My wife had a waxing emergency from a home kit that went wrong and we needed some help removing it. I had to drive her since the wax was everywhere. We came into the salon to get assistance. Once in the door we were not greeted by a receptionist and so we took a seat. We sat for 10 minutes waiting for any acknowledgement from the company and was ignored as the stylist were 5 feet away. Then as one stylist was now at the front checking out a customer never acknowledged us, not made eye contact and proceeded with the customer. Once done she walk towards us and again totally snubbed us..😳 then walked right passed us and not even a hello and went to chat with the other stylist. My wife already an emotional mess and embarrassed felt 10 inches tall and we both being utterly disgusted walked out. I was more than willing to make sure my wife was going to get the help she needed getting the wax removed and even paying for a wax job and additional products as needed. Think twice before booking on how well they provide customer service. Still in shock at the COMPLETE IGNORE and that we are not worthy of this establishment.

Salt City Salon is the best! Clean, decorated beautifully, with a great atmosphere! Bri is a miracle worker, and is AMAZING at what she does. 1000% recommend!

Ive been going to Sherry for cut and color for over 5 years now. I followed her to this new salon and am very impressed. Everything is high end, clean, and luxurious. Sherry is an excellent stylist. She listens to what I want and makes those ideas a reality.
