They’re fast, friendly, know their regulars, just all around the best place to get your nails done in the boro. I’ve been searching for a good nail place and this one is the one for sure I will use from now on!

This place was amazing! I was a walk-in, so they took a slight bit longer to help me, which is to be expected. They absolutely lived up to the name though! The artist was a perfectionist and it definitely shows! I got acrylic pink and white ombré and I’m in love with how my nails look.

Every time I come to Perfect Nails, I always ask for Christy. She is my favorite & always does an excellent job on my nails! I highly recommend this place.

Although Christy is my go-to girl, you cannot go wrong with any member of the Perfect Nails staff. All the nail techs are friendly, professional, and talented. The atmosphere is clean and inviting. I would recommend Perfect Nails to anyone!

Everyone there is very nice and the salon is very clean but I hate the way ALL the nail technicians rush to do my nails. I started going here because they are a little cheaper than most nail salons but I think I’d rather pay the extra and get my nails done right. Sorry but y’all need to slow down this the only thing I like to do for myself so I want my nails to look pretty!!

My nail tech was very professional. I told her what i was looking for and some things to avoid and she listened closely. This place is very clean and super friendly. She was very gentle and didn’t hurt me once, my nails look amazing!

I had the most amazing and wonderful Girl. Bam. She made my day. I was so thankful to get her. She is truly amazing.

The ladies were very friendly and the establishment was very clean. I got a pedicure and sns dip. I dont have any complaints about either one. I have recommended Perfect Nails to many people who are picky about their nails.

Always pleased when I leave here.Update so Bam no longer work here and I had to reduce my review went here 2 times after Bam left and I was highly disappointed. Seems no one here knows anything but the owner. The first time wasnt to bad you could tell the inexperience my toe Polish looked like I did but this second time was awful. Dont go to Lili they try to over charge you and when you question them they do an even horrible job on your nails and have the audacity to act like your the problem.... Oh how I miss BAM!!

Messed my nails up! Went back 3 times to fix! Still not right! I guess cleaning the skin around your nails is not part of having your nails done. An older man that works there even talked so much junk, I had to ask he to leave me alone 5 times! I waa also told it was normal to have bubbles and your nails not straightened!

Julie was so sweet and did an amazing job on my nails! I don’t know the name of the person who did my pedicure, but she did an amazing job as well. No bleeding, no faces made. She seemed to care about the health of my feet. Julie took her time on my nails and tried her best to match the picture I asked for. She slayed!! They also wore masks, asked a customer to put his mask back on, and have plexiglass shields during mani and pedi. Their COVID prevention procedures made me feel at ease.

This place is the best in the Murfreesboro area. I have never found a place that takes there time and listen. Even helps you when you need help.

This place is always hit or miss. If you get a decent person they do a ok job. But most the time what I get is sloppy fast work. Even when they aren’t busy. It’s sad to blow $50 on a pedi to have to clean up the sloppy polish and rub more lotion in because you still have dry dead skin. I come here because it’s convenient. That just doesn’t cut it anymore.

I went and got dip on my nails, he never asked what length or what shape... unhappy with that as he did what he wanted to not what i liked they also didn’t talk to me at all, the only thing he did ask was “what color?” that’s it. 2 days later they broke. will not be back.

Been coming here for a while and I love it. All the people are all nice and really good at what they do. Once I sat done to get my feet done I was offered a drink of my choice. In love with this place and so relaxing.

This place is awesome all the staff here are excellent and professional in what they do. They always want you satisfied with you nails. If there is something wrong they always fix it and tell you what’s good for your nails and what’s not. When your nails look weird they will always tell you why it might of happened.

I love Perfect Nails! Ive never been disappointed with the design of my nails. I get the dip gel with Henry. I’ve been going there for at least a year and I typically make appointments, but when I need to get in quick they always accommodate. Thank you guys!

Ive been to this nail salon many years every now and then I try somewhere else and they just dont compare. Clean tools, gentle not rushed staff who are friendly. Love how they are family based too,super nice to my children if they happen to tag along. Yall are awesome!

In contination of my message (Rossi Assets) below attached photo after 2 weeks of nail service. Unfortunatelly nobody respond my message, which was sent to Perfect Nails by text to official phone. As a result of nail service current i need aditional treatment of my nails,,, and i payed to Perfect Nails 70$ for manicure and pedicure (worth which i had i my live until now).

Poor service, rude nail tech....the pic was taken immediately upon exiting the salon....I just went to another salon to have them done over. Never will I go there again....terrible!

