My friend and I have been going to Elife for pedicures for a year now. In the beginning, the service was great. The place is clean. Three months ago we noticed the service was not as good. Today the place is still very clean but the service was not good. I waited in the chair with my feet in cool water for 35 minutes before anyone sat down to start my pedicure. My friend had hers finished before mine began and we went back at the same time! The gentleman that did my pedicure did do a fair job and he was nice. The prices had gone up but it would still be worth it if they were as attentive as they once were.

Their professionalism is AMAZING. Bolo the nail tech was so sweet & took his time & continued to look at the pic to make sure he gave my daughter exactly what she wanted. Everyone was friendly & really kind. I will continue to come back. Even if they can do a lot of diverse work.... its nothing like attitude, professionalism, kindness, & effort!

I am never disappointed. Every tech is polite, their energy is inviting & creates a joyous, comfortable atmosphere, & they are very attentive to their clients. It’s also always clean & decorated so unique & nice. As far as my nail service I have, yet, to have a complaint about how my nails turn out once done. They always get me right!

Jenny is amazing. We had a beautiful conversation while I got my pedicure. One of the best nail spas in Murfreesboro. Everybody is friendly. The building is clean. I love them and will always be back.

I feel like they rushed and did not do a good job. They are expensive and I dont feel like they cut my cuticles back and took much time on my feet. I will not be going back.

Very disorganized. Went there at 6:00 the lady put me down for 6:30. Went there at 6:30 only to be told I couldn’t get any full service, the girl who approached me was very rude in saying “we are closed” and walking out ahead of 7pm when the store isn’t even closed. Not even gonna the to go back, very confused workers who waste your time!!!

Took our bridal party there for Mani pedis, and the place was beautiful! Complimentary drinks, private pedicure area for all of us, and good quality acrylic and pedicure work. Everyone was polite and easy to talk to! The only problem was that we had let them know a week in advance we were coming and it took them an hour to get started on us...still, the overall experience was really great!

There was only one other person in there when we went so they werent busy or in a hurry but the job looks rushed. The manicure was very uneven and are visible lines between coatings. The pedicure was ok. My feet are in good shape but a little heel buffing is usually part of the pedicure and the smoothness of them after a pedicure is part of why I get them. Half way through she asked if Id like her to do a callous treatment (thinking she means buff them or whatever like normal I said yes). She put put a lotion on then rinsed it right off. She didnt mention that it was an extra $5 - but that wouldnt have bothered me IF it had done anything at all - but it didnt. I went home and went over them with a pumice stone myself just to feel like the job had actually been done. We were never offered a service menu & when I asked questions they just kept trying to tell me but never showed me the menu - which would have been much more helpful and easier to understand. My friend and I both had planned on getting gel polish on our fingers & they encouraged me and my friend to get it on our toes too. I was about to say yes when my friend asked how much it would cost - thank god! They were going to charge $20 more for gel - and that wasnt for the mani & the pedi together - it was $20 for hands and another $20 for feet! I thought maybe there was a miscommunication and asked a couple questions to be clear I asked so $40 more total just for gel and they said yes. We decided that was a bit outside the norm & reluctantly went with regular polish all around. The woman helping me was perfectly nice, but the woman helping my friend was impatient, acted irritated to answer questions, she ended up leaving without the coordinating nail comors she came in wanting and just settled on one color because the nail tech acted so inconvenienced by every request. No one was mean, the owner seemed nice and friendly, and the place seemed clean and nice. However, the lack of clarity, secret upcharges, unclear pricing, and impatient nail tech made it all feel awkward and embarrassing instead or relaxing and my nails dont even look very good.

Everyone is kind and friendly. Beautiful place and the best manicure, pedicure and eye spa in Murfreesboro. Complimentary drinks while being pampered as well! Love them and the owners!!!

