Love the atmosphere, employees, and everything about The Nail Lounge. Malena pampered me today, and I couldn’t have been happier. Can’t wait to come back for my next set. Me and my mom scheduled an appointment together. Still, both of us had to wait a pretty long time to get seated. Not only did I not get the full pedicure/ manicure experience, but I got handed off to like 4 different people even with my scheduled appointment. I understand they were busy, but if I had an appointment I should’ve at least got what I paid for. My nails weren’t trimmed up, my hands looked a mess. When I got home I saw a crack in my tip. The design was a mess and didn’t match what I wanted. It was so bad that I was embarrassed to take pictures of them or show them to people. It’s also very expensive for it to not be a good service.

Malena did an awesome job on my mani and pedi! she made sure I was comfortable and well taken care of during my visit! My nails look AMAZING!!!!

They $65 for this and it happened within days.

I tried this nail salon due to a mediocre experience at another one and all I can say is wow!!! They delivered excellent customer service from the start. Called to check in (had to wait in car) & I was caked right back to let me know my tech was ready. Had a fill in service and a trim done by May and she is soooooo awesome!! Very personable, pleasant, and did such a fine job!! I will be back!!

They were friendly but this is by far the worst pedicure I have ever received. I upgrade from the basic received no massage, no scrub, she forgot to even add the sugar scrub until I mentioned it. Its only been 1 week and the polish is already coming off because she didnt even wipe the oil off my toenails. Im not a complainer but avoid this place.

I don’t really make reviews but this is ridiculous. I got my nail done about a week ago here. Within the first 3 days my one of nail broke. By the end of the first week, I lost 2 more. I don’t recommend this place, a good dip manicure with tips should last you at least 2 weeks many even longer.

Went here with a friend. She always has beautiful nails. My experience was terrible. Nails fell off after being on for only 1 week. Nail polish was messed up and wearing off after a few days. I have gotten better results with drug store press ons. Will not be back. Sorry, wish I could have had a better experience ☹

I decided to try Nail Lounge because it was close to my house. I walked in on a Sunday afternoon and got right in with Malena. She did such a good job and took her time with me. I went back to her a second time and she did an awesome job again! I will definitely be back!!

The beautician changed the price of the services after services were finished. I choose the services I wanted based on a budget. Not one time before or during did she say anything(and she didnt even do any shaping). When I stated that the price was different from just 20mins prior, she insisted on her new price. Im not going to argue; Ill just take my business elsewhere. And I recommended you do as well.

I went to get to nails done for my birthday! And they were so nice, welcoming and friendly. They have good service and the set up is so cute and pretty. I will definitely be back!

I’ve come to this nail salon a few times now, and I’ve always had a good experience. I’ve recently gotten a full set, and pedicure with gel polish for my wedding and they turned out great. I’ve had Brandi each time I’ve gotten a service done, she’s super sweet, and does a great job.

Love this place. The staff is young and hip and keeps you up on the latest styles of nails. They offer complimentary wine and the atmosphere is great. I will definitely go back. I have been a licensed nail tech for over 20 years and for me to say I will go back, that means a lot. I got a mani and pedi, and though not the best Ive ever had, it was comparable.

My daughter and I had the BEST experience here. I got dips and a pedicure and had May V, she got a gel mani and pedicure and had Porlina they were both AWESOME! highly recommend 😍

We just moved to Murfreesboro from Nashville and I was hoping to find a good nail salon close to the house. I went for my first visit in November, 2018 right after we moved. At first walk-in I was pleasantly surprised. The inside of the salon was pretty and seemed clean. However, the girls at the front desk were not all that pleasant, which was fine, I did not go there to make friends - only to get my nails done. I thought they did a good job on my nails until my gel polish started peeling within an hour after I left. YES an hour! I did not go back to have them fix because I run a really tight schedule and I just didnt have time. I thought I would just try them out again - maybe it was just a bad tech. So, I tried them again on December 26, 2018. Again, the lady at the front desk was less than pleasant. I actually told her that last time I came was my first time there and that my polish peeled within an hour after getting my nails done. I told her I was hoping for a better experience this time. Again, I was wrong. My polish started peeling again but this time within just two days! I am use to having gel on my nails and toes and it lasting at LEAST TWO WEEKS and typically longer! Please look at my picture and note that today is January 3, 2019. You can see how the polish has peeled on my pointer finger and my polish looks dirty because of the cracking of my polish. Again, I have not returned to have them fix because I literally have not had time in my schedule to return. What a ripoff. I will not return!

