Ive been here for just over a week and I love it here. The management is very nice and helpful.
I’ve lived here for almost 2 years now and love it! The staff is very friendly and accommodating with any problems I’ve ever had, they have cool events and I feel like they really care about their residents! The apartments are amazing and so are the amenities which is a plus :) highly recommend moving here.
After only a few days living here, I can already say that the attentiveness of the staff (MK/James/Johni are all amazing), the facilities (all of which are kept in pristine condition), and the residents (all of whom have been so friendly and helpful) have made my experience both comfortable and enjoyable. Thank you to all the folks that help to make this community run so smoothly. Im very happy to have chosen Infinity Music Row as my new home!
Lived here for almost a month and really enjoying it! The staff is friendly and helpful and the move-in process was smooth. Everyone has answered all of our questions promptly and thoroughly. The staff has been extremely helpful during move-in with some of the larger deliveries. One of the leasing managers even lent us his personal hand cart on more than one occasion to get heavy items up to our apartment. The complex and the amenities are wonderful, clean and well managed! The apartment itself is well planned out and in good condition. Although we live below and next to people we rarely hear them. Parking is plentiful and safe. We really enjoy living at Infinity Music Row!
I have lived here for a little over a month now and my expectations have been absolutely blown away. You can’t beat the location - we are within walking distance of just about everything and have an amazing view of downtown Nashville. The amenities are definitely one of my favorite perks of the building. The pool, gym, rooftop, and lounge are all in excellent condition and always well managed. What truly makes Infinity stand out is the dedicated staff. James goes above and beyond for the residents - answering any questions, delivering packages, lending out his tools and handcart - truly AMAZING. I was blown away by how quickly this place felt like home.I would recommend Infinity to anyone looking to move to Nashville!
I can’t think of enough good things to say about infinity music row that would do my time there justice. I lived there for about a year and a half and the staff was amazing! They were always willing to be helpful, whether I was moving to a new unit, moving out, tracking down packages, needing access to the building, etc. James always went above and beyond along with Dawna. The amenities are stunning! The gym is unbeatable. The view from the rooftop and the walking distance to everything makes this property one of a kind. I never had any issues with noise and maintenance is top notch. I am so sad that I left nashville and can’t live here anymore but I know whoever gets to call this home will not be disappointed! Thank you infinity!
Good building, generally responsive management, friendly office staff. Could be kept cleaner in the hallways and stairwells, but the amenity areas are generally clean. Rent is commensurate with the location, if not the building itself. No rent breaks or adjustments during quarantine due to all amenities being closed, refused to answer questions or inquiries on the subject.
I’ve been very happy with my experience! The management is super great to work with and the apartment building is kept in good shape. Would definitely recommend!
We LOVE living at Infinity! The staff is what makes it so amazing. Feels like home every time you walk through the door. The amenities are incredible... rooftop/resort style pool area/the gym specifically is top notch. You wont regret making Infinity Music Row your next stop!
I lived here about a year. Overall mediocre considering the cost and all the other options in the area. Review is broken into the good, and bad below.Good:-Great location next to the Gulch. Lots to do within walking distance.-Some of the employees are really great to work with. Very capable and good attitudes. Can tell some are putting in extra hours and effort to make up for other bad employees and poor upper management.-No smoking.-Very nice amenities: loved the rooftop, the lounge and the gym is relatively well equipped, though just a little cramped.Bad:-Hated how many Air BNB units they have. As a group, they were so obnoxious and intrusive. Mind how many of the reviews are from people who have only spent the weekend there.-Tried to raise rent 13%, so keep that in mind when youre budgeting. After giving 60 day notice to vacate, it was placed back on the market for a much lower rate. They clearly dont have loyalty to the tenants or care about building a community.-Parking garage is such a hazard. Blind hairpin turns (with no mirrors). Plenty of spots, but many of them tight.-Situation made worse by the growing pile of garbage that had been there for the last couple months (see pic attached). Also, see the second picture where a mountain of garbage is blocking the ramp to the loading dock.-Gates to parking garage are always breaking.-At least one employee is the kind lie to your face and make empty promises. Also the type who will ignore important emails and go on vacation without forwarding messages.- Expect to evacuate because of fire alarm every other month on average.-Location of stairwells makes no sense.
