They consult if theyre not sure to make sure I get everything I wanted for my nails. I have to say that this place is superb. New to the area and was looking for a nail salon. The staff were all professional and friendly and the shop was very clean. They did a GREAT job on our gel manicure, pedicure. I enjoyed my first visit here and will definitely be back! I wont go anywhere else. Loved the atmosphere and my full set! The service was amazing and the owner did an AMAZING job with our nails :))))

Easy, consistent and inexpensive. Theyre really careful about the amount of cuticle they cut (Im big on that) and they treat my boyfriend like a king when he goes! So this is not a glam joint but they get the job done. I was very pleasantly surprised! My manicure lasted for almost two weeks, and looked great. The service was quiet and efficient, and I left quite happy.

First time visiting nail salon at the recommendation of a friend. I made an appointment & was greeted when I got there. This is my new pedi spot now . The nail polish was done well and lasted for over 4 weeks with no chipping. Friendly staff, but do an excellent job .These people work hard! Give them a try, you wont be disappointed.

Went in on my lunch break hoping a chair would be open. It was super busy, every pedicure station taken and half the nail stations busy. I was seated right away. Waited 2 minutes for someone to start my nails and she finished under an hour with time to spare for me to go grab lunch and make it back to work on time. And my nails look amazing. I got a full set with gel polish. Beautiful job. Will definitely be back.

Kim has been doing my pedicures for YEARS. I sometimes try to find places closer to home but I always end up back here with Kim because she does such an amazing job! She recently took off my gel acrylics and didnt damage my natural nail underneath and did a beautiful French gel manicure! Shes amazing!

I really loved this place! The guy who did my nails was awesome! I dont really get my nails done a lot so Im not really sure what the different options there are. This guy explained everything and asked me exactly how i wanted my nails to be done!. I would definitely go back!

For the price, I think it deserves five stars. The place is clean, the technicians are friendly and its generally easy to get an appointment quickly. I usually go around noon on a weekday and theres only one or two other people. Ive never gotten a pedicue here (do to my fear of toe fungus thanks to lavande down the street) But i get my acrylics filled here. They do a really nice job. Will return.

Kim is the best, very kind and precise with her work. Very satisfied!!! They have good customer service and they write you a receipt so that you know your total.

Ive a client to this nails spa for seven years, and I still am a very satisfied client. She took her time to make every little detail look perfect, and she was a very pleasant person.

They have the worst customer service ever, this girl cut my nails too short cuz she obviously cant speak English and charged extra $5 for it and to remove it extra $5 . The short guy here the second we walked in he wouldn’t even welcomed us. I mean no one did. This is worst place I’ve been too.

When I went here with my friend they basically rushed us with our pedicure and medicures. They didnt ask my friend what kind of foot massage she wanted or anything. But my nails came out pretty good though.

We went for pedicures. The two who did them had a conveation in their native tongue the whole time! I had a broken pinky toe and said so.I got one leg/calf massage, but he kept grabbing my broken toe!!! One week later and our Pedi looks awful. Not going back!

Extremely disappointed in my recent experience here. My family and I have been getting nails done with this establishment since it was in cottonwood mall. Today I was told to wait around for thirty minutes just to be told they would not be willing to do my nails before I leave the country. Unfortunately the amount of time I was waiting wouldve made the difference between me being able to go elsewhere. I will no longer be pouring money into this business.

Negative!!!!!I just did my nails at this location and all my experience of doing acrylic nails this Is one of the WORST in my opinion!!! I’m a woman of detail and love when my nails look almost perfect and trust me the detail is not it. The detail of shaping the nail was not it. The old man that did my nails focused nothing on detail. In my culture we call it “bitching up” means done with the least effort. I’m getting married Friday, and woke up worried about this place being able to satisfy my expectations. And they didn’t. US nails will never seem me again as long as I live!! I’d rather do my own nails than have them do it if they were the last nails place left on earth.

