My daughter & I had a powder dip nails done for her wedding. John & Melinda were our nail techs. They paid attention to detail, filed our nails to the exact shape we requested, fun to chat with and made sure we were satisfied each step of the process. I would definitely go back & see them again.

My daughter and I were walk ins on a Thursday. We were able to get mani and pedi quickly. The vibe of the place was upbeat and fun. They did a great job on my nails but a week later I had an infection on my toe and my ring finger. My daughter had gel polish on her nails and it came off with in the week. The guy used a drill on my real nails and toes and it didn’t look clean but it was my first time with the drill. I don’t know if I will go back because of the infections.

Ive only been once for a pedi, but we were walk-ins on a busy day and were still worked in quickly and the pedis were amazing!

I will not be returning to this establishment. Not only did they not make me feel welcome during my visit, I asked specifically for a gel pedicure and they gave me regular pedicure. My nail tech was switched three different times and it was obvious that they were just trying to rush through my service and not even listening to me or communicating with each other about the service that was being received. I ended up just keeping the regular polish even though I asked specifically on three different instances for a gel pedicure because I had already be there for two hours. I will never return here, absolutely horrible experience.

Two days after getting dip done on my nails, 3 of them broke so far down that I wasn’t able to get them fixed for a couple days. While I waited for the ones that broke to grow out, two more broke. I went in for them to fix them and they refused to fix them for me because I didn’t have a receipt.

I have been going here for last three years now.I love KALI- go see her for all your nail needs.Very professional, sweet lady. Takes her time and does everything very nice.She is the BEST!

My 1st visit to Noire. Got a full set with gel polish. Tony was awesome!! He had me done in less than an hour! Probably wouldve only taken 30 mins had I not gotten a design. Very fast and efficient but also very gentle🙏🏻😌. A great balance thats truly hard to find! Length is on point. Nails are even, and he perfectly replicated the design I showed him (Go Vols!🧡). My friend got a full set with dip and the girl who did hers (dont know her name) did an awesome job too! Her nails look great! Her mom got a pedicure and said the massage was amazing. Everyone was friendly and the salon was clean.It was surprisingly busy for a Sunday afternoon, so I definitely recommend making an appointment.Only minor complaint would be that I was not aware that I chose gel polish (I just picked a color from the samples- not the wall) and was not told that it was an extra $20. There was no pricing posted that I could see either.. but that is on me for not asking before hand!Overall, it was a great experience! Ill definitely be back to see Tony.Thanks Noire💕💅🏻

Wasnt in LOVE with my nails. But U was seen quickly and the staff was friendly.They were a little lumpy and a little too pink for my liking but still decent.I also have narrow fingernails and they made them look flat which is something I hate

Hubby and I had a great experience with pedicures. We had two techs side by side. Nice footbath and salt scrub. We will return.

This business was extremely busy when I called, they told me to come in and I did,so glad I did. Marie was my technician and she was amazing, took her time and made me feel relaxed and I walked out with gorgeous toes. I will go back. The salon was very clean when I was there as well.

Came to get a pedicure me & my daughter the hot water was out ! It’s winter time, who wants to get a pedicure in room temperature almost cold water ?! Instead if the owners forewarning people, they continued to take customers for pedicures knowing their hot water was out . The guy who serviced me ( Joseph) was great, he heated up several bowls of water to keep me comfortable. Although I feel like they ( the owners ) should have had a back up resource for heated water for their customers.

Cheaper than many other salons, and clean, but you get what you pay for. Their Gel manicures are good enough but will start chipping within the first week. I always end up with a couple of sore/bleeding cuticles. When Im getting my nails done alone, Ill choose another higher priced salon. When I am taking all my kiddos, Ill settle for this one for economical reasons.

Completely unprofessional! Staff didn’t speak English and it was obvious they were making fun of me and my friends. Kept coming over to look at my nails and would start laugh at me. Up charges were ridiculous!!! Most expensive AVERAGE manicure I’ve ever had. There is NO price list posted, I’m sure there is a reason for that. Nails were very sore last night and this morning, because they were very rough and filed to deep. I would NOT waste your money, lot of better places to go!