Tom was excellent! He was super personable and got us all ready for my friends wedding. The atmosphere was very fun and energetic. Highly recommend

Beautifully well done place. It has the touch of the little things. The worst pedicure I’ve had in a very long time. The lady owner did me feet and just blew through it. Barely touched the cuticlesWith the flat blade. Barely and on several toes didn’t even attempt to clean under the toenail. I ask for this especially since I wear boots all day.I’m leaving this place feeling like I got my toenails trimmed and legs rubbed on a I swear to you a 15-20 min max pedi. Simply not worth it.

Linda is my go to for my nails! Go check her out. You wont be disappointed.

Truly truly the worst job Ive ever seen.

Ive been here several times before. They are always friendly and always offer a beverage while you relax. The salon always looks clean and is decorated nicely. Today I went to get a pedicure for the first time in months because time just got away from me and I realized my feet were AWFUL. The girl looked at my feet after I told her it had been a long time and recommended their pedicure #3. My feet are SOOO smooth. I love the results. I HIGHLY recommend. It was very relaxing too. My feet were soaked in warm water, my toenails were cleaned up, she scrubbed my feet, did a lavender sugar scrub on my feet and legs, massaged my legs with a muscle cooling gel, then did a wax on my feet, and a lotion massage on my feet and legs followed by a got towel before painting my nails. Great experience.

I had an appointment for two full gel sets. The lady that did my nail it was terrible they were suspicious to be coffin shaped all of my nails are not the same length or shape. And The man that did my best friends nails he was rude she asked him to take the nail polish that was left over on her skin he told her to wash her hands. For the prices they are charging they need to work on there shopping and how they paint the nails both of our nails have bubbles in them I came for birthday that was just the worst birthday nail appointment I’ve ever had. I do not recommend this nail salon at all

I usually never write negative reviews but I don’t want other people to have to deal with what I did. Asked for a pedicure. Front desk was nice and led me back. There was no Saran Wrap and no water. I thought ok, weird, but I probably won’t wait long. False. I waited 25 minutes. No one would look at me or say anything. Again no Saran Wrap and no water in the bowl. So I got up and told the front desk I didn’t have time. Didn’t apologize or anything. At least tell me your wait or acknowledge I’ve been sitting here with my feet in a cold bowl. I’ve been here before and had much more pleasant experiences and when they’ve been a lot busier! I guess today was not there day.

Upon my arrival, the salon was very clean and the environment was calming. I was informed by the girl at the front desk that there was a small wait. After 45 minutes of waiting, the owner came over to do my pedicure. She rushed through the entire service, barely buffing my nails to a smooth finish. The toe nail polish is lumpy and uneven. The color I wanted was not the color I got. The girl next to me and I picked out the exact color and she told me I needed to pick another one because she was running low on the polish and dip. She then went on to do my dip service for my nails after I chose a new color. She rushed that service as well, did not clean up the edges, left my cuticles raggedy, and my shapes uneven. I usually go to Vogue Nail bar and was told to try Elife by a friend. Although it’s cheaper than what I normally pay, it’s not worth it. You absolutely get what you pay for and the service was HORRIBLE! I didn’t even bother to complain because it never gets you anywhere in those type of nail salons.

It was very expensive for the service I was getting. she rushed getting my nails done (one of the owners) and was hurting me without a care just trying to get them done as fast as possible. one nail broke before I even left and she tried to blame me bc I was picking at all the excess acrylic still on my fingers, nails, and under my nails after she was “finished.” my nails are crooked and an entire hand. and the paint job isn’t even good.. highly do not recommend wasting your money here. I was very upset when I left especially after spending almost $100

I’ve been here several times and have always had a great experience. The staff is friendly, not cold like some nail salons where they don’t speak to you unless they have to. They used to have a coupon that they gave you for 20% off your next visit if you came back within two weeks that was awesome because that’s usually when I come for a fill in anyway. But they got rid of that sadly. They let you choose which product they use on you for your pedicure and they all smell fabulous. I love this salon!

For the love of God, never step foot into this place. They were toxic to men that were just trying to get their feet done. They fostered an environment of toxic masculinity and took advantage of my friend and I. We did not even get to decide our plan and they charged us $70 for a simple pedicure!!! Never go here!!!!

