community they’re in.My first appointment in April had 3 fillings. The equipment was nice, the building was clean and the staff was friendly. There was one moment during the filling where an area they were drilling wasn’t completely numbed and I reacted to the pain loudly but they kept going and pushed through. That’s my only complaint from that procedure. Everything seemed like it was fixed when I left. But in the following weeks later, I had some pain when eating on one of my rear molars that got a filling. I chalked it up to “post period adjustment” that I was warned about. So I waited another few weeks.A month and a half goes by and the pain is still there. I’ve had about 10 fillings done at a practice back home and I’ve NEVER had pain last this long and be this sharp, so I booked another appointment for them to take a look at it. They see me, and they adjust the bite position of the tooth. (Take a drill and resurface the tooth a little bit).And again, same story... A month goes by and I still have pain. I can’t even chew on that side of my mouth because I’m worried that a piece of food will land in just the wrong spot when I bite and it will cause me to react.So I came back today. They seat me, they took an X-ray, spend about 30 seconds in my mouth and then say, “it is my professional recommendation that you get a root canal.” So we’ve gone from a simple filling straight to root canal in the time span of 3 months...For someone who is paying out of pocket, doesn’t neglect his teeth, and has had multiple fillings before that have NEVER ended in root canal, this whole experience is absurd to me. I’m frustrated because my tooth was “fine” before the filling and now I can’t even chew on that side of my mouth.Don’t get me wrong, this place is wonderful for a cleaning, X-rays, etc. It’s a great building with good equipment and a more than competent staff with great integration for diverse communities. That’s why there’s two stars and not one. But don’t do any serious dental work here. You might end up with a busted tooth and a root canal recommendation.

Super impressed with this office. Not only is the experience great with the very careful cleanliness standards and diverse atmosphere, but the staff is warm, skilled, and professional. Id been going to another dentist, and their cleanings were rough and painful, and the doctor was just a little cold. She wasnt mean, but, you could tell she didnt care much about you.Here the staff genuinely care and ask questions at the right time (i.e. at breaks when theres not a bunch of stuff in your mouth). They made everything they were doing very clear, and gave you no judgement and no pressure. They ask repeatedly if you have any questions to make sure you understand exactly what was going on.I had to get a root canal which I figured ahead of time because of a bad filling I got years ago. I felt absolutely no pain in the nerve while getting it done and they were quick and precise.On top of that, the staff seem to genuinely care about each other and are happy. Theyre quick to help one another and relaxed despite their crazy schedule.Im really happy this place was recommended to me. I find it hard to find medical services you can trust. Ill definitely be returning here for as long as Im in Nashville.

Would give zero stars if I could. Charged an arm and leg (~$1k) for a crown, THAT FELL OFF a few months later.Came back to have it fixed, the lady couldn’t even get it on right and it kept falling off ONTO the ground.Went to another dentist to find out IT’S NOT ON PROPERLY and food is getting trapped inside it.Came back today to ask about getting it fixed, they told me it would be $70 to get it checked out!!! $70 FOR SOMETHING THEY COULDNT GET RIGHT THE FIRST TIME. If you care about your dental health and your money, go somewhere else. They don’t care about you and just want your money. Surprised this place isn’t shut down yet. Completely awful.**also, a little suspicious that when I checked the Google rating for this place a few months back, this place only had a 1 star rating now it has a 4.6 and 395 reviews. Don’t trust it, guys**

My mother is a old and faithful patient that’s never gone anywhere else. She has been a patient since 2002 back when it was a hole in the wall dentist at the old location that did great work for great prices.However lately it’s been HELL for her to even deal with them. The past 3 YEARS they have been very UNPROFESSIONAL, from the front desk, to the dental hygienist, to the owner at times. My mother had gotten a implant done 3 YEARS AGO and they still haven’t got the RIGHT SIZE CROWN after all this time!They would call her saying that the crown came in but every time she would go in to have it put on, it wouldn’t fit. So they would force it on which cause stress and anxiety for her and In reality the crown that they kept trying out for many different appointments was most likely the same one as before bc it looked exactly like the one that they should have sent back to the lab but probably never did. They would constantly blame the lab instead of taking ownership and making sure it got resolved in a timely manner. Also they kept saying they are waiting for the new crown but it is taking to long because of COVID. Sorry but COVID should not be an excuse especially if she’s been having to wait patiently for many months in between appointments. And then they have the nerve to call a couple days before her appointment that she’s been waiting for months to try to change the time of the appointment after she’s been waiting for 3 FREAKING YEARS TO RESOLVE THE PROBLEM THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN DONE CORRECTLY THE FIRST TIME!!!After all the money our family spent over the years and all the people we have referred we NO longer recommended anybody going here.