Inside it is gorgeous and very relaxing HOWEVER. This is the second time I’ve been here and the first time I had no issues whatsoever. This time I got a gel manicure and pedicure, and was disappointed. I had to tell my nail tech twice that I wanted gel and not regular polish, and even then he tried to put regular polish on my feet before I told him again. He seemed rushed and forgot to wipe off my nails on both my hands and feet with isopropyl alcohol after he cured the gel and I didn’t even realize until I got home and saw how my nails were turning matte and not at all shiny. I had to add my own gel top coat and cure them again to attempt to fix it. For the prices they charge, my nails should’ve been perfect.

Maly took her time and didnt rush through a single step which is rare to find. ✅ I loved that. She was super nice, chatted a bit yet not too much, because you know, relaxation. 😌 My nails turned out great and my feet are oh so soft. Maly is the #1 choice here !! 😊😊

Don’t get me wrong, I really liked coming here. Until today. Apparently the person I had was sick. Sneezing and blowing his nose and not washing his hands... then when he was taking my nail polish off he decided to put one glove on and barely put the other one on. I asked for a design... he tells me my nails are too short for a design so he proceeds to make it ugly. I just told him nvm... he proceeds to talk to the others in their language they do when they talk about people... I won’t be back... Even the person I prefer to do my nails was laughing with him... smh

If your want your feet to feel beyond pampered and look incredible you NEED to come here. Everyone is so skilled and talented. I will go so far out of my way to come, its worth the drive if you dont live nearby.

It was my first time coming here, the shop is beautiful and that’s the only pro. The cons...first off they will try to make you get something that’s more expensive than what you came in for...that’s all nail shops so I was used to it. This is what I asked for and this is what I got..

This was our (there were three of us) first ... and last ... visit to, Noire The Nail Bar. There was no social distancing whatsoever, they did not take our temperature like the other places Ive been to and they did not wipe down the chairs before they sat new clients down .... we noticed this after we were already seated.Also, people get pedicures so they can relax. These girls were rushing through our pedicures, there was nothing relaxing about it. We asked them how they get paid and the response was, We get paid on commission, the more people we get through here, the more money we make.THERE lies the problem, these people need to make money like we all do, so they rush through every service so they can move on to another customer. No relaxation at all.

There a little longer than I wanted to be but worth it. My regular nail salon is across town and I desperately needed a couple nails fixed so went here as it’s right next to work. They were friendly, attentive to details and the atmosphere is so relaxing with the TVs on mute, calming music playing and the lights not super bright like some places. Why people have given them bad reviews is weird.

Went in for pedicures for two people. All was well until they told me at the END of service at checkout that they charge 20.00 extra for gel nail polish!!! Two pedicures cost 100.00!!!!!!! What god damm rip off. Stay away!!!!

I loved my pedicure. The technician took her time with the massage portion. That was my favorite part!! And my toes look fabulous. She took her time and made sure the polish was only on the nail bed. Just a perfect experience!

Everyone is really nice here. Everything seems super clean. Amanda is AMAZING! Sometimes some of the staff is hit or miss, especially with the dip nails.

Very very unorganized!!! Made appt hour ahead and still waited 30 minutes. Then nail tech was rude about how I wanted to nails filed down. WILL NEVER BE BACK! Don’t waste time or money going there!

Ive been here twice now for manicures (my pedi prior to this was flawless, 5 stars for that) and both times i asked for matte nails and left with shiny glossy nails. This time im very disappointed because with the gloss the color isnt what I expected and literally looks like something a 12 year old would want (im far from 12). Very disappointed. I guess im not very experienced with manicures to know when I should stop the tech and say hey thats not matte. I ask for it at the beginning and I guess they forget. My shape of mails is great. I just dont want glossyItd not what i asked for or should pay do much for when its not what i requested.