My partner and I have lived here for a year now. We love our apartment/Infinity with all of the amenities. The pool is awesome, the gym has modern equipment, there is a live music room for working/recording musicians, a conference room, a private office, a performance stage, and a parlor to relax, watch TV also with a pool table. Everything is kept exceptionally clean, and organized. It feels like living in a resort. The staff is just as wonderful- always friendly/accommodating and professional. Both Stephanies have always been so kind and a pleasure to work with. James is always quick to take action whether it’s a maintenance request or anything to get the job done, if we’ve ever needed something. Donna (property manager) is the absolute best. Not only has she brought together a kind, professional, diligent, hardworking team- she has really made this experience living here feel like home. Donna has been an absolute joy to work with, making our experience here more than we could have hoped for in our first home together. Thank you Donna and Infinity Music Row team!
The location is phenomenal being able to walk to the Gultch, midtown and demonbreun across the street. The staff is extremely helpful and go above and beyond for the residents. James, the assistant manager, has helped me change a flat tire and even let my puppy out for me. The amenities are always clean and the maintenance crew respond promptly. We have loved living here!
My fiancé and I moved to Nashville from NY the day before the tornado and a week before the pandemic hit and have been working from home ever since. Infinity Music Row has been a great place to live and really addressed what needed to be done in the midst of a pandemic. Although the Air BNBs do cause some issues, the building has been great about addresses those issues. Theyve been so accommodating and even helped us move into a bigger unit in the building. So thankful for everything theyve done. Plus, the apartments and amenities are incredible! Special shoutout to Dawna!!
My experience at Infinity Music Row has been amazing! The office staff is very friendly and helpful anytime I need something. They’ve also kept in touch and made sure we’re ok during quarantine. My favorite part of Infinity is probably the gym. I think It is probably the best apartment gym I’ve seen. Also, you can walk everywhere! The location is perfect. Highly recommend these apartments!
It’s BEST location with amazing amenities ever.Great management company, professional leasing staff. They all nice and helpful and I can’t imagine living there without their help.If you are looking for the best living experience in Gulch area, don’t hesitate to go and live there. Highly recommended!!!!
I absolutely love Infinity! I did a virtual tour here and was instantly hooked the leasing staff handled this new process of finding a home flawlessly. I have been trying to find an apartment since April for my move in June and Infinity made this an easy choice. Shout out to Stephanie Schacht she is great to work with.
Well maintained apartments, great location close to restaurants and grocery stores. James McCorkle, the property manager, is professional, friendly and responsive. The rest of the staff is also courteous and helpful.
Dawna and the staff here are amazing! They will go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need!
I have lived here for one year and a half. Despite the convenient location and the friendly staff (Dawna is great and maintenance Juan is helpful), there are a few issues intrinsic to this building that I have to say: (1) NOT sound proof. I can hear the steps (and sound of shutting the cupboard door) from my upstairs neighbor & people talking in the hallway VERY loud and clear. (2) Ants problem. While pest control people comes per request, my apartments ants problem has never been really solved with the spray and bait (with ants nests on my balcony). I wonder if there is even a solution. (3) Safety. There were two times I heard people trying to open my apartment door (trying to turn door handle and push open). I reached out to management and have been told there is no camera in the hallway. (4) Frequent maintenance needs. There were no hot water in my apartment about five times since I moved in. The apartment lock uses battery, and if you see it blinks red light and dont get the maintenance to fix it on the same day, you will be locked outside (happened to me once). The maintenance is very responsive though.
