To much going on in the shop. All they do is talk to each other, walk around and distract the nail tech by talking while they are working on a clients. Just not very professional. Did not polish my toes completely on the sides. I was so ready to get out of there that i didnt even say anything. Would not go back!

Horrible my toes are a mess I got a new student there’s polish on my feet and not on my nail it’s not leveled The massage and everything else was nice the people on nice but I am so frustrated with what my nails look like

I dont do color on my nails. But he picked out a cute polish and it like the natural look with my acrylic and they always do amazing with them. And my toes stay in boots most everyday but they always make them look cute when it pamper myself.

I had a great experience going there. Although it was crowded I was still able to be seated right away without an appointment. I got the dip powder and my nails looked great!

I went there after not having my nails done in about two years. Told the lady I need them to last amd be professional because of my work. The lady was nice, but my nails when I came home noticed that there was some gaps that are noticeable as well, they started lifting after 3 days of having them done. To me that really poor quality. Definitely going somewhere else

The customer service i received was very distasteful. I don’t get why they think they have the option to argue with a customer. I wanted a tip on my big toe and he gone start an argument because i already have toenails. Like so what ! If i’m paying for a service there shouldn’t be a debate about what i’m paying for. Never going back there !!

I have a mixed review for this place. With my daughters birthday in a few days, I decided to spend mommy & daughter time & get our nails done. Me being older, her young, both not having nail knowledge went to this place. Woman I had was very short with me because I was unaware of what options there was in shape. Towards the end she tells me next time, have picture on your phone with what you want. I told her, you could of pulled up a picture, that would of been good customer service I was so mad how she made me feel!! My daughter had a guy who was a little more patient, we both appreciate that!!

The nail techs at this location are talented, but the manager is unprofessional and unorganized. He is known for booking appointments for services, but when you arrive, he tells you that you don’t have an appointment unapologetically. Not cool!

Very disappointed. Went in on Monday to get a full set of acrylics. Showed a picture of what I wanted and it turned out horrible. I told the nail tech that I wasn’t satisfied and asked if we could do a different design. I felt as if he was extremely rude. Other nail techs were standing around us watching, making me slightly uncomfortable. After the second time was done, I was just ready to leave even though I still was not satisfied. Crooked nails, uneven acrylics and stickers that you can see the glue everywhere.

This place is HORRIBLE! I went with my daughters and we waited over an hour, my youngest daughter was never even acknowledged. I told the them 5 times, she was waiting and they just kept taking walk ins. The manager did my nails terribly. Then the woman he had file them tried to charge me $10 for filing them because he made them so thick it was going to take more work! NEVER AGAIN!!

Very pricey and not happy with the color. I chose a dip that was supposed to be a gorgeous glittery teal. It turned out a very dull, muted blue.

Asked for coffin shape nails and I don’t know what he did on my nails. didn’t ask if I liked them just asked me to pay and when I asked him to fix them...well they weren’t really. I shouldn’t have paid but I did, now I know not to go back. Worst nails I’ve EVER had. Honestly if I could put no stars I would.

I went to get my eyebrows waxed and not only was it a rushed service, she waxed half of my eyebrow off. I paid 15 dollars for a rushed service that was less than satisfactory. Not to mention she told me I just dont have good brows. Lol. NEVER going back. I wouldnt recommend it either...obviously.

Mimi is amazing, she goes above and beyond to make your designs beautiful, and always has great conversations and customer service. She stays true to her appointment times, and is always kind. Highly recommend if youre into nail art, or even if youre not and just want a bomb polish with attention to detail.

Best massage chairs and the staff are super attentive and kind. We were on vacation and happened upon this place and it’s a little hidden gem. Highly recommend the $55.00 pedicure, includes hot stones and a great massage. Will visit again the next time I am in St. Augustine. Steven was my guy here and he knows what’s up.

I highly Recommend Cup or Kim! Those are the ONLY TWO IN MY OPINION that can do nails and do it to the best of their ability. They give you exactly what you ask for and more! Didnt have to wait to long to be seated for a full set. The woman was very nice . I was very happy with the quality of the nails them self and the paint job that went on them. There was no bubbling or gaps. Good pricing, and environment. Its always very clean and lots of options to choose from. I cant wait till I have time to go back!

I love this place!!! Been coming here for over two years now. They always get me right in. If you have to wait, its because youve either come in on a holiday weekend or week. The most I have ever had to wait is maybe 10 minutes max. Very professional and proficient. Friendly staff and very welcoming. I highly recommend going to this place to all my friends and family and anyone reading this. They were even great when we had my daughter wedding party come in to do their nails. Awesome place!!!

Theyve done an okay job in the past, but this last experience was not good and certainly not worth the price. I understand being busy, but that shouldnt affect quality of the experience and the nail job itself. My gel manicure basically consisted of him filing and running a machine over my nails to smooth them followed by 3 quick coats of paint, a color that he switched and said it was the same as what I originally chose but essentially looks like a clear coat, something I am capable of doing myself. Incredibly disappointed and wont be returning or recommending in the future.

