If you value your sanity and health, this is not the place for you. I could write pages about the problems that Ive had here. To start, the last week before I moved out I had to move everything in my fridge to another apartment because mine broke & I need ANOTHER new one (yes, three refrigerators in one year). I didnt even have a working ice machine for six months (and multiple maintenance requests). The front office staff never took my complaints seriously until I got my mom involved. I was brushed off every time. The sealing on my sliding glass door (which was the whole back wall of my apartment) wasnt done properly and it took three months of phone calls, in person talks, and rain flooding in for them to fix it. I had mold that was fixed by painting over it and my shower, no matter how often I deep cleaned it, would get mold within a week growing back. Apparently these issues were happening in multiple units. The location is NOT worth living here. There is not one person that Ive met living here that did not have problems with their unit or some of the management. I was so excited to live in the Gulch and my experience with this apartment ruined it.I hesitated writing this review because Ive never written a bad one, but I wish that I had seen this before moving in.
Ive only been here a month, but Im already happy with my decision to live at Infinity Lofts. Great location, right in the middle of things and close to work as well. The management team is pretty responsive and the property has great amenities!
We love living here! All of the staff members are very friendly and know how to make everyone feel welcomed and cared for, not to mention, spoil our sweet boy, Buster. Great amenities, locked and secure gates and parking garage, top-notch maintenance crew who is always quick to respond to requests. Cant say enough great things about it!
We absolutely love living here for the following reasons:A. The staff members are kind, courteous, and prompt.B. Quality construction - we cannot hear our neighbors and we seldom hear the trains when our balcony door is closed; our unit faces the tracks! The upgrades they have made or are making are excellent.C. The views of downtown are wonderful at all times.D. Community and Community Events: it seems like there is one every week - either put on by the Cares team or by a local business. Our neighbors have all been friendly.Their are some things to consider:1. The parking garage: The only entrance to the parking garage, and it is by the famous fairy wings in the Gulch. It can make getting out of the building a little crazy during the day. Additionally, the scanner to get into the residents area of the parking garage is moody, at best. You will get the hang of it, but you may cry the first time you try to get it to work.2. If you and your roommate/significant other have diffent sleep schedules, be cautious of the floorplan - many one-bedrooms are more like studios in the the walls dont go all the way up to the ceiling, and there is no bedroom door. We love the design, but its not for everyone. All things considered, we had an incredible move-in experience, we love the apartment itself, and we are excited to be a part of this community.
If you see jobs, of any position, at this property, do not go for it. The mgr. Is no good and does not get the stuff, you need to do your job. Then if you do not do your job, yoir let go. The Company needs to step up and clean the mgnt staff out and get a magt team that works as a team .
Ive only been here a couple weeks now but so far I love living here! My apartment is so nice and such a great price! I have a little yard for my dogs its amazing and the location is absolutely perfect! I have been loving being able to walk to get food and shop in the gulch. The apartments are so cute and they were super clean and well taken care of when I moved in! I was worried a little about safety with the location especially where I come in late at night from work but Ive felt very safe here theres locks on everything. The office has been a little frazzled lately during my move in but considering were in the middle of a pandemic its understandable. The only things I would change a little would be the package room as it can get hectic and also itd be nice to have more information upon move in like some sort of welcome packet. As someone who is new to downtown living building is kind of hard to navigate. Im still trying to figure out where is best for me to park and to get to my side of the building lol. Lastly the people here seem to be so warm and welcoming! I can be rather shy and awkward but I lost my dog upon move in and all my neighbors who didnt even know me offered to help! It was really the sweetest thing and I was so impressed by the kindness of the people living here.
If I could rate this apartment zero stars I would. First, security is a major concern like others have stated. There are no cameras and it’s super easy to get inside the gates. Multiple cars have been broken into and I’ve had over $1K of property stolen from the mail room. Management is extremely POOR! Good luck ever getting a response from them and they are unwilling to help. Inside the apartment complex itself is extremely dirty and has an unpleasant smell. I have only lived here 2 months and I’m already leaving for a place not far down the street. Avoid the inconvenience and look elsewhere!!