I really LOVE Infinity Music Row! It is an absolutely stunning property that is going to capture your attention from the moment you step through their doors. It has been an exceptionally amazing experience living here over the last 13 months! I have loved every moment. The office staff is super friendly. They go above and beyond! Maintenance staff is on point and works fast! They have really fun community events going on every other week so if your new to town or just like to meet new people, it’s perfect way to do just that. The location of the property is great too. You’re walking distance to The Gulch, bars, restaurants, and shops. If you have a fur baby, they have a awesome inside dog park as well as a another beautiful large gated dog park on the backside of the property for them to stretch their legs! You will love it here! Thank you guys for providing such an incredible experience! Rock on!
I have been living at Infinity since before the new management took over and I will say that we have seen so much improvements. I think a lot of these reviewers expect everything to change overnight. The new management inherited a building that was poorly maintained. They instantly started updating everything! There has been so much improvement! In regards to the dog park on being removed, it was convenient however was not practical. Dogs shouldnt be using fake grass..People shouldnt have dogs if they dont intend to walk them! I walk my dog around our beautiful neighborhood everyday as should the rest of people! I can tell you the majority of the residents see the changes and appreciate them. The residents who dont want to walk their poor puppies are the only ones on here complaining. Highly recommend this building and management!
These lazy people complaining about the dog park need to learn to walk their dogs...The new ownership has done so much to help change the culture of this property..There were so many people whos dogs went potty on the carpet because people would try to make it across the building to a dog park the size of my bedroom...If you want to own a dog it comes with responsibilities. This property is amazing and just because some people want two dogs parks and dont want to walk their dogs doesnt mean they should bash this property. I love living here and have seen so much good done since the new management team took over.
We stayed there a week ago and it was awesome. The location was great, we walked everywhere. The room was very nice and clean, it was a great home away from home. The gym and pool were very nice as well. Next time in Nashville they can count me in.
I have lived at Infinity Music Row for a little over a year. So far I love it. It is close to lots of restaurants, coffee shops, health clubs and night life options. I enjoy the rooftop lounge, the pool and especially the gym. There is also plenty of parking in the garage which is nice. Im glad to see the new management company making efforts to clean up areas that have been problems in the past. If you want to live in one of the best spots in Nashville come in and see Stephanie. She is attentive and can help you find the perfect apartment.
Lived here for 2 years and Im glad to be able to move out soon. Pros: (1) Location is convenient. (2) Gym is pretty well-equipped. Cons: (1) Security: the main entrance garage gate is often under repair, and there have been 2+ cases that cars in the garage got broken into. (2) Many AirBNBs. (3) Not soundproof. Thanks to how cramped the building is, this has been a real struggle for me. As an example, I can hear upstairs neighbors heels every morning. (4) Getting packages is a pain. There is not enough storage space for packages, and you will need to go to the leasing office to pick up. You need to follow the office hour, and working 8-5 makes it inconvenient. (5) Employees: I like the two younger girls at the leasing office, and the maintenance people. But for the rest, Ive experienced cases when what they tell you on a phone call differs from what they write you in the email, and important emails get ignored. My delay in move-out was actually caused by this.
I have nothing but great things to say about infinity music row! The staff is so friendly and welcoming, the property is always clean and the building has great events and amenities. Also love the location.
I have been living in Infinity Music Row apartments for a few months now and I have thoroughly enjoyed my experience so far. The leasing agent, James, has always been friendly and helpful whenever I had questions or needed assistance. I am very fortunate to feel connected to an awesome community of people right in the heart of Nashville. The location is perfect, the community events are so much fun and the amenities are awesome! I would definitely recommend living at this place.
I love my unit and the building. Great people and love that so many have dogs! Rooftop and pool area is quiet and beautiful. Perfect location, you can walk to parks, restaurants and stores. Love it here!
Wowsa, perfect space and close to everything. Really nice people living here that were both helpful and pleasant. So much nicer than a hotel.
