Best dentist experience I have ever had. The care and attention each team member brings to their role is top shelf. I have never enjoyed going to the dentist and to be honest was the reason I waited so long to ever go back. Thomas Nabors and his team changed that and I look forward to my next visit!

I recently had my 8 upper veneers done by Dr. Nabors and I couldnt recommend a cosmetic dentist enough! Dr. Nabors is the kindest, most professional, and talented dentst Ive seen.Every step of the process was seamless and well managed. His team was incredibly nice, efficient, and knowledgeable - they even offered to pick me up from the airport when I came for my first appointment and gave me restaurant/hotel recommendations (I flew into Nashville for his services)!He was able to conduct my consult virtually and made me feel at ease in every part of the process. I came to him because I had a huge insecurity about my two front teeth which had old veneers that were too large and discolored compared to the rest of my surrounding teeth in different lighting. He presented me with several different use cases and ideas for enhancing my smile to look more natural and balanced. Absolutely cannot recommend this place enough. Dana helped me on the phone and genuinely seemed to care about me having a good dental experience. I really didn’t think people were capable of actually caring about menial nonsense like scheduling doctor’s appointments, and I absolutely hate going to the dentist, but overall this was really solid. At least solid enough that I’m taking the time to write this review.Erin was my hygienist and she was super friendly the whole way through. It’s weird cause you don’t picture yourself being 25 years old and getting stoked about having a conversation with your hygienist, but she was a good hang and the whole cleaning just kind of flew by. Dr. Nabors himself was cool too, really seemed to care and treat the people around him with respect.I’d definitely recommend this place, the prices are fair and the staff is nice.

Like getting your teeth cleaned by a used car salesman. Upsell and overcharge for basic cleanings. Spent hours talking to insurance, etc trying to correct codes.

Hands down the BEST DENTIST OFFICE in Nashville! Customer service is excellent from the entire office. Everyone remembers you and makes you feel like family. They do everything possible to make sure you are comfortable during your entire visit from snacks in the lobby to premium service s in the back like a blanket to keep you warm, earphones connected to your own personal television so you can watch your favorite show, and getting paraffin treatment on my hands (my person favorite) during dental visit. And best, ALL of these perks are complimentary! This is way more than an ordinary dentist office. It is a dental experience. Go once and you will never go anywhere else again. They make me love going to the dentist!

I highly recommended Dr. Thomas Neighbors. I live in Richmond, Virginia and did a virtual consultation just to get ideas for pricing down the road. I had a bridge replace my upper 6 front teeth. I was never truly happy with the way it looked but just dealt with it. However, I kept looking at the before and after photos of the clients Dr. Neighbors worked with and was amazed. Comparing with other dentist that do Veneers his results are superior!Dr. Neighbors responded to me by video 1-2 days after my initial inquiry on a Sunday night!I was pretty amazed he took time out of his weekend just to respond to my request. The pricing was reasonable and he gave me plenty of options. He’s truly a master of his craft and wants you to be happy with the results and he’s quite the perfectionist. He must have taken 8 molds of my teeth and what seemed like 100 photos just to get it perfect. He considered things like the plane of my eyes all the way down to my skin color to get the color of my teeth perfect. His staff was incredible! Dana was always there to answer all of my questions and his assistant Julie did an amazing job and made me feel at ease. I thought the process was going to be painful and it was not at all. Dr. Neighbors made me feel right at home from the start and kept asking to make sure I was ok or if I needed anything. I didn’t just meet a dentist but a friend as well. There are some dentist that are just about the money but Dr. Neighbors is truly about YOU the patient. Don’t delay and schedule a virtual and see what he can do for you!

I had a demolished molar that was a month infected. I was in agony.They got me in and fixed up the day I called and sent me with an appointment to fix up as soon as the antibiotics were working. 2 days later I am so much better.Everyone was amazing at this clinic. I needed a bridge for a front tooth and after much research, landed on Dr. Nabors. I was very particular as this was a front tooth that needed to be replaced and important to me the bridge look at perfect as possible. His attention to detail made sure the bridge/new tooth was sized and fit just right. The first tooth the lab sent was very close in color but a little more opaque than adjacent tooth. Dr. Nabors spotted imperfection (even i couldn’t tell), and took the time to take more photos requesting a new tooth before installing. No would ever know that my front tooth isn’t actually mine. I’m so grateful I found Dr. Nabors to have this done. He and his team were awesome!