Went for my little sisters birthday and everyone was awesome. The gentleman made sure my little sisters nails were okay to go in shoes before we left, they double checked colors, friendly, good music in the store and just awesome pedicures. They do have gel options for pedis which is awesome!We will be back again!

The guy gives the best pedicures and his calf and foot massage is awesome. Wish I got the guy each time. The young girl gives good massage. Older lady nice pedicure but lacks in massage.Cut my toe, no discount and no coupon or discount off next pedicure. My toe hurts so bad today!

Terrible experience, my first time there, I called in advanced and asked how much a full set of gel nails would be I was told 35.00, I made the appt and I get there and the girl starts doing a gel manicure. I asked her what she was doing, she was very rude and unprofessional. She said next time say you want acrylic gel nails, and it was said rude, it is not my fault there is a language barrier and they dont understand, I asked and did my part and then after my nails were done they charged me 45.00 not the 35.00 I was told. I will never go back again. Communication is always key. I stated when I called what I wanted and asked how much it would be, that should have been communicated to whoever was going to do my nails. Poor service, I did like that she was fast and did a good job but being friendly and talking during the service should always be done and you never blame the customer. I work in customer service so this was just so unacceptable. Its not just about getting service its about the social experience also. I will find another place where they communicate and no language barrier and want to talk and have fun while getting my nails done! Stay away from this place unless you dont care about rude people and language barrier!

You cannot use your card to pay here, they accept venmo or cash. That was sketchy to me. Also the guy cut my toe and tried to hide it, like I didnt feel it. They had community wax for your feet. Not a place I will visit again

I’ve been going here for years and I love the hot wax and the hot towel with the deluxe pedicure! We did a black polish with magnetic color in it and they look amazing! A little pricey but I love how they look!

Ive been going here for a decade. They used to be very good, clean, nice, excellent service. I even referred a lot of women there. Two of my good friends started going there, because of me. However, the past year at least their service, cleanliness and kindness have taken a severe dive. So, much that Ive decided to find a new nail shop. My friends have long stopped going as well.

I actually had a pretty wonderful experience here. They gave me kind and fast service. I went in for both a manicure and pedicure and had two of the employees service me. One for my feet and the other for my hands. They were very nice and messaged and rubbed my arms/legs. I got the deluxe service which included a sea salt scrub, and mud. The took very good care of me. Will definitely go back and update if the service changes.

My nails looked fine at first glance so I left a nice tip and left. It took literally a day to realize that there were little bumps in my nails, black dots and it looked like there had been bubbles that popped. The fill I got didn’t go all the way down and it was lumpy at the base. It’s now been a week and half the gel polish has chipped off and they look awful. Probably one of the worst places I’ve ever got my nails done. Don’t go here.

The absolutely worst nail salon I’ve ever been too. I bite my nails and all the guy could say was how horrible my nails are and why do I even get them done. He then asked what I do for work and when I told him he said, “wow, must be embarrassing when your clients see your nails like this!” Like BRO. It’s almost 2020, learn something about customer service. He put all the tips on crooked and when I told him he said you know what someone else is going to do your nails because you don’t even know how to relax your hand. WORST NAIL SALON EXPERIENCE EVER, DONT GO HERE.

It was disappointing. I’m getting ready to go on a big trip and thought I’d treat myself before I leave. Talk about zero customer service. The woman who did my nails said one thing to me the entire time, ‘would you like to pay now before I paint your nails?’ That was it. When my nails were drying, she got up and started a pedicure on another customer. She didn’t say goodbye or anything. When my nails were dry, I turned off the machine and left. No one said a word to me. It was so odd. Like I didn’t exist.

This place is super unsanitary for one they dont even use the plastic coverings for the pedicures and when they do clean it they use a tad of Lysol which is totally disgusting I wanted to leave the entire time only went here with my mother in law and I would never go again. The lady that did my pedi didnt even speak a lick of English or talk to me at all she didnt take my payment almost let me leave without paying when they did the owner took my payment and tipped 0.00 for me which really pissed me off cause I didnt have cash so ended up not tipping the poor lady who actually did a decent job even though it wasnt the right color I chose. Will NEVER go here again.

