Madi was absolutely amazing today for my facial! We chatted through my skin/acne issues and she took her time to give me the treatment my skin needed. It truly was one of the best facials I’ve ever received. I’ll definitely be back and can’t recommend her enough!

I got my hair colored there yesterday by Mary. Very good experience, she is very professional and sweet, explaining every step of the process. I asked for a total transformation hair color, and she got it spot on!! I did not tell her how extremely nervous I was because I have not colored my hair in years, but she made me extremely comfortable and it looks better than I even thought it would! I will absolutely be returning! Thank you!!

Brought my girlfriend to the naperville location who has never had her hair done professionally before. She was told that she wouldnt have enough time and that nobody there is experienced enough to do it. Not only that, she insulted my girlfriend by insinuating she couldnt afford the $300 she was quoted. I gave her $700 because her hair is very long and was willing to pay more if neccessary. I thought I was bringing her to the best. Guess I was wrong.Tech: Jacqueline.

Today I had an excellent haircut by Chrissy followed by baylage done very poorly by Rachel. Even with a picture plus in person example my end result was not something in the vicinity of what I was trying to convey..$120 for a novice job - be worn.Vanessa shampooed and applied toner because the stylist was busy fetching other customers while working on my hair. Needless to say I felt neglected and rushed.My hair looks almost as it did before the 1 hrs+ “treatment “.The receptionist was slow.In conclusion I highly recommend Chrissy( 5 stars) as I witnessed her technique live on two other customers and she did a great job on my hair.

I went to the facility in Naperville I had a suction cup massage done and a facial.. that my husband and Daughters paid for Mother’s Day ..the The suction cup massage was nice very professional she did a great job however,, when I had the facial done I could not relax the gal kept trying to sell me product continuously running her mouth when I tried to relax with my facial so unprofessional I don’t wanna be sold products while I’m trying to relax and enjoy what I already paid for the pricing was ridiculous,, oh and believe me I have the money and can pay for whatever I want but with that service no thanks,, I have a cousin that lives in Beverly Hills California and has treated me to a wonderful spa out there and I will say Mario Tricoci is waaaay off the mark they need to stop trying to sell products and just do their job their job if done well will sell the products itself it seems like you’re in a high market selling scheme when you’re in Mario Tricoci very disappointed..Will not recommend it to anyone or waste my time again

Tammy, my stylist is awesome! Ive been seeing her for over 15 years. Theres never been a haircut I didnt like! She knows I like to keep my length but always gets rid of my dead ends. Its always a perfect haircut! This location exterior is under construction. I thought perhaps they moved or this location was closed when I pulled up and I didnt know. It would have been nice to be notified from the company, at the time of scheduling the appointment, that the front entrance was under construction. I understand its temporary. But my hair looks great!!

I have been to the Mario Tricoci establishment in GenevaTwice once for hair coloring and once for a haircut.Which was an amazing experience. I went to the one in Naperville Initially for a perm.Upon the Advice from the technicianWe decided It would damage my hair. I decided to get my hair colored instead. The technician kept trying to talk me out of what I wanted. So she suggested what she thought was best, which I agreed to unfortunately. The red color that she suggested did not turn out and I spent $250 for something I didnt really want.I will definitelyI will definitely be goingI will definitely be going backTo Geneva for any future hair coloring

