Cindy is amazing she actually cares about her clients and making sure they are satisfied with her work. She takes her time and does a great job.

Worst manicure Ive ever had, including ones I have given myself. I got a dip manicure with chrome gel on top and he left product on my fingers all around my nails and on the underside of my fingers. There are ridges and bubbles everywhere. Now, less than 24 hours later, nails are cracking and peeling.I did really enjoy my pedicure, however, which is why I gave two stars.

Stumbled on this place. I dont do the dips or the acrylic nails, just keep my own nails short. It was always so difficult to find someone who could shape my nails so the would not break. I found her! My tech is awesome and I will keep coming back.

I got an acrylic fill with gel polish (my previous set done somewhere else was bulky and thick) and the lady who did my nails. Was able to fix my shape and make my nails thinner! Perfect!! Thank you!!!

I have bounced around to many nail salons over the years, but I have finally found my place! They are courteous, clean, and friendly. Their prices are fair. Ive been a few times and everyone Ive worked with has been amazing. I decided to get acrylic nails and Andy held my hands (lol) through the whole thing--listening to what I wanted and offering his advice/opinion. Im excited to go back again soon!

Went in as a walk-in on a Saturday morning for a pedicure. The place was decently full, but they got me in right away. I was going to get regular polish, but decided to go for a gel pedicure instead. My tech was absolutely adorable and so sweet!!

Guys. This place was awesome. I’ve been getting my nails done at least once a every month for years, but I’ve never had anyone pay more attention to detail than Na at Lovely Nails in Murray. She made my natural nails look as smooth as though they were fake (look at that even shine in the pic!) and she followed my silly little requests and instructions very precisely and patiently. The price was very reasonable, especially for such great work! I have a new favorite place! :)

They always do such a wonderful job on my feet and hands and Ive received many compliments - I always tell them to go at here. I would highly recommend this place.

Not only did they not listen to what we wanted done they went ahead and did what we asked them not to do ! My daughters cuticles were bleeding and the technician was distracted by the other technician! They seemed put out when I reminded them that we wanted nail art done . The manicure was rushed and started to come off the second day. The technicians were young and did not seem to care . expensive lesson will not go there again!

Treated rudely by the owner. I went to the front desk after picking a color and he didn’t want to answer any questions. I was told repeatedly to wait in the back. As I went to the back 2-3 other customers remarked how cranky he was. I waited 5 minutes and then decided why pay someone to be disrespectful? I’ve been before and the ladies are great. Too bad for bad customer service.

For the second time costumer service was awfully rude.I was going to this nail salon for more than six months. Brought it several friends with me...One day I came without an appointment and couldn’t see the same girl that usually does my nails.I went for a new set of acrylics. After the guy tried to ripped the old ones from my nails I had to tell him to please use some acetone.He finally did, then he stood up and left me soaking my nails in a bowl for 30+ min, started with other client without even participating me.I didn’t tolerate it and left after they removed my old acrylics set.

Henry did a beautiful job on my nails, and Hana did a great job on my feet. Ill be back for sure ☺️

Came to get pedicure with my man for his first time.A lady named Cindy did mine and she was awesome. Friendliest nail staff I have ever dealt with. First off they would jump to person to person without washing their hands, or sanitizing anything. and my nails lasted 5 days. not even a full week, and the tech that was doing my nails made me bleed several times and did not apologize once

Very rude, yelled at me for wanting to change nail color when he had only done one nail so it wasn’t like he was re-doing all the nails. don’t recommend going at all. nail color already chipped off and it’s only been 5 days

This has been my favorite nail salon for years. The new volcano pedicure options are fabulous!!!! My legs and feet feel and look amazing! I splurged today by choosing the volcano pedicure and adding a manicure.Thanks for a fabulous mommy recharge!

I usually go here and Ive never had this happen before but the one time I have to pay for my nails myself and spend around $60 the paint starts to Chip and the nail glue starts to wear off within three days of me getting them Im severely disappointed and dont know what to do I dont have the money to replace them and my hands look ugly now I tried to call and talk to you them about what they can do to help me out and fix it and they hung up on me I dont know if it was an accident but its disappointing

AMAZING! I got a mani pedi with gel. Im so happy with the quality and the amount of colors they have. I got black with 1 chrome nail for my hands and all chrome on my toes😊 they were quick as I was in a hurry but not so quick that they sacrificed the quality. It was my first time going and I definently plan on going back!

Don’t go there for acrylics. I got them a month ago, and they had bubbles and dirt and fell of less than a week. I went back in there and showed the guy what happened he was very rude and disrespectful and then did them for free and made them worse.... AND made my fingers bleed, Not okay.

