Went in for a haircut and opted to also get an eyebrow wax as well. Great experience. The stylist, Kim, was wonderful. She was able to turn-around the outgrowth of a previously bad haircut. I now have a nice haircut that fits me. She also did the brow wax which was a bonus. The salon was clean with the friendly and professional staff and stylists. Looking forward to my return appointment.

I have had a membership at Rain Tree for four months, but have used their services for two years. I regularly see Justine for facials and Salena for massages, and I they are both absolutely wonderful. They both listen to their clients, demonstrate knowledge and expertise, and are fabulous at their jobs. I highly recommend visiting Rain Tree for a relaxing spa experience!

The people were very nice and welcoming . My issue is that my hair looks horrible . I wanted to cut off some damage but I didn’t want to cut all my hair off and that’s exactly what happened. It’s way shorter than I asked for and looks nothing like the inspiration picture I asked for . There’s absolutely nothing I can do with it now because it’s so short and I’m extremely upset . I really needed this for a confidence boost and now my confidence is completely ruined .

Ali is seriously the best! She always exceeds my expectations, is so sweet, and incredibly easy to get along with. I always leave feeling a million times more confident thanks to her. She was fantastic with my blonde hair and she did an amazing job making me brunette!

My mother went to this salon and they did terrible.First off, she asked for red hair on the bottom and brown on the top. She warned the stylist that her roots take in more colour than they expect.They proceeded and dyed her hair a dark red on the top and pink on the bottom. The stylist clearly noticed and the shampooing took way longer than it shouldve. She blow dried it and said that the roots took on more colour than expected and when she turned my mother around to see the mirror it was very clear it was hot root. It was several shades lighter. She put demi permanent dye to fix it so now its just a few shades lighter.My mother paid a total of $125 for something I could have done better with bad box dye and splat. Dont go here. I have no idea how theyre so highly rated. I have no idea how that stylist was allowed to use hair dye. I have no idea how they could ask for payment when the stylist clearly messed it up and knew she did.Also, my mother didnt notice this but in the bottom part the was supposed to be pink had several patches of grey. Again, I do a better job than she does. Shes a toddler that got handed a brush and some dye and her teachers thought it would be cute to leave her unsupervised with someones hair.Waste. Of. Money.

I’d rate Ali higher than 5 stars if I could- she is awesome! She is so friendly and she does a great job! I had to leave to pick up my son from daycare by 6 and she worked fast to make sure she got everything done and that I wouldn’t be late to get him! She’s great!!!

Do not go here if you are looking for therapeutic message I left in worse shape than when I came. 2nd time bad experience I tried to give benefit of doubt and try a different massage therapist

Initially, there was poor communication in regards to switching my appointment from one stylist to another. Someone should have informed me that change was done to prohibit the confusion that occurred that day as a result from the lack of communication. I’m not satisfied with the amount that I was charged for the services I received. I have never had to pay for additional dye that was used when I have visited any other salon. Also, I think it’s unfair that I was charged again for dye to correct the hot roots that resulted after the initial color was processed. I paid $40 extra for something that wasn’t previously disclosed to me (paying for additional dye) and for something that was out of my control (hot roots). Honestly, the color is too red. I specifically mentioned that I did not want red in my hair and was assured that it wouldn’t be since it was so dark. Even when it color was being applied I mentioned it was very red and yet again was assured it wouldn’t be after it processed. Also, the cut I received is not at all like what I showed her. I wanted a longer angled bob. My hair is about 3” too short from where it should of been and I can barely see the angle which were both displayed clearly in the picture that was shown. The reason I didn’t complain about the length of the my hair at the salon is because there was nothing I could do to fix the issue once the hair had been cut too short. I appreciate the stylist’s effort to fix the issues when they arose, but it felt like there was too much miscommunication. I didn’t feel like my criteria/wants were taken into consideration while she was doing my hair.

Emily is by far the best massage therapist I have ever been to. I travel well over 70 miles one way just to see her. That says a lot right there.

Salena is the best! She is so professional and friendly, knowledgeable and skilled yet down to earth, and experienced in her field. There is no other therapist I would want to go to, and I have had others. None compare to the relief she gives me from the tension and pain I carry in my body. I leave her sessions 100% better. No medication compares to what she can do for me in a therapy session.

I was able to get in next evening luckily. I had a mens haircut and a color. Both pretty basic...simple cut and get out the grays. It was a different process and product from my usual salon. It came out really well though and still looks good days later. Very happy with the results but the price was just too high for my simple male needs and almost twice the price of my usual cut and blend at another salon with quality products.

Due to Covid, its been a year since my last massage.I loved my massage today, thank you Michelle for your service, your hot rock massage was just what I needed. Ill be back! Thank you