Absolutely devastated by the service I received here. I simply wanted a base color with highlights. I have dark hair with blonde highlights and wanted to go a little blonder (more yellow) this time. I have explicitly stated this to the hair stylist there and by the end of it, I came out looking almost Platinum blonde/white hair. This is not what I wanted at all since I know Platinum blonde/white does not look good on me. To make matters worse, the bleaching was applied unevenly creating lines that are visible as you brush through my hair. As I comb through my hair, chunks of it just fall out because of how thin it is now. My scalp was burning right after and I had to wash it again. I was also being rushed by the hair stylist and couldn’t blow dry my hair so I walked out thinking everything was okay.I still had work the rest of the day and felt so embarrassed to go into work with my hair. My boss, my coworkers, everyone there came to see my hair looking like a total mess and felt so bad for me. I also work in a salon so my appearance is very crucial to how I carry myself at work.I have spoken to the Manager, Bridget, about this matter and while she agrees the hair stylist did bleach my hair too much, she will not return my money. The reason being is, someone else fixed their mistake for them. I wanted to cry after seeing my boss’s reaction to my hair so he took time out of his day and the ladies at my salon to fix my hair. My hair really did look horrible though. So, yes, I had someone else fixed it but the Manager did not offer any other compensation for me. Instead, they made me another appointment the next day. Why would you think I trust anyone there with my hair again? Especially after being treated like a problem they want to pass away. The Manager along with the hair stylist that worked on my hair agreed that they bleached my hair too much but after hearing I had to get someone else to fix it, they don’t want to refund my money or do anything with me other than getting me in for another appointment and take my money again. That is not HELPING me, that is just saying “you paid for it, someone else fixed it, not our problem anymore but let’s get you in for another appointment ”. That is not how you even begin to reconcile a problem you created in your store.I trusted the level of professionalism and reputation Mario Tricoci excluded but after this experience, I will never come back. Believe what you want. Every experience is different. But be careful for the results you get out of this store.

The colorist was super nice which is why I hesitantly tipped her. As the days went by, My hair looked more and more horrible. I asked for caramel/blonde highlights at the bottom of my hair and I ended up with yellow, orangeish hair all throughout. The roots were not blended correctly and the bottom of my hair is darker than the roots. I didnt ask for a reverse ombre....?I emailed corporate and still going back and forth with them because they seem hesitant to give me a refund. How can you screw up someones hair THIS MUCH and not give them a refund. Terrible coloring and terrible service.Im upset I paid $170 for this BS. Im not one to leave terrible reviews all the time but what they did to me was unacceptable. Your money is best spent elsewhere where the service isnt terrible and overpriced.

They are complying with CDC guidelines and I felt very safe. I will definitely return because they are making their employees and customers health and safety a priority.

This place is so unprofessional the managers are so rude I just started out there and the manager Brittany was trying to find excuses on what I was doing wrong even though I was working how she asked me to you could ask anybody in the salon if I was working and they will tell her yes and she just kept saying well maybe I’m catching you at a bad time and she kept pulling me off the floor and making excuses and saying it was my fault and then she fired me and when I asked her about my last paycheck she rudely told me too go kick rocks and blocked my number on her phone

I decided on short notice that I wanted to get all my hair chopped off the next day. I was able to easily book online for an appointment the next day. I arrived a little early and was taken back on time. My stylist, Scarlett, was amazing! I knew what I wanted but kept making little changes which Im sure was super-annoying. But she was very friendly and professional and I have a haircut that I love that is exactly what I wanted.Also, I have curly hair, and she is the first stylist Ive had who didnt insist on blow-drying it straight. The cut I got was to highlight curly hair, and she asked how Id be styling (air dry) and then did that. Amazing.

Place was wonderful and clean. The staff is so beyond friendly. Pricey, but you get what you pay for. They give you a really nice treatment. My only disappointment was they couldnt do a design.

I came to this location to have my hair redone after a pretty bad experience at a different Mario Tricoci. I fully expected to go in, get it fixed, and never return to Mario Tricoci again. I had Jezelle and she was so sweet and nice to me while fixing my hair. She even waited for me to dry it to make sure it came out better than before. I didn’t get the manager’s name but she was also really nice about the whole thing. They really made a bad situation so much better. I will definitely be returning to this location.

After 17 years as a client of Mario Tricoci Napervile, I started seeing Jennifer to style my hair, she was intentionally thinning my hair without my knowledge, during last visit she went to far and did six inch up cuts in my hair leaving thin brittle hair on the bottom, she had very bad attitude and was insinuating she did not do this to my hair. After 6 months and a new salon my hair is getting back to normal.