The building itself is great. The location is hard to beat. My apartment itself is super nice, modern, and clean. But that’s where it ends. The management is TERRIBLE. The hallways are always dirty (there’s still confetti from NYE although according to our emails, our hallways were supposedly shampooed), the coffee station is always disgusting and not stocked with cups, other amenities are “still broken” despite that when I moved in it was November, and they have just taken away our inner building dog park out of nowhere (except, of course, for the “rumors” from maintenance staff). If you’re locked out in the middle of the night or have another emergency (such as your apartment flooding with 6 inches of water), hopefully you have a friend who lives nearby or a bucket because the “emergency” number is unreachable. Complaints and concerns are seemingly unimportant to staff. I’ve tried calling the corporate office just to be transferred over and over and then directed to a voicemail (spoiler: they never returned my phone call).I’m honestly surprised by how many positive reviews are on here because most of my neighbors are very unhappy and are looking to get out of their leases. I will not be renewing my lease. I would advise others to look into other equally overpriced buildings in the area, such as SoBro, Velocity, or Capitol View. I have regretted signing my lease since the day I moved in.
I came in for a tour and was seriously impressed! From the beautiful building itself to the all the amenities they offer...everything was flawless! The office staff greeted me with warm smiles and answered all of my questions.
I love this place! The building is exquisite. My favorite places in the building is the parlor because it has a stage. The writers room, I dont if thats what its called, but thats what most people use it for. It has a huge window and places to lounge, but small and intimate for me and my friends to record our songs in. The rooftop lounge is also one of my favorites . My apt is so spacious and .Its built very well. I like that I cant hear my neighbors through the walls. And last but not least, Kelvin has been so helpful. My interactions with him have always been a good experience! I would definitely recommend this place to my friends.
Recently moved back to Nashville area from Virginia Beach! Was looking all over the downtown Nashville area for an apartment within walking distances to amazing restaurants, nightlife, etc. I came across Infinity Music Row, I cant say how pleased Ive been. I moved in a couple weeks ago. So far everything has been amazing! The staff is super friendly and helpful, maintenance is on top of it as well. One of the main reasons I chose this place was because of the studio floor plan. Im not sure whos idea it was to put half walls smack dab in the middle of a studio apartment but it is the dumbest idea ever, totally messes with the ability to be creative with a smaller space. Infinity Music Row is the only apartment complex in the Nashville area that I found doesnt have that dumb half wall, and I love it! Ill be posting pictures soon! I highly recommend this place!
Stumbled upon Infinity when my dad and I were walking around Nashville apartment hunting and wandered in before they closed. Despite being a walk-in, and a very late one, we were given a thorough and impressive tour of the units as well as the facility. They have a floorplan to fit any persons needs and prices are great! Responsiveness has been quick and everyone has been so helpful and accommodating. I am so excited to move in, and the facility is absolutely incredible.
My living experience at Infinity Music Row in Nashville, TN was nothing short of exceptional! The location, resident community, walkability to the Gulch/Demonbreun, property management (particularly Dawna), all combined is simply unmatched for downtown lifestyle. The amenities (i.e. pool, gym, outdoor grills, dog grooming stations, coffee machines, mailrooms, community events, parlor, parking, trash service, etc...) are maintained to a high quality standard, particularly against competing communities. I decided to live at Infinity Music Row for the aforementioned and if you are considering relocating to Nashville you might be foolish to overlook Infinity! Of course, given location in tandem with luxury apartment lifestyle, you should naturally expect to pay a premium. But most importantly: Unlike competing luxury apartments, Infinity Music Row owns up to the luxury standard. I loved my experience and would absolutely move right back in if I return to Nashville! Thanks Dawna and all for everything you do!! :)
There’s a lady that works at the leasing office who made my experience at this apartments the most horrible, she ignored me for a full 5 minutes while walking literally around me and talking to someone else’s dog, just because I was wearing sweatpants and to her I didn’t look like I could pay living there, she acts like she owns the place and has no manners whatsoever, later I felt bad for her because you can tell she’s just bitter that she works in such a nice building but her commute is probably 40 minutes. I’m glad I decided to go live at the velocity in the gulch, way friendlier staff and the maintenance people are on top of their business, plus they go above and beyond and don’t discriminate because my race or how I am dressed, also employees don’t have an attitude like the lady at Infinity. She shouldn’t be working there if she’s going to be bitter and frowning at everything.
