I called ahead because I was going to be a walk in just to see how long the wait was. There was no answer. I drove there anyway because I still wanted sevice but when I walked in the entire salon was empty and no one greeted me. I stood there and gave time for someone to come and they never did. I walked out and there was a guy standing right beside the shop smoking a cigarette who had a smirk on his face because he watched me walk in and out. I’m really hoping he didn’t work there because that was very unprofessional if he did to watch someone go into your establishment and not even attempt to give them service. I don’t recommend anyone going there and I don’t even see why they’re still open.

Brought my girlfriend here to get her nails done after some long lonely months in quarantine. She was so happy to get pampered by the friendly staff! When we were there I decided to get a manicure for myself too and it was awesome! Both of our nails turned out great and the price was great as well!! We will definitely be back whenever we are in the area 👍🏽PS: Another huge plus was seeing that Jessica passed the Barbicide COVID-19 guidelines test for safety, made us feel extra secure!

I am in love with my nails and this nail salon! The owners are very sweet, they went above and beyond to make sure that my nails were exactly to my liking. The place is incredibly clean and an overall relaxing experience. My nail tech was very attentive and precise with his work. If you want a nail tech that actually cares about their work and their customers, this is definitely the place to go. I have been to many nail salons and Dynasty Nails is on the top of my favorite nail salons list for their top notch service. 5 stars, I highly recommend this nail salon!!

No value of customer’s time! I called them before going there because they told me it’s 10-15 minutes wait. I went there on my lunch break. I waited for 45 minutes and then I informed them again that I have to be at my work in 15 minutes and asked them how much longer I’ll have to wait and after 45 minutes of wait they told me another 30 minutes. There were just 2 customers who were getting their nails done, non waiting. I was the only one so I waited. Terrible service. I had to leave without getting my nails done and had to finish lunch in literally 2 minutes due to this wait. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Worst pedicure experience ever. My sister and I stopped in because it was close to where we had lunch. The place was run down and just wasnt very appealing. My first reaction was to run but my sister said it would be fine. It was just the two of us along with our mother who opted out of having her feet done that day. A woman did my sisters feet and a man did mine. Long story short...this dude butchered my big toe on my left foot. Also, the pedicure was super quick and cost $35. No way would I ever refer this place to anyone. STAY AWAY

Me and my daughter feel like family when we go to the shop. Jessica do my daughter nails and makes her feel like a princess everytime. Charlie does mines and my nails look perfect everytime! Its only 2 of them but they are the bomb and they take their time with all their clients without rushing!!!!!

I went into Dynasty Nails on my lunch break yesterday. I had never been there before and I had such a good experience I wanted to leave them a review! The shop is small and quiet, Which is relaxing in my opinion! The woman who worked on my nails was so sweet and spoke with me as though we werent even strangers. She made me feel very comfortable and welcome.I did notice today however, that there were just a few little messy spots on my shellac that she had done (could have just been because she was trying to get me done before my lunch break was over because I had mentioned it). So I went back in on my lunch break today and spoke with the man there to see if he may be able to fix the spots I had noticed. He was very kind, and helped with my problem. They are such nice people and I would recommend them to someone that is looking for a place to go!

The owners run the store entirely and are friendly, the pedicure is my favorite as they are able to really take off the hard callisus on your feet and also are careful and detailed when it comes to ingrown toenails. They have a good customer base and people are willing to wait because of their service and friendliness. They need to hire more people, but new people may not be at the same level of service and detail.

I got my nails done on 11/22/18. I usually get my nails done across town at Bella nail spa (whom I think are amazing) however, this place was close to my house and I was in a hurry so I decided to try them out. I annitially liked my nails but the very next day my ring finger nail broke and it was Thanksgiving so I couldnt come back in. I went back in today to get my nail fixed and they charged me for it. Honestly Ive never been charged if something happened to my nail ONE day later, kinda greedy in my opinion. If you decide to let them do your nails I think they will do an okay job but you better hope they dont break or you will be paying again, one day later to get it fixed for something that wasnt your fault. Ill never be back because you should appreciate your customers if they spend 50 dollars to get there nails done which takes you literally 30 minutes you should be more than happy to take 5 minutes out of your day to fix something that broke one day later.

I had been a patron of this nail salon off and on for about 5 years the owners are Charlie and Jessica about two weeks ago I go in there to get a fill-in and Charlie turns away my services Ive never done anything out of the way there Ive always paid my bill and I wasnt really sure why he was turning me away so I asked him Charlie whats going on he says I dont want you here I dont want your money go somewhere else Go Go my boyfriend was very confused but we found a nail bar not far from this location Memorial Boulevard Murfreesboro Tennessee and shes very knowledgeable clean and is skilled in her trade I dont suggest anyone go here if you want to be belittled or made to feel like you are not welcomed this is a place you might enjoy and his wife Jessica just continued to talk to another client and they did this in front of two women that were in there receiving services I was very embarrassed and this has never happened to me before but this is my experience with Dynasty Nails. #Dynastnails

Just left there after waiting for 30 minutes of waiting and no one asked what I wanted. Then 3 teens walked in, skipped waiting and went to go sit by there mom where the nail tech dude told them they are next. And Ive been going there for 3 months now. I just walked out. They ignored me the whole time. They are usually rude and sarcastic byt this time i had enough. They only cater to the hood ratchets.

Do not go to this salon! Upon our first few times going all was well. They quoted one price and charged way more bc I chose coffin nails that were short, but they charged an excessive amount! I had them do my daughters nails, (she’s had them done before at a different shop) and the 2nd time they filled them almost everyone of her fingers have fungus on them, which means they do not or did not clean their utensils before doing her nails after the last person! That fungus is contagious, and all you have to do is get it on your nail and you will have it! We will never go back! Not only that, Charlie is an arrogant jerk who is mean and very rough w/ your nails!