Lacey did my color and it turned out even better than I could of planned! Violet with bright baylouge, it looks amazing! Also had a lovely cut and style by Mya, hair is so refreshed, wonderful service!!

Lacie is a GODDESS and when I leave her I always feel like one too! A lovely salon and spa with a terrific, friendly staff. I only have been here for cut and color but have heard rave reviews about many other services from nails to massages to hair removal from friends and family that also use this location.

Anthony is amazing. Hes always so friendly and listens and understands exactly what I want from my experience.Tim was a great stylist as well. He would blow dry my hair. But I believe hes at 5he AH location now.Last time I was there, this past Saturday, Phoenix, is Anthonys new apprentice. She is AMAZING and beautiful and she helped me finally to understand how to get my cowlicks to do what I want them to do! Go see her if you need hair advice!

My husband and I frequently get massages at this location and we are consistently pleased with the massage therapists (especially Leysa) as well as the atmosphere.

I don’t normally write lengthy reviews but this is definitely necessary! I hands down recommend this salon and location. My long term colorist had left the salon and honestly the salon went above and beyond with my most recent service. I can’t thank Mario Tricoci enough for compensating my service. All us girls know how it is when you find the right colorist for your precious hair! This time around I had Dani and she did an amazing job! Thanks again!!

I have to say, I was really taken away by these ladies. My sister-in-law (who was getting ready for her wedding reception) and I were having our make up done here. My babysitter was unavailable and I had to bring all my kids with me. Juliana did an awesome job with our makeup and all the ladies there, including Carly (and I wish I knew the other ladies names) had been so wonderful helping to keep my kids busy and even allowing us to stay after hours without ever making us feel that we needed to leave. We had no idea the place was already closed and Carly stayed late hanging out with my kids for me. These ladies helped us so much when we were running so behind on the brides big day. I want to say thank you to all of you for helping us- being so patient, understanding and sweet. Its nice to go to a place that not only takes care of your makeup, but goes beyond their duties to make ones event successful! I highly recommend them for a more personal and caring experience.

Love coming here. I just wish they would have glasses of wine to purchase as we are getting our hair done. Please consider offering!

Go see Rachel! First time client and I will return. This was my first time ever having my hair dyed at a salon and I was very pleased. Rachel did a great job listening to me and making sure we were both on the same page. She is very sweet and genuinely loves what she does. Rachel was just as excited see the finished product and wanted to make sure I loved my new look before I walked out the door!

Rachel Bozue is my colorist and I absolutely love her. I have never colored my hair in my life before her because I have very thick curly hair so it’s already hard enough to find someone to cut my hair well that understands curls. When I first started she eased me into color and the whole time she wanted me to feel comfortable but happy with my look. She listens to what you have to say and always explains her plans and thought process which I really appreciate. Because of her I love my hair every time I step out of that salon.

Went and had a blow out done with Valerie. She did an amazing job! My hair had so much volume and exactly no frizz. Im going back for a keratin treatment in a month and Im so excited!I had Jeanine (I believe thats her name; older woman with reddish hair and gorgeous green eyes) do my make up. My make up came out STUNNING!!!! She knew so much about skin care. She gave me some tips on how to prevent clogged pores and within days my skin looked clearer.I will definitely be going back

Color with Danny was great. I was then given to Letti for a cut. I really liked Letti but there was some miscommunication on how to cut my hair. The cut was a nice cut but I was not looking to have that much length off. Overall my hair does look beautiful, but when you don’t want that much hair taken off and it’s taken off, it is devastating. Letti & Danny were great stylist tho and I would recommend them both.

