I used to LOVE this place. Early on you could see that the sisters who own it were passionate about it and they and their employees took pride in what they did. I only come in a few times a year but for the last 2 years or so I keep coming in hoping it will live up to what I remember it used to be. It hasn’t. Every time I’ve gone here in recent memory, I felt like the staff was just doing the bare minimum. No lotion or hand massages, very curt on the phone and during services, just generally inflexible, and many of the employees seem like they don’t care much for what they’re doing and have often been late to appointments I’ve booked ahead of time. I was frustrated further when I popped in tonight to get a gel removal and was turned away because (despite the closing time on the door saying they were open for another hour, and despite attempting to call ahead to see if there was room for me and no one answering the phone after two attempts), the woman said they close at 6. It was 5:45. I asked if she could squeeze me in during these last 15 minutes and she said that no, she was leaving. I understand this happening on occasion, but this most recent experience feels like it sums up the lack of care for customer satisfaction that this business has been putting out lately. Additionally, the gel manicure I got didn’t even last 2 weeks. Sorry to say I won’t be returning here.

I called to make a appointment, an then I was not able to make it, so I called to cancel, and reschedule, but when I told her I want to cancel she asked my name and then hang my call, very unprofessional, didn’t even let talk to reschedule or asked if I want to reschedule… rude

I’ve been going to Sis Nails since they opened and they always do an incredible job. The services are always done on time, my no chips always last 3Weeks and the space is very clean. If you’re looking for the best nail spa in Naperville, go to Sis nails!

Always a lovely and relaxing time to visit the girls. I have not been to the store since pandemic but the service is still as good and they are doing all precautions to make the experience comfortable and safe!!

The nail techs are awesome, knowledgeable and honest. My nails are always great every time I leave. The atmosphere is relaxed and comfortable. Call ahead of time because it can get pretty busy. They take walk ins but you have a better chance of getting served faster if they are expecting you.

Better customer service than most nail salons. Comfy leather chairs make it more stylish/pampered feeling. They do quality work and dont rush. Love that they have gel polish for only $4 extra, which most dont. Mine manicure is just starting to chip after 10 days. Best of all, they have a punch card!

Usually pretty good service, but 3 this time. I made /had a appointment ahead of time, but because they were either under staffed or had booked a party of 5, my appointment was adjusted by having my toes done and nails trimmed and files at the same time, not for the price you pay. They use to be up in the high 4-5 looks like they have dropped

I received a no chip manicure about a week ago. It began chipping within 3 days of receiving it. Not only is the polish chipped on several nails, the polish is beginning to look dirty. I have been getting my nails done for many years, this is the first time I have felt that the services I paid for were less than worth it.

Got the spa pedicure but regret it they don’t time the message they tell you it’s longer it’s not, the bags they use on your feet horrible not worth the $45 not here . Better of with $30 regular.

I always have a great experience here and find the staff to be very nice as well. Its always clean and Im never left waiting for a long time like I have experienced in other places. Great selection of colors. Cant say anything bad about this place!

Snotty people and snotty service only went in for full set and eyebrow wax was told rudley we dont do artificial nails rolls her eyes. Wont be coming here again. Lady who did my eyebrows was nice. Others not so much

This is my very favorite nail salon! Family owned...2 sisters and their mother. Very friendly, English-speaking, impeccably clean salon. Guests are offered complimentary sparkling water when visiting. The BEST in Naperville!

My daughter and I go there all the time to get manicures and pedicures. Wouldnt go anywhere else. They are reasonable on costs and do a great job!

I was wary about getting a pedicure because of a bad experience in the past. My experience here could not have been better. I was instantly at ease, got a beautiful pedicure and left with a smile. I cannot recommend this place enough.

Horrible place.. they did my nails and not even an hour they start to peel off. I had a gift certificate and they didnt want to return my money after the bad job.... i almost fight with the lady at front (who is really rude by the way) to have my money back.

After reading a number of reviews and SISs own website, I made an appointment for a no-chip (gel) manicure and pedicure. According to their website, the price for this combination was $66. I expected to be charged $76 due to an additional $5 fee for removing old polish and a $5 fee for repairing one broken nail. However, at the end of my appointment the next day (January 3, 2018), I was charged $91. Because I was almost late to another appointment, I chose to simply pay the bill and leave as I did not have time to argue over $15. I was not happy about it, though, so on January 4th I sent a polite email to the email address indicated on their website. I explained what had happened, asked why I had been overcharged, and asked how they intended to make it right. I also said that if I did not get a response by January 9th I would post a negative review. I sent a second reminder email on January 8th. It is now 9:40 PM on January 9th, and I havent had any kind of reply yet - no phone call, no response via email, nothing. To make matters worse, my no-chip manicure started chipping two days ago. I will never take my business to SIS Nails & Spa again, and I certainly cannot recommend them to anyone else.

I walk in and asked for a full set, they acted as if they did not want to help or looked at me as if why are you here. Some lady comes to look at my hands (unpolished, cleaned, and normal) and told me the minumum would be $65.. Since when?? Thats not what the services are listed as on the website. Im usually not one to throw around the race card, but it felt a bit prejudice and racist!!

The lady took 10x longer than an amateur and my nails looked like a 10yr old had done them... No coupon/groupon is worth it.
