I brought in a picture and Nina did an exceptional job on my nails. She got the picture done perfectly and did everything just how I wanted it. They had extremely fair prices (cheapest Ive found in murray). I will def be going back. This will be my new place for manicures. Next time Ill try a pedicure and let u gets know how they do. Their nail tech Nina is always so sweet and does my nails the way I want them! This is so important to me because anywhere else that you go they try to do your nails in a way that they can up sell you. She always bring my vision to life and will make suggestions on what may look best. The owner Theresa is also very sweet and makes you feel like you are one of her most important customers. Please don’t overpay somewhere else, give them a shot!

I love going to A+ Nails for some pampering and beautiful nails. The Nail Techs are good at what they do and when I show then a picture of a fin design they are always happy to do it for me. I have been a satisfied customer for over an year and plan to continue coming to A+Nails for many more years!!!

This place was awful they started to do my new set of acrylic nails wrong and I kept trying to tell them that was not the shape I wanted them and they just kept saying it would be fine I said no that is not how I want them to look like and they ignored me and the more I tried to explain it to them .... all of a sudden they couldnt understand me they continued to do them wrong in addition they are lumpy not smooth each nail is a different shape and length I then asked her to paint over the white tips with color to cover up some of the mistakes they refused and they charged me $15 more than they quoted me they refused to fix it in any way shape or form I would not go here ever again!!!!!! In addition, their tools were not cleaned and overall felt unsanitary to me.

So nice. The people are so sweet. ESPECIALLY Tin and Nina. My nails turned out beautiful and I cant imagine going anywhere else from now on.

I went into the salon and made an appointment and asked for coffin nails. I came back for my appointment and asked for coffin nails when they had finished filling them and were shaping them. She got extremely irritated and told me I should have told her at the beginning when I had already asked for coffin nails. She told me I told a different nail technician about the shape when I talked to the woman doing my nails about the shape when I first walked in the salon. I told her I actually talked with her and she shook her head acting very annoyed. I explained again and she very roughly finished my nails and many of my nails are crooked. I am extremely disappointed and will not return.

Went in as a first time walk-in for a acrylic removal and fresh set. We were seen immediately, and customer service was incredible. Nina did a fantastic job on my set. I will definitely be returning.

This was the WORST experience Ive EVER had getting my nails dude. Nena was so rude and kept hurting me I told her over and over she was hurting me and she would get ruffer and ruffer to the point I had to rip my hand out of hers and demand another nail tech step in., at which point they all laughed at me. I WILL NEVER GO BACK YOU CAN BELIEVE THAT. PLUS THE MANAGER IS CONTROLLING. She tried to decide what I wanted done on my hands.i should have known better and should have went to the one I always go to water Creek nails. Now they ARE THE BEST!!!and can you believe at the end she tried to charge me full price after the treatment that I experienced no way I paid half price and walked out. this is b******* nobody should be treated that way we

I used to love this location... Until the new owners took over... Ive tried them a few times since their ownership change and have been let down each time.... My appointments became rushed through and the quality of my full sets just keeps getting worse.. I miss the original owner! She really paid attention to her work and made each appointment relaxing and enjoyable...

Ive been going here for over 10+ years. They are THE BEST! I finally decided to get acrylic nails about 3 weeks ago and havent made it back to get a fill (busy) but my nails are still on with hardly any lifting. They do a great job and totally worth my money. Im not Asian nor do I speak their language but I understand them JUST FINE!

This is a great place to go. Everyone was super nice, they give you a little water too. They are fast but do a great job. Great with new styles. They also have a big variety of colors to chose from and the polish last and doesnt chip for a long time. They take walkin and appointment. I had an appointment and they actually saw me at the time of my appointment unlike some other places Ive been to when I schedule an appointment and still have to wait 20 minutes. Basically awesome place.

It’s not too bad. There are a couple amazing and friendly technicians there. However many of them just seem bothered that you’re there. I got my acrílics done there, and the woman didn’t do a very good job. I didn’t think she was putting much glue on. Half of my nails fell off 8 days later??? I payed $25 and tipped so that they’ve would be on for 8 days? That’s happened to my friends as well. It’s almost as if some don’t care about your satisfaction, they just want you to come back sooner... and spend more money.

Ive used this nail salon many times and highly recommend them. I had gotten a full set at a different salon and needed a fill today. I also decided to get a pedicure.The last place had done my nails so thick they were tough to deal with.A+ Nails fixed a sub par job that someone else had done. They were quick, great prices and an excellent job!!!!I learned my lesson. Stick with the place I know does great work!!!!

