Sabrina is the worst inexperienced and filthy not hygienic and a very bad electrosis I wanted to have electrosis done around my chinI went 5 times every time I went 15 minutes early, even though I went inside, she always took me in10 minutes late was $15 but she always worked for 10 minutes and took $35 from me 6th time I went 15 minute late I went and went and Sabrina took an extra $35 from me, so she took $65 and I told her that I had surgery on my foot, even though I have a cast, I cant drive myself. My friend came from work to bring me here, so we were late in traffic. Sabrina very strong face and voice said dont come here again, this unfair she works very slowly to earn more money and her customers they dont know wat kind of needles she using because she should open the new needle unfront of the customers eyes because she always uses the same needles to everyone, which shows that it is not hygienic and does not give confidence, and sabrina electrosis secret and private on the counter behind you a liquid is applied to the customers face and she say she cleans it, but the cleaning liquid she used increased the hairs on my chin she is very rude and she not professional and she treats the customer badly.

I had a great experience during the consultation. Sabrina is very knowledgeable and nice. She is passionate about her work. I have had several treatments so far and have already seen a significant difference. The office is beautiful and the atmosphere is very relaxing! I also had no problem scheduling an appointment. Sabrina returns calls within a reasonable time. I would definitely recommend going to her.

I have gotten excellent results. I am very happy with the services that I have received. Sabrina is accommodating and flexible with my busy schedule. My phone calls, emails and texts are always returned within a timely manner. The office is very nice and very clean. I definitely recommended Sabrina for permanent hair removal.

I dont know what is going on with this place!! I have been trying to schedule an appt., for ANY time, but they dont seem to be able to handle customers. They do not have a business sense to return phone calls in a timely manner and if they leave a voicemail they do not give me a time! So, we play telephone tag. I was left with a voicemail in Dec. saying no appts. available until Feb. When I called back to leave a message to schedule Feb., NEVER HEARD BACK!! Guess they have all the customers they need and this is their way of conducting business.