We Love Our Home!Infinity Music Row has been our home for a few short months, and we wake up every day grateful to live in such a beautiful place and have such wonderful staff to work with. The amenities are fantastic, the service is wonderful, and we are so glad we chose to live here. You will, too!
This is a bad place to suck your money. They are different from the previous company Novel Music Row. They work unprofessionally, and always look for unreasonable reasons to take your money. It is terrible that I choose my place here. They just promise to do great things only and stay online but in reality its so bad.
We have lived in this complex for a year. Within that year, we had our car stolen. Management did not care at all that our car was stolen out of their “secure” garage. If you order a package you probably won’t ever get it. They keep packages in the office and never notify you if it’s arrived. (We’ve has many hello fresh boxes go bad because of this).I would definitely recommend spending your money elsewhere, with better management. So unprofessional.
I’ve been living here for about a month now and I’ve loved it. The amenities are awesome and the community is very friendly. The staff is very helpful and work with you to help you get everything you need. Their location is very convenient and I’ve saved a ton of money on gas, and it’s a short Uber from Broadway. I’m very happy with my apartment and if you’re looking to move to Nashville, this is the place to be, and when you do make sure to ask for Adam as your leasing agent, I can’t say enough good things about his helpfulness.
I came in for a tour this week and was really impressed with the staff, amenities, and the prime location. The staff were really friendly and greeted me with a smile. They were also able to answer all of my questions. I am seriously thinking about renting here. Its worth the tour!
Obviously moving to a new city can be stressful and finding an apartment can be insanely difficult to add to the mix. However, the staff at Novel made my apartment shopping rather easy. They are very knowledgeable and friendly and they answered all of my questions. The apartments are nice and the building is fairly new. It sits in a great part of the city and just seems like a good choice if you are wanting to be right in the life of downtown. You should definitely consider this place if you are looking to move to Nashville!
The tall guy, James I believe is his name, is always very upbeat and helpful. He seems to know the ins and outs of how things work here at Infinity well. Whether I can’t find a package or need to know what to do if I lock myself out, haha, he has the answers.
I’ve really enjoyed this place since I moved in. I’ve been to many complexes in the area and Novel has some of the best amenities & maintenance around. Staff has been very friendly and helpful. Still struggling with a place to park my work vehicle but aside from that I have no complaints.
I have really enjoyed my time here. The staff and people are very friendly and infinity music row offers a lot of amenities
I love all the amenities at novel and the staff is the icing on the cake. It’s so great knowing when I walk into the office there will always be a helpful hand. Like Adam, he’s so helpful and always has a big smile when he’s helping. Thanks novel and Adam!
Beautiful layout, clean and very welcoming. I live here in Nashville, but I felt like I was somewhere very exotic. I cant fail to mention how superb Kelvin was during my experience there. Thank you
I cannot speak about old management because I was not here when they were running the place. The management team I met seemed to care about what I was looking for and tried to help me find the best apartment. The facilities themselves are very nice. If you are musician moving to the city they have a writers room and a practice room for bands. I love the gym that is at novel as well. Most apartment complex’s gyms just have a bench and free weights. Novel actually has machines and gym equipment so I can get a full work out. I love this place, it’s close to the gulch and the apartment is great! Novel is a great place for new comers to Nashville.
Avoid this place, the cons far outweigh the pros. I lived at Infinity for over a year. While it is in a great location and looks great while on the leasing tour the building is actually full of disruptive AirBNB guests. They trash the hallways, take over the common spaces and are very loud (in a building with extremely thin walls). A couple other things of note- the fire alarms go off far more than any other building Ive lived in and the parking garage gate is frequently broken. Id seriously reconsider this building unless you love living in a place that puts the needs of temporary visitors (Airbnb guests) above their residents.
