I have been using this business for years in Vegas, then moved to Naples & their customer service is TERRIBLE! The girls are RUDE! It’s the only place I would go & I finally can’t handle their disrespect..I was bummed I finally found a good waxer- Every time I go their their is never the same waxers—-They should always treat repeat customers with respect! Especially ones that spend a lot in services!The one in Vanderbilt you should definitely stay AWAY from! The front desk girls are horrible! I’m finally NEVER going back & going to find another place to get waxed & treated with respect.

My wax specialist Candace Taylor was very professional, detailed, gentle, patient and kept in mind how particular and sensitive I am. I will refer everyone I know to her for all services ( I got the Brazilian). I also had my daughters legs waxed for the first time and she was incredibly sweet and gentle with her as well.

Alexis is my reason for returning the last couple years! She is extremely professional and a fun person to talk to. Highly recommend these services & highly recommend Alexis as your wax professional!

The ladies for the waxing service are good but for a simple refund I had to call them every day and when I asked an email for confirmation they answered to wait 7 business day....they couldn’t tell me at the phone the amount. Really no serious.

I was able to make a last minute appointment. Deanne was funny. Nicole is an awesome specialist, and she is a sweetheart.

Normally I’m very happy with the company but this location is questionable... I called when I saw this location was in the vicinity I was traveling through to see if I can come as a walk in... got a recording which has never happened during normal business hours... so stopped off anyway. They have some painting/construction blocking the sidewalk to the entrance, had to walk around to find path to doors. Then the doors were locked with all the staff sitting in waiting area getting some kind of training!! With a very small sign that they are reopening @3pm.. They clearly should have thought of their customers & scheduled that after hours!! Very big inconvenience. 1/2020 I changed my rating from 1 star to 4. The past few months I’ve been making appointments with Prisca and she is fabulous. She does a great job every time. Thankfully there were some managerial changes. Located in shopping plaza, lots of parking. Appointments recommended.

I have been going to European Wax Center for about a year now and every time I leave, I am always happy! Cassie has been my esthetician and I highly recommend her for anyone. She always makes me feel comfortable and gets the job done efficiently. The products she suggested for me (Body Polish and Smooth Me ingrown hair serum) are my favorite and smell so good! Anytime my friends or even strangers ask about my waxing or about the process hurting, I say “ trust me, you need to go to Cassie” and that she brings me back to life! Do not be hesitant, she will leave you “strutting” out for sure.

Was in Naples 6 weeks ago and came here again. I did receive Sam as my specialist and she remembered me! Shes great! Very professional! If I lived here, this would be my go to place!

Great Experience!!! I was greeted right when I walk in the door. My esthetician was Nicole. She was so friendly and made me feel comfortable, and very Professional. She was quick and gentle for my wax. Highly recommend going to see her!!! She the best.

I absolutely love Cassy at European Wax Center. I usually only got a bikini wax for vacations, they were just too painful to do on the regular. I have a high pain tolerance but with bikini waxes, Id give them a 7 on the 1 to 10 pain scale. However with Cassy, Id say the pain is closer to a 2 or 3! Because of this I know schedule monthly waxes. The office does a great job of scheduling and there is hardly ever a wait when I arrive. I love this place!

Very clean and the staff is super friendly. The receptionist, greeted me with a smile, and happily took the time to explain the services and packages that European wax center had to offer. Alexis was the esthetician that worked with me, and she was awesome! She was great at explaining the process as she went along, and made me feel very comfortable. She also was very helpful in explaining the different products that are offered, and how they are used. I would recommend this place to anyone! Definitely going here again!

If you’re looking to get your eyebrows/lip waxed without looking like you’ve been stung by bee, this is the place to go. I’ve been getting waxed at the European Wax Center in Naples for about three years now with Cassy. I have really sensitive skin & I like to get my eyebrows done every 10 days - before EWC, I’d have to choose between my skin being irritated or bushy eyebrows. Their 4-step waxing process & afterwards oils are great for sensitive skin. The first time time you get waxed it’s free! They have great deals all year long for their products & services & a refer a friend program. Go get pampered & don’t forget to ask for Cassy - she’s the absolute best & the only one I trust with my eyebrows. Tell em’ I sent you :)

The Brazilian was done well and the technician was very skilled and helpful and educated me on better exfoliation skills.The front desk answered the phone over and over in a terrible phony pleasant voice that could be noticed while I sat and waited for my appointment. She seemed irked the whole time she stood there.I was a first time client to European Wax and I had to remind the lady behind the desk that I was entitled to discounts advertised on their website. I would have paid full price had I not spoken up,The price is similar to other locations so I have no reason to return other than I find myself in that very shopping center frequently. I wasnt impressed enough to come back.

