The entire staff was extremely kind. I’ve been to quite a few dental offices and this was the best one by far. I had a dental emergency and they scheduled me the following day. Very grateful for the treatment I received!

As someone who dislikes going into any sort of doctors office, I was reluctant to give GHDC & Dr. Kirby a shot. Even with my wife and her co-worker providing rave reviews. Im so glad that I did, though. Every interaction has been done with my comfort (and even pocket book) in mind and Im so thankful for that. Green Hills Dental Center has changed my views on going to the dentist. They always make it a comforting and pleasant (as pleasant as possible) experience. The front desk staff is always so welcoming and friendly. Even though I’m always really nervous when I go in, everyone I interact with helps me feel calm and reassured. When I had a filling done, the assistant talked me through everything they would be doing so I knew exactly what to expect. The dental hygienist are always so fun and reassuring. I’m always in and out really quickly, plus it’s super easy to find an available appointment.I found Green Hills Dental Center after I had a crown from a previous dentist fall out and was going to have to wait almost a week for an appointment. Green Hills Dental Center was able to get me in within 24 hours even though I was a new patient and very nervous. The COVID-19 shut downs happened right after this and if they had not have been able to see me, I would have had to go through COVID with my crown missing. I am so thankful I found them.

They made going to the dentist a breeze! Very professional and everyone was incredibly friendly. Loved the energy! Definitely returning.

I especially appreciate that Dr. Kirby talks me through any treatment that I need and is an excellent guide on helping me make choices that support my dental health.An update (1/28/20) - today I needed a filling but once I arrived it was clear that it may turn into a situation where a crown was needed. I was not prepared for a crown but Dr. Kirby was assuring and helpful through the process. He was able to take a closer look at things and a filling worked just fine. I appreciated the empathy I received and the help to make decisions about my oral health.

I was a bit apprehensive to go to the dentist today due to the Covid virus, but all of the staff were taking extra precautions to keep me safe. Masks were worn, temperature taken, and they gave me glasses to wear during my teeth cleaning procedure. Thank you Dr. Kirby and your staff.

Very caring and knowledgeable staff, from the front desk to the exam room. Was told up front about cost expectations when I found out I needed a deep clean, and from there, the staff was very helpful with insurance information and laying out payment amounts for the 3-visit process. After dreading the visit, I can attest to the thoughtfulness and consideration of the cleaning staff. Zero pain or discomfort, and successful round 1 of deep cleaning. Would definitely recommend this group to anyone new to town or looking for a new dentist.

Dr. Kirby, his assistants, and staff are kind and compassionate. They are knowledgeable, friendly, accommodating, and put me at ease even during the most trying of times and procedures. Green Hills Dental Center is, quite simply, stellar.

The experience was terrific and I was ready to switch dentists. Then I inquired about prices for routine work such as cleaning. The receptionist was only allowed to tell me the usual cost of the cleaning and x-rays that were discounted for a mail offer I had received. The office was promoting a dental membership which seemed more important than allowing choice of payment. If you want a subscription service, this is your place. I dont like this model and felt deceived by how my inquiry was handled.

Dr. Kirby and staff are great. There are many good dentists around but his ethical business model stands out. No high pressure sales tactics to scare you into getting expensive work done as I have experienced in the past with other dentists (and then these other dentists would push you to buy INSURANCE on their dental work!). Dr. Kirby and staff are not just highly skillful but also respectful, ethical, and a pleasure to do business with. Highly recommended!

I had a great experience here. My hygienist, Janelle, was thorough, kind, and was great answering my questions and helping me understand. Dr. Kirby was kind and helpful as well. Everything was on time and they were great with letting me know my insurance coverage. Highly recommend.

I came in for an emergency, like a lot of people I hate going to the dentist but due to my emergency I had to go. I Am so glad I did, Dr Kirby and his staff are awesome. Personable and professional. I brought my 4yo for first cleaning, I was very impressed. They gave her sunglasses to wear, had her open her mouth like an alligator, and told her they would tickle her teeth. She had fun and is excited to go back.

As a result, I’ve had problems come up the older I get. Thankfully, I started going to Dr. Kirby. He and his staff have always been so compassionate and understanding with my anxiety. I recently had the pleasure of bringing my three children to Green Hills Dental Center to have their teeth cleaned. My family is relatively new to the area and have been searching for a dental home that treats both children and adults. When I called to make the appointments, the receptionist listened carefully to my needs and was able to schedule us to come in sooner than I expected. From the start, the staff made the appointment process incredbly easy. I was emailed all necessary paperwork so that I could complete it on my own time before bringing my children in, which I loved because every parent knows how much fun it is to conduct business with kids running around.My older two children, ages 9 and 11, have been to the dentist before, but this was my youngest daughters (age 3) first visit. I was initally reluctant to bring her in because I did not know how she might respond being that she had never seen a dentist before. My daughter instantly connected with the hygienist who was able to take x-rays and clean her teeth. The hygienist was patient and explained the importance of good dental habits at a level appropriate to my each child. She used something that turned the sugar bugs purple and then showed them in a mirror to see where they had missed brushing! All three kids thought it was neat to see the before and then the after once she cleaned their teeth.Afterwards, each child received a tooth-shaped lollipop and a trip to the treasure chest for being such good patients!! They thought that getting candy at the dentist was the coolest thing, and so did I after the hygienist shared that the lollipops actually helped to prevent cavities!! I honestly didnt even know such a thing existed!We left the office feeling like Dr. Kirby and his staff genuinely cared about our oral health. My kids (the little one included) have since asked me several times when they get to go back! This was such a great experience and I would recommend Green Hills Dental Center to anyone looking for a dental home!!