I love living at Velocity. Jennifer and Kelsie in the leasing office are the absolute best. The maintenance team is on point. I haven’t needed their service much except to have my water filet in my refrigerator replaced, and they responded super quick with a new filter. But with a great team and great location, this is definitely a great place to live.
Honestly the amenities, quality construction, and soundproofing are great- But the team that works there are so engaging and responsive you should not look anywhere else in the Gulch. The experience has been so positive I already know Im renewing my lease next year.
Car was broken into with $1000 damages at secured private parking area. It was never looked into. Packages regularly taken from secured provided package area. It was also never looked into. They never take maintenance issues seriously. Fridge broke and the issue was never looked into even with provided proof.
I stay here when I’m in town for business in Nashville, and can say the property does not seem to be run well at all. Have had car break ins 3 times now, costing thousands of dollars, only to be told by the management company they are “hiring patrol cars”, yet haven’t seen anything being done about the disruption and know other residents that have been victims as well. My packages get stolen all the time from mail room with no one addressing the issue. I have issues with noise coming from dogs at all hours of the night in the apartment above me with nothing being done. If your looking for a safe, well ran place to live, don’t rent here!
I absolutely love living at Velocity in the Gulch! The staff is so friendly and helpful and always willing to answer any questions I have and you can’t beat the prime location in the Gulch! Everything is walking distance. I am so glad I chose Velocity as my home.
Building management responds poorly to the safety of residents and their property. Cars are vandalized within the gated parking reserved for residents, while packages are continuously stolen from the mail room and no camera security is provided due to liability issues cited by management in having camera footage to keep residents and their property safe. In addition, the building is poorly constructed and you can hear everything in the apartment above. It is like having a loud marching band practice above you. NEVER move here. Pay the extra $100 at a neighboring building with better management.
Prime location, great price, extremely caring and responsive staff. They make it easy for me to live and work comfortably right in the center of this awesome town.
I have been meaning to write this review for months! I have lived all over the country, dealt with every living inconvenience you can imagine. The staff at Velocity has been top notch from beginning to end. I knew the exact unit I wanted, and Velocity went above an beyond to make it happen for me.Since moving in, my experience has just been incredible. I love walking to the front office to chat with the staff and just talk about life. There are so many dogs that live here, my pup is always in heaven every time we leave our apartment. I live on the main hallway in the building next to the front office on the street, and I rarely hear anything. My unit is beyond incredible, and I love calling it home. The amenities are great, but it is the staff that make it so special. They are just so kind to me and my dog - which is truly all you want in an apartment!I heard from a lot of long term residents that they hate The Guild located on the third floor. In full honesty, I have been at Velocity since last August, and I see no inconvenience with this business. Their staff is so friendly, and their guests are for the most part very considerate.I give Velocity 10/10, and I am a pretty hard critic. If youre looking for a luxury apartment, this is your spot!
I moved into Velocity a few months ago. My little yorkie and I enjoy being able to walk around the area as it is in a very walk-able location. There are plenty of times when I have a rough week and make my way to the The Pub or Bar Louie nearby and can walk right back home. The inside of the apartments remind me of a condo with the large appliances and modern finishes. I recently had friends and family come for the holidays and they were able to stay at the Guild at a rate cheaper than nearby hotels. There have been some staff changes but overall the consistency of the office team and their kindness and willingness to go the extra mile make the stay here worth it!
When all the amenities are available this is a very nice place --- they just need to change their security regarding peoples incoming and outgoing mail to prevent thieves from stealing whatever they want
Velocity in the Gulch is the OG community when it comes to Gulch Living. They do it right, they have a great maintenance team that is very timely, with an equally as great office staff. I originally moved here from out of state, looking to get acquainted to a new city and I happily just renewed for my fourth year.
