I love this salon. From the service to the workers. They are all so wonderful and super friendly!

Will never go here again! The lady that did them rushed to get them done. Messed up my gel polish and barley put acrylic. Wasted my money and was a waste of time if I could give zero stars I would!!!!

This place is under new management from my last review. I absolutely loved this place. They were very friendly and offered drinks...NOT JUST WATER!!! The massages for the pedis were surprising long. The young lady i got was amazing. She was talking with me and telling science jokes. If you are looking for great nails and friendly customer service this THE PLACE TO GO!!! I loved it.

Worst experience ever ! The lady first continuously tells me how bad my nails were prior to coming to her . Next she cut me with the file and continues to file that same spot, where you can clearly see blood . My nails came out crooked . Lastly, there was a brown hair under my nail when she put the acrylic on top . I told her it was under there (which you could clearly see), but she proceeded to tell me over and over that it was completely fine . I WOULD NOT recommend this place . If I could give 0 stars I would. It’s the lady that sits at the first table by the pedicure stations .

Very quick service. I was in and out. Everyone was social distanced and the tech areas were kept clean.

Ive been stayed Famous Nails twice and both experiences were great. This place is GREAT!As soon as I walked in, they made me feel welcomed. The staff also was so good hearted. Also, did my manis are so well! This place is worth it.I love you so much! Definitely will come back.

I walked in and they made me feel so welcomed, Like they actually wanted me to be there! They took their time on my nails and didnt rush at all, and they were so friendly about it! I have loved the awesome pedicure and wonderful customer service. Five stars all the way!

I went there and the person i normally go to had gone out of business so it was a different person. she was nice but she started to glue my nails and right after she did that about 3 of the nails weren’t even glued on so she had to go back and reglue them. then i picked an olive green color and she painted my nails and through out the process i realized they didn’t look like the same color i had said. i finished and paid them, then i went outside and realized it was a blue gray color. the next day i looked at my nails and the color was already chipping off along with the clear coat already gone IN JUST A DAY. i don’t recommend coming here unless you want to waste your money

I first heard about this place after typing in best nail salons near my location. I had a wonderful experience here. I was checked in quickly and gave a chair to me. Great customer service! And did a reach of the perfect level on my manis. All of the tools that they use very clean. Iwould highly recommend this place to anyone! Thanks very much.

This is my favorite nail salon to go to. And Ive no complaints. They try to maintain place tidy and clean. I never feel be rushed. Attention to detail was perfect. And really like to her gel color today

My mother has been a client of Steven and Nini for 20+ years. Around 10 years myself. There’s bad and good. But we love them. The good is They have a nice family atmosphere. Speak English clearly (that is a problem at most places.) and do amazing nails. There’s barely any nipping with the drill. Although it happens. That and when they do the chemicals burn when they touch your open skin. But it’s not a huge problem as it happens everywhere. Prices are average. They accept cash and check.The bad is recently they have been using cheaper products so my nails break off very easy. I do acrylic nails. As long as they come (Stiletto “the pointy nails”) so it’s easy to break in half anyways by bumping them on stuff and getting them stuck in things BUT four have broken in half in one week which is not normal at all for there work. They usually last 2-3 weeks without any issues. But I’ve had to go back several times this week to repair them. It’s $8-$10 to repair one or two which is kind of outrageous. But yeah. I may switch. But I’ll go back one more time for a full set and see how it works out

I used to love coming here. They no longer have the awesome vibrating machines but whats worst is that theyve hired a licensed nail technician that does a horrible job. Her name is Lee. First of all, she was extremely rough. Her workmanship is incredibly disappointing. My nails were not smooth at all. They were so uneven and lumpy. It was extremely noticeable after she did a crappy job a painting my nails. My 8 year old can paint nails better than she could. Whats keeping me from coming back though is the fact that when I brought my concern up of to the owner Stephen, he was rude about it. Didnt even offer to fix them. Very disappointed and Im never going back.

I had a pedicure this morning at Famous Nails. The owners wife cut a chunk out of my heal with the razor, causing it to bleed. She didnt say anything just stuck a cotton ball to the cut and glued it to my foot with Super Glue!!! She asked me to pay the full amount for the pedicure and I said I thought I deserved a discount since she cut my heal so badly! She took three dollars off the cost!😡 I will not be returning!

Each time I requested something they made an adjustment to accommodate me. Everything about it is great! All pricing is very fair. So Will continue to give them my business.

I found this place about a month ago and wish I had found it sooner! The staff are friendly and professional, and they do not rush their work. Great results: My manicures last about 4-5 weeks :)))!!!

If I could have given this place 0 stars I would have. I came in less than a week ago for dip and 8 of the nails are broken. I went back and Rose was unapologetic, and did absolutely nothing to rectify the situation. I won’t be back and I advise everyone to not waste their time and money at this place.

Came here with my mom for a manicure. Very pleased with my first visit here for a mani/pedi. The ladies were lovely and nice to talk to. And gave me exactly what I asked for! They have many positive aspects of their shop. Super worth it.

The service and whole experience is horrible and deems to need business etiquette to say the least!! Steves wife is lazy and did not want to fix my nail that was partially cracked before she did them.... Im not sure whether they dont understand that customer service goes a long way but it needs to be a lesson taught. It seems that the workers were anxious to finish my friends nails so she could quickly consume herself with her phone....not sure where if they are with the Better Business Bereau but I will gladly make a substantial and feasible complaint!! Sad to a say the least!

Love Nini, Steven, Christine and all the other girls. I have been a client since they opened 10 years ago and there is no reason to go anywhere else. I am treated very well, they do an exceptional job and also have a great price. Hospitality and setting yourself apart is key; they offer refreshments, wine and many pampering services. Great service! Much needed pedicure and tech really took her time on my feet... I will be back.

I was late for my 1st pedi of the year so my tech had to work on a lot of dead skin which she did thoroughly. The vibrating machine on one hand of Tue massage was a definite treat. The hot towel finale also very pleasant. I pad $25 and a $5 well deserved tip. I was not rushes through as it was 50 before I went to the nail dryer. Over all great experience and quality job. I dont exactly know how they sterilized tools though. Lead man came out of back room with the same used tools he took back in his wet hand.

Price was expected but the quality was horrible. Horrible uneven acrylics and crappy paint job. My fingers were turning yellow with fungus spots not even a week after getting them done. Never had my nails turn yellow! I do not smoke either. While getting them done the lady who did them was rough and kept nicking my skin with the Dremel tool. Worst place I have ever gone to! Please beware of this place! Unless you like lumpy yellow nails.

A lady named Lee did a full set of nails for me. They looked horrible!!! They were uneven and lumpy. I wanted to get a color applied and she talked me right into getting white tips, obviously because she couldnt paint. I did not want to pay, they did not want to fix. This woman should not be doing nails. Not ever going back. I do not understand how someone like this obtains a license. The person or people that issued the license to her had to of been smoking crack. She is wack!!

I had my nails done (full set) 2 weeks ago and have to say it is the worst experience Ive ever had! Kevin did my nails and out of my 10 fingers, he knicked 8 of them! I mean, to the point where I was bleeding and had scabs around my cuticles for days. My nails are so thick and look SO fake, its ridiculous! Idk how long hes been doing nails...but he wont ever be doing mine again!