Hit or miss quality in the few years I have gone here, but this last visit is a major and probably final miss. I waited a few days to see if my hair would settle in after receiving good color, but a micro bang debacle. It actually got worse because the rest of the cut is also not good. I broke down and called to see if it can be made better somehow. I tried to be nice about the not cheap haircut that looks like my granddaughter did it. Wanted to know if they have anyone who specializes in repairs. I realize there is no fixing the micro bangs, but the random chunks and abrupt drop from 1/4 and 1/2 inch bangs to chin length might have some possibilities. So I sat on hold. Explained situation and needs very nicely to regional phone rep. Was told to drop by the salon and see if anyone thought something should (notice she did not say not could) be done. Explained my schedule does not support random 1hr. Trips with no guarantee of attention right now. Got transferred to store. Got put on hold. Explained story again. Was told I need to speak to manager. Hold. Got told manager would call me in an hour. No return call in the 4 hours before they closed. And please notice there was not a single I apologize for the inconvenience. Or Sorry anything. Maybe I should have been a crab about it. I sure as heck need to find a new salon.#MarioTricoci #FAIL

Dont be alarmed when you first walk in - it is very noisy. Dont worry, once you enter the doors to the spa area, it is total peace and quiet. Its like you are not even in the same building. The service is amazing! I have been to a lot of spas throughout the US and Mexico and Mario is up there in my top 3. I started getting facials every 4 - 6 weeks with KAYLA - she is the best! I am well into my 40s and she has helped me to get my skin to look more like my 30s - my goal is 20s but I dont expect her to perform a miracle either. I switched from Chanel Le Lift products to various products that Kayla & Julianna have recommended for me - I am saving about $300 with the switch. Highly recommend.

I went to get highlights and to say i’m impressed is an understatement. I loved getting my hair done there. I went with Gisele and she did an incredible job. I have 3a/3b kinky curly hair and she was able to give me beautiful highlights. it is pricy but it was so worth it. highly recommend!!

I came to get a balayage and I showed her a picture and it turned out so horrible, I talk to manger, they were nice enough to have me come back and fix it but I decided to go with someone else than the girl I had first, and she did my hair and it turned out better than before but it was still brassy .. she want me to come back so she can tone it ... like couldnt she tone it then .. Im so confused, I wasted 150 on this place .. I will never come back here and I wouldnt recommend it to anyone ..

Ive been searching for a hair stylist and color professional for quite some time that will actually listen to what I want. Lacy did an amazing job on my color and Anna Marie cut my hair perfectly. Was EXACTLY what I wanted. Very reasonably priced. The salon was very professional, friendly staff and I truly enjoyed this experienced. I will be a return costumer for sure.

TERRIBLE SERVICE BY ABBY (The Colorist) and NO PROFESSIONALISM by manager, BRITTANY!!! Too busy putting down customers and doing a terrible job of listening to the client!!! Abby was too busy with an another client to focus on my hair, left color on my skin which quickly began burning my skin, and then she disappeared telling me she will be back in one (1) minute and she was going to wash her other client’s hair but came back after ten (10) minutes, and applied the color to the rest of my hair then. Overall the color tuned out way darker than usual and when I complained to Brittany, instead of apologizing or offering to redo, she was busy repeatedly telling me not to visit this salon for color again! Furthermore, she did not place a towel under my neck upon washing my hair which caused a breakout on my neck, which I’ve never had in my life! Will be reaching out to the REGIONAL MANAGER, NICK, soon!!!! DO NOT VISIT THE NAPERVILLE MARIO TRICOCCI FOR ANY SERVICE AT ALL! I do NOT recommend this place due to terrible service!

Tiffany gives amazing pedicures!

I used to get my hair cut and colored here but left because of too much time spent waiting and being shuttled around from colorist to wash to cut...waiting 4-5 minutes each time. So, I decide to try it again for a manicure! Charged $50 for a no-chip manicure and 2 nails chipped the very next day! Learned my lesson!

For $50 I expected more from the manicure. A light scrub and some lotion and sub par nail job was definitely not worth $50 (nail shape uneven and crooked, filed way too much off, filed my skin which hurt, cuticles still looking horrible). Ive had much better for $25 at a local salon. Technician was very friendly and nice. Overall I expected more from a big name brand salon, my nails are okay but not the best.