Velocity is the best. The apartments are super nice and modern. My wife and I love the amenities, especially the new pool table and coffee bar in the renovated lounge. We especially cant wait for the Sky Lounge to be ready since the warm months are fast approaching!Plus, Google Fiber is coming soon - basically the reason I moved in (just kidding, but I cannot wait). Also, the staff is always super friendly and helpful.I have nothing to complain about. This place is seriously great!
The worst building I have ever lived in. I had my truck vandalized, packages stolen, service orders not completed, and you can hear your neighbors. Look at the mail room and ask the local police department how many vandalizim reports they have for the property before you make your decision.
My fiancé and I were looking to live somewhere fun in Nashville and we thought Velocity in the Gulch would be perfect! Due to COVID-19 and cleaning, touring the apartments was not an option for a while, but we had confidence that we would love the apartments from the virtual tours and photos we were sent. We were wrong. The first red flag was upon seeing photos of the exact apartment we were leasing, we noticed there wasn’t a kitchen island as pictured in all of the photos online. The employee told us it was not included in the apartment. We thought that was annoying, but whatever we will just buy our own!We finally got to tour the apartment in person about a week before we were supposed to move in. When we were told to arrive, no one would answer the door so we stood outside for about 10 minutes trying to call the office. Finally an employee came to the door and seemed very confused as to why we were there. We told her that we made an appointment a few days prior to come tour our apartment with another worker. She said that worker was out of town and “didn’t know what she was saying” because they had an employee party that day and weren’t giving tours because they were closed until 3pm. After explaining to her the situation, she finally agreed to show us around. It was a very rushed tour, but we were just happy to finally get to see the apartment that we have been looking at through our phone screens for a month and a half.Upon walking in, it was absolutely everything we thought it would be! The apartment was beautiful, the ceilings were high, and the natural lighting was great! Butttt we noticed that the sliding doors that had been pictured in many of the videos sent to us and drawn on all of the floor plans on their website were not there. We were confused and asked the woman giving us the tour where the doors were and she said “oh this apartment doesn’t have the sliding doors” and she explained that only a few apartments in the whole complex actually have the sliding doors and if they don’t come with them, well, you can’t do much about it. My fiancé works night shift as a RN, so we explained that not having doors on our bedroom just really wasn’t an option. (Note: in the photos we received of the actual apartment, we just thought the doors were opened, so you couldn’t see them, because you can still see the tracks in the floor and ceiling..and..why else would we think doors wouldn’t be included in our one bedroom apartment)So after $400 in nonrefundable fees, we had to back out and try to find another apartment super last minute. Overall, yes these apartments are beautiful and in a great location, but I feel as though their advertising, photos, and floor plans are very misleading. So beware, if you pick out a floor plan that is supposed to have doors, you should double check and ask because the doors might not be included!!! Also- you can’t call it a one bedroom apartment if there are no doors. That’s a studio.
My year lease just ended at the Velocity and I was extremely satisfied with my time. The staff, location, and amenities are all top notch. I had a wonderful experience and met a lot of great people. Thank you very much to all of the amazing people at the Velocity!
When I have visited my son at Velocity in the Gulch, I have felt unsafe due to no cameras in the parking garage and no security guard on site. Safety of tenants and their visitors should be the primary consideration at Velocity in the Gulch!
I absolutely LOVE living at Velocity. It is such a beautiful property, much more so than the others around it. It is big, yet very quaint, the management company is awesome ..Abby, Ashley, Kelsey, Holly, Sam, Brittney, Greg, James, Shawn they are so helpful and always around the property, their door is always open for you. The renovations going on here are going to make this place the place to live, its going to be beautiful when finished. I am proud to call it my home. Anyone looking to live in the Gulch needs to check Velocity out, you will be happy you did.
My fiancé and I absolutely LOVE living at Velocity in the Gulch! I toured many apartments before making a decision, but the management and staff at Velocity were by far the most kind and helpful. The staff holds fun events often, and the gym here is amazing! We love our apartment, and we are so happy here!