I absolutely loved it! They have all kinds of mimosas and drinks that are complimentary. Its beautiful and they did a wonderful job on my pedicure & manicure! They offer party area rooms for weddings & parties! I recommend it!

Amazing upscale salon! What stands out about this salon is that they have a scrub bar with over 12 sugar/salt scrubs to use with your pedicure. I love that they use plastic liners in the pedicures for sanitary reasons. They have a full drink menu including mimosa/wine/coke products, tea and hot chocolate drinks that are complimentary with your service. The staff here all have a personality of their own. They are all sweet and hilarious. The quality of service is also the best because I am quite frankly really picky with my nails and they never disappoint! Either you’re coming in for just a simple perfect gel polish, dip or Cardi B nails, this place is the one for you.

Beware of scam! I went with four of my friends; two of which were familiar with pedicures and two of which had never stepped foot in a nail salon before. Myself and my two friends who were familiar with the process received the basic $35 pedicure (which is what we wanted). My two friends who did not know what to do never said specifically which type of pedicure they wanted, so the technicians assumed they wanted the most expensive type. Not knowing any better, they thought that they were receiving the same treatment that myself and the other two had. It wasn’t until they received their $60 bill that they realized they’d been entirely scammed. We called the next day to explain what had happened, and didn’t get as much as an apology. We will certainly not be going back!

I already had long nails on and I asked for her to cut them a little bit and she cut them all the way to my original nail. Did a terrible job when painting them and left them awful looking not counting kept getting my skin with the drill. I went back in and asked for them to be redone and the owner Jenny refused to fix them for me. Was a terrible experience. Wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

The owner was awesome. I had an issue with how my nails were done. When I came back in, there was no argument. He just said he could fix it and make my nails look pretty again. And, he did. Wonderful experience!

This was my first visit . Although the spa is gorgeous on the inside and extremely clean I was very unpleased with my service for the amount I paid. For a $45 pedicure plus tip, it looks like something my 6 year old niece could have done. The receptionist who greeted me was very rude and cold. My Nail Tech was very friendly but you could tell she had been new and definitely not doing services long. I paid over $45 for someone to soak my feet in hot water and rub greasy lotion on my legs, to send me off with scrub not completely rinsed off my legs and a very streaky, heavily applied polish. The bottoms of my feet look exactly the same as they did before I came in. Giving two stars because my Nail Tech was extremely nice although noticeably inexperienced.

This place was amazing! Good vibes, good price compared to what Ive been paying in Smyrna. The staff was great and friendly and they did a superb job on my gel fill in! I will be coming here every time!

Literally do not waste your time or money . If you do decide to go, it is very nice inside . Ask for Bolo because he’s the only person in there that can do a good service that is worth the prices they charge . Do not let Kay do your acrylics, they look awful and the begin to lift after a week. She also has an attitude problem . Then they’ll charge you for fixing/ taking them off too . They also don’t tell you when they’re charging you extra for a service until you get your bill . Then you’re paying $55 for $15 acrylics (: I’ve been here 6 times and I will never be back

My daughter and I stopped in with out an appointment. They were able to see us right away, the service was outstanding!! It felt like a true spa...the atmosphere was fabulous! Everyone was friendly, it was clean and the music was nice. We went for a pedi and decided on nails as well! Ashley was my tech. It was the best pedicure Ive had in years! Highly recommend!!!

What’s the point of scheduling an appointment and showing up early if you’re gonna make me wait 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment time and let people go in front of me. We had 2 pedicures and a manicure scheduled and she told us to walk around the avenue and she would call me when they were ready for me, came back 30 mins after my scheduled appointment and she told me she didn’t know when they would be ready. DONT GO HERE.