Cons: painful, nail polish uneven and lumpy, some tools did not look cleanpros: price, amazing color selectionI got a mani/pedi combo, and the pedicure started off well enough, until the very end when my tech accidentally bumped my big toe with her fingernail. She fixed this by painting over the spot, but then you could see the prior crater where the polish was bumped from before. It was a lumpy mess, until a manager saw and fixed it at my request.Then on the manicure, this had to have been the most painful manicure i have ever had in my life. She used a tool to clean the dirt from under my nail. She was pushing very very hard under my fingernail and it was quite uncomfortable. I told her this was very painful, and she said sorry, but then continued to do it with the same amount of pressure on every nail! I had to ask her to stop because of how painful it was even though i already told her I was not comfortable. When it came to the actual nail polish, the application was not smooth, and got polish into two of my cuticles. When top coat was applied, about 1/3 of the nail was left covered. you can see a clear line where the top coat sits on top of the color, making it very lumpy and easy to chip.I chose this salon because the reviews seemed to be pretty good! I now realize that some of the techs here might do an amazing job, but mine did not, and I shouldnt have to gamble on whether my nails will look good.

Love this place! I Should say how rude the staff are and that they do a terrible job but that would be selfish on my part because my purpose would be to keep this place all to myself. The people at Lovely Nails are amazing! They have unique nail designs for all seasons. You can always walk in and I’ve never had to wait. But the best part, the color lasts! It doesn’t fall off. If you’re looking for someplace new, give this salon a try.

This place is awesome! My mom and I were leaving today after four days of a convention and wanted to be pampered. Not only were they one of the only ones open on a Saturday, but they did a really, really good job! Super friendly, professional, and clean! My mom got a manicure, and I got a pedicure with callus treatment. Highly recommend!!!!

The guy who did my nails was very rude was not patient. Kept trying to half fast it and then kept jacking the price up. Didnt even ask me if i liked it. When i tried showing him a nail i didnt like he gave me attitude.

I love love love this place! Have been going back about 4 times for a fill for acrylics. Prices are reasonable and they really do take their time to perfect them. Sometimes you may have to wait a bit even if you have an appointment so make sure to call ahead.

I would give this place a zero the customer service was very bad the lady that did my nails didnt even do all of my toes or my fingers and I asked to cut my nails she wouldnt cut it or anything sheand its like cricket and she kept on saying my skin is too dry thats why my toes ugly and she was so disrespectful so rude poor service she didnt do her job I called to talk to the manager the manager is making up excuses as well

The two young men that work there did a pedicure and manicure for my mom and I and it was terrible. The one with the bleached hair was really rude and rough on my moms hands. And the one that I had dug into my big toe ruthlessly and now it’s swollen. The young man that helped me also had no idea how to do the nail color design I wanted and instead of asking for help just tried anyway and I hated my nails. I went and got them redone the same day somewhere else. I’m never going back.

In a city full of so-so salons, this nails place is a gem. They have a receptionist and a tub-cleaner to take care of all the small stuff, leaving the techs to actually do their jobs and focus on their clients. The spa is super clean and sanitary with their practices. Fast and professional service. My toes feel great. My manicurist is fastidious and detailed with her work. You will not be disappointed with your manicure when shes done. I will definitely be giving this place my business!

Nice place and friendly gal even though i didnt understand all she said I caught most of it and appreciated her efforts . I had gel polish put on my natural nails. Only cost $24 I think that was very reasonably priced.

I dont get manicures on a regular basis, but have gone two weeks in a row for a French Gel Manicure and have absolutely loved the attention to detail and end results! Such a fabulous job yet again! Thank You

Lux Nails is one of the best nail salons in Utah!! Wonderful staff!! I really enjoyed the company of Emily my nail technician. The quality is long lasting. I’ve been to other nail companies and I almost always experienced; a chip, movement in polish, or brake in a few days or less. I will say I am hard on my handS, however; Lux Nails amazes me on the long lasting quality. All I can say is thank you!

Came here about an hour before they closed by chance and was happily surprised. Tina and Na are wonderful technicians. They took perfect care of my friend and I. We had the deluxe pedicure and it was fabulous.

My first time here, I was looking for a good decent price nail salon and I think I found it! I was reading all the good reviews and decided to take a chance. Reasonable price point, amazing selection of nail polish, friendly customer oriented service, and meticulous craftsmanship. 5 stars and this is certainly my new regular nail spot.

Simply said ; this was the best experience and quality of service I have had in month. Dont think Ill be going anywhere else. Hands down. Try it ! You WILL NOT be disappointed in any way.

Salon was clean and employees nice but the gel manicure was mediocre. It got the job done but less than a week after getting the manicure the gel is already lifting off my nails. Gel is $24 and I called other places that were all $30. It may be worth the extra $6 to have a manicure that lasts longer than 5 days.

Im always happy to come here. All nail technicians do good job on nails and pedicure. Im so impressive with all nail designs they do by hands. The shop is very clean and prices reasonable. Recommend everyone should go there. Love this place a lot.