I have lived at Velocity for 15 months and just signed another 15 month lease. It is an amazing place to live! The staff is very friendly and reliable! My maintenance requests are always done promptly. The Velocity Community is awesome, as well! I’ve made many friends in the building thanks to their many community events and outings. If you want an excellent location, price and atmosphere, then you definitely need to check out Velocity in the Gulch!
Checked this place out recently: The building is only a few years old but you can clearly hear every word of your neighbors from the hallway. The Elevators creek and groan like the place is a decade old. Also a floor is now a hotel so hope you like people partying all night.
We moved into Velocity in the Gulch in April and love it! The location does not get any better. You can walk to countless shops, restaurants and bars- you are in the middle of it all! The staff is so friendly and quick to respond with any questions or concerns you might have. The building is always clean, well maintained, and stocked with Starbucks coffee!
Ive been a satisfied resident of Velocity for 10 months now. The location is PRIME and the amenities are legit. To me the staff is what truly sets this place apart from the rest. They know most residents by name, create a real sense of community through various events, and are extremely helpful/responsive w/ any requests or inquiries!
Had some bumps and setbacks upon our initial move, but these have since been resolved. When we first moved in the bathroom didnt appear to be cleaned properly, the stovetop surface was broken, pieces of the microwave panel were coming off and we started with only one set of keys for two people. This made moving in a bit challenging, but weve been working with the managers and gotten most of our issues resolved. The unit itself is great, location is amazing and the patio we have for our dogs is a life-saver. Gym is pretty sweet and the free coffee in the lobby is clutch. Overall, despite our early hiccups, very happy with our decision to move to The Velocity.
I love living in the Velocity! The location is perfect and the staff is extremely helpful and friendly. They do a great job at listening to your needs and getting maintenance problems fixed fast. The covered parking and amazing new gym and common area renovations (with Starbucks coffee!) are just some other perks. No complaints!
I have lived at Velocity since July. My first time living downtown. I thought it would be a hassle but the friendly staff made my move day stress free. Maintenance even helped install my drapes. My favorite part about living here is the location and the resident events! I would definitely recommend living at Velocity!
Cool Amenities, close to so many cool spots while still being extremely quiet within the community. Friendly front office staff and unique floor plans.
Staff is super helpful and willing to help always! Wonderful place to be!
Ive been a resident of the Velocity for just over two months and loved living here since day one. The staff was extremely helpful even before I moved in; helping with getting everything set up. Walking distance to Downtown, Music Row, and Midtown. Choice between Xfinity and Google Fiber is very nice, personally loving Google Fiber for the speed and price. Maintenance has be fast and easy to contact when needed. More than likely Ive found my place for next few years.
Give it a zero all day. Horrible staff, scooters and angel wings where folks don’t realize residents live here...sincerely I’d rather stay at a motel.... leaving ASAP.... open our residents door and steal, including packages I’ve had, as a grab bag! Horrible, is literally the nicest I’d say.it made me hate the gulch. Christmas is through the doors FYI. Merry Christmas!
I called four times today throughout the day at 1:00pm, 3:00pm, 3:30pm, and 5:00pm. I was interesting in renting an apartment. Nobody has answered my calls. What kind of operation is this? Also, I put my email into their website for information about apartment deals. Never received an email. guess if they dont value my business, Ill take it elsewhere.
I have lived here for almost a year. Although most of the staff are personally lovely people- the way the building is run and managed by RAM management is concerning. In the past three months we have had:10 car break ins2 RobberiesVarious homeless people sleeping in hallways and unitsA shooting in my hallwayPackages stolen out of the unlocked and non-secured package roomRAM is secretly hosting 13 airbnb units on propertyWhen you go to re-sign your lease they raise rent significantly ( mine was 30%)If you don’t believe it I’d recommend pulling police reports. Also the staff will brush everything under the rug and pretend nothing happens as well as promise that they are going to step up security and work on the issues. For the money and location - one wouldn’t expect this I just hate to see good people move into a bad situation..