Ive been going to Sierra for 20 years and I would never change. She is the best!! Friendly staff and a beautiful environment.

I can’t say enough about the wonderful facial I had over the weekend with Celise. If you haven’t had a service done by Celise I highly encourage you to do so. She’s extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. My facial was fantastic! She’s also done some wax services on me and made me feel super comfortable. I will definitely be back to see her!!

I have been having Angeles color and Chrissy cut my hair for years! They are so very creative! People stop me all the time and ask who does my hair!Not inexpensive but worth it!

Their “most requested stylist” did a horrible job cutting my hair. I asked specifically to leave my hair long and they cut it way too short. It took me a straight year to grow out my hair, and now I have to wait another. The stylists name was Ashley. If there was a zero star rating, that would accurately rate this place. I’m disappointed and honestly let down.

Visit here often. Spa area has a little issue managing appointment times. The rest of the salon is great!

Wish I could give this place less than 1 star. I always have problems at any MT location. I had an issue at the Oakbrook location. I told myself I wouldnt go back unless I had a gift card. I ended up getting a gift card for my birthday for an essential manicure.To schedule the appointment I was on hold for a long time and the people were rude. When I went in for my manicure the manicurist told me that it was a $13 charge to take off my old nail polish that wasnt done at their salon. I walked out to leave and asked the girl at the counter where does it say that for that charge. She looked confused and went back to ask a manager. They talked for a while, a simple question I thought would take a minute. But no of course it took them five. Then she came back, without the manager, and said we will take care of it this time because of the issue. I still asked to speak to a manger, and she went back and closed the door again and a minute later she came out. I asked her to show me something that states taking off nail polish is $13. She said she couldnt and she would forward that to upper management. How am I to know to pay for something if it is nowhere in the price list? She couldnt even answer my question.I got my manicure. It looks basic, like I could have done it at home, but they charge an arm and a leg. The manicurist was okay she left me with a hot towel on my hands for like 10 minutes and never said goodbye or have a nice day. Last thing she said was you can sit here until it drys if you want.My suggestion: save your money. This place, people, and atmosphere is fake. They try to get you spend more money than youre suppose too. I appreciate the cleanliness. However, I want to relax and get my nails done without the fear of a strange, random miscellaneous charge at the end of my appointment.I will not return.

I dont usually get my hair cut from salons cus the price is to high for a cut I never like. But I did try this place because I had a coupon and had Valarie cut my hair. It seemed effortless for her and I ended up with a beautiful hair cut and blow dry. She did a wonderful job and even without the coupon it still would have been a very affordable price. Then they offered a complimentary eye brow wax. I will most likely visit them and the same stylist again in the future. Thanks !!

Tonight I came back to the Naperville location after 20 years. Very glad I did for my unfortunate hair color problem from a different colorist . Rachael corrected the color and was helpful, very friendly and listened to my concerns. She was confident in her talent which made me feel so much better since I was pretty nervous. Have my next appointment already booked!

Well was my first And my last one In that place . i usually don’t complain about anything. I went specially to that place thinking and expecting I would have a nice haircut ..exited to show it in my upcoming trip... like those they are showing in their advertising but not .. probably was not the right place to have a men haircut.. I would get the same or much better at super cuts or hairclips or any of those cheap and quick places .. very disappointed she just did a horrible and bad poor haircut ... and tomorrow I gotta spend more fixing this . What a bad experience but never coming back... also I never felt welcomed at that place . Both of the receptionist are with some bad attitude.. whatever never coming back . What a horrible experience!I called their main number to make an appointment. The girl on the phone gets frazzled (it is complicated...thats true. 3 different appointments). She hangs up on me. I call back (still trying to make an appointment). Next person is much better, gets it and figures out how to make it work. I show up day of appointments. Theyve all been cancelled!?! What? I have all the confirmation emails. Show them. They claim the system shows the appointments as cancelled. No idea. Wow, what horrible organization. The stylists are great but they should go work for a competent organization. Turns out they cant fit me in and the manager isnt able to do anything (never even bothers to talk to me). Im moving to working with competent people. (Got an appointment at a great place about 10 minutes later). These guys dont deserve your business.