!!!THIS PLACE GAVE ME NAIL FUNGUS!!!I had recently changed nail salons because this place was terrible, and I ended up getting my nails done there because I was in Fashion Place Mall already. It was the biggest mistake I have ever made— I had gel dip on my nails and the male owner told me that he wouldn’t redo dip on my nails “because it takes too long.” I then agreed to do shellac on my nails instead and then he complained about taking my gel dip off of my nails. Two nails broke ONE DAY after getting shellac on them from this place, not too mention they did a terrible job. PLEASE DON’T GO HERE, if you care about your nails and how you are treated pick somewhere else. It is not worth your money and your time. Trust me.UPDATE: After I took my shellac off I had nail fungus on my nails. DO NOT go here. They don’t sanitize anything.

Love this place, only 4 girls can do nails. The men are no good but the ladies i have great experience my favorite is Jasmin, shes young but fast and does beautiful nails.

Got a pedicure here onces. At first it was alright. Over price for the work they did but, I just took the loss. As the day went on my nails stared to hurt badly. Two of my fingers were red and extermanly swollen. Horrible horrible experience. The girl who also did my nails had no customer experience what so ever. This place is HORRIBLE. They are so unsanitary and they are extremely rude. I waited over half an hour to be seated at the pedicure chair and then when seated they completely forgot about me. They never started the water for the pedicure and I sat there for 30 minutes before I finally stood up and walked out. I noticed one of the guys was on his phone while doing a pedicure. It was so gross. The employees never acknowledged or cared to start conversations with any of their customers. Worst service ever.

They did an awful job, bad service and rude employees, I got a full set of acrylics and they were thick and lumpy, I pointed it out and told them to redo them only to be laughed at, they finally agreed to redo them and they ended up worse than before, the shocking thing is that both time the person doing my nails was the fricken manager, they were very judgmental and rude, I would rate it a zero if I could, would NEVER recommend, especially for the price, it’s WAY too expensive for the garbage service, and it’s a very unclean environment as well, also most of the products they were using were products I had gotten from the DOLLAR STORE before, I’m surprised I didn’t get an infection from this place, I can’t believe they haven’t been shut down yet

The employees are so rude! I sat there and waited 30 minutes because she was on her phone. I WILL NEVER go back. She got mad at me because my hands had a little water on them and pushed my hand away while still filing. Dont ever go here its not worth it.

I went in to get a fill today and the owner (older man, named Robert) did my fill. He did a horrible job. He was too focused on looking around at the employees to make sure they were working. He didnt pay much attention to doing my nails. My nails were uneven with acrylic and the paint job was sloppy. I had my nails done by a young girl months ago and loved her work. But I felt as though I wasted my money today. I am considered finding a new place.

I walked in and I asked them for their BEST nail tech. Then I got my toes painted by a nice easy going younger guy. Then when it was time for my nails the OWNER did my nails and she kept burning my skin with the nail file, never once apologized. Then she told me it would cost 5$ extra to have my nails a HALF INCH longer.. After that she did a horrible job and I asked her plenty of times to fix the bumps and after that she THREW THE NAIL FILE AT ME, folder her arms and said do it yourself. I then reminded her I was a costumer and I was paying for this. I would never go back there again and with the way the owner does nails are horrible, they lasted me a week and she made me pay 85$. I recommend not wasting your time or money here. I couldnt believe someone who is supposed to be professional throws a fit over doing her job. I repeat DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was uncomfortable from the start and should have left when I found out that none of the polishes they showed me when I came in wee available. I was up sold to a deluxe pedicure because I am getting ready for a big trip and I wanted my feet to look pretty and be healthy... huge mistake! I returned to complain (which I HATE having to do) after seeing how awful they looked in natural light only to have the same lady twist my toe so hard I am afraid it might be sprained. I could have done a better job myself & will have to go elsewhere tomorrow to have them fixed... that’s how bad they are! No apologies & the prices are outrageous!

