The BEST dental team in Nashville. My family and I have been going here for years. Unfortunately my new insurance doesn’t cover so I’m having to find a new dentist. Shout out to Cathi (front desk) who’s always SO nice, informative and remembers our names every visit!

My crown came off and I had to find a dentist quickly to re-attach it. I just moved to the area and had no idea where to go. I landed on the Nashville Smile Team during my search and called them. They were able to get me in within 45 minutes. Took care of business and I was back at work. Super friendly, caring, knowledgeable. Not pushing (eventually I will need to get a new crown), but making me aware of my options. All of the associates that I came in contact with are genuinely friendly and make you feel at ease. I truly recommend Dr. Rushing and her team are simply fantastic.

I’m one of those many people out there who has a “dentist horror story”, making it difficult to get comfortable with or warm up to a dentist, so I tend to delay my dentist visits. I didn’t realize, until I visited Nashville Smile Team, that my problem all these years wasn’t necessarily that I hated going to the dentist, it was that I never had a good dentist that made it enjoyable.When I entered the building, I had anxiety initially, but ended up being very comfortable during my visit with the Nashville Smile Team, and am very disappointed that I’ll be moving in a few months, given that I’ll have to roll the dice on another dentist in a new state.I most certainly recommend all of those out there mulling “should this be my dentist?” to give them a shot, and I’d be willing to bet they’re going to change your perception of what a dentist visit it supposed to be like.I will 100% be recommending all of my family and friends to the Nashville Smile Team.

Dr. Rushing replaced the old veneers on my 2 front teeth. She also did the teeth on either side to make sure I had a good match of color. She did an excellent job, taking as much time as was needed to make sure they were perfect. I definitely recommend her work.

I had my routine teeth cleaning yesterday. I have to admit that I was a little apprehensive about going to my appointment due to the Covid-19 pandemic. But - I have been a patient of The Nashville Smile Team for many years and I totally trust them! Dr. Rushing and her team have always adhered to all CDC/ADA/OSHA recommendations and guidelines. Because of the pandemic, they have put even more precautions in place to minimize risks. While I was there, they followed their protocol perfectly -both for me and for theIr team - before during and after my cleaning. Believe me - as a RN - I was watching. Kudos to this awesome team!! I’ve been a patient here for many years! Dr. Rushing is an excellent dentist and the whole team is awesome. I love the beautiful new office. They take great care of their patients. I go every three to four months for a cleaning and Cynthia is great!! I highly recommend the Nashville Smile Team.

As much as I hated to lose a big tooth, the whole experience was almost “lovely” . . . NO pain, tiny bits of pressure, Doc had to tell me when it was out. The level of caring for me as a patient is unbeatable: I would “write home about it” if I had a home to write to. Great treatment!Likewise, my experience with “deep” cleaning and xrays was almost pleasant, too. The only thing I would like to improve upon was my own “gag reflex”. Also great!

The quality of work done in this office is very poor. I’m currently in the process of getting their work corrected by another dental clinic.

After so many different dentists, Ive finally found a place I feel confident, comfortable and excited about the future of my smile! Struggled for many years with bad dental work and from the front office administrative team, dental assistants and of course Dr. Rushing have been nothing but amazing,hopeful and positive. Also have struggled with dental insurance and how it doesnt cover much, their loyalty program gives you the opportunity to save money and the referral program is a bonus!

Nashville Smile team has been treating me for over 20+ years. I have had multiple issues with my mouth and only trust Dr. Rushing for my dental needs. I have been sedated for procedures with Dr. Rushing. It was a great experience. I dont recall anything about the procedure but woke up at home and it was finished. Recently I had a lot of work done and some setbacks with infection. Dr. Rushing was so great to work me in and treat me as soon as possible. She is the best! I love her whole team from the front office to her assistants. I appreciate all they have done for me and my family over the years.

Best dentist experience I’ve ever had! I decided to come to the Nashville Smile Team because I was having some jaw pain (TMJ) and they are close to my house. They have been nothing but kind and easy to work with! They were able to see my right away and I’ve been back for a follow-up appointment/cleaning since my initial appointment regarding pain. The dentist and staff pay great attention to detail and I feel like they actually listen to me (plus, they are unbelievably kind)! The actual office is nice and clean. They are working with my insurance to see what can be done about costs but also very good about explaining my upfront costs. I would highly, highly recommend!