I have been going to Nail Lounge for several months. I love them. They are always friendly. They remember my name and I am treated as a guest. Besides that they do a fantastic job on my nails. Tina and Venus are fabulous and the rest of the team make the experience very enjoyable.

This place is cool, swanky, and upscale. I always feel like a diva when I walk in! The employees are down to earth, friendly, and professional. I leave very satisfied and relaxed!

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon. Very unprofessional and disappointing, called to make an appointment and the receptionist told me that there wasn’t a wait and that I could just walk-in and get started. I did so, arrived and eventually was told to wait as they took in 6 other clients over the course of an hour who had previously scheduled appointments when I had called myself to set my own appointment and was instructed not to. I sat there waiting for an hour and a half to never be helped and basically told nothing could be done about it. I will not be going back to this place & I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Id been a few times before but this most recent time is definitely my last. I went in for one of the most expensive pedicures they offered. The young lady did not do a good job at all. My toenails were all different shapes and lengths. She did not scrub my feet to get the dead skin off and when I asked her about it she stated they didnt need it. Only for me to get home later that night and have skin dry and callused in places.. she was very nice and the ambience was nice thats why they are getting 2 stars. But I wont be back..

I had my nails done friday for Saturday family pictures 3 have already FALLEN off, its tuesday! no chip or anything but fell off when I was getting clothes out of the hamper!Also their receptionist is beyond rude and has a very stuck up attitude.first and second time I was happy going here last few times Im not happy at all. I will not be back.

Sundays they dont accept reservations which is fine for me. Ive been here twice in the past month and have had beautiful service both times. I recommend you get here early to avoid a long wait on a Sunday.My tech today was Amanda. She is quick and professional, but not quick in a bad way. I appreciated her quickly doing a great job. In and out for a gel removal and new gel French manicure in less than a hour! Wow!

Jennifer is by far the most talented nail technician I have encountered. May and the team there at Nail Lounhe are friendly, professional and skilled technicians 😃. Each takes their job seriously, but also knows how to have fun. I love the atmosphere, cool R&B and oldies, clean facility and chic decor. Best place in the area!!

I am not the type of person to complain, but with this situation I must. I arrived to the Salon around 2:40 on a Saturday. It was busy but i signed in and then waited for around 45 minutes. People who came in after me were being taken to the back while I just sat. No water or beverage was offered. Then I am seated, and the lady did not say anything besides confirming what I want. Her mannerisms were rude, and I felt as though I was a bother. After she glued my nails on she got up, and said that someone else would be finishing me. I had NOT A SINGLE PERSON speak to me for almost 45 minutes!!! After considering walking out multiple times with my nails a mess, a lady greeted me, and moved me to her spot. Mary made the experience better by being efficient and doing a great job on my nails. When I left it was 5:45...I had been there for three hours.

Went in and had a pedicure and fill. May did a wonderful job on my nails, the place is very clean and trendy. I plan on making this a regular stop. I look forward to having my eye brows done there soon.

Hands down Nail Lounge is the best nail salon in Murfreesboro. Mae and Lisa are owners of the establishment. Ive had the opportunity to be Maes client for about 7 years. I couldnt wait for her to open her own salon. The ladies in the salon are always so thorough and precise. Theyve never been nothing but kind to me. Im not sure how anyone could say anything else otherwise. Try them they wont steer you wrong. Ive received numerous compliments. They wont steer you wrong. If theres a problem, they will fix it. If you feel unjustly dissatisfied, they will fix it. Dont listen to the negative comments written . You cant please everyone. Im sure the ladies did all they could do to make sure unsatisfied customers were happy. So before you bash them or turn your head, give them a try. You wont be disappointed.

Yes they will take people who sign the list after you BEFORE you. I thought it just happened to me but I see thats not the case. I thought I had found my nail spot but there are definitely better places in the Boro. Another problem is that they dont mind charging us extraordinarily high prices for mediocre work and cheap polish and that is where I draw the line. You will not blatantly disrespect me and my pockets ... Negative girlfriends.

Extremely slow service. Waited 2 hours for a fill (colors picked out) only to be told that they couldn’t find the color I picked out but they had it in gel and I could pay an extra $15 for it. Came back for a repair(chipped nail and repaint two nails) and was told I would have to wait two hours regardless of what I was in for. One star is really too much for this shop. Especially with the ridiculous prices they have.