I just received a basic manicure from this nail salon and it was absolute garbage. The nail tech ran a file across my nail tips in a saw-like manner and did not actually take the effort to shape my nail. She then very very briefly soaked my cuticles in lukewarm tap water before doing an incomplete job of pushing back and trimming my cuticles. She finished by slapping on two quickly applied coats of nail polish. The entire process took about ten minutes - which is ridiculous because every quality manicure I have had has taken at least thirty minutes. I could have done a much better job myself and saved the money spent.

This place is horrible they are extremely rude they left my nails very sharp with nail polish on my palm and gooped underneath my nail and extremely rude not to mention they don’t tell you where to go to wash your hands or where to go to check out. Don’t go here!

Really irritated by them. told me gel wouldn’t chipso i paid extra money for it and not even a week later all my nails are chipping, two have fallen off because they didn’t use enough adhesive. AND IT HASNT EVEN BEEN A WEEK. I SPENT 65$ LEAVING A 20$ TIP AND ALL MY NAILS LOOK HORRIBLE. absolute trash.

I don’t recommend this place to anyone! I don’t understand how this place has not yet been shut down. I showed the guy a picture of how I wanted my nails to look like and got the opposite results!! And while he was doing my nails he glued them on my skin and when I asked him to fix it he said it’s not my fault ur nail look like that like tf!!!!!!!! He really made me feel ugly about my natural nail! so I asked for a new person to do my nails then the new girl that did my nails made them chunky and they look horrible I’m so pissed and angry because now I have to pay to get them off .

By far one of the worst nail experiences I’ve ever had. I had some old acrylics on and just wanted them off and new set put on. The first thing she did was start ripping off my nails didn’t bother to soak them. Then when she ripped off my thumb nail part of nail bed had split opened. I asked her if it was normal and she said yes and then when she put the primer on my nail stung so bad. The entire time my nails felt like they burning. Then when when she started putting on the gel I said I didn’t like the color she had picked because it wasn’t similar to what I had asked for she ended up yelling at me and started talking about me to her other coworker. Don’t go here. I usually stay with the salon I always go to but I had just gotten off work and needed a new set bad and I was already there.

I had a terrible experience here, I was very excited with how kind the staff was but unfortunately the service and price was ridiculous. I had a deluxe pedicure and manicure, the pedicure was not bad itself besides the nail polish not drying what so ever or any top coat, I mean an hour and half and still having the nail polish smudge and come half way off what a joke. My manicure experience was worse, they had me soak my nails in room temperature tap water, then trimmed and filed my nails, I had burned hands from the paraffin wax to the point where I had to pull my hand away and couldnt suppress an loud ow! And she still tried to put my hand back in the wax. When it came down to doing my nails she did 1 coat of a pastel pink, and white tips with a decal nail polish that rubbed off later that day. Overall I paid 102$ for a mani/pedi and for my sister to have a full and pedicure. I could see they didnt do her nails correctly as far as the polish goes, lots of streaks and gaps on the side of her nails. I feel totally ripped off.

Do not go here! I have never seen a dirtier salon. They clean the pedicure bowls out with a spray of Lysol then rinse!!! They had money sitting in their sanitary pedi tool box. The pumise stone had dirty on it! They insulted my party multipe times... telling one girl her feet were gross! Wow. They gave a paraffin wax to some of my 6 girl party but not others. I had to ask 3 people to get me flip flops. I paid extra to have my heels scrubbed and she stopped short... my heels feel worse then they did when I came in. Only 2 girls toes came out well but still were amazed at the uncleanliness of the place. We are all shook, disturbed, and mad but we cant stop laughing at how bad it was. UNBELIEVABLE. I pray that none of us get MRSA.

HORRIBLE!! Went in for a mani/pedi and ened up just going a pedi only because of the service. When I arrived I made it very clear that I wanted a technician who could give me a strong foot massage as I work on my feet all day. I got this young girl that didn’t even look old enough to be working. She basically rubbed not massages me. When I made a comment, it was just brushed off. She painted my toes and didn’t even give me disposable sandals. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!