I had went in for dip powder yesterday. The price was $35, with that being said you get what you pay for. After walking outside I looked at my nails and the clear coat was sloppy so I went back in and asking why they didnt do a top coat like other nail salons. The guy said it was going to chip but I was like Im sure itll be at least a week or so. I shouldnt have assumed it would have lasted. I had already paid and was ready to go. My top coat started chipping last night and this morning. I went in this morning and asked for a refund. He offered to fix them but I wasnt willing to take another sloppy top coat that was just going to end up chipping again. I still ended up getting them removed after trying to my money back!! IF YOU WANT QUALITY DIP PLEASE GO ELSEWHERE!!!!!!!

First time here . Got gel mani and pedi..for my 70 and i...nails arnt horrible but deff not worth what they charge... the free edge is unpainted and makes it look mediocre..3 starts only cause the lady was nice... not so much professional salon imo...other staff talking about political views and on their cell alot...I feel likeninwas rushed through ..

Very pleased with my full set. They did an awesome job. I do work that would usually cause my polish to wear off pretty fast, but with them my polish has stayed on and still looks great over a week later!! Very satisfied!!

Sometimes they are super good with my nails and other times they rush me. There are only two good people in the place Mimi and ms. Jennifer. I wouldn’t go there unless you get them to do your nails.

Horrible. I called before I came they told me they were not busy and it would be $45 for my nails when I showed up they were slammed! Then they charged me and my friend $60 EACH at the very end and our nails look terrible!! She even cut my finger while filing and didnt bother cleaning the file, she kept going! A four year old could have done a better job I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. Very disappointed.

The older man that works does not care about his customers. He tried to argue when I said the nails were not even then got mad and made them thick and bubbly. He wouldn’t even show me where the sink was to wash my hands after.

I got dip today and it looks terrible. Usually don’t have a bad experience here. Today I did. The girl put a clear coat that was sticky. When I asked her to fix it she got an attitude with me even though she already pointed out it wasn’t drying right. Paid 40$ And my nails look HORRIBLE. Probably won’t be back.

Every time I go there they are slamming busy but the staff is always friendly, through and fast. I live and work across town and there are plenty of salons close to me but I wont go anywhere else!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would! yesterday was my first & LAST time coming to this nail shop! The nail tech I had needs to learn how to speak to people he was very rude & unprofessional .. He didn’t fix anything I asked him to fix on my nails then proceeded to get loud with me & cause a big scene! & the manager of the nail shop didn’t help one bit. I WILL NOT COME BACK OR RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYBODY! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME & MONEY HERE!!!!!

My absolute favorite place to get my nails done. Staff is always super friendly and they take their time and do a great job every time. Very clean and pretty environment. I went in today and I accidentally bumped one nail on my way out and they offered to fix it for free. They really went the extra mile to take care of me. Also very good prices compared to most salons in Murfreesboro and they offer many selections so you can stick with just the basic for pretty cheap or add on various spa services if you’d like. Would definitely recommend.

They do GREAT work. They do move a bit fast so it’s not the place to go if you want to stay and relax. But their work is always on point. A great place if you need a quick and QUALITY job.

During my visit i canceled my manicure and dropped the service of my pedicure just so I could get the H3LL out of there faster. I will never return to this place again. If youre looking for a free glass of cheap wine, poor service, and laughable technique then this is your place (enjoy)! Seriously, I have never had such a sorry excuse of service.

I have a great nail techician! But the salon manager needs to do better with customer service and being attentive when customers arrive. Being on personal phone calls and telling customers to have a seat without asking whether they are a walk-in, have an appointment or what service would they like is very unprofessional. I am in hopes the manager will do better soon!

Been going here for years and they do a great job. The earlier you go in the day is better just because often conversations in the afternoons tend to be of content you dont want your children to hear, which is my only complaint. Otherwise good service and employees are friendly.

Came in today to get a fill in. Felt like cattle being herded. Trying to make conversation with yourg man doing nails and he acted as if I was imposing on him. Sat at dryer for long time. Finally left with no response. 6 out of 10 nails have already messed up. Use them many years ago and now I remember what I changed. Poor service, poor results. Not happy. Another customer was complaining while I was sitting there. Should have listened..

Ive been back since this review and it went much better. So I am retracting my previous review. My pedi was nice w/no extras and my daughters gel nails were beautifully done. My toes still look good and its going on three weeks.

Was very, very unhappy with the service. I wanted a gel polish and a pedicure. With the gel polish it was clumpy, and he wouldnt fix it where he touched and made indents. I also wanted a design. He splattered polish when his hand shook. Refused to clean up. Was very rude when I asked to round out my edges. When I asked for the same design on my toes, the man doing them said he couldnt do it because he didnt know how. He told me I could sit there all day if I wanted to wait for someone to do them that he didnt care either way as long as I paid. It was rushed, sloppy, and rude. VERY UNHAPPY. Especially since I was hoping to find somewhere I liked to start going every two weeks.