My husband, (baby) daughter, and I lived here for 3 months when we first moved to Nashville and loved it. Great location, great amenities, and the staff was always very nice and helpful.
I toured here last week and it was exactly what I was looking for in an apartment. Prime downtown location, tons of amenities, and an extremely helpful and welcoming staff. Will definitely be applying closer to the end of my current lease!
Kelvin Davis is an amazing leasing agent. He thoroughly explains and describes what he’s showing, and really sells it. The property itself is an amazing place to call home!
This is a bad place to suck your money. They are different from the previous company Novel Music Row. They work unprofessionally, and always look for unreasonable reasons to take your money. It is terrible that I choose my place here. They just promise to do great things only and stay online but in reality its so bad.
Beautiful property, helpful staff and amazing location with tons of amenities!! Definitely check them out you won’t be disappointed
Novel music row is hands down the best place to live. It is in close proximity to the gulch, midtown, and broadway which are three staples of Nashville culture. Novel also hosts events for residents with food, drinks, and top tier entertainment. Couple all of that with an outstanding staff and you have a wonderful atmosphere to come home to. One of the staff members named Adam helped a friend of mine carry groceries in one afternoon. It took us all 2 trips to get everything. Talk about dedication to your job. Bravo novel music row. You have raised the bar.
I wish I could afford to move out!I used to love this place but ever since it has switched to Infinity it has been going downhill. Everything that I was promised when moving in has been a lie. We were promised that Air BnBs would stop but they have only increased and gotten more obnoxious. They arent supposed to be allowed in the amenities that we pay a LOT for, yet the doors are left open for them to do as they please. They constantly trash the association when this is supposed to feel like home. One of the main reasons I moved here was because they were so dog friendly and there was a safe dog park within the building. However, they just up and decided that they would get rid of it for another courtyard that NO ONE wants. The residents were never asked for there opinion on this and yet we were promised that the downstairs park would be made safe before the upstairs one would go away. The downstairs dog park is TERRIBLE! It is unsafe for small dogs with holes in the fence and next to the highway. It is placed next to the ally which leaves me feeling unsafe after dark after some incidents that have happened near by. The park is ALWAYS muddy and moldy and they have done nothing to fix this.Oh and maintenance has never been done to my apartment. I have had them come in twice to fix my hot water heater as I only have warm water for a tops of 10 minutes, they told me it was fixed when it wasnt. My air filters have never been change and the coffee machine is almost always empty.James is the best thing about the association as he tries to make everyone comfortable and hosts great events, but this and the location are the only positive things I have to say.I can not wait to get out of this place!!!!!
I’m only giving a one star review because there is no zero star option. I have lived here since November of 2017 and the list of issues is too long to even begin. It’s a shame really because it is a beautiful building from first look and does have really nice amenities. This place has the potential to be so nice, but they don’t care about the residents or the upkeep.I’ll start with a few: constant employee changes and for the most part the are all incompetent and rude. I can’t even count the number of managers — at least half a dozen since I’ve been here. Some seem nice but for the post part don’t get anything done. Our truck was vandalized by another resident (that they identified) and NOTHING was done about it.The garages are filthy. There is stacked construction junk everywhere. The dumpsters are always overflowing. The hallways are FILTHY. There is dog pee and other more disgusting things I’ll leave to your imagination in every hallways. People constantly leave their trash outside their doors. The elevators are a joke. They are out of service frequently and you better be prepared to wait about half an hour if you want to go down one (slight exaggeration but VERY slow). The packaging system they have is extremely ineffective. We have lost over $2000 with if packages they have shown delivered and just disappeared. One package they swore they never got magically appeared THREE months later.I have requested to be contacted by upper level management and not a peep. They don’t care about their residents they just care about filling their apartments. We will NOT be renewing our lease here and I highly recommend looking for another place to live for anyone considering it.