Let’s fast forward to today! Before I rated this business a five star. Today, I would give it zero starts. I see what the other reviewers meant with their service concerns. After today, no one should step foot in this salon. An older lady attempted to complete a dip set for me. From the start I knew something was wrong. The dip was covering my finger completely! Not just the nail. After several attempts to correct her mistake I still did not like the nails. Thanh then tells me that they all look like that! I stated no.... he has done my nails several time and they never looked this way. Needless to say, he did not offer to fix my nails and was very rude by talking to the lady next to me as if she knows what I like.Learn to fix the issues rather an blame the customer who is not the nail tech!!!!!Review from 5 months ago. Went in to get a full set and i asked for a design it turned out nothing like the picture and looked awful not even a week later i already had one lift so i went back to get it fixed and had to get a polish change it was so bad the lady that was doing my nails said she understood why i didn’t like my nails. a few days later i had two more nails lift. i have spent so much money there for my nails not to last not even two weeks. Wow! Wow. Just, wow. What a joke... save your money. Just because this place looks nice, doesn’t mean the quality is nice. Please, there are plenty of other places to go, don’t go here. First of all, I picked a regular polish for my pedicure and wanted the same color in gel for my manicure. That didn’t happen, they didn’t have the right colors and tried saying the pink nail polish was the same as the beige... no. My pedicure was so janky that I had to get it redone before I left. I’ll just attach pictures of the manicure so you guys can see.

This is my go to place when I need my nails/toes done. They always do a great job but today they went above and beyond! I always get a dip manicure and today Leiu (I think that’s how she spells it) did my nails and they are PERFECT. I’m not one to complain even if they weren’t, but I just wanted to brag on how great my experience was today. Thank you!

First time here. Best pedicure Ive ever had - only one that has ever gotten my heels smooth with no cracks or dry spots! It was Kari I believe. Also had a great dip manicure with Jade. I even cracked one of my nails 2 days later due to hitting a porcelain sink and she redid the nail for me for free. I have found my new go-to nail place!

Today was my first experience with Noire and I can not say thank you enough. I LOVE my nails, they look and feel good. My nail tech Max was great to talk with and I really enjoyed the atmosphere. He was quick and efficient with his beautiful work. 🥰

First time visit. I walked in, it was pretty busy, and someone got to me within 10 minutes. Sydnee did a fantastic job on my manicure. She did a French tip with gel polish and it was prettiest French manicure I’ve ever had. I was here from out of town for a conference, and I will definitely come back if I’m in town again.

Good things: nice place, nice employees, got in pretty quickly.Bad things: high prices which is normal but if I am going to pay for high prices i would like good quality. Lady cut my finger with the drill and missed a few spots on the side of my nails (i got a full set with gel polish) also, when putting the gel top coat on, layer was too thick on some nails. When put under the UV light to be cured, it dried and had a big clump of gel on the bottom corner of my thumb nail. Last, 2 of my nails were crooked.

Not impressed at all. I walked in & was not greeted properly. They all seemed rushed & not friendly. The owners sat there and talked about customers & employees. The vibe there was not a good one.

I’ve been going here for almost 3 years. I’ve never had an issue and always get what I ask for. They make sure how I like how my nails are looking in the process of getting them done. Will be my favorite place by far.

This has been my experience!! Arie was wonderful. She took her time and I did not feel rushed. I just wished I lived closer!! Very clean!! Loved it!!

I enjoyed the pedicure I received that day! It was no less than an hour long of soaking, massaging, exfoliating and so on. I think I even dozed off a couple of times and that says a lot for a first time customer. They had a variety of different beverages (my favorite is always the wine). The massage chair was just as comforting as the leg and foot massage. While they were pretty busy at the time, it didnt take away from the relaxing environment. Only reason I took a star away was because the polish started to chip after only one day.

I cant even find the words to describe my experiences at the establishment. Every visit is better than the one before. I have had several pedicures and each one has been phenomenal. And before you think that I have gone to the same person, wrong I have had a different person everytime. I have also had my nails done multiple times and each time it gets better and better..I get nail art done on my nails and each time it has gotten better and better. I do, however, suggest finding that one person, with a backup just in case, to do your nails..and I do challenge my nail tech when I get them done..she is so good that I can go 6 weeks before having to get them filled if I cant get there before then...you basically get treated like royalty. Thank you to the entire Noire Nail Bar family.