The staff here are really nice and I do get the best gel manicure I have ever had here. HOWEVER I just started to notice theyre not cleaning their tools. I watched as I got a pedicure and they never cleaned the bowl/tub. Do you know the bacteria gets sucked into the pipes and if its not cleaned in between customers.. youre getting the bacteria from previous customers through the jets. They pulled out utensils from their little box that they used on the person in front of me. Nothing was cleaned with alcohol, nothing was taken out of any cleaners. The floors and walls are dirty and dust is hanging on the lights above you. I loved this place but I cant go back until they start cleaning their utensils and pedicure bowls. You will get bacterial infections. BBB should be contacted.

Every since I’ve been going there, my nails break off a couple days later. The jobs they do are rushed and the acrylic is thin. Never left a nail shop in within 2 days my nails started breaking. Don’t go to this place!

I love this place! Coming here is always a treat. The staff is amazing, all of them. Wonderful pedicures, manicures, gel and pink/white. I never feel talked about (as you sometimes do in other salons). You also typically get a good laugh while you are here!

My husband got me a $40 gift certificate because he asked them how much a mani/pedi would cost & thats the price they told him. *Disclaimer* I was a hairstylist/nail tech for years but have retired & this info comes in later. I go to the salon, I tell them what I want & am told to go to a pedicure chair. The lady was nice, but a tad pushy. She showed me a price list that did not match what my husband was told. After some back & forth, I can only afford a bare bones pedicure & she said shed paint my nails for me. Although she was nice, she kept on & on about how bad my feet were, how dry they were & that I should add this service or that service. I told her just do what we agreed. I understand up selling, I did it for years, but Id had enough. It was annoying that she was trying to make me feel insecure just to make more money. I told her that i used to do nails as well & she then shamed me again on the condition of my feet. My feet are fine, just dry because I dont file them. What was supposed to be a relaxing event for me because Im disabled & dont do much for myself turned into a rushed bullying session. I wont ever go back again & I tell others to go somewhere else.

This nail salon is AMAZING! Just got my nails done like 20 seconds ago. The was my first time getting my nails done and I didnt like them.... I LOVE them. The people that work here are great and friendly and make conversation with you. They make sure how you want your nails exactly. Next time when I get my nais done Ill for sure get them done here! Now Im going to and show off my nails to world cause of how fabulous they are😂😍❤

I wouldn’t even give them the one star, if it allowed me not to. I paid 65 for a set of nails. They were ok, but not what I asked for. I came in two weeks later for a fill in my boy for the rude tech to complain about the work his peer has done. And to be constantly asked if I wanted a new set. He rushed through the job while being upset about MY color choice. He then overcharged me. Me not wanting to cause a scene about it I paid and contacted manager who was just as rude. I had to get the set soaked off a week later. No offer of a refund for the overcharge

Unprofessional. Rushed. Rude. Poor customer service. Didnt do my nails correctly. Didnt do a complete job on my daughter. Was asked to pay for services before my nails were even done. Was asked by the person doing my nails not to touch her while she was painting that particular hand. Just rude the entire time. I have gone here before but will not be returning after this visit. Zero stars if I could.

Like everyone has stated, rushed service and loud rude conversation between employees. They are grossly overpriced for the quality of work they provide. Save your money and time and go to bliss instead

I used to go to Nails So Happy regularly but hadnt been there in over a year. When I went back I was shocked at how dirty the shop is. The floor seriously has dirt, stains, and spills all over it. The massage chairs did not seem clean, there was dirt in my cup holder. I should have walked out right then but Im flying out of state for a wedding tomorrow morning so I had to get my nails and toes down today. The pedicure was fine, but then during my mani the tech nicked my cuticle and it started bleeding. She did not say a word to me, no apology, nothing. She just pushed some cotton onto the cut and kept going. Then she charged me full price for the manicure. There was definitely crude conversation going on among the employees around me but that doesnt really bother me. I just am not okay with dirt everywhere and paying for someone to make me bleed. Not happy.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY RUSH, THEY’RE SLOPPY, AND RUDE. They’ll charge you an arm & a leg, and their nail work absolutely sucks, as agreed with almost everyone who has been here.

Great service ! Great people .... everything was perfect both times Ive gone. I had refills on my acrylics and the full package pedicure both times and it was wonderful ! Relaxing and just lovely . I will definitely be going again . Probably even tomorrow! Lol! Its that time again! I recommend this place to all my gals . Love it!

If I could rate BOTH LOCATIONS (here and at the Avenue) in the negatives, I would. Customer Service is 0. Was referred to by the color of my shirt. Was talked about repeatedly. Received a really bad gel set. The gel came off of my nails the very next day. My pedicure came off the day after. Only thing that was ok was how fast but then I guess that bits you in the butt. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!! Overall experience was 2.