I have come to this salon for a while and am now not going to return. I always have a great experience but not today. My daughter treated me to a pedicure and made us an appointment. They did her pedicure while I sat with my feet in the water for 45 minutes waiting. Once they finished her another person came over to do mine. When we make an appointment together we expect to be done at the same time. If I wanted to wait 45 minutes I could have gone a different day. The girl was very rough and was in a hurry. It only took 20 minutes for my pedicure compared to 40 minutes for my daughter. When we were done the girl insisted she take out payment to the front. Normally this would be fine but they have a rewards system. My daughter would not have gotten her rewards. When she told us he total my daughter questioned it and the lady was very rude. And let me tell you what else happened. My foot brushed he lady’s arm and she acted like I gave her a disease! She wiped her arm down several times and even got out nail polish remover. She scrubbed her arm so hard it turned red. I know there are foot fungi out there but really???? It was a brush of my foot! Anyway I’m over this place and will not be back. Good vibes are gone!!!

I use to love going here to get my pedi but my last experience will be my last I pay my tip with cash and always save my receipre for tax purposes(on everything)and looking over my bank statement I noticed that the tech gave herself a $10 tip!Wow! Last trip and I also recommend them to everyone.no more!

I paid $65 for a manicure, all they did was put the dip powder on. No nail soak or anything. Then 2 days later the top coat started coming off so I went and got them fixed. 2 days after that the top coat started coming off AGAIN! Horrible!!! Save your money and go to Noire Nail Bar across the street! They are awesome!

My cousin told me about this place and there is one particularly nail tech she goes to. I am a loyal customer but once you do me wrong. I am done. So tried here... it is nice upscale nail salon that offers everything. Staff. Seem nice, if you are in a rush dont come here. So many ppl due to the fact it is in the avenue(mall)

All these negative comments are wack! Elife does incredible work every time I’ve gone. Not once have I been disappointed. Their establishment is beautiful. Because they’re so well known and good at what they do, the place is always packed. Mistakes are bound to happen anywhere you go. 10/10 would reccomend.

This is the best place i’ve gotten my nails done at in Murfreesboro, it’s super cute and clean inside. I’ve been coming here for 2 years now since i moved here bc everywhere else in Murfreesboro is awful compared to chattanooga nail salons. I go to Tracy every time! I’ve gotten acrylics, manicures, and pedicures here and everything is always good. I’m in college and afford their services just fine..if you can’t afford their services you’re either just cheap or broke bc i’m a 20 year old college student and am capable of paying their prices and tipping. So if y’all don’t wanna pay their prices go somewhere else and get some lil ugly square acrylics with yalls broke selves lmao

This salon is very clean and very pretty inside, but the technicians are lacking in experience and in customer service. I’ve been coming here for over two years now and the only good experience I have had is with Bolo-who no longer takes appointments. Today a friend and I made appts to get our nails done for our birthday-both of us left with $100 less in our wallets and our nails jacked up. We both spoke up to our techs about the flaws and what we weren’t happy with and were both told that that’s just how they turned out. Was not willing to even fix it. Now my birthday nails look worse than they did before I came in today. I don’t have the time or money for these kind of experiences. Sadly, I no longer will be recommending this place to anyone! Bolo, you need to talk to your staff about the way they treat your customers and need to get them some extensive training or just hire new techs altogether because this place is going down hill very quickly.

My daughter and I went Saturday for gel manicures. Started chipping Tuesday and completely peeling off by Wednesday. $72 plus $10 tip down the drain.

Atmosphere is good. The services are responsible priced. This is my favorite place in Murfreesboro to get a mani and pedi.

Save your money and go somewhere else where you can get double the service. The staff is rude. They take forever to get you back. I went here 4 times. My last time, my sister booked a room for my baby shower. They chemical burned my face after doing my eyebrows and the same thing to my niece, then refused to acknowledge that they did. They over charged us saying we added services, but we were never told those services costed more. They charged me 52 dollars for a mani pedi, regular, that lasted maybe 30 minutes for an 8 year old! I do not think so. Horrible staff, horrible service, not worth time or money. The decor is awesome if that is what you are looking for.