Cannot recommend this place. Had very bad experience with the person in training. She told me she is an experienced person ( over a year of experience), but turned out that she didnt know how to do basic things...

I purchased the package to prepay, I believe, 9 wax sessions (its slightly discounted than if you were to pay each individually). The last time I went in they told me I had 2 sessions left. When I called in to check on my appointment, even though they are always supposed to call and remind you, no one would answer. I left a voicemail and called the main line. That one did not answer either, so I left a voicemail (and yes Im positive I was calling the correct number). They NEVER called me back and so I never went in to redeem the last of my sessions. I feel that it was very unprofessional for BOTH lines to not return my call. Mind you, their local line is always busy so you end up having to call the main line anyway.Also, their waxing is mediocre. Ive been going to a local nail salon where they wax my lip for $5 less than European was waxing me for, and it ends up lasting longer. Will never return- their prices are too expensive for no reason and their service sucks.

I have been here many times, and every time, I love how my eye brows turn out. Every tech I have ever had has done an excellent job. Terri, Steph and Alexis there are wonderful!

I was torn on how to answer this rating. The techs are awesome! The receptionist wasnt so great...not well trained. Walk-ins not guaranteed to get served at that time.(I had an appointment and brought a friend with me who wanted to try the services. There were techs chatting in back and the receptionist said nothing available. Not a way to build a client base!)

Ive been going there for a little over a year now. Jordan has always taken great care of me, and she is very friendly and talkative. Although she could do a better job, I cant really complain. She always leaves hair that I end up taking care of myself later. I tried the Estero location, Ulyanna took great care and did not leave a single hair in the area treated. I went back to Naples today, I was so disappointed with the service done by Jenna. She was like in a rush to get things done. After 10 minutes she was done and I was tired of giving her instructions on how to do my eyebrows. She did not do what I asked her to do. Her service was definitely mediocre. Now I know I will not try anyone else but Jordan or go to another location. Other than that, the place is very neat, clean, and most of the staff is very friendly and efficient.

I loved EWC until I came to this one. I have been going to EWC since they first started opening up branches. At this location my first appointment I waited for 20 minutes which I was ok with as they were really busy and I understand scheduling can be tough. However, the second time I went in I was late 11 minutes and had to deal with a really rude and unprofessional employee who made me feel like I committed a crime for being late and even though there were two technicians that were waiting for their next appointment they said they couldnt take me in.I called the next day and asked to speak to a manager regarding my interaction with the employee and honestly was very surprised. The manager seemed to have her mind made up about what happened prior to even talking to me and basically told me that she is supporting this incredibly rude and unprofessional employee.Needless to say I wont be going to this location ever again and am sad that they have totally ruined such a great experience I had with other locations.

Staff was polite and nice but my waxing experience was not up to par. Ive been getting waxes for over a year and this was my first time at European wax but I dont think I will be going again. The wax would rip and it wasnt a full sheet which made it more painful. I usually dont get ingrown hair afterwards but I ended up getting multiple ones afterwards. I had multiple places where patches of hair were left. Maybe its just the wax that is used but I wasnt very satisfied with my experience.

I was so nervous for my first waxing experience. I was scared that the people working there would be awful fancy snobs. I had such a great time- everyone was so nice. Place was very clean and I was called right on time. VERY PLEASED! WILL RETURN!

Tonight my whole perspective about this waxing center has change!!!! I was schedule for a service, I showed up, and they told me that my appointment had past that it was at a different time. I never once received a called from them. The fact that they do not accept that they were wrong when I had proof, and not making any kind of exceptions so I could get my service, or some what show innaciative to fix the problem is very unprofessional. The fact that I paid for a year of services ahead, shows that they do not care if you are a first timer or been client for more than year. Very disappointed, I hope my year of services end soon, so I dont have to deal with unprofessional people.

They gave me sperm brows( big front little tail) burned me after with creams and got my lip waxed; skin came off as well as burns on my lip . Not going again. Also ruined my two friends eyebrows as well ;they are not returning.

I have been going to the Estero EWC for over a year. I recently started going to the Naples location. My second time there I had my routine bikini wax and decided to get my eyebrows waxed as well. I was very hesitant because I usually break out after an eyebrow wax and I had waited so long for my eyebrows to fill in after years of plucking too thin. This day I saw Nicole, who was very pleasant. She did the first eyebrow for me and immediately I gasped because she had wax the brow too thin. She told me it was because I had a bald spot where it looked like too much hair was wax off. She did my other eyebrow perfectly. Not only was I unhappy about the shape of the first eyebrow but the wax burned my skin below the brow. About an hour later, my eyelids swelled up and were very red and sore. Day two, they are still very red and very sore. Not sure what happened? I have never gotten burned before. So now I am a mess and I have to wait months for my eyebrow to fill in again.