Renter beware!! Ive been visiting a business partner and his vehicle has been broken into 3 times in the last 6 months. Unfortunately there are no cameras and he has gotten little help from management.
Lived here for 1.5 years and loved it at the beginning but had to move out by end of the lease. The staff is amazing! Very kind and courteous to their residents. Kelsie is the best, always willing to help and goes above and beyond. The maintenance crew are fantastic as well. Location is prime.Reasons we didn’t renew our lease- unfortunately, velocity started Airbnb around 8 months after I moved in and it went downhill from there, the 3rd floor literally looks like a hotel floor. My boyfriends car got broken into twice but they took actions and added security. Homeless people in the building after hours. Didn’t feel safe over all and there was a clear deterioration in the building ( example; trash chute was filled with gunk when I moved in, no way to clean it out) and not enough amenities compared to other apartments nearby.
Great complex the staff is awesome and floor place are great
This is my third place living in Nashville and it’s honestly my favorite. It’s in a super convenient spot and the community is very nice. They always have fun events with food, drinks, and games!
Love the location... I always get help when I need it... staff is super friendly. I have lived here for over 3 years and am still impressed with it.
I had to reschedule a touring appointment to re accommodate my schedule and felt like whoever the receptionist or leasing agent was, she was BY FAR THE RUDEST PERSON IVE EVER MET!!! She treated my family and I as if we were peasants not good enough to walk into the building. We arrived a couple hours earlier than we had expected and asked if we could tour a little earlier she was just super disrespectful. Even if this place is amazing on the inside, I WILL NEVER willingly pay money to be treated so disrespectfully.
We stayed through what was booked as Guild at the Gulch for a weekend. We loved it but you could see why renters would not like the coming and going of short stay people among their homes . People in general can be disrespectful when traveling. If I lived in Nashville I would probably check out the terms of lease as an option.
Live somewhere else. This place sucks. Added a printer in the common area, but there is no paper. You must provide your own. Cheap asses.
Velocity In the gulch is a one of a kind experience. If you like being harassed and constantly ignored by the management team its the place for you. Honestly Ive never felt more disrespected by any professional group in any industry in my entire life. The amenities arent maintained very well, and the team that manages the property seems to be more concerned with making money than satisfying their tenants. This definitely doesnt feel like home. Many residents have posted these exact complaints to google reviews and Im not surprised. Bell partners has ruined the experience of living in the Gulch for me.
Convenient location and good people to deal with.
Lived here for two years and have waited to review the property until move out. What can I say: overall my experience was positive. The new property management company (RAM) has it figured out and is doing a great job revamping and modernizing the place to give it a much needed spruce up (was one of the original Gulch buildings and actually originally sold as condos around the time of the financial collapse). The new rooftop lounge areas and club rooms are great and offer a great view of downtown. The community is also making improvements in terms of hosting community events. The previous property managers were abysmal and because of this, I cannot give 5 stars... though under current ownership Velocity is trending upwards towards very high quality. Think it compares favorably to Pine Street Flats having known a handful of friends who lived there. Cant beat the location...
I love Velocity! This apartment is a great price for the location, has an amazing staff, and great amenities. The lounge, gym, and sky lounge are amazing features of this apartment! This is by far my favorite apartment I have ever lived in.
I moved to Nashville this past October. I was nervous to move across the state by myself, so I wanted to make sure I got a great, safe apartment. I found Velocity in the Gulch, toured it, signed my lease and moved in all within two weeks. The leasing staff was SO helpful and patient with me and all of my questions (and they still are) :). The matienence staff members are also very nice and helpful. For living downtown, I have never once felt unsafe or uncomfortable. There is A LOT of security within the building and at each entrance. My fellow neighbors are very kind and also quiet (which is great!). My dog neighbors are my favorite! I get so excited when I meet a new pup on the elevator. I am slowly convincing all of my close friends to make the move to Velocity. Overall, I am so pleased with Velocity and am very glad that I chose this place to call home! @VelocityInTheGulch
We have lived here for a year now and love it! Great location and fantastic floorplans. Definitely recommend!