I was told they had a two week guarantee so I’ve been going there for over a year. But the first time I had a problem and went back five days later, they argued with me and said that there was nothing wrong and that they looked normal. The gel was peeling all around my cuticles because it was not done properly. You can see by their response how unprofessional they are.

Excellent place and service. I’ve been here 4 times now and will continue to come here. G is amazing and has always done a great job on my nails (even though they are short and pathetic!) Everyone is very friendly. The design is modern and clean. Everything they use is sterile and the pedicure bowls are lined. Highly recommend!

The person who did my nails does not need to be doing nails! I told her over and over again that they were just to thick, to flappy, fat and lumpy! I had already been there for hours and was just ready to go! I left with the intentions on going back the next morning to get them fixed. I got there and they stated that I would have to wait on the lady who did my nails to fix them. Now why would I want to do that, she can’t do nails! My nails literally just need to be filed down some more and they turned me away. Very disappointed this was the only nail shop I went to. Now I will just have to find another nail home.

I live in Lafayette Louisiana. My cousin took her daughter who has downs syndrome and is non verbal here.She gets anxious but loves to have nails painted. She wouldnt sit in the large chair, so the technician sat in the floor while she sat in the small chair.If they had a place here, I would be their best customer and I would bring friends.Thank you for going above and beyond.

I had been there before and have had excellent work done. Recently I’ve had HORRIBLE work done on my nails. They were lumpy, uneven, and I had acrylic all over my actual finger. Despite that, I still went back because the person could have been having a bad day and/or someone else could do my nails correctly. I walk in and ask for a fill on my acrylic and to have a simple design put on my nails. If I can put a picture I will. But basically it was a faux-French tip that was a V shape instead of the classic French look. They wanted to charge me $68 for a simple design on my nails. $68!!! I’ve gotten a FULL SET put on with WAY more intricate detail AND CRYSTALS and I was only charged $60 for that! It’s so ridiculous to over charge someone like that for work that might take only 10 minutes extra than a regular fill. I was prepared to pay somewhere between $40-45 just because I do understand that I am taking more time which costs them money; but, $68?? That is completely outrageous and I will never step my foot back in there ever again. Despite the horrible job on the actual foundation for the acrylic you’re basically wanting to scam people out of money for a basic design on your nail. If you want plain, basic, regular work done than this is the place for you!! But god forbid you ask for anything else!

My sister and I made an appt to get dip on our nails 4 hours before we went. We wanted to sit together. I had a really sweet girl that was trying to sit us close together but my sisters nail girl didnt want to stand at the bar. So even though my sweet nail lady attempted to ask her in their language to let her sit at the bar near me - she proceeded to not want to let her do it. I didnt raise a scene but we wont be back. She set across the room from me. It was busy and they were getting us in and out like cattle.

Love this place! Felecia is amazing and so nice and personable! Unlike other nail salons you don’t feel rushed or hurried and all of the techs really take their time to do the best job they can. The atmosphere is very relaxed and no loud music or TVs blasting. If you’re looking for a place to pamper yourself and relax then this is it!

Feel like I got half a pedicure. The lady who did my pedicure was SO nice but she didn’t massage my legs just rubbed them. She also Didn’t wrap legs and feet with warm towels just legs and left feet out and cold. Should have gotten hot stones but they said it was extra even though it was in the description I had a 1200 appointment and they took and started walk ins ahead of me. Probably won’t come back.

I love Noire. They are very professional, friendly, sanitary, and skilled nail techs. I drive 20 miles out of the way to go to Noire. Even on a busy Saturday, without an appointment, I rarely have to wait. And if I do, the wait time is minimal.

My first visit to Noire was great! Usually at nail salons there’s a wait limit for walk-ins, but my boyfriend and I were told to sign in, and not too long after they had us in our chairs for pedicures and manicures. Noire workers are timely, considerate, truly care and put effort into their work. Shout out to Amanda and Lily for hooking me and my man up!