This place used to be amazing, but it seems like the more you go the worse the nail techs get. I’d like just one time for my gel not to peal on my nails and for my toe nail polish not to bubble! The pedicures have become subpar and the polish is just horrible. They need to spend the money to order more colors and stop trying to make the nail polish last longer by adding nail polish remover. That causes bubbles!

Had really hoped I would have had good review about this place. However it was disappointment. When we got there it was a 25-minute wait before we got to sit which is understandable when they are busy. I was sat in a chair that was already broken visually the left arm rest was completely missing. Then the actual chair itself did not work, the remote did not correspond with the chair so the massage stayed at your head I would not go up and down the back. I mentioned this to the girls when the pedicure was started. They did not offer to move me. The pedicure itself was $30 for a sugar scrub pedicure, it was rushed I was done 15 minutes before my friend. The paint came out great. When we mentioned the chair being broken if any sort of discount would come of that they rolled their eyes and assured me no discount has ever been done there. So frustrated in the poor service, I go to pay and they charge $8 to do French tip paint instead of 5 like the majority of salons in the United States. Traveling quite a bit and getting pedicures every 2 to 3 weeks for the past 10 years, I have never seen such poor service, and such disappointing management. I would not recommend somebody I dont like to go to this venue. You can Pay less at countless other places and get so much more and better service. My friend mentioned that the chair itself was broken it was not a service provided to us. The woman behind the counter scuffed at her and said new chairs are expensive were working on it. Which implies they sat me in the broken chair knowingly.

I travel all over the country & although there may be a wait if you just walk in Nail Lounge is head & shoulders above all of the others I have experienced. Feel free to make a appointment to avoid the wait, just dont make the appointment with Lisa because if it conflicts with my appointment you will start a bidding war! Lol! :)

Ive only had my nails done by Venus but have never had a complaint. Ive listened to other clients with the techs they were working with and everyone seems to care about what the customer wants.

If i could give 0 stars i most definitely would. I waited forever to get my nails done and everybody was going before me, i spent a good 2-3 hours just to get my nails done. Then, they charge for EVERY little thing and you spend too much on nails that’s not even worth the price. The nail tech I had was horrible she was rushing the whole entire time and then try to charge me for something i specifically told her i didn’t want, but she tried to play dumb like i didn’t tell her that but ok lol. I really wanted to go back and soak them off and get a refund bc i paid 72 for SHORT ombré (pink and white) nails. Never in my life have i paid for something that wasn’t even worth what i got. Y’all obviously don’t know anything about pricing bc you over charge and you charge for every little thing. Most definitely will not go here again

We stopped by today because there was no wait and its close to home. That was a 100 dollar mistake. Several issues at hand here. 1. Hygine if I could zero stars I would they dont use liners, the basins are not sanitized after each use, they do not clean the jets after each use or even pretend to. I saw my basin rinsed out and someone was immediately sat. Tools are placed in barbacide which is cool. All of the tools that should be single use were not pumice stones, files, and buffers were all used multiple times and multiple people. The maincure table was filthy covered in nail dust. Literally had nail clippings sitting on the table I had my maincure on. They were not my nail clippings mind you. The front desk lady was new. She ran my card 3 separate times and I was still not charged correctly. Its only 2 bucks difference so whatever but listening skills need to improve significantly my nail tech clearly told her what service to charge me for and she still got it wrong 3 times. 8 dollar upcharge for French tip is insane and should have been mentioned before hand. Standard is $5 and 8 was definitely not worth it. I said this to the tech and she mumbled she was sorry and kept workingGood news my nail tech was pleasant but thats about where the good news ends. I said hey my nails are short I dont think they French would look good. She said it would be fine. Its not. Its ugly :( we had been there over an hour at that point and I needed to go.My daughters polish on hands and feet has bubbles. Not sure why her bug toes was left with jagged cut. Im sad we had such an awful experience.

Just spent three hours in this place getting what was supposed to be ombré nails. The nail tech did a horrible job!!!!!!!!! My nails were not ombré and had small dots on them with noticeable lines of demarcation!!! The manager and owners refused to credit me for my poor quality of service, mind you I only asked for a credit for the ombré portion which they did a poor job on. I did not mind paying for the polish and pedicure which I also received. The crater faced owner with her caked on makeup wouldnt even look me in my eyes as I explained the reasoning behind my disappointment. Do yourself a favor and pleeeeaaaaae do not waste your time here!

Horrible. Got there at one today and the receptionist said 45 minutes. 45 minutes in and they had taken someone back who got there before us. 1 hour in and they said 30 more minutes. Never going back. Wasted my whole Sunday