The employees at this complex are extremely disorganized. I called them half a dozen times in order to schedule a showing/ask questions after the showing and they never answered or returned my calls, save for once. I scheduled a showing through their website, but no email confirmation was sent to me. When I finally came to see the apartment and wanted to lease, they told me I could not use my 401k as income, but then when I emailed them later to tell them that I would not rent with them and have instead rented elsewhere, listing the 401k issue as a reason, I was told I could use my 401k.This place is gorgeous and the location is amazing, but the staff here is less than stellar. If you are ok with sacrificing good service and staff organization for a really nice apartment, then you should have no problem. If not, stay away from here.
Ive loved living at Velocity in the Gulch for almost 3 years now. The new management team is doing a fantastic job making this a great place to live and are always hosting fun events for residents. Maintenance requests are always tended to in a timely manner. The new renovations have given the entire building a much needed boost in appearance and Im loving the new gym equipment, pool table, and shuffleboard table. It is surprisingly quiet for all thats going around in the gulch - I very rarely hear anything from my neighbors or outside noise. Great walkability to so many restaurants and shops and anything downtown!
A great place to live! Always clean, super friendly staff, and close to everything Nashville has to offer. And in response to the review posted here about identity theft, that is not at all the case. I toured a dozen complexes and they all took my ID and made a copy. It is for their safety & has something to do with Fair Housing Responsibility. I in no way felt like it had anything to do with identity theft and the person that said that is way off base. Ive now lived here a couple months & the staff is more professional than anywhere Ive ever lived & would NEVER do such a thing. Some people just like to find a reason to complain.
Great amenities. Staff is amazing. Apartment is the nicest in the Gulch.
The staff at the Velocity are terrible. It seems they have hired a bunch of hipsters who have no appreciation for their job and couldnt care less about their attitude towards potential clients. The area is beautiful and would have loved to rent an apartment in this building but I refuse to be treated like I am wasting someones time.
Absolutely, hands down the best apartment complex I have lived in through college, post college, and as a young professional! I always feel safe and all of the staff are absolutely wonderful!
Great energy.
Mmm... not worth the price.
I would NOT recommend living here unless you enjoy living in a community that could care less about their residents, their safety, and concerns. All they care about is making money, and will do whatever it takes to make more money, even if that means running off their loyal residents. They could care less about providing a safe living community for residents. I’m a resident of 2 years here. I have never had any complaints nor have I ever been late on rent. After 2 years here, I’m essentially forced to move out because they decide to turn my entire hallway, and surrounding neighbors into Airbnb units. Not only did they have the nerve to do this, but they evict, and fine their residents who utilize their apartments for Airbnb. They NEVER communicated to any of the residents that they were doing this. One would think as a professional business, they would conduct themselves like one, and have at the VERY least sent out some form of communication to the neighbors that this would affect. I literally had no idea what was going on, but kept getting greeted with complete strangers roaming my hallway. Some would ask me where to go. I guess I’m now Velocity’s hotel concierge. I also kept getting woke up by loud bachelor/bachelorette parties, music, kids on their family vacation running up and down the hallways screaming and crying at 6:00am on a weekend morning, a group of college kids literally packing their luggage in the hallway outside of my door prior to heading to the airport, and the list goes on, as one can imagine. These guests are coming here for the sole purpose of partying in Nashville for a few days. They could care less that there are people who live here, and actually call this home. The funny thing is months prior to these units being turned into Airbnb by the apartment themselves, I was woke up at 3:00am on a work night by about 6 cops pounding on my door while I was sleeping. Come to find out the person upstairs was being loud, and they were trying to figure out where the noise was coming from. When I spoke to the apartment management about this the next morning, I was told that the person upstairs was using their unit as Airbnb, and they were evicting them because that wasn’t allowed. Now months later, THEY decide to turn all of my neighbors into Airbnb units for the sole purpose of making more money. As I mentioned above, it does not feel safe, and I literally never know who is going to be