After too many bad experiences at my regular place on the other side of town I decided to try this place and I am so glad I did. They’re a bit smaller so you don’t feel like they’re just constantly pumping people through as quickly as possible. The sweet girl who did my nails seemed to genuinely care if I liked them or not and was easy to have a conversation with. They were steady when I walked in but I only waited about two minutes. I think I’ve found a new regular place.

Brought my daughter in for a birthday mani/pedi but, we came in quite late (the last possible minute for getting those services done). Still, we were treated well and not super rushed along. It is a lovely place and, it was such a good customer service experience. Cant wait to go back again for myself!

My Tech was Kali. It has been 8 weeks since being able to have services (at another facility). I have ingrown toenails and although it was extremely painful an hour later I can wear shoes (Sandals). I haven’t had a Tech to get to them like this for nearly two years. My old person moved back home. However I had been going to another place in the area and wasn’t being serviced completely. She found left over ingrown chips, sitting alone. I would definitely recommend her for anyone with ingrown toenails to visit the NOIRE. She was very professional and patient. And also recommended follow up home care. Thank you, so much.

Waited 30 minutes to get started. They were busy so I didnt mind at first. The technician did not ask me if i wanted a drink, didnt ask how I wanted my nails done, just dove right in and only asked me about length. Overall, it was very unwelcoming. But okay... move on to getting my eyebrows done, the wax was too hot and THEY LITERALLY BURNT ME.

Clean, on-time, polite, good polish job, professional, fair on price, great color choices. My mother and I got the classic pedicure and were both pleased with our service. I will return here for my pedicures.

As a walk in customer I got in quickly and my service was started promptly! I have been here before for manicures and they have been excellent. This was the first time I got a pedicure. This service was great! My pedicurest did a great job and was detail orientated, and she made sure to clean up around the nail where the color had bled onto my skin so it looked neat and clean! I will return for more services from this salon!

I went to a NENA and she was so sweet and I’m here from Chicago and she did my nails EXACTLY the way I wanted them done and the rest of the staff was so generous and complimented my two tone nails I will definitely be returning when I come back in July her bday is July 25 if your there on her bday tip her good Lol

I’ve been here before and everything was fine. I called beforehand and asked specifically if they did pink acrylic fill ins and how much they were and they told me yes and you told me the cost. Once I got there and they asked what I was getting I said the same thing! A fill in for pink acrylic and y’all told me okay there will be a wait. I waited TWO HOURS!!! Once it was my turn I waited another 5-10 minutes just for the guy to tell me that he couldn’t do the fill in because he didn’t have a pink color.......... and he would have to do a different color acrylic for my fill in and would have to put a gel color on top to look like my pink acrylic. That’s not okay! I would mind if y’all told me that before hand when I called or at least when I got there! Y’all made me wait two whole hours for nothing! I waited two hours just to NOT get my nails. Thanks for wasting my time.

I had my nails done for my wedding, and they were wonderful! I got a manicure and a pedicure with French tips and dip on my fingers. They did an amazing job, and I have been looking for a good place to get pedicures because I never seem to be happy with them since I moved, and I will definitely be coming back!

My new go to nail place! The nail salon I’ve been going to for the past 5 years has closed and I have been struggling to find another place I like- until now. The staff is very friendly and it’s very nice and relaxing inside. If you get gel, ask for Damicka! I had her and she was amazing.

Waited a very long time to be seen & the Nail tech attempted to overcharge me for my nails. Then refused service after I confronted her about it. Just know I Tipped handsomely at the nail salon who saw me after I was refused service here. It wasn’t the price that bothered me, it was the dishonesty of the tech and manager. Claiming that my nail length was too long when it was barely longer than my actual nail (that was cut down) and WAY less than half of the whole nail piece (Just wanted a regular full set btw). Kept pushing me to get gel or dip when I only wanted regular. Most of that stuff doesn’t last anyways. They just want you to get it so you can spend more money, the polish dries faster and they can push you out of there. This wasn’t my first visit here but this time will be my last. Very dishonest Tech I sat with. Be blessed.
