Dan got me feeling like the prettiest blonde to have ever walked on this planet. My haircut is GORGEOUS and my hair glistens in the sun. I have gotten so many compliments and haven’t felt this confident in a long time. Dan is very professional, always on time, and a true pleasure to be around. Leilah is also another friendly face who is incredibly personable and tells you everything that she’s doing (washing hair/types of products used and how the product works). I have been going to Innovations since June. My hair has never looked so good. Dan is an excellent stylist. He cuts and colors my hair. The salon is nice, I feel very comfortable and the staff is great. My friend Kris told me if you want the best cut and color ever go to Dan at Innovations. She told me and now Im telling you 🤗

I was greeted by Katie saying she was going to do my hair. I told her I had an appointment with Dan. She argued with me for a few minutes that no she was giving me a highlight and haircut. I didnt even have an appointment for a haircut! I wish I wouldve taken a video of this interaction.It was ridiculous that she would argue and get annoyed with ME. I wasnt the one who messed up her schedule.My granddaughter was there to get an ombre highlight. SHE was supposed to get Katie. Finally she agreed to take my gd (with an attitude).She put foils in her hair and put her aside near the dryers, not near me. Then proceeded to cut a guys hair. She never checked her foils for over a half hour until I asked how long she was going to let it process. I have never seen ombre look like this! Its awful!My highlights werent that great either. Theres a 3 x 3 section (at my part no less) that has no highlights. The highlights on one side of my head are almost white and the ones on the other side are gold. The shampoo person asked if she should put a toner on and he said no.I dont know how this place got such high ratings.

We have been going here for a long time. LOVE Debbie S. She does a great job on my hair and my daughters. She is very nice and always does a wonderful job. My son loves to go to see Jackie for his cool cuts.

I left a well known high scale salon and spa for Innovations and received better service for a more reasonable cost than what I had been paying for yrs. All of the stylists and staff are amazing and do very good work. Personally Ive chosen to work with Dan, co-owner/operator, He knows exactly how I prefer my hair and always gives me great advise on newer styles, cuts & colors that would work well on my hair.

But I must say that I couldnt be happier with the result! Haley did my haircut and highlights and she was just amazing. She heard everything I said and was creative enough to make it even better. Ive been getting my hair cut at Innovations since I was a kid. Even though Ive moved away to Chicago, I still come back to Naperville to get my hair cut with Dan whenever I visit my parents.Its hard to find a place with friendly staff (who remember you by name!) where you can get a top-quality haircut for a reasonable price. Ive always been satisfied with the service at Innovations, and plan to keep coming back for many years to come!

Innovations has a very friendly staff. You feel at home once you are greeted at the door. The stylists listen to what you want and I have been happy with every hair cut and style at Innovations. You even get special attention and are treated like a guest by the hair washers. They also have spa services to complete a relaxing day for yourself. I continue to get complements on my hair, and always refer them to my favorite salon. The new space has a comfortable atmosphere, and I wouldnt go anywhere else!

When I returned to Naperville earlier this year, I checked out Innovations again and they havent missed a beat, picking up right where we left off and moving me forward.Everyone is friendly and helpful. Ive been a regular customer at Innovations for 2-1/2 years. Kathy does an outstanding job with cutting, coloring and styling my hair ( and my 16-year-old daughters hair) . Prior to Innovations, I patronized other high-end salons in Naperville.....so glad I found Innovations. They are definitely on the cutting edge for all things hair!

I have lived in Naperville for 19 years and in that time I have gone to several salons and left for various reasons. As someone who now gets her hair colored, trimmed and styled every 3 weeks, its important to me to have a stylist who is consistent, reliable and who listens to my needs. I have now been seeing NICOLE PLAZA for two years and I will never stop. I tell everyone I know that I could not have a better hair stylist if I was a celebrity and its the truth. The salon is average, not trying to have a spa like atmosphere and thats fine with me. I feel my hair needs and spa needs are very different and I do not need them met in the same place. It is a casual, comfortable atmosphere, but I would go to Nicole if it was in an open air parking lot because she is that good and I am very fussy. NICOLE IS THE BEST AROUND AND I HAVE 17 YEARS OF SEARCHING TO PROVE IT!!!!!!

I am very happy that I decided to give Innovations Salon a chance. I was not disappointed at all. Walking in the door everyone was very friendly. My stylist Dan (whom I very highly recommend) really loves what hes doing and knows what works best. Before even starting anything he explained throughly what would be done and if I was ok with it. He listened to what I wanted and made me feel really comfortable. In the end, color and highlights looks even better than I was expecting, cut was amazing and best of all the price was very reasonable. I just had my hair done by LJ. She listened to what I liked and came up with great suggestions for coloring, layering and texturizing. She does amazing work with color!Lisa is a brilliant nail tech! She takes her time and is a perfectionist. She does acrylic by hand, no power tools like some salons.

I have been going to Dan Rubino forever -- literally!! Dont trust anyone else to cut my hair. I love the whole staff at Innovations -- from the front desk, to the shampoo people to, of course, Dan! When I moved to DC for 18 months, I even came back to Naperville to have Dan cut my hair. The entire staff stays up-to-date on what is going on in the world of hair, and it shows on their customers heads!! I love the job they do and recommend them to everyone!

Unfortunately, my wife did not have a positive experience with this salon. After coming back home she was very disappointed with the cut. It was not what she wanted, her sides did not match, I had to fix some leftovers on her neck . After spending that much money on hair cut she shouldnt fix anything and should feel good, which was not a case. They lost a customer .

I am from St Paul, Mn, I came to Naperville for my sons wedding this past Saturday, April 9, 2016. I wanted to have my hair styled and make up done for the wedding, I looked up hair salons in Naperville on the internet found the top 10 salons read the reviews and chose Innovations. I made the right choice Dan was amazing, styling my hair exactly as I wanted it to look!! Nicole did my make up and that was also amazing doing the right look for the wedding. I received many compliments that day and a very special comment from my son, he said mom you look beautiful for my wedding day. I would highly recommend Innovations!!!