This building location is great and my apartment itself is quite nice. Some of the office staff are super sweet and I personally like them. However, I have a lot of the same issues as another reviewer, Rachel K.This building was insanely nice when I moved in back in January of 2018. However, things quickly went downhill. My real estate agent and myself were promised multiple times that there were no airbnb/short term rental units on the property, but guess what? There were around 20 of them and although the new management did not renew that contract, they have decided to simply run the short term rentals on their own (even though they cannot handle maintenance of the building for their long term residents). There are constant bachelorette/bachelor parties, tourists, etc who have little to no respect for the property or residents. When approaching staff with security concerns due to the constant rotation of guests, we were completely dismissed.Although the building is practically brand new, the hallways are disgusting and look like they havent been cleaned in years. The carpets are stained and smelly and people constantly leave trash by the elevators and in the stairwells. The ONE reason that I chose this building and the particular apartment over the numerous buildings in the area was because of their internal dog park - it was right outside of my apartment and super safe (meaning I do not have to take the risk by venturing out into the back alley at night). They randomly decided to take away this feature shortly after I resigned me lease, even though they assured me on numerous occasions that the internal park would not be changed. This was a classic bait and switch, and completely unethical on their part. MANY of my neighbors also feel this way...seems kind of stupid on their part to get rid of an amenity that so many of their residents used on a daily basis. For the amount you pay to live here, these issues should NEVER exist. I have never in my life seen a luxury building with stained carpets, trash littered floors, and drunk tourists passed out in the hallways. I was lied to so that they could get me to resign my lease, and trust me - I regret that decision every day.
Majority of the negative comments below are true. The new management staff often neglects issues at hand. Neighbors blasting music during quiet hours, broken amenities, and the parking garage and hallways are constantly dirty. One new aspect that is very alarming is that there is zero security. They leave the side entrance door near the mail area open all night long. Before new manangement took over, that door would be closed at 6 pm every day for the safety of their residents. I am starting to not feel safe in my own building. Or say something we’re to happen not during office hours, which is basically the staff sitting on their phones, no one would be of assistance to call or warn.
I truly enjoy living here. The staff is attentive and prompt. The location and amenities just adds value to my home.
The lady at the leasing office is the most entitled person I’ve met in Nashville, she acts like she owns the place and doesn’t even live there, worst service ever, highly unprofessional.African American, late twenties, sassy and entitled, easy to spot.
Since the acquisition by Dinerstein, all the amenities have been neglected. The Coffee machine is missing a coffee filter for the past two weeks. Havent heard anything about the promised new coffee machine or the new water machine. The front entrance brick pavers are being reinstalled for almost a month, while the original plan was just 3 days of work. thus no guess parking for the entire time. The package lockers are not working. Rooftop and pool have been completely neglected, it seems that the announced maintenance is just to save some money on cleaning it. Havent seen towels at the gym since November.
Modern design with great features. Only there for a party, but the rooftop terrace is very spacious and a great place
Beautiful and convenient living. Kelvin Davis personable and attentiveness was outstanding.
Everything is always broken at the gym and other common areas (music, TVs, pool table, pool...etc) The staff is incapable of even keeping up with the coffee machine at the front. They are either lazy or incompetent or both. Anyways, don’t move here thinking you’ll get to enjoy any of the things they promoteUpdate 3/5/19: Also be prepared for the fire alarms of the building going off in the middle of night and having to evacuate, and getting no explanation from the leasing office. This has happened multiple times where the fire alarms go off around midnight. Dont even think of staying inside your apartment either because the alarm is painfully loud. My left ear has been ringing since last night and it wont stop. Also the gym still a mess. Some of the equipment is broken and theres parts of it spread out all over the floors. I will also guarantee that at least a few of your packages will be lost inside the luxer lockers and the office will make little to no effort to audit them.
I had an issue with the local manager on site getting moved in. The manager on site, Brittney, was difficult to work with. Fortunately, I was able to get in contact with Chari, the district director who was extremely helpful. Chari worked through the issues and got me moved in right away. Thanks Chari for taking the time to get involved and find a solution.
Close to downtown Nashville... !