I went in yesterday with a gift card for my birthday and Lily was the lady who did my nails. I told her i didnt like the shape or length and after showing her a picture multiple times she still couldnt get it. After sitting next to a girl who was treated horribly and talked about after she left i decided i just wanted to pay and leave. I had the reciept for my gift card and they would not accept it. My nail lady went and got another woman from her desk and they begin yelling saying i was trying to trick them into getting out of paying for my nails. As all of this was happening Lily took my phone and wallet out of my hand and ruined my nails. I started crying because they threated to call the police and i couldn’t call my parents because they had taken my phone as “collateral”. I ended up leaving and having to get them re done because the shape was uneven and bumpy and she had ruined the color.

They always treat me well and my nails look fabulous when I leave

Unfortunately for me I got the same tech the two times I went there. Expensive pedicure with very bad service. She couldnt get the basic stuff right like SHAPING THE NAILS & PAINTING THE TOES RIGHT! A basic pedicure cost 35 bucks and heaven help you if you want what comes with normal pedis like callous removal EXTRA. I absolutely hate when I have to repeatedly say what I want done and at the end of the visit... money wasted. They have low reviews for a reason. I wish I would have read the reviews first.

Bad for business when u leave a customer who has been coming 6 mos faithfully to yall to do my pedi then stop in the middle Stacie then Vicky trying to over charge me if yalls credit card machine dont work thats your fault if yall were busy n didnt have the ethics and customer service quality to treat your customer better just because you got Easter clients dont mistreat the customers who arent just stopping for the holidays

This place is beautiful and has potential to be incredible. I got a gift card for my birthday and was very excited to go in and get a pedicure. I went in and it was not busy at all so I was able to be seen right away. As I was admiring all the beautiful things, in this spa like setting, I was wishing the pedicure felt 1/2 as nice, and afterwards getting a closer look, wishing my feet looked 1/2 as nice. I had to even up my toenails and I actually have polish all over my toes. Jenni, my nail tech was nice enough I guess, but turns out she is the one that also waxes people. She did do a good job on my eye brows (thank goodness) but not sure that mani/ pedis are her thing.

My mom told me about this shop a few months back when they opened... We have both been there several times.. I decided since my mom loved this place to take her there for mothers day. Turns out that was a terrible idea. She was treated like a burden the entire time she was there. We had pedis next to each other, my tech was named Helen, who did an outstanding job! Her tech, Jennie was awful! Terrible! SO RUDE! when Helen was on my second leg (the lotion/scrub part) Jennie started on my moms... She was done before Helen finished my second leg. (AND SHE LITERALLY SCRUBBED HER LEGS LIKE THEY WERE A KITCHEN SINK OR SOMETHING) Completely SKIPPED her heals... my mom asked if she could get her heals and Jennie acted like it was going to kill her to do it. Then it was time for the hot towel... Mine got wrapped around my legs so nicely, Jennie literally tossed the hot towel on my moms legs. THIS LADY MADE THE EXPERIENCE MISERABLE! so, we ask to speak to a manager... who defended the actions of his employee by continuing to be rude to us and saying shes one of my best girls Not sure whats going on there, but it was absolutely ridiculous. I couldnt help but laugh when they gave us coupons for our next visit I had been going to Bella off of saint andrews but wanted to take my mom to her favorite place and was so disappointed in my selection and gift to her for Mothers Day.

I went yesterday and got a regular basic pedicure they charged me the $30 instead of the $26 even though I didn’t get the “organic pedicure” and then they told me they no longer have the rewards program when I asked what happen with the rewards I already earned and I was told the same thing, “ sorry we don’t have the program anymore”. The pedicure was overpriced I’d rather just go somewhere else, they were in a hurry staff didn’t seem very happy,!seemed less like I was bothering them to be there. I went to relax and it wasn’t.

Bad customer service. In fact my last visit with Jul was the most offensive treatment I have had any where.I will not return and I recommend you take a few extra minutes and drive to another nail salon!

Nice atmosphere, very clean, offers a variety of drinks, scented scrubs to choose from and staff is very nice.

They ruined my eyebrows and they refused to admit that they did. I just got my money back and left, i usually dont do that, but they didnt even apologize.