I have been going to Lovely Nails for well over 10 years. They are always very friendly and greet you when you come in. They do a wonderful job on my nails and I am asked a lot where I get them done. I love the pedicures and the have great designs. Jennifer is my technician and is the very best. The shop is always updated and clean. Love this place.

My nails broke not even a week later went back in he fixed them for free three days later they broke again! Went back today with my friend and the manager tryed to blame other stuff and make Excuses for the nails he did my friend and We got LCN nails they did not do them right twice! He became aggressive when I told them to take them off and fix my nail and make them look healthy with a manicure he was rude in Considerate On the phone while doing our nails horrible! Never go there never worst nail place I have ever been too!

I went here to get my eyebrows waxed. The girl who did my eyebrows was so very nice but my experience wasnt a good one. When I walked in, it was very busy. Once I mentioned I needed an eyebrow was, I was told to go to the room...not sure where that was so I walked towards the back very awkwardly until I ran into another employee who pointed me to the wax room. I sat in a reclining chair for a very few minutes until my waxer came. She asked me to move from the chair and into the bed. I was nervous because I am a big girl. I was so worried the whole time that I would break the bed (it was NOT sturdy at all) and the blanket on the bed did NOT look or feel clean.The woman who did my eyebrow wax was so nice. Once it was done I tried to look at my brows but I felt like I was being rushed out. So I paid and went home. Once I had the chance to really look in the mirror, I was so disappointed. My brows are so uneven. One eye brow is higher than the other. And not even that, but one is shaped SO differently than the other.All in all, a very bad experience. The only reason Im giving this 2 stars is because the girl was super nice. But did not do a good job.

This is new in the Murray area so I stopped in to check it out. Shes wonderful and had me feeling like a frequent clients. Never have I ever had such perfect nails :)). If youre thinking about going anywhere else for a nail- dont! Lovely Nails is the best!

Just move to Salt Lake & was looking for a good nail salon & Lovely Nails didnt disappoint! My tech Cindy was friendly did great work & listened to how I wanted my nails to look.

Not busy on a Fri. At lunch time. The ladies were patient and took their time doing my standard mani/pedi. The attention to detail was above average and worth the fee. Overall, I felt just as well served as anyone else in the seats with upgraded services.

The ladies also did a great job removing my cuticles as I do like mine completely removed. I cant stop looking at how cute my nails are! !

I am extremely excited to have found this place because its literally a minute or less away from home. Theyre so funny & such a perfectionist. I really like the way they are very clean. And I felt enjoyable with all their services!

Yen and her son are so sweet! He gave me a nice deluxe pedicure and Yen took her time and did a spectacular job on my full set with gel polish! The massage chairs are great, and everyone is friendly.

Ive been there a few times first time was excellent, next time I think was good.Then my nails started breaking off easier and started looking like Ive not had them done in weeks.Never experienced that, and they mishaped my real nail so bad when they did the overlays, I had to cut my real nails off and put of tips. And my pedicure sucked. No filing toenails or removing dry skin.

Ive been going to the salon for about 18 years. The owners Henry and Jennifer are great small business owners in the community. The entire staff is pleasant, friendly and highly skilled. Ive never had a bad experience in this salon. I have had full sets of nails, manicures, pedicures, gel nails, and permanent makeup done in the salon. I have been happy with every single outcome. I have referred many friends and also family members to the salon and everyone always comes away happy. Thank you for always being so amazing Jennifer!

Got the Deluxe and it was more like I did my pedicure. I left and still needed a pedicure. Barely scratched the surface. No attempt to remove the dead skin or smooth the surface. I figured it would happen eventually, but then the polish was applied, and I was rushed out of the chair. Only positive was the polish looks great.

She explained to me their gel process! The quality is better than other gels bc it comes off easily. I wish I could just hang out at here every time I need a slot. Love love loved my experience here.

I go here regularly to get my nails done, and I’m always satisfied. If I ever have a problem (such as a nail breaking of my own fault) they are always willing to help me fix it. Yen, the employee there I regularly see, is wonderful and remembers things that I tell her. Even when I’ve had different people who have worked on my nails, such as Na, as I did today, I am always happy with the end result. I really appreciate the hard work they put in at Lovely Nails, and I look forward to continuing my visits.

I got a pedicure here and paid $40 for her to rush through it and beat up my feet. She did a terrible paint job, there was nail polish all around my nail, my nails were completely uneven from her filing and cutting them and I left with my feet hurting/burning from her digging at my toes with the cuticle trimmer. I can’t believe I just wasted $40 and I was really looking forward to relaxing but I couldn’t because I was done in less than 30 minutes and couldn’t look away at what a terrible job she was doing messing up my nails. I had to go home and try to fix all her mistakes. I will not be going back. I would give 0 stars if I could.