This review is long overdue. Everyone here is very nice, many of the employees speak Spanish as well. I never waited too long after arriving at my appointments. I’ve had regular cleanings, fillings, and root canals done here and while it can be uncomfortable to go through, it was never painful to have these services performed.

Dr. Fleming is an AMAZING dentist! Shes very kind, patient and puts her patients at ease. The dental techs are very professional and make you feel comfortable. I am so glad I found Dr. Fleming! Thank you for giving me back my smile!!

I went here on the advise of a friend who had dental work done here many years ago. He said the doctors were good and the price would be affordable.I was pleased by the look of the inside of the building . The receptionist was friendly and on point . Didnt feel like my wait time was long . Dental assistant was professional and friendly. The doctor made me feel comfertable . She explained the procedure to me in a way that relaxed me . I like this place and will go back again for further work . The price I paid for what I got done was something I could afford . I recommended this place to a co-worker. Thanks to those who treated me . Im very satisfied with the service I received.

Staff was extremely competent and profesional from Monica the dental hygienist to the front desk staff, and the doctor filled my tooth and made sure it was right, took the time to make sure the filling fit right and made an adjustment, it is a relief to get my tooth fixed, i noticed they took good Covid measures which i liked that i did not have to wait forever there scheduling was efficient . My experience was more than I expected.The doctors are understanding and went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable.They took the time to find out the best plan and cost for me. The final results were shockingly good, I fell healthy, pain free, clean and I can smile again.

This is the absolute best place in Nashville for all phases of dental care. While this group has been a provider of great dental care for over 20 years on Nolensville Pike they have ane location right by the Zoo. This dental Clinic is state of the art equipment brand new sparkling clean from waiting room to all treatment rooms. The staff is professional from front desk and beyond.. Dental techs to and doctors all clean, well groomed, uniforms clean, uniform precautions with hand washing and gloves to prevent contamination. They also have a denture lab on site. I went to them initially for a repair to my upper denture. It had a crackdown the middle. Other dental offices needed 3 weeks for the repair. This office could do the repair in TWO HOURS. They did a great job. I was so pleasesd with the results I decided to get a new upper denture and lower partial denture. DR Huey is denture specialist . They make dentures that fit. First they take impressions, then make base which is tried on and any need changes are made, another try on insure they are perfect, next wax teach are attached, another try on and adjustments made. Only then are your dentures made. Resulting in the perfect fit. I only had to go back once after I had worn my new denture partial denture . Dr Huey made some small adjustments and they were perfect. I highly recommend this great Dental Clinic. Nashville Dental is the best.

I expected to have a great visit after reading the reviews on google but unfortunately that did not happen for me. The dental assistant that assisted me was not confident in her work and appeared to be confused on how to complete an oral X-ray for one of my sensitive tooth. The assistant literally had to stick the dental instrument in my mouth 7 times ( I counted) and she still could not capture a good enough x-ray for my tooth. After struggling for about 10 mins, the assistant finally called a gentleman into the room to assist. The gentleman easily inserted the instrument correctly in my mouth and advise his co-worker that she had it backwards. After finally getting that one x-ray, the Doctor came in and told the assistant to get a Bitewing x-ray. The assistant struggled with trying to ensure she had the instrument properly placed in my mouth. That at least took four different times to get one good image. Remind you, my tooth is already sensitive, I’m now frustrated, and ready to leave from the first issue with x-ray one. What also concerned me is that the assistant kept readjusting the plastic on the dental instrument that goes in my mouth, touching her keyboards, picking up the instrument that captures the x-ray, and then putting the plastic back in my mouth. That should’ve been taught in basic health class. I should’ve just politely got out the seat and left but I didn’t. However, the Doctor finally looked at my tooth and told me what I needed to get done to fix my tooth. The Doctor was very pleasant and confident. Unfortunately, I’ve decided to find another dentist because I simply don’t trust this dentist office.

