I have had a number of experiences with the ladies and gentleman( massage therapist) at Tru Glow. Molly has given me a number of facials and is very knowledgeable and Professional with product and services. She has helped keep my skin clear and youthful and it is always a pleasure visiting with her. Full of life. Stacy the Nurse practitioner is amazing and funny as heck. She too knows her profession and product. Always acts in the best interest of clients will engage in many medical questions or concerns with many of her medical colleagues. Courtney and Maddie are both amazing assets as well and care for clients and spa, their schedules defines there skills and popularity with guests. They have brought on a massage therapist who I understand works directly with many local professional athletes in all sports and travels directly exclusive to them during their respective seasons. He too is very knowledgeable and professional in his craft. Very skilled with different massage techniques. Gretchen is one of ladies you will see up front and she is wonderful. Fun and professional, she does a great job managing appointments and product and knows a lot about them. The overall, the staff at Tru Glow knows their stuff and they love their talents. Highly recommend them to anyone.

I just love everything about this place! It is a little pricey but its really worth it if you want to see real results. Maddie knows my skin better than I do and knows every procedure & product inside and out. Id highly recommend it to anyone that is looking to take their beauty regimen to the next level.

First time @ Tru Glo and had a wonderful experience. I had a hydra facial with Maddie - she was super knowledgeable and gave me lots of tips and tricks to glowing skin. Spa is gorgeous - clean and smells amazing! Everyone I encountered couldnt have been nicer. Cant wait to go back for another treatment!

Love everyone here! Try the new “O2 Glo Lifting Facial”. It literally makes your face GLOW!Also tried the Nano Laser procedure....OMG! Literally no downtime, and pores get smaller! I can’t tell you how many comments I have had and how great my face and neck look! These folks are some of the best!

Tru Glo Medspa is top notch. The office is beautiful with calm aura. Gretchen is always so helpful and knowledgeable. Stacey Blake, who has performed multiple treatments on my face from filler, Botox, Dysport, BBL and laser peels, is just amazing. She is so gentle handed and always making sure you are okay during procedures. She has even went the extra mile to assist me addressing a skin issue which I didnt even mentioned because I didnt think there was much I could do about it. With her help I have cleared up an issue which was really affecting my daily life and I am so thankful for her help. After having had Tru Glos amazing staff I would never even consider going anywhere else ever for my cosmetic needs. Definitely 5 star!

Had one of the best facials ever at TruGlo Medspa! Its a gorgeous space and the staff was amazing. I loved every minute of it! I highly recommend it!

My mom arranged full body laser for me for my birthday and I was almost halfway through my treatments when the new director, Christina, canceled my upcoming appointment the day before and said I could not continue my treatments after barely a week of her being there. She came in and basically wrote up a new arrangement and doubled what we originally agreed to pay. I was extremely upset because I was halfway done with my treatment, I had loved the spa and especially Courtney who was doing my laser treatment. But, we tried to rearrange but the new director would not agree to anything but her way, which I felt was super rude. We were always nice and respectful to her and the staff, I personally recommended a friend there who is still doing her treatments, and they didnt even acknowledge it. Other places would have ATLEAST expressed their gratitude for speaking highly of their spa. We were treated so unfairly and I now make sure to not recommend anyone to this place because Christina may decide to rip up your agreement at any moment, just because.

There are better Spas. The people could have been a little less ignorant and more competent with their services. Do not waste your money here.

I am very satisfied with the services offered at Tru Glo. I would appreciate product specials from time to time. Customer appreciation is always welcome. Perhaps a point system for monies spent.

Ive had hydrafacials and BBLs in the past year and Ive received so many compliments on my skin! The Spa, staff, and treatments are the best.

Not a good experience. The receptionist seemed as if she didnt want to be there. The aesthetician brought me back into the treatment room before she turned the room over and was trying to talk to me about my concerns and turn the room over at the same time. The trash can in the treatment room was over flowing with dirty gloves and trash. The aesthetician had to restart their hydrafacial system twice and all she kept doing was try to sell me products. Have had other hydrafacials with awesome spa experiences, the only things spa here were the name and the music in the room