the next guest, and if I will be getting sleep or not. To top it off, when the loud guests finally leave, I get to hear a noisy cleaning crew come in, and clean out the units. It is a total mess. No one in their right mind would want to live by this. When I addressed my concerns this past Monday to apartment staff via E-mail, I was told that the manager would contact me back the very next day. Not only did she not contact me back, but I had to physically go down to the office on Thursday (3 days later) so they would finally get back with me, and address my concerns. Since my lease is up for renewal in a month, I asked them what they intended on doing about this situation that they put me in. There is no way I can continue to live in this hallway that’s essentially being ran as a hotel. One would think that given the situation, myself being a great resident, and the fact that I did nothing to deserve any of this, they would be more than willing to work with me. That was not the case at all though, and I was greeted with an extremely rude manager who could have cared less about any of my concerns. She showed no sympathy, and told me that my choice was to either stay in the same unit by the crazy Airbnb strangers, AND my rent would go up, or I could move into one of their more expensive units. In no way were they willing to work with me to keep me as a resident. If you want an actual apartment living community, and not a hotel, then please go elsewhere. Almost any other apartment in Nashville does not conduct themselves this way.
Had an appointment at 12:00 but had to get back to Atlanta earlier then expected, so we drove to the Gulch to see if we could visit and check out the apartment that morning instead. We walked in rough 9:20am and was asked by a young lady at the desk in the lobby if she could help us. We said that we would like to see some apartments now instead of 12:00 when we had the appointment. The young lady smiled the entire time but was a little condescending says we need to come back at our appointment and that they dont show apartments before 10:00. So my wife and I left and walked over to the Pine street lofts and viewed them without an appointment. After about an hour, we decided to try Velocity again so we walked in but the only person there was a maintenance man who was very nice and told us to take seat and someone will be with us shortly. We set the 20 minutes and had several office personal walk by us and some said hi but no one asked if we were being helped or if they could help us, we felt invisible. Being retired and 60, we felt like we were unwanted or we were too old for their hip crowd. We are still moving to midtown Nashville, but to the Velocity.
Great place to live - positively love this property!
The staff is friendly, the maintenance problems get solved quickly, the noise levels are low, the windows bring in so much light. excellent location, i am so happy here!
My parents had an appt to view an apartment this past week and showed up a few minutes early and was scorned by the representative there for being early and was told to come back. They waited in the car, came back in and was ignored by all the associates there at that point and then left since they never got helped or even acknowledged when coming back. What kind of people do you have working here? Sounds like they need an attitude check!
Beware of Velocity Property Management stealing your identity. We went to view the Velocity apartments in the Gulch and they requested to see all of our driver licenses. All the other apartments we viewed only requested 1 ID . The property manager took the licenses and started taking a photo copy with her Ipad. Prior to leaving we asked that she delete the information and she claimed she does not keep the copies. There are 3 reasons I don’t believe she deleted the copies. First of all, the reason for handing over our ID’s is for security reasons and all the other 10 properties viewed left the ID at the front desk. This property manager at Velocity returned our ID’s right away and carried the Ipad with her on the tour. Second, when we asked to view a floor plan that was not available to tour she started to show us photos on the Ipad. The first item that came up was a random stranger’s drivers license. Third, when leaving, I noticed a stack of papers on the counter in which the top page was a large blown- up copy of a person’s driver’s license. Be careful of identity theft and people selling your personal information. They do not need to take or maintain a copy of your ID. The property manager at Velocity should have asked permission prior to taking the photo. Another thing I did not like was that the prices quoted on the apartments were only available for that day. I felt like I was dealing with a used- car salesman. Because of the items mentioned, I would not recommend Velocity Apartments and would never rent from them or any properties they own. There are plenty of properties in the Gulch where the property managers act in a professional manner.
Nor great customer service
Great apartment in the middle of everything!
Love the place!
Love it!!
Love!!!
Excellent !!!
Awesome