I am extremely disappointed and upset with the staff. I had a horrible experience yesterday when I took my 10 yr old daughter to get her teeth extracted. Due to the pandemic they were taking safety measures therefore, i wasnt allowed to go inside with my daughter. My daughter later told me that the lady who was giving her the anesthetic injection to numb her gum was not paying attention and the liquid from the needle was being released inside her mouth instead of the gum. The television in the room she was in had a very inappropriate show/movie. The movie was extremely explicit with both audio and video. my daughter closed her eyes but couldnt stop from listening to the sound. the video was very sexual in nature. I would not recommend anyone to take their children.

I can honestly say my overall experience was SUPER AMAZING! The facilities were really clean and everyone was very friendly and happy. I originally went in to consult with a doctor about my wisdom tooth giving me some problems and see payment options to get it removed. Dr. Patricia Newberry was able to explain the procedure that needed to be performed and to my surprise it was very reasonable and affordable especially with everything I needed done. Chelsea explained the medications that I would need to take prior to my visit and explained the medication would make me calm but a little sleepy so it is important to have someone to drive me home. I told her I was not from this area and was not sure if I would have anyone to drive me home. I than mentioned I could always call Uber or taxi and she automatically told me she didnt feel comfortable with me taking a taxi or Uber because I would be heavily sedated and she didnt want anyone to take advantage of me. I wasnt even thinking about that but she went over and beyond to make sure she was looking out for my best interest and for that I am really thankful. I am know this will be the ONLY place I would come to get anything done for me and my children. I spent a lot of time researching and now I can see why everyone would much rather come here than to any other clinic. I would ONLY recommend this dental clinic to anyone! I promise you will not be disappointed.

My son has a couple teeth that needed immediate attention and they got him in that day with no hesitation. Everyone, from the front desk staff to the nurses & Drs, were extremly nice and caring. They kept me up to date on everything they were doing and explained everything they did. Im getting all 3 of my kids switched from their current dentists to Nashville DC!!! Everyone at Nashville Dental Center from the front office staff to the back of the building is kind, compassionate and supportive. While being fitted for and getting adjustments on my new dentures, I had a major emotional breakdown. The technicians who worked with me comforted me and talked me through the process. When I left the office, I felt more confident in my ability to use my dentures.

My experience has been a wonderful one! From my first call into the office when I spoke with Maribel she made me feel very welcomed to come in and have a consultation. She made me an appointment, answered all my questions and was very professional. Once I actually came into the office I was greeted with a friendly smile by the receptionist and given a packet of information and again was made to feel welcomed. After being called back Sarah assisted me getting my x-rays and going over some of the different options available to me. She was very professional, friendly and informative. Then I met Dr. Patricia and she was AWESOME! She examined my x-rays and went over a dental plan that we then executed. Dr, Patricia and her staff were very professional and treated me very well. I had two (2) cavities filled, and she then made an impression of my bottom teeth for a at-home whitening kit. I also met Ms. Arlene in financing and she too was very professional, informative and answered all my questions. Again, she made me feel very comfortable and part of the dental group family. Overall, I would have to say that my experience was truly spectacular and this is my new dental family. They were polite, professional and timely. My son is on the autism spectrum and I usually have a hard time at the dentist. They made him feel comfortable and they were able to do what they needed without conflict. Im comfortable with allowing him to go back by himself during his next visit. I had 3 kids with appointments and they were done in timely manner. They were back at school by lunch!! ( our appointments was 11 and 11:30)

Everyone was very nice, I was a bit nervous but staff made sure I was okay before going forward with anything, that was appreciated. Makes going to the dentist less scary.

Dr. Pat was a very down to earth dentist she explained step by step my dental treatment and what I can expect. I am very happy with my new and improved smile... Oh and the staff is great!!

This is where I received a root canal, I’ve been with them for about 3 years ! I absolutely love them especially Dr.Huey ! He will make sure everything goes perfect! Any pain they can fix, I’ll definitely will be going back!

I walked in with a slight toothache and they got me in within an hour. I was scheduled for the procedure i needed within 4 days of the day I came in. It was a great experience from start to finish. UPDATE: 2 nearly painless root canals later I still love this place!!
