I feel that the minimum fee is quite expensive. Unfortunately there is no other place nearby to take waste. So I am forced to pay the high prices.

Friendly staff. Easy to go in, dump the trash, leave. Painless process.

I was going to start doing s lot of business here but after reading everyones horror stories and seeing how the waste management ignores legitimate complaints I will go elsewhere. Appreciate the warning about this place.

You folks are dumb. You would rather dump on the side of the road than pay 85 bucks? Well while your saving $85 if you get caught thats up to a $10,000 fine. Honestly the people at waste management landfill are very friendly and they help you in every way that they can. If you get stuck theyll pull you out with a bulldozer. If you need directions theyll jump to it. If you need help just ask and Im sure theyll jump to it. I go there regularly and have never had a problem

Had the most rude person at check out today. Lady greeting was great. It was $75 for a small utility trailer. had it been the guy checking in, nobody would come through there.

I called to verify dates and times of operation on 22 July 2015.Hours are 8AM - 4:30 PM Mon-Fri. (NOT until 5PM as stated on their web page!)They also state that you are required to wear a safety vest. They said that they sell them for $5.00 each or you can buy them at Wal-Mart.$80 is the minimum charge for using their landfill. They state, It is $80 for 0 (ZERO) to 3,000 pounds.Obviously, this is not an ideal choice for private citizens.

Not sure as to why everyone posts such bad reviews, the fact is if you are hauling large 16 trailers piled high with trash or debri from that remodel anywhere between Austin & S.A. this is a great central drop off location..***If you are a private resident looking to dump that 1 couch you couldnt give away find somewhere else and dont waste your time giving them a bad review due to ignorance.You will find the pricing is actually pretty fair considering there are places in S.A. & Austin that not only charge a little for the min. load but also some require sorting..... who has the time for that!?!? I bring loads here all the time & it is worth it. if it doesnt make sense then I order a 40yrd dumpster onsite to keep my crew from dealing with the time waste of hauling trash.*final note, calling and actually getting someone at the location proves to be difficult. but they keep to the operating times, and just bring your own vests/reuse them. (they take up literally no space in the truck.)

Waayyy overpriced. As of May 2017 $96 minimum. Not 10 years ago it was about $35. Theyre out of their mind. No wonder you see trash dumped on back roads, some people simply cant afford it!

As I require David Paetznick, Waste Management Landfill is a Private landfill owned and operated by Waste Management, therefore, the prices will be higher than any other landfills. The more customers dump, the less available space they have, which causes prices go up like everything else you pay for in life, pretty common sense David Paetznick. As for hours of operations, it is 8AM-5PM (4:30 being fast load taken from customers). Safety vest are a requirement for your safety around operates in heavy equipment. In order for operators to see you, yes, it is necessary to wear one. Safety vest run $10-$35 at your local hardware store so dont complain about their $5 price. The landfill is the most well organized landfill in Central Texas so be proud of it or go pay a higher elsewhere. I called Austin Landfill and they are $96 and San Antonio Landfill is $98; Ill take the New Braunfels Waste Management for $80 over those other prices.

Way too overpriced. Seriously, the City needs to do something. Feels like i get robbed on every trip. Just dumped a load 25 mins away. Charged half the price. Shame on yourself Waste Management

I called to ask how much they charge, they told me its 105 dollar minimum!!! Wow, i only have a wooden pallet and a old rug 5 x 8. Way too much . Theres got to be somewhere else to take trash.

Their website says they are open until 5:30 pm on Fridays. However, when we called to verify location they said they were already closed. It was only 4:30 pm. My husband was halfway there, which meant he had to turn around and come home. If the times have changed, they need to be updated!