My nails looked amazing but customer service was a blow. Though they were nice, I had to wait for almost 2 hours even when I asked the lady if she was making me an appointment she said yes it was for 4 but I still didn’t get to go I had to wait until about 6.

I was very pleased with my first pedicure here, but my experience during my second visit has soured me from ever returning. I had a very busy week but wanted to fit in a pedicure. I called and made an appointment 5 days in advance. When I arrived at the appointed time all the staff were busy with other customers. When I told them I had an appointment I was told to sit and wait. I could see they would be at least 20 minutes until any of them would be finished, so I left. Clearly they operate on a first-come-first-serve basis. Thats fine, but they shouldnt pretend to take appointments if they arent held.

I came in for a pedicure and smudged a nail driving home, I came back the next day for a manicure with a friend and asked if they could fix my toe too. They did at no extra charge and even remembered me from the day before.

This is the only place I go to now. Yes, they dress like hussies. Yes, you cannot understand them. Luckily, I am Vietnamese, so that is not a problem for me.They dont make the acrylic nails the size of a second finger on top of your nail. They are thin and they last.The last two sets Ive done have stayed on well over 3-4 weeks and that is fantastic!Ive referred to friends and family and they agree with me and still go there. Viet-speaking or not.Prices are reasonable.They give you their god honest opinion. Take it or leave it. Simple.

My boyfriend sent me for a pedicure for my birthday, best pedi experience I have had. They were gentle with my feet, gave a great leg massage, very kind staff, and my toes turned out really pretty.

I feel the customer service wasnt as good as it has been in the past. However, the price was better than some other places Ive been recently. The nail tech rushed through the service with hardly any expression or pride for her work. Kinda sloppy and hardly much attention to details, which is very important to me when it comes to these types of services.

I went in for a nail Polish change nothing else, owner did it herself, and she charged me $20. for a nail color change when the full set 2 days ago was $30. I asked her why are you charging me twenty you only changed the Polish?Her answer because of the powder that she had to take off with the machine Im assuming but she didnt put any powder. This is one of the reasons her staff is leaving because she is unfair. Never going back there again.

My five star is for the owner. She did an amazing mani & pedi for me. She didnt let me walk out the door without my nails being perfect. I could tell she takes pride in her nail art. I dont think anyone here dresses like a hussy whatever that is. The girls here are gorgeous and they dress to look good. The guys here dress very nice and are always clean cut.

I made an appointment and they still took someone off the street first. The girl who did my pedicure was watching TV more than my feet. She scrubbed my big toe until it bled and did not apologize. After she painted my nails, she left me without telling me what was going on or if she would be back. I had been there an hour and a half and needed to leave, so I went up to pay and she came from doing someones nails for me to pay. I asked her for a bandaid, as my toe was still bleeding. She finally got one from a person who seemed to be her manager, and the girl did put it on for me. I said I would pay a $2.00 tip, but they charged me $3.00 anyway. I am not good at speaking up for myself, but I was very upset with the lack of service and concern for a customer. I have been there before, but I wont go there again.

The first time I went in the gentlemen that didi my nails was nice and he did a good job on my nails. I made an appointment to get my nails filled with the same gentlemen as before. When I get there she tells me the guy thats supposed to do my nails had to leave. But Im looking rigjt at him she talks around me I couldnt understand her she has another guy do my nails he who was rude and did a crappy job and charged me. $ 25 for a fill the same price as the full set.. I dont talk Vietnamese so I felt very uncomfortable when they would speak to each other but not to me, Im the customer

Our pedi polish were messed up. My friends glitter nails got one coat so it looked like a child did it, and 5 of my nails were smudged and one coat as well. I was going to get a manicure and the lady helping me went to a desk where a customer was sitting and grabbed her purse from her lap so she would get up to leave. I changed my mind and left. Waste of $25.

I believe it was the owner who was doing my mani-pedi. That makes it even worse. We scheduled an appointment and still sat there waiting for at least 30mins. The shiney top coat literally started to peel off my nails the next day! She kept hurting me, I told her so. And that did not seem to matter. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

It was my first time here. They were super nice HAI is amazing did my nails so fast and they are perfect. I live in Roy utah. And I will travel all the way down here which is an hour to get them done again. I highly recommend this place and HAI

I was very upset with how my nails were done. The next day after getting the dipped nails, they chipped. When removing the nails, they glued to my finger and while taking off the pinky, it ripped half of the nail off. I will not be returning.

VIET I believe was this young mans name, he truly was good. Ive been to many salons and finally I found my nail god. VIET is very passionate and cares about his work. Ive never given a review online before but thought he deserves this. Do highly recommend VIET if you want your nails done right with professional attitude.