Got my nails done and they chipped like 2 days later. Went and talked to them about fixing it and made an appointment. Showed up to fix it and they tried charging me 45 dollars after I already paid for a spa package. Not going back here.

Maria cut my hair, its the best haircut ever. The only thing was that they quoted me $35.00,but when I went to pay it was $ 70.00. No I cant pay $70.00, I live on SSI.

This place is full of the absolute fakest people from the colorists to the stylists to management. I Have been coming here for many years since moving to the area. I used to see a colorist that eventually left. The next time i came back, they put me with Gretchen i told her i just wanted a touch up, she told me i had to have all over color. My hair is brown, left with black hair. The next time i asked for a different colorist, they put me with alexis, she is extremely rude. Got me from the waiting area and sat me on the chair, asked what i wanted which was just a touch up, she did not utter another word. It was very weird, because after she was done with me she was very chatty to the lady she serviced afterwards. When it was time to get my hair washed, she called this girl. The girl was clueless about washing hair, when she first turned on the water, color splashed all over my face, no im sorry no nothing. She just kept going until i asked for a towel to clean my face. I could tell my hair was not being cleaned property. She was barely touching my scalp and did not go anywhere near my neck area. When i got up to check, i still had color on both sides of my head and my neck. I asked her to wash again, she rinsed very quickly with no shampoo although those two areas clearly needed to be washed. I had someone call alexist and i was just about to tell her to rewash my hair hen she sat me on the chair, grabbed the color remover and started rubbing it all over my hairline. I understand this review is long, but i had to say the details. These people are rude, if they smile, its a fake smile. They go to the back room and talk about their clients they check for tips constantly because they are soooo greedy and if you dont tip well, they treat you bad. Now the bottom.line is, my last appt was the last straw. I am done with this place. I used to get color every 4 weeks, massages and facials....no more. These people need to realize the competition is fierce, there is literally a hair salon in every strip center. To management, dont bother asking me to call, i just did and the woman that spoke with me sounded annoyed and did not say much. So dont count on me to change this review and just to let you know, im on my way to yelp!

I had a very unpleasant experience with a colorist last week at this location. I was highly criticized for using henna for conditioning my hair at home and was informed by the colorist that she would lose her license if she used permanent color to color my hair because of henna. She used a semi permanent color which has already faded in one week and charged me the full amount. Disappointed and felt like I was ripped off.

Very happy with my cut and color. My stylist really listened to my concerns and preferences and was able to not only achieve that look I was going for but she also gave great recommendations for products.

Rip off!!Had ordered hair extensionsAfter 8 weeks of wear ..they not only fell out but the remaining ones where on a thin thread never placed properly and not enough hair was placed on each bond. Made appt w manager and stylistGot a call 1st stylist called off sickEvidentally didnt want to hold accountability for poor service then showed up at work to meet with me with her manager to consult on happening.They claimed my hair was fine ..it grew quick ..all lies to cover up no accountability MGR said she goes by what the stylist tell her she knows nothing about extensions..she s mgrLol. .after leaving upset being ripped offI went to 3 other salons for consult same day..All 3 said who did this ? Love this place. Great for color, haircut and nail saloon! Only place I visit when I need a cut, color and only place I trust to do my nails!

Never go to Lacie she charged me 150$ to ruin my hair. My hair was falling out and the bleach damaged my hair. Ill never come back from the breakage. They manager did nothing for me he was rude and didnt care. Never going back.

I love the esthetician I work with (Gia) but I never get warm fuzzies from anyone else here.

Friendly staff. Warm environment. Staff always gives me a relaxing head massage to start. Love this place!