If I could rate a zero, I would. Ive had my feet in this bowl for 1.5 hours. The people have no regard for their customers. Two people working on a Saturday morning. There are 8 of us waiting for pedicures and 3 shellac manicures. Ill never come back here.

I requested a pedi that included a skin care treatment. The products were left on a matter of seconds and had no opportunity to penetrate my skin. The nail polish wad sloppily applied. I requested that it be removed and reapplied, and was told that I would like it when it dried. When I insisted that it be reapplied, the technician finally agreed, but insisted the problem was with the color that I chose instead of the application. I chose a different color, and it looks somewhat better, but does not look professionally done.

They will do an ok job on just painting, pedicure, etc. but getting a full set on..DO NOT WASTE your money. I asked for a full gel set, was told no they just give full acrylic sets, but have gel on their list, so I said fine...then the man barely spoke English making it very hard to tell him what I wanted...and then when he understood what I was saying, he said no.I said I would like them French manicure on the tips, and he said no, I will just put white tips on you...then I said I want them shorter...he said no he doesnt do shorter then what he gave me, because they looked bad...I said no pink clear coat and he said he had to... then got the pink all over the white. I couldnt stop him because half my hand was done. but I will never go back. worst $35 dollars I have ever spent.

I have been coming here for 10+ years and they have always treated me awesome! They really care about thier customers and try to do anything you want. You have to commincate what you want just like anywhere else. Christy is my favorite and always makes my nails and feet look and feel awesome!

I have been here before and had Christy....great experience!! But today CC is not so professional, snippy, acts like I put her out by choosing my colors, made me feel rushed at 9:40 am and they hardly busy at all. I even told her she made me feel rushed, she said no....Just didnt really want to help me or tell me anything, I had to ask her name. Christy out of town so when the cats away the mice play as the old saying goes.

Horrible horrible horrible.. I haven’t had a pedi in forever (busy mom and never take time for myself).. first she cuts pretty much all my nails off my toes and then the paint looks awful.. I went back in and she blamed it on the paint being old.. well if it was old why did you use it. I will not be returning.

I have actually been to this nail salon multiple times and when me and two others went in today and signed the books, we were first, second, and third in line. However, when other walk in traffic started coming in the admin there could not even direct traffic and keep the place organized. I will not go back to this location as they have a real problem following their sign in sheet. If you value your time, go elsewhere unless you have hours to spend with the staff playing favorites. Very unprofessional and young girls working in there that wrap nails, lock you in, and then hold you hostage.

They were the worse. I spent $65 in there only for the lady not to give me a top coat on my nails and now theyre ruined not even a hour later. My rhinestones have fell off and my nail polish is smudged. I feel so hurt and let down. I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN. I work too hard for my money to just throw it away to this place.

I visited this shop and was a walk-in, when I got there it was 2:45pm and I was told it would be a thirty minute wait. So I agreed to wait. While waiting there were atleast 5 other people to walk in and because they were getting pedicures or gels they were seated. After 30 minutes I was told it would be another 30 minutes or I was being coerced to come back later or another day. I am pissed!! Why havea sign up sheet if you are not going to go by the list.

Very rude. Overcharged and didnt even explain why the extra cost. The owner is rude. Was going here for years but have had enough of seeing the bad customer service. Sad part is their nail techs are really good.

WASTE OF TIME!!... when I first got there they sat me in a pedicure seat within 10 mins BUT they left me there for almost an hour... they wrapped my nails since I already had gel on and let me continue to sit even longer without touching my feet, while they continued to take more walkins and work on them even tho I had been sitting there..The guy finally started to work on me but it wasnt until I left (cause I was so over being there) that I noticed he did a shotty job..he had missed the sides on a lot of the nails, and I noticed a chip on a couple the very next day!! I get gel all the time and have never had this happen from my usual spot. Dont go here. They suck... perfect nails..i think not. Get it together guys!

AWFUL cheap acrylic. Nails practically fell off in a week.. VERY rushed. VERY over priced. Worst pedi Ive ever had..

Ugh this place... it looks great but the people there just dont give you the attention that the price should come with. They dont speak and if they do its barely understandable. I had the shellac manicure and white tips for my toes. I paid $60 pkus a $5 tip. But my pedicure didnt get what it came with last time... a little bit of a massage with the scrub exfoliation. And my nails werent all one coat. You could see where the clear didnt get put over the color polish i chose. Overall wasnt awful but i will never pay this much again for this service!