AMAZING EXPERIENCE! In town for the week and had an accident our first night which resulted in a chipped tooth. From the first phone call until we walked out of this beautiful and comfortable office, we were treated so well! This place is so clean, and the people are so professional. It was my first time being at a dentist in over 2 years and Cayla was nothing short of awesome! I was so worried about not going to a dentist in so long and she helped make the experience way better. The people at the front desk were so polite from the time I got there until I had to leave. They were very efficient so I didn’t want to wait on anything. I needed a new retainer and they were able to give me one before I left. Everything was great!!

Dr. Nabors and his staff go out of their way to make me feel comfortable and at ease at every appointment. Andrea does an amazing job with my cleanings and she is incredibly kind and personable. She goes over all recommendations with me in detail and makes sure that I understand exactly what the plan is. I receive price estimates ahead of time so I can plan financially, and I never feel pressured to pursue an treatments that I dont want. I had fillings replaced yesterday and didnt feel any pain during or after the procedure. The office even followed up with me afterwards to make sure that I was doing okay. Dr. Nabors gives you the VIP treatment and makes going to the dentist not just tolerable, but actually enjoyable.

I was back in the office to so Dr.Orr on Monday 8/7/2018. As the first time I was in the office got great service. I have always hated going to the dentist and always ask for gas even just having my teeth clean.But when I went in 2 weeks ago on the 16th of July. I told myself I was going to not ask for it. I was a little nervous at first. But the whole office staff was amazing making you feel like you was at home and so relax. Never had a dentist office before give you a tour of there office. I did not ask for gas and the first time I was there even had a root canal. I have to say Dr.Orr and Haley was so wonderful and gentle. In speaking with Dana, I knew this was the place for me and she was able to get me in same day at noon to see Dr. Nabors. Dr. Nebors pulled his chair beside me and he actually listened to my feelings about my smile, he asked me how I wanted my smile and he went into full action pictures, x-rays and his thoughts on my current smile. Haley..OMG! ....she is sweetie pie and very gentle with x-rays and impressions. Im looking forward to completing my smile procedure and making this dental office a part of my family. I had a dental emergency on a Friday night and was completely freaked out that I would not be able to get my tooth fixed until Monday. Fortunately, they were able to squeeze me into their busy schedule on Saturday. The entire team was extremely wonderful, and I was treated with the upmost care. I would highly recommend any of my friends to this practice for any dental needs.

My permanent retainer popped out and I needed same day help to get it glued back on. Thomas Nabors worked me into the schedule (my normal dentist scheduled me three weeks out) and did a great job at reasonable pricing. Would definitely recommend calling them for any time sensitive dental work!

This is hands down best dentist Ive ever been to. The office is nice, and it is a very comfortable environment. The staff is fantastic; they remember stuff about me that even I forget! They are genuine and encouraging. They do not seem to garner much pleasure from inflicting pain upon their patients like some other dental staffs do. I do not dread going to the dentist any more.

I had a phenomenal experience! I called them last minute and they were able to fit me into their schedule. Everyone I met was great and very welcoming. The service was quick and on point. The clinic/office is well maintained and the price is accessible for people who do not have insurance (like me). Dr. Nabors is very friendly and explained step by step what he was going to do and why. All I needed was a filling, but he made the process very smooth and I am extremely happy with the result. Dr Nabors and his team are hands down the best!! I recently moved from South Carolina to Nashville and found myself in a dental emergency yesterday, which was a holiday weekend. With my specific tooth shape, I needed extra protection at the front of my mouth. Dr. Orr added a few sealants and everything was easy, personal, and wonderful. He did a great job. Dr Nabors and his hygienist Andrea were absolutely wonderful. I had been seeing a dentist who said I needed 8 crowns after never hearing of such news before. I was complaining to a co-worker who thoughtfully referred me to Dr Nabors, so I went in for a 2nd opinion (free consultation).Dr Nabors came up with a more conservative treatment plan (1 crown, few fillings) and made me feel right at home in his office. There are snacks in the waiting room; there is a personal TV in each patient room with headphones; there is a hot paraffin wax station waiting for your dry, winter hands (who doesnt want a relaxing hand spa treatment while you get your teeth cleaned).Ill never go back to in-network corporate dentistry, and the out-of-network cost for this cleaning was only $45 out of pocket with Blue Cross dental insurance.

I have been going to Dr Nabors for 14 years. I even moved further away and it is worth the 30 minute + drive each way a few times a year. Especially for complex dental work or cleanings with care using the latest technology and training, there is no other choice! He and Andreas pleasant personalities along with the rest of the staff make you look forward to catching up on all the latest happenings across Nashville and the sports world too. Easily the best and most informative dental appointment that I have ever had. Jordan was my dental hygienist. Ive never met someone that was so perfectly fit for their job. On top of being super sweet and understanding, she made me a part of the process, and wanted my input on my treatment plan.